We are hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer to join the Infrastructure DBA cell. This is a hands-on production ownership role, not a narrow ticket-processing DBA position. You will keep critical database services reliable, automate repeated work, support engineering teams, and reduce single-person dependency in our PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis operations.
PostgreSQL is the main requirement. ClickHouse experience is a strong plus, but it is not a day-one blocker. We need a senior engineer with enough database, Linux, automation, and incident-response depth to learn our ClickHouse environment quickly and operate it safely.
Your Responsibilities:
Own production PostgreSQL reliability: HA design, Patroni, PgBouncer, replication, failover, upgrades, vacuum/bloat control, query tuning, locks, indexes, capacity, backups, PITR, and restore validation. Improve disaster recovery and operational evidence: tested restores, documented recovery paths, measurable RTO/RPO targets, runbooks, and safe maintenance plans. Support the wider database estate: ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis. You will troubleshoot incidents, review access and data-safety changes, improve monitoring, and learn the production ClickHouse patterns already in use. Automate DBA workflows with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, scripts, and reproducible runbooks for provisioning, grants, backups, restores, health checks, and ownership metadata. Help build DBaaS-style self-service capabilities so engineering teams can request databases, access, credentials, and operational checks with less manual DBA intervention. Improve observability and incident response through Grafana, metrics, logs, SLOs, alert rules, Opsgenie routing, and clear communication during production issues.
What Success Looks Like:
PostgreSQL clusters have tested backup and restore paths, useful dashboards, clear ownership, and documented failover procedures.
Repeated DBA tickets become automation or self-service workflows.
ClickHouse operational knowledge is no longer a single-person dependency.
Database incidents have owners, runbooks, evidence, and measurable recovery paths.
Product and engineering teams get database help faster without sacrificing safety, auditability, or reliability.
Why Us?
You will work on real production infrastructure used across products.
You will have a direct impact on reliability, incident response, developer experience, and operational resilience.
You will also work in an AI-assisted engineering culture where automation, documentation, Claude, Codex, and careful human verification are part of the daily operating model.
Requirements
What We Expect From You:
Deep hands-on PostgreSQL experience in business-critical production environments, typically 5+ years or equivalent depth.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL internals and operations: MVCC, WAL, transactions, locks, indexes, query planning, replication, autovacuum, bloat, major upgrades, backups, PITR, and restore testing.
Proven experience with highly available databases and the ability to reason about quorum, split-brain risk, failover, rollback, and recovery.
Strong Linux and infrastructure fundamentals: systemd, networking, storage, filesystems, CPU/memory/disk bottlenecks, TLS, DNS, firewalls, and root-cause troubleshooting.
Automation skills with Ansible and scripting. Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, and merge-request based delivery are strong advantages.
Ability to support more than one database engine. You do not need to be a ClickHouse expert on day one, but you must be ready to learn it quickly and take responsibility for it.
Practical use of AI engineering assistants such as Claude and Codex. We expect you to use them to improve speed and quality, while personally verifying generated SQL, commands, scripts, and operational conclusions.
English - upper-intermediate or higher - to ensure clear communication of progress within the teams.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse operations: replication, Keeper/ZooKeeper, MergeTree engines, distributed DDL, grants, row policies, backups, query troubleshooting, and cluster recovery.
MongoDB replica sets and Percona Backup for MongoDB.
Redis/Sentinel and broker/cache failure modes.
Database observability, SLOs, golden signals, alert tuning, and executable incident runbooks.
Building internal platforms, self-service portals, or DBaaS workflows for engineering teams.
Benefits
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is the world's leading self-custodial wallet — and the primary gateway for hundreds of millions of people into the onchain economy. Our Trading features sit at the heart of that experience: enabling users to place a swap, a perp trade, a prediction market trade, or an investment in Real-World-Assets (RWA) with confidence.
We're looking for a strategic, data-informed, and user-obsessed
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to own the positioning and growth of these features. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the MetaMask marketing organisation — sitting at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term brand trust.
You'll report to our Product Marketing Director and work across Product, Growth, Brand, Business Development, and Partner Marketing to ensure every launch and lifecycle initiative is anchored in insight, competitive differentiation, and measurable impact.
What you'll do
Strategy
Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for features within Trading across global markets — from opportunity sizing and positioning through to launch and lifecycle optimisation
Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight, user behaviour, and growth potential
Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and Growth, representing user needs and market realities in decision-making
Influence long-term product strategy and monetisation through competitive analysis, segmentation, and market research
GTM and product growth
Lead product and feature launches, crafting narratives that resonate with crypto traders and holders,
Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase awareness, activation, and retention across Trading funnels
Partner with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities within user journeys, translating insights into programmes that move key metrics — conversion, volume, retention
Ensure strong measurement and continuous iteration — every campaign should have clear success metrics and documented learnings
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Brand, Growth, Communications, Business Development, and Customer Support to deliver integrated campaigns that connect product value to cultural relevance
Align cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines, priorities, and expectations to ensure seamless execution
Partner with Data and Product to monitor performance, share learnings, and continually refine GTM approaches
Brand and community
Strengthen MetaMask's reputation as a trusted, user-first brand in the Trading community
Support education, community, and influencer programmes that drive awareness and confidence — particularly among emerging market segments
Ensure consistency in storytelling across all surfaces, from lifecycle emails to content and brand campaigns
What you'll bring
6 to 8+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a high-growth consumer tech environment
Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives with measurable outcomes
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability — able to turn complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Analytical and outcome-driven; comfortable interpreting data and using insight to inform both marketing and product strategy
Exceptional cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership skills
Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and onchain user behaviour — or direct experience in the crypto ecosystem
Nice to have:
experience in leading GTM for perps trading and prediction markets products and leading GTM to Asia audience.

Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role Overview:
As a Data Scientist, you will help measure the impact of PlayStation's products, features and commercial initiatives through experimentation, causal inference and applied data science.
Working at the intersection of data science, machine learning, product and commercial strategy, you will apply robust analytical techniques to solve complex business problems, generate actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making across PlayStation.
This role goes beyond traditional A/B testing. You will apply modern causal inference, statistical modelling and machine learning techniques to evaluate initiatives where controlled experiments are difficult or impossible, collaborating closely with product, engineering, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality measurement and insights.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives affecting millions of PlayStation players while developing your expertise in experimentation, causal inference and applied data science.
What You'll Be Doing:
Apply measurement methodologies across experimentation, causal inference and advanced analytics to evaluate product and commercial initiatives.
Design and execute robust measurement approaches across randomised experiments, quasi-experimental methods and observational causal inference where controlled experimentation is impractical.
Apply statistical, machine learning and AI techniques to solve complex measurement challenges and generate actionable business insights.
Apply advanced data science and machine learning techniques where appropriate to complement experimentation and support complex business decisions.
Contribute to the development and adoption of best practices for experiment design, statistical analysis and causal measurement.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to identify high-impact measurement opportunities and ensure product and commercial decisions are supported by rigorous evidence.
Collaborate with engineering teams by providing feedback on experimentation and measurement capabilities to improve tooling and workflows.
Develop reusable analytical solutions, dashboards and code that improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of measurement.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging developments in statistics, machine learning and AI, identifying opportunities to improve measurement capabilities and analytical workflows.
Contribute to a culture of evidence-based decision-making by sharing knowledge, collaborating across teams and promoting analytical best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Master's degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or another quantitative discipline. PhD preferred.
3+ years of industry experience applying experimentation, causal inference, statistical modelling, machine learning or related analytical techniques to solve business problems.
Good understanding of experimental design, A/B testing and modern causal inference methods, including quasi-experimental approaches.
Experience applying data science, machine learning and statistical modelling techniques to analyse complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for analytical workflows.
Experience developing robust analytical solutions using sound statistical principles and software engineering best practices.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Curiosity, creativity and a pragmatic approach to solving ambiguous business problems.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving analytical capabilities.
Preferred:
Experience working in gaming, digital products, consumer technology, e-commerce or subscription businesses.
Familiarity with modern data engineering and analytics tooling such as Databricks, Snowflake, Git and Airflow.
Experience with modern business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Domo or Power BI.
Experience applying AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), to improve data science workflows and analytical productivity.
Experience developing reusable analytical frameworks, libraries or internal tooling.
Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Influence:
Measurement for PlayStation's product and commercial initiatives.
High-quality experimentation and causal inference across product and business teams.
Product and commercial decisions through rigorous analytical evidence.
The continued evolution of PlayStation's measurement and experimentation capabilities.

Work on challenging real-world problems using experimentation, causal inference and machine learning.
Collaborate with talented scientists, engineers and product teams on high-impact initiatives.
Learn from experienced data scientists while developing your expertise in modern measurement and experimentation.

What the Role Is
Babylist is creating a new
VP of Merchandise Planning, Allocation, and Inventory Management
to own how the company plans, buys, and allocates inventory as it scales beyond $1B in merchandise revenue. This is a net-new leadership role, reporting to the CFO/COO and sitting alongside senior functional leaders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance. The VP will own the strategic vision, operating standards, and systems roadmap for Planning. The mandate: give Babylist's planning function a clear point of view, faster decisions, and enough operational rigor to deliver a great customer experience and financial results through inventory. This role is remote and open anywhere in the US, with a preference for West Coast candidates.
Who You Are
Proven executive leadership of a merchandise planning, inventory management, and allocation function at a wholesale retail business across hundreds of vendors, ideally $500M to $2B+, through double-digit growth
A strong people manager with a track record of building a high-performance team culture: setting clear expectations, coaching direct reports toward promotion-ready capability, and building bench strength as the team scales.
A track record of setting strategic vision and operating standards for a planning organization: defining what "great" looks like, not just executing against someone else's model.
Demonstrated speed and conviction in high-stakes decisions (org design, staffing, systems investments) and the discipline to hold those decisions through execution
Experience building the planning point of view behind allocation as we expand the distribution network, the inventory deployment and drop-ship strategy that comes with adding fulfillment nodes.
Direct experience owning a demand planning or allocation platform implementation (e.g., Intuendi, Blue Yonder, o9, ToolsGroup, Impact Analytics) through to full adoption, closing the gap between "live" and "trusted and used."
A history of designing and scaling planning organizations, roles, levels, and career paths, for a rapidly growing and evolving business.
Comfort operating as an equal, vocal strategic partner to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance leaders.
Fluency in inventory KPIs (in-stock rate, weeks of supply, weeks on hand, aged inventory, working capital efficiency) and experience owning to in-stock or inventory incidents.
Experience owning operations that sit between planning and supply chain, vendor onboarding, vendor performance analytics, or drop-ship EDI a plus
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Define and develop the team to MerchandisePlanning's north star: the standards, operating cadence (OTB, team ceremonies), and expectations for every level of the function of a high-performance team
Take the forecasting/allocation platform from "migrated" to "trusted."
Finalize and execute a scalable org design for Planning, Inventory Management, and Allocation built for a $1B+ business. Fill open roles, set reporting lines, and communicate changes with enough lead time for the team to plan around them.
Build and drive the planning point of view behind the warehouse network expansion and inventory deployment across the network.
Own the inventory strategy: when to drop-ship vs. own, when to invest more vs pull back, when to pull back vs add more SKUs based on cannibalization or customer need with Merch partners. Set the criteria, make the call, and work through your team to execute on that strategy.
Own inventory health end to end: in-stock rate, weeks of supply, aged, and working capital efficiency, including leading the org's response when network in-stock performance slips.
Lead leaders: develop the team below you into stronger, more autonomous operators.
Establish Planning as an equal, vocal partner to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data & Finance in MBRs, S&OP, OTB, and other cross-functional forums, showing up with a point of view, not just support.
Why This Role
You'll sit at the same table as Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data & Finance leadership, directly shaping how Babylist buys, allocates, and delivers inventory to families.
You're inheriting real momentum, not a blank slate: a forecasting platform already live, a team that's proven it can adapt, and real opportunity to build out the team as the business scales
Direct visibility with the CFO/COO on working capital and inventory strategy, including board-level conversations on inventory efficiency.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation.
We offer a competitive base, meaningful equity, and the bonus target.
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
