Requirements
5+ years in technical writing, developer enablement, or technical training — ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts (version control, CI/CD, sandbox management, deployments) and data backup/recovery principles.
Proven track record building or contributing to a certification or learning program (Trailhead-style modules, exam design, or LMS authoring).

ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic partner marketing leader who has built programs that generate real demand, and you have the relationships, instincts, and drive to do it again at Constructor. You genuinely enjoy developing deep, lasting relationships with partners: you invest in understanding their business goals, earn their trust over time, and become the person they call when they’re thinking about what’s next. You are equally energized by the internal side of the job, aligning with partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to build programs that actually move the needle, not just check a box. You thrive in high-growth environments, bring fresh ideas and a bias toward outcomes, and have the cross-functional chops to make Constructor the most sought after partner for ecommerce search and product discovery across North America, APAC, and LATAM.
ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and works in close collaboration with the partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to translate partner relationships into tangible revenue impact.

- Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align GTM strategy with partner and customer needs

About the role
As part of our growing Data Science and Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in our company’s mission of building safe and beneficial artificial intelligence by driving data-informed decision making across our organization. You bring experience from high-bar teams and are eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing data science team as Anthropic continues to scale. In this unique company, technology, and moment in history, your work will be critical to informing our strategy as we deploy safe, frontier AI at scale to the world.
You’ll be the senior data science leader embedded in our Developer Platform product team and a strategic thought partner to its product leads. You’ll help set product direction for the Claude Developer Platform, spanning our core API, agent orchestration, tool and MCP integrations, and knowledge management capabilities. You’ll bring a point of view on where to invest, how to grow our platform business, and how to deliver more value for the developers and enterprises building on Claude. Turn complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations that drive decisions with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, including go-to-market teams
Establish foundational data practices and shape the analytics infrastructure Developer Platform needs to support rapid iteration and decision-making as our products grow
You may be a good fit if you:

Communicate clearly in writing and in presentations, including to executive audiences
Have a bias for action and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you must create clarity and drive progress
Care about the company’s mission of building helpful, honest, and harmless AI

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
