OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
NOTE: This is an active job posting for US candidates. There is a separate posting for non-US candidates on the Clipboard Careers page.
Role overview:
The Collections Account Manager (CAM) role is a critical role on the Billing team here at Clipboard, and this team ensures the successful management of billing processes for our biggest and most valuable workplace customers, who tend to also be more complex and risky. You will be a vital resource for workplaces, resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate invoicing, and managing financial relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, addressing billing concerns and ensuring timely invoice payments.
- Conducting high volumes of outbound calls to connect with customers about past-due account balances and resolve them.
- Navigating negotiations and evaluate tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential when making decisions.
- Resolving customer invoice disputes and other billing-related issues.
- Managing customer payments and remittances.
- Building trust with providers and healthcare executives through strong financial acumen.
- Clearly articulating the billing processes and educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures.
- Gathering and relaying feedback to improve billing systems and processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute billing-related initiatives and trials.
Quick background on Billing:
There’s much to explain to paint the full picture of the Billing machine, but ultimately the core goal is to optimize the speed with which our customers pay us while maintaining their overall experience with us as a vendor. We want to collect money as fast as possible and minimize losses, while preserving the customer experience, in service of reliably converting revenue into cash (the lifeline of a capital-intensive business like ours). This in a way is “ensuring high-quality growth” for the company.
Although Clipboard provides a service where workplaces can find qualified professionals to fill shifts, we are in many ways a lending company at our core since we pay professionals immediately after they work a shift. For illustrative purposes: a nurse works a shift → we pay the nurse $100 immediately with our cash → the workplace pays us $120 a month later. We extend debt to workplaces using cash we borrow, with interest, from an Asset-Backed Line (ABL) of credit – workplaces use that debt to pay their staffing costs, and we expect to be paid back by the workplaces at a later date based on agreed-upon net terms.
The point is: Billing is doing the critical work of actually converting our revenue into cash that we put in the bank. Otherwise, money we cannot collect is money we’ve burned. We consistently fight a multi-faceted battle: a battle wherein we must maximize the speed at which we recognize revenue, maximize the margin associated with each shift, and maximize the customer experience, all without letting one unduly impact the other. Optimizing collections is critical to make sure Clipboard is generating sustainable, high-quality growth and turning top-line revenue into cash that we use to service or grow other parts of the business.
Though the CAM role lives in the realm of finance and numbers, you don’t need to be skilled in finance or accounting – while it’d be a plus, we expect you to learn the basics along the way.
Success factors for this role:
- Extreme ownership: Take full responsibility for managing billing issues and solutions.
- Curiosity: Investigate and understand the root cause of billing problems so that you can identify the best solution.
- Scrappiness: Find innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and maintain progress.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully remote
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with healthcare customers
Hiring plan:
1. CAM Case Study
2. Case Study Interview
3. Customer Simulation Interview (s)
4. Hiring Manager Interview
5. Executive Interview (for US candidates only)
6. Offer!
System requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
- Wired headset for clear communication.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Stable power and internet connectivity.
Quick Note on Scammers:
Clipboard would never ask you for money or your bank details to participate in our hiring process. Report any scammers impersonating the Clipboard hiring team members here https://forms.gle/SyGaxHFbon7Hg9fW6.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Public Affairs Leader to serve as the number two on our public affairs team, working directly under the VP of Public Affairs with real authority over a growing team and an expanding set of markets. You will be the operational lead for our North American state and local engagement work, managing a field team, driving community strategy, and stepping in wherever the work needs you.
Nebius takes a community focused approach that sets us apart in the market. Communities have real concerns about land use, water, power, and local economic impact, and the companies that earn trust early move faster and build better. This role sits at the center of that effort.
You will start with three direct reports placed across active markets, with the team growing as our pipeline expands. You will have communications and marketing support, a strong story to tell about Nebius's approach, and direct access to the VP to help shape strategy, not just carry it out.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the field team
Manage and develop a team of three market-based public affairs professionals, as new markets come online.
Set priorities, coach performance, and ensure field staff have the support and strategy they need to be effective on the ground.
Serve as the deputy to the VP of Public Affairs — covering decisions,
representing
the function internally, and stepping in as needed.
Manage relationships with outside consultants and government relations firms across markets.
Drive community engagement strategy
Develop and execute the community engagement playbook across active markets, from
initial
project introduction through construction and operations.
Represent
Nebius
externally before local elected officials, planning boards, public town halls, and community open houses.
Identify
risks early — political, regulatory, community — and develop mitigation strategies before they become blockers.
Support and guide
Nebius's
community investment programs, including local education and workforce initiatives.
Work across the company
Partner closely with legal, infrastructure, communications, and marketing teams to coordinate messaging and stakeholder strategy around specific projects.
Translate complex policy and community dynamics into clear, actionable briefings for senior leadership.
Track political and regulatory developments across North American markets, surfacing issues and opportunities relevant to our build-out.
What Success Looks Like – Year One
The field team is stable, well-managed, and
operating
with a consistent engagement approach across markets.
Community trust is
established
in active markets, with permits and social operating
license
secured where needed.
A repeatable community engagement playbook is in place and being used by the team.
You've
built the relationships internally to be an effective deputy — legal, infrastructure, and comms teams
see
you as a go-to partner.
We expect you to have:
7
–10 years of
public affairs,
communications
and/or community engagement work
Hands-on experience with
developing infrastructure and engaging communities
Experience working in or alongside a fast-moving company or startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Proven ability to manage
a team and outside consultants.
Data center, energy, or other large-scale infrastructure experience
strongly preferred
How you work:
A relationship-builder: credible and comfortable in rooms with everyone from a neighbor to the Mayor, company executives, and project antagonists
A clear communicator: you translate complexity into crisp executive summaries and briefings that decision-makers can actually use.
A self-starter that can independently work towards key objectives, set goals and achieve them.
Collaborative across functions: you work naturally with legal, comms, and business teams rather than operating in a silo.
Solutions-oriented: when you surface a problem, you bring a recommended path forward.
Key employee benefits in the US:
Health insurance:
100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
401(k) plan:
Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.

Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
Disability & life insurance
: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
Pay Transparency

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is bringing data center capacity online faster than the industry has ever attempted, and the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that makes a site live — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, busway, PDUs, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, dry coolers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and sits squarely on the construction critical path. When a transformer slips three weeks at the factory, a data hall slips three weeks at the site.
We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date.
This is a senior individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, working daily with Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commissioning, and our general contractors and OEMs. It is not a category-management or negotiation role — Sourcing owns supplier strategy and commercial terms — and it is not a people-management role. The emphasis is execution: schedules, escalations, logistics, and site readiness.
What You'll Do
Delivery planning and schedule integration
Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio: order placement, engineering submittal/approval milestones, production slots, FAT dates, ship dates, and required-on-site (ROS) dates, integrated with the GC's construction schedule.
Engage during preconstruction with Construction, Engineering, and the GC to set OFE delivery expectations, sequence equipment arrivals to the build, and identify schedule risk before POs are cut.
Lead OFE kickoff meetings at the site level with the GC and internal construction teams, establishing points of contact, delivery windows, receiving requirements, and escalation paths.
Maintain the single source of truth for OFE status across the portfolio — a live tracker of every line item, its milestone dates, and its risk rating.
Supplier execution and escalation
Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators on open orders; verify production progress against committed slots rather than accepting reported dates at face value.
Act as the primary escalation point for factory slips, component shortages, FAT failures, and shipping delays; drive recovery plans (expedites, partial ships, resequencing, alternate sources) with Sourcing and Engineering.
Partner with Sourcing on corporate-level supplier escalations, bringing site-level schedule intelligence to commercial conversations.
Hold GC OFCI teams accountable for receiving, storage, and installation-readiness performance; manage the change/claim process when delivery issues affect the GC's schedule.
Logistics and site readiness
Plan and coordinate transportation for oversize/overweight and high-value equipment — carrier selection, route surveys, permits, crane and rigging coordination — with our logistics partners and the GC.
Manage laydown, staging, and interim storage decisions when site readiness and equipment arrival diverge; coordinate with Quality and Commissioning on receiving inspection and storage/preservation requirements.
Ensure equipment arrives complete — accessories, spares, documentation, and vendor startup support scheduled — so installation and commissioning are not delayed by missing pieces.
Risk management and reporting
Identify, triage, and report delivery risks across the portfolio; propose solutions and drive decisions to protect capacity milestones.
Establish and lead recurring Capacity Delivery Reviews giving leadership converged visibility into OFE delivery status and risk by site and by equipment category.
Track delivery KPIs — on-time-to-ROS, schedule drift by supplier and category, escalation cycle time, expedite spend — and use them to surface systemic issues.
Feed lessons learned back into Sourcing (lead-time assumptions, contract delivery terms, buffer strategy) and Construction (ROS sequencing) to improve the next program.
Who You Are
8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities — transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers — and familiarity with how those OEMs actually build and ship.
You've managed cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners, and you know when to expedite, when to resequence, and when to escalate commercially.
Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project) and tying equipment milestones to them.
Strong written and verbal communication — you can turn a messy delivery problem into a one-page recommendation for leadership.
Data-fluent: you build and maintain trackers and dashboards, and you'd rather look at the numbers than trust a status email.
Thrive with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; you own outcomes, not just updates.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (5–10+) across a regional portfolio.
Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows and how equipment documentation gates them.
Heavy-haul / project logistics experience, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms.
Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design.
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet/Procore).
PMP, CSCP, or similar certification.
Logistics
Location: [San Francisco / hybrid, or remote US near the regional portfolio?]

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Sales Lead, Canada Public Sector at Anthropic, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across the Canadian public sector. In collaboration with GTM, product, and marketing teams, you'll help refine our approach to the Canadian public-sector market while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. This is a national role anchored in the National Capital Region, supporting the Government of Canada, provincial/territorial governments, Canada's national security and defence community, crown corporations, and the broader public sector.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business and revenue growth across the Canadian public sector, with the Government of Canada as the primary focus and provincial/territorial governments, crown corporations, and the broader public sector as secondary coverage, owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment
Navigate how the Government of Canada buys cloud and AI services, including software licensing supply arrangements, federal cloud brokering, resale through Canadian partners, consumption via cloud provider marketplaces, competitive tendering, and Indigenous procurement considerations
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the Government of Canada, including departmental Chief Information Officers and Chief Data Officers, senior program executives, central agency and procurement stakeholders, and mission owners, becoming a trusted advisor on AI capabilities and implementation
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with departmental mandates and modernization initiatives, positioning Anthropic early in major programs to shape requirements before they are finalized
Navigate Canadian security and compliance requirements, including data classification levels, federal security control profiles, assessment and authorization, data-residency requirements, and personnel security clearances
Coordinate closely with cloud service providers and system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration
Represent Anthropic at Canadian public-sector and partner events, including industry days, conferences, and cloud provider events, raising Anthropic's profile through speaking engagements and community engagement
Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to ensure our offerings meet Canadian public-sector requirements, including responsible-AI obligations under the Treasury Board Directive on Automated Decision-Making and the Algorithmic Impact Assessment
Create and maintain sales playbooks specific to Canadian public-sector use cases and procurement processes
Generate pipeline and own territory and account planning across your assigned Canadian public-sector accounts, maintaining hands-on engagement with key accounts
Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated delivery of commitments and maintain appropriate documentation of customer engagements, engaging bilingually (English/French) with federal institutions and Quebec public-sector customers where required
You may be a good fit if you have:
7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Canadian public sector, the majority selling to the Government of Canada, with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies
Deep understanding of federal department and agency mandates, challenges, and technology needs, with working knowledge of provincial/territorial and broader public-sector buyers
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic account leadership with hands-on sales execution
Familiarity with how the Government of Canada buys and secures cloud and AI services, with the judgment to navigate these processes alongside partners, capture, and deal teams
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing large, complex, long-cycle public-sector deals
Ability to be based in the National Capital Region, with travel across Canada as needed
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada personnel security clearance (Reliability Status; Secret an asset)
Executive presence and relationship-building skills across all levels, from technical teams to senior agency leadership (ADM/DG)
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including cloud providers and system integrators
Professional working proficiency in French, sufficient to support Quebec public-sector engagement and bilingual delivery of customer-facing material
Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail in execution
A passion for safe and ethical AI development, with the ability to articulate its importance in government contexts

About the Role
OneDome is a UK-based property technology company on a mission to make buying, selling and financing a home simpler and faster. Our platform connects homebuyers, estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers into a single digital journey, and it is scaling quickly.
We hold a great deal of data on how customers move through buying, financing and conveyancing, and very little of it can currently be queried in one place. This is our first dedicated data engineering role. You will own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it, decide what the data platform looks like, and become the person the business relies on for answers.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain our AWS-based data platform for a quickly scaling business.
Build and own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it from product, CRM and third-party systems.
Model data for analytics and reporting so analysts, product and leadership can rely on it, and keep those models tested and documented.
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction across the platform.
Ensure data quality, performance and scalability.
Own data protection obligations within our pipelines, including retention, deletion and subject access requests.
Collaborate with product managers, analysts and engineers across distributed teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security and operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience building and running production data pipelines end to end.
Data warehouse design and modelling, including dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions, incremental and full-refresh builds, and schemas analysts can query unaided.
Hands-on production experience with Redshift, including loading strategies, distribution and sort key design, workload management, query tuning and cost control. An equivalent columnar warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) is acceptable with a credible transfer story.
Experience running dbt in production, including testing, documentation and CI.
Strong SQL, including tuning analytical queries, and strong Python.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including Postgres (with JSONB) and DynamoDB or equivalent, and real experience getting analytical value out of NoSQL stores through change data capture, export patterns, denormalisation and schema drift.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying and operating data services on AWS, including S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis/Firehose, RDS, IAM and CloudWatch.
Experience with infrastructure automation and observability, including infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience handling regulated personal data in the UK, including GDPR, retention and subject access requests.
Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of the development workflow.
Strong communication skills in English. Russian is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dataverse data extraction (Synapse Link, Dataverse API).
Mortgage, property or financial services domain experience.
Experience with BI tooling such as Looker or Metabase.
Familiarity with managed ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte.
AWS certification.
What We Offer
Challenging tasks with a great opportunity to level up your skills.
20 working days of paid vacation, with additional days off following the UK holiday calendar.
Working hours of 9:00-17:00 London time.
An international team spread across Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
Ready to Build?
OneDome is small enough that your work is visible and large enough that it matters. This is the first data role here, so the warehouse, the models and the standards will be yours to set. If you want to help reshape one of the biggest transactions in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.

Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.

These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn

- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.

We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Strong English and Korean communication skills. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
