ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT GTM ENGINEERING:
GTM Engineering is responsible for the data, business logic, workflows, and agents that enable our Marketing and Sales teams to help customers get the most out of Modal.
Like the infrastructure beneath the Magic Kingdom https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_utilidor_system, much of our work happens behind the scenes. We build systems that anticipate and deliver what customers need to grow on Modal.
We bring a product management, growth engineering, and data science approach to GTM, from centralizing our data platform https://deepline.com/blog/gtm-ai-nyc-chris-modal to building agents for account research https://parallel.ai/blog/case-study-modal.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to own our GTM data platform. This role combines analytics engineering with revenue operations: you’ll build the org map, people graph, and data systems that help us discover future customers and support our GTM workflows, partnering closely with our Data team on the shared foundation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain an org map and people graph connecting companies, labs, teams, and individuals to identify researchers, engineers, and early-stage startups, including people beyond our existing users and CRM
- Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas so affiliations, roles, and relationships stay accurate, current, and traceable to their sources
- Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt connecting people, companies, workspaces, workloads, usage, and revenue, giving reps and agents a shared foundation for customer context
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define and implement metrics, data models, and business rules for routing, territory assignments, compensation, pipeline reporting, and attribution
- Partner with Data on usage forecasts and account signals; build reproducible reporting that reconciles actuals, forecasts, human adjustments, and credited attainment
- Build reverse ETL pipelines for ad audiences, lifecycle campaigns, CRM enrichment, outbound, and event outreach, preserving engagement history and campaign eligibility
- Own data quality and system health, from graph coverage and stale enrichment to failed syncs and historical reporting accuracy
- Build the tooling that helps GTM Engineering ship reliably, from development environments, automated tests, and deployments to backups and shared AI agents and skills
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’re fluent in SQL and proficient in Python
- You already use AI coding tools and agents to build, debug, and automate your work, and help teammates do the same
- You’ve built data models and production pipelines with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Modal, or Hex
- You have hands-on experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and revenue or marketing operations
- You understand how leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue move through a business
- You have high attention to detail and a habit of testing, documenting, and monitoring the systems you build
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with usage-based businesses

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Inventory Specialist, you'll make sure our engineers always have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time. You will run day-to-day receiving, storage, stock control, cycle counting and kitting for the hardware side of a small, fast-moving team of around 40 engineers building cutting-edge humanoid robots. site, keeping material flowing accurately into prototype builds. This is a senior individual-contributor role: we need someone competent and self-directed who can run the site’s stores with minimal supervision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Boston Site Focus
- Be the first dedicated hands-on warehouse resource in Boston, setting up and organizing the stores area, location structure and labelling, and supporting the site’s prototype builds with accurate receiving, storage and kitting.
- Get the site’s prototype material ready for builds, working with the SCM Lead Boston and the local Senior Buyer on inbound material and priorities, including long lead-time items, so shortages are flagged early.
- Keep stock records and inventory reporting aligned with the other Humanoid sites so material can be seen and planned globally, and help shape how the site tracks inventory as it grows.
- Follow OSHA and applicable Massachusetts workplace safety requirements, including safe handling and storage of materials.
Goods Receiving & Put-away
- Receive inbound deliveries from suppliers, carriers and 3PL partners; check paperwork against the purchase order and inspect goods for damage, shortages or non-conformance.
- Record goods receipts accurately on the day of arrival in JIRA and the site’s inventory tracking sheets, and put material away to the correct, labelled location.
- Segregate and record quarantined, rejected and non-conforming stock, and support the return-to-supplier process with the SCM and quality teams.
- Handle ESD-sensitive, high-value, serialized and lot-controlled components with the care they need, maintaining traceability from receipt to build.
Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
- Run daily and weekly cycle counts to the global schedule, investigate variances at root cause, and record adjustments with proper authorization.
- Own stock accuracy for the site: keep physical stock, inventory records and locations in agreement, and report accuracy KPIs to the SCM Lead and global WILP team.
- Set, review and maintain minimum / maximum (safety stock) levels for the site’s consumables, common parts and high-usage items, working with the SCM Lead and the planning team, and raise replenishment requests before stock runs short.
- Support periodic and year-end stocktakes, and flag ageing, excess, obsolete or slow-moving stock early.
- Keep every movement (transfers, issues, returns, scrap) recorded in JIRA and the inventory sheets in real time, so no stock goes untracked.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets, and AI tools where they help, to build and maintain count plans, stock reports and variance analysis, and to automate repetitive tracking tasks.
Material Movement, Kitting & Build Support
- Pick, stage and deliver kits to the build area against BOM and build schedule, and check kits are complete and correct before release.
- Respond to urgent pick requests and shortages from engineering and production, and give procurement and planning a clear, early view of material gaps.
- Manage material issues to builds and returns of unused material back to stock, with accurate records throughout.
- Move material between storage, kitting, build and test areas safely using pallet trucks and other manual handling.
Dispatch, Returns & Inter-site Transfers
- Prepare outbound shipments, supplier returns and rework loops, and arrange collection with carriers or 3PL partners.
- Prepare accurate shipping and customs paperwork for parts and sub-assemblies moving between Humanoid sites (London, Boston and Vancouver), working with the Logistics team so shipments clear without delay.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and chase delays before they affect builds.
Site Operations, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Keep the stores area clean, organised, safe and compliant with local health and safety requirements.
- Maintain location structure, labelling and storage layout, and apply 5S principles.
- Support the site asset register by tagging, locating and verifying tools, fixtures and equipment held in stores, and keeping custody and location records up to date. Ownership of the master asset list sits outside this role.
- Suggest and help implement practical improvements to receiving, storage, kitting and counting processes, and follow global warehouse and inventory SOPs.
- Cover the site’s warehouse needs independently, and escalate issues that need SCM Lead or global WILP support in good time.
Expectations
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, setting your own daily priorities with minimal supervision.
- Act as the site’s subject-matter expert for receiving, stock control and kitting, and a go-to person for colleagues in engineering, production and procurement.
- Train, coach and support colleagues and temporary or contract staff on warehouse processes and inventory tracking.
- Help build, document and improve the site’s warehouse processes as the team grows.
- Not a people-management role: you will set the standard and lead by example on site.
- On-site role in a warehouse and stores environment, including standing, walking and regular manual handling (lifting up to 23 kg / 50 lb, with equipment available for heavier loads).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in a warehouse, stores or inventory control role, ideally in manufacturing, electronics, robotics, aerospace, automotive or a prototype/R&D build environment.
- Practical, hands-on use of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots, simple dashboards) and the confidence to use AI tools to make stock tracking and reporting faster and more accurate.
- Experience of cycle counting and stock reconciliation, including investigating and resolving variances.
- Experience of kitting and material issue to production against BOMs, and the ability to read a BOM and drawings.
- Comfortable using Slack and collaborating digitally with remote teams.
- Able to work safely in a physical warehouse environment, including regular lifting and moving of materials with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be needed to support urgent builds and time-critical deliveries.
Qualifications & Site Requirements
- Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a warehouse or logistics certificate is a plus.
- OSHA 10-hour general industry training is an advantage.
- Awareness of U.S. DOT hazardous materials shipping requirements is an advantage.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States.
Desirable
- Experience in a small, fast-moving or start-up environment where processes are still being built.
- Experience of JIRA or a similar ticketing system, or of an ERP or warehouse management system. Not required: full training on our JIRA-based processes will be given.
- Familiarity with handling lithium batteries and other regulated or hazardous components.
- Exposure to working with 3PL providers, carriers and import/export documentation.
- Lean or 5S training, or an inventory/warehouse qualification such as APICS CPIM or an equivalent.
Behavioral Skills
- Ownership and reliability: you finish what you start and you are accurate every time.
- Methodical, organized and detail-focused, with a strong sense of accuracy and compliance.
- Clear, proactive communication with engineering, production, procurement and the London-based leadership team across time zones.
- Comfortable working independently and sound judgement on when to escalate.
- Flexible and practical in a fast-paced, changing environment, with willingness to support build peaks.
- A problem-solving mindset and a positive, hands-on attitude.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $60K–$80K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Own the full sales cycle — from self-sourced prospecting and territory prioritization through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.
Build and manage key stakeholders and "champions" through multi-threading within target organizations.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (video conference or face-to-face) showcasing how Olo solutions help brands deliver personalized hospitality at scale while driving incremental revenue.
Coordinate customer meetings and deliver timely recaps with associated follow-up materials.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualifying competitive threats to final contract negotiations.
Partner with the Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless program launches that meet client expectations.
Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team at ClickUp. This is an open team placement role: you'll join a product team based on your strengths and our business priorities, rather than being hired into a single predefined product area. Across teams, the mandate is the same: build a strong team, ship useful product improvements, and take ownership of the quality and reliability of what you deliver.
Engineering Managers at ClickUp are hands-on. You'll lead from the front: reading and reviewing code daily, debugging production issues alongside your team, prototyping when it unblocks a decision, and shipping code yourself when the team needs it. Your technical credibility is how you earn trust, set the bar, and make good calls quickly.
You'll also own people management, delivery, and team execution. Working closely with product, design, and technical leads, you'll turn customer problems into clear priorities and achievable milestones. You'll develop engineers, make trade-offs explicit, and keep work moving without letting quality or maintainability become someone else's problem.
You'll also run an AI-native team. We structure work so AI agents can read it, route it, roll it up, and report on it. Progress and team health should be visible from real signals, with reporting available self-serve rather than dependent on status meetings. We want a manager who has used AI to remove busywork and improve how a team builds, and who can help engineers use it responsibly across planning, implementation, testing, and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a product engineering team. Own hiring, onboarding, mentorship, performance, and career growth, and build a team where expectations are clear and feedback is direct.
- Own delivery from planning through release and follow-through. Break work into clear milestones, manage dependencies, surface risks early, and make realistic commitments.
- Set priorities with product, design, and engineering leadership. Connect engineering work to customer needs and business outcomes, and make deliberate trade-offs between new features, reliability, and technical debt.
- Lead from the front technically. Stay close to the codebase: review PRs, dig into production issues, write code and prototypes when it unblocks the team, and know your systems well enough to spot risk before it ships.
- Drive architecture and implementation decisions with your technical leads and senior engineers. Bring real depth to design discussions, challenge assumptions with specifics, and make the call when the team is stuck.
- Run an AI-native team. Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve planning, development, testing, triage, and reporting, while maintaining clear ownership and human review where it matters.
- Uphold a high engineering bar across design and code review, automated testing, performance, security, and maintainability. Build quality into delivery rather than treating it as a final checkpoint.
- Own the operational health of your team's product area. Establish appropriate monitoring, safe rollout practices, incident response, and on-call ownership, and turn production issues into lasting improvements.
- Collaborate across product teams and shared platform teams to resolve dependencies and deliver coherent customer experiences.
- Keep priorities, progress, risks, and decisions visible. Use evidence to improve team execution and product outcomes, rather than optimizing for activity counts.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production software, including substantial time as a hands-on senior engineer, with 2+ years managing an engineering team.
- You still code. You're comfortable working in a modern production codebase (TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar), reviewing PRs with substance, and debugging across the stack.
- A track record of delivering customer-facing SaaS products or services, with ownership extending beyond launch to reliability, maintenance, and customer outcomes.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing engineers, including giving direct feedback, managing performance, and supporting career growth.
- Deep technical judgment. You can lead architecture discussions, evaluate trade-offs from first-hand experience, and hold a high engineering bar because you know what good looks like in the code.
- Experience partnering closely with product and design to define priorities, scope work, and deliver against clear milestones.
- A demonstrated ability to use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve engineering work and reduce manual coordination, with attention to correctness, security, and review.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, learning unfamiliar product areas, and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration. You make ownership, trade-offs, risks, and next steps easy to understand.
- Daily fluency with AI tools in your own workflow.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent, meaningful code contributions as a manager: features, fixes, tooling, or prototypes you shipped yourself.
- Experience managing engineers across frontend and backend, or leading delivery across multiple technical disciplines.
- Experience building and operating software at scale, including performance, reliability, safe migrations, and incident management.
- Experience in a fast-moving product organization, balancing customer-facing delivery with platform improvements and technical debt.
- Experience introducing AI-native or agent-driven workflows to an engineering team, with measurable improvements in quality or execution.
- Experience building collaboration, productivity, or workflow software, or products used by both individual users and enterprise customers.
- Experience leading distributed teams across time zones.

ABOUT PEEC AI
AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to keep Peec's revenue engine clean, accurate, and running on time. Our sales team is scaling fast across Berlin and New York on a motion that combines product-led signups with outbound, and every forecast, pipeline review, and routing rule depends on the data in HubSpot being right.
You'll own that day-to-day layer hands-on: maintaining HubSpot, building the reports and dashboards sales leadership runs on, and taking manual admin off the GTM team's plate. You'll report to CRO and work daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. This is a role for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to learn fast inside a company that's growing faster. This is an on-site role in our New York office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy: properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, duplicates, and the hygiene standards everything downstream depends on
- Build and maintain the reports and dashboards behind weekly pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, and forecast calls
- Manage lead routing and assignment rules so inbound, product signups, and outbound land with the right rep fast
- Build HubSpot workflows and automations that take manual work off AEs and SDRs
- Support territory, quota, and commission tracking with clean data and accurate inputs for Finance
- Onboard new GTM hires onto HubSpot and the tools around it, and keep process documentation current
- Handle day-to-day CRM requests from the sales team and spot the patterns worth fixing properly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills: you've built workflows, reports, and properties, not just logged activity in it
- Detail-oriented with data: you notice when a number looks wrong and dig until you know why
- A clear communicator who can push back on a messy process with reps and sales leaders
- Curious about AI tooling and keen to automate repetitive work
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting)
- Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Some SQL for pulling your own answers out of the data
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or a product-led sales motion
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership as we build our US team in New York
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Regular team events and off-sites
- A collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York

Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $20M ARR in 23 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our New York office, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution. For example, deciding when an account belongs to a rep and when it goes back to the pool, then making the CRM enforce it
- Reporting: pipeline, forecast and numbers per rep. For example, an outbound pipeline number the sales team can be measured and paid on, without arguments
- Comp and commissions: plans set up in the tooling, monthly runs that match the CRM, and clear answers for reps
- Quote-to-cash: offer, signature, billing and the handover to Customer Success
- Data model: one source of truth across CRM, billing and product
- Tools and roadmap: you choose, run and simplify the revenue tools, and keep a roadmap with owners and dates
- Launch discipline: every change ships with a clear rule, a test, an owner and communication to the people it affects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it's done
- You've owned a function, not just worked through a backlog
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot: workflows, data model, reporting, and you still build things yourself
- Strong project management: you turn a loose brief into a plan, bring the right people together and deliver
- Commercial judgment: you understand the sales problem behind a request, not just the ticket
- Comfortable with data: SQL or a BI tool, plus a working understanding of APIs and automations
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
HOW YOU WORK
- You finish what you start, without being chased
- High rigor: you check your own work, especially AI-assisted work, and say what you're unsure about
- You propose rather than ask: you find answers yourself and bring structure instead of waiting for it
- You raise problems early, before others find them
- You close loops: a short weekly written update, and every missed deadline gets a new date or is dropped with a reason
- You stand behind your numbers: you present to leadership and finance yourself and can explain every figure
- You build relationships with sales leaders, CX and finance unprompted
- You take fast feedback well and act on it
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building a RevOps function from scratch, or owning a remit that spans regions
- Experience working across time zones with a European HQ
- Exposure to PLG funnels and product usage data in a sales-assist motion
- Familiarity with Stripe, billing, or CPQ workflows and deal desk operations
- SQL skills for pulling your own answers out of the data
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, and healthcare. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
You'll recruit and develop reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins enterprise. It's a high-influence seat, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp a team of Enterprise sellers
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for your territory, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, public sector)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally on a new or early-stage team
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in New York and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $20M ARR in 23 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our Berlin HQ, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You’ve built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it’s done
- You’ve owned a function, not just worked through a backlog
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot: workflows, data model, reporting, and you still build things yourself
- Strong project management: you turn a loose brief into a plan, bring the right people together and deliver
- Commercial judgment: you understand the sales problem behind a request, not just the ticket
- Comfortable with data: SQL or a BI tool, plus a working understanding of APIs and automations
- Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
HOW YOU WORK
- You finish what you start, without being chased
- High rigor: you check your own work, especially AI-assisted work, and say what you’re unsure about
- You propose rather than ask: you find answers yourself and bring structure instead of waiting for it
- You raise problems early, before others find them
- You close loops: a short weekly written update, and every missed deadline gets a new date or is dropped with a reason
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Paid meal & Uber home when working late

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Claude Partner Network (CPN) Reseller track lets authorized partners sell Claude directly to end customers. These partners bring Claude into accounts that Anthropic can't reach alone, and they need marketing that helps them build a real Claude practice: campaigns they can run with their own teams, funding they can put to work, and proof that moves them up through the partner tiers.
This is a foundational, first-in-seat role with wide scope. You'll be the first dedicated partner marketer for the reseller track, and you'll lead it globally. You'll set its marketing strategy, define the standards and playbooks partners run against, and build the tier-advancement path from the ground up. You'll work across regions and with a network of agency partners to deliver programs at global scale. You'll shape how reseller marketing fits into Anthropic's broader partner strategy, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, Channel Account Managers, Partner Operations, Customer Marketing, and Communications to make sure reseller activity and Anthropic's direct sales point in the same direction. You'll also set the bar for the marketers who join the practice as it grows.
Key responsibilities
Set the marketing strategy for the reseller track, including priorities, investment choices, and quarterly and annual plans that connect partner activity to registered pipeline and reseller revenue
Define the reseller marketing playbook and co-marketing standards, and keep them current as the program launches and expands
Represent the partner marketing perspective in program design, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, and Legal on how benefits, MDF, and tier criteria will work in practice
Build joint marketing plan templates for reseller partners, including campaign calendars and success metrics
Source, select, and manage the agency partners that support reseller programs globally, including scope, budgets, quality standards, and performance reviews, and build a regional roster that can scale as the program expands
Run partner-led campaigns with those agencies, using co-branded and localized kits for each market, and help partners adapt them for their own buyers
Own partner marketing funds (MDF) end to end: help partners build proposals, track approvals and documentation, and connect every funded activity to registered pipeline
Help partners reach their next tier by planning the customer stories, certification pushes, and public proof points each tier requires, on a timeline that fits the January and July tier reviews
Turn partner wins into customer stories with Customer Marketing, from interview through partner and Anthropic approvals
Coordinate joint announcements and press with Anthropic Communications, managing review timelines and holding partner copy to Anthropic's messaging and brand standards
Partner with Channel Account Managers and the field on audience and account targeting, so reseller campaigns extend Anthropic’s reach into new customers and partner and direct motions reinforce each other
Define how reseller marketing success is measured: set targets and KPIs for pipeline, reseller revenue, and campaign ROI, build the reporting, and use results to decide where to invest and what to change
Report on partner-sourced pipeline and reseller revenue influence, with 30/60/90-day tracking on every activation
Keep reseller partners informed through the CPN monthly broadcast and newsletter, and bring partner needs and results back into program planning
Minimum qualifications
Have owned marketing strategy for a partner or channel program, setting priorities and investment decisions rather than only executing against them
Have built and run co-marketing programs with channel, reseller, or distribution partners, including partner-funded budgets (MDF, co-op, or similar) and ROI reporting
Have sourced and managed agencies or contractors across multiple regions, including scoping work, managing budgets, and holding quality standards
Have run marketing programs across multiple international markets
Understand indirect sales motions, including how partners find, register, and close deals, and can write marketing that reaches partner sellers as well as end customers
Can build joint plans and value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for customers
Have defined success measures for a partner or channel program and used the results to change investment decisions
Are skilled at tracking program performance in a CRM or equivalent system, and can turn that data into clear recommendations
Write clearly and precisely, and can hold partner-produced copy to brand and approval standards
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move priorities forward with partners you don't manage
Can make and defend decisions with incomplete data, and know when to escalate
Are highly organized and can run several partner plans at once without dropping quality
Are comfortable building new processes from scratch, in an environment where the playbook is still being written
Take ownership of outcomes and step in wherever the work needs you
Care about the societal impacts of AI and are excited about enabling organizations to adopt AI responsibly
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant focus on partner marketing in B2B technology environments
Have launched or scaled a partner program from its early stages, including tier design, benefits, and promotion criteria
Have produced partner-led customer stories, including managing approvals and public announcement timelines
Have experience with cloud marketplace reseller motions, such as private offers or co-sell programs
Have localized marketing content and campaigns for multiple international markets
Have established relationships with resellers, distributors, or systems integrators
Have experience with partner relationship management tools and Salesforce partner data
Understand enterprise AI use cases across industries and functions
Have set standards for or mentored other marketers, formally or informally
Have used Claude or other AI tools to scale their own marketing work
