About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them.
As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs.
Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open.
Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early.
Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard.
Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete.
Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner.
Our humble expectations
You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them.
You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center.
You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders.
You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions.
You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased.
You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently.
What we offer
A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform.
A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch.
Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product.
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote environment.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Commercial (Mid-Market) Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and high growth organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex, six-figure, multi-product, platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in San Francisco/Bay Area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, about 30-40%.

What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of closing experience in commercial, mid-market, or enterprise sales, including experience selling to organizations with 500+ employees.
- A consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas in the range of $1 million or more and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Experience selling enterprise platforms or integrated solutions rather than only transactional or stand-alone products.
- Experience creating pipeline through account planning, territory prioritization, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up, with the persistence to build new opportunities.
- The ability to engage security, identity, information technology, DevOps, platform engineering, and executive stakeholders, connecting technical priorities to clear business outcomes.
- Strong account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, negotiation, and executive communication skills, with a track record of winning new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access, cloud security, endpoint security, developer security, software as a service (SaaS) governance, or related technologies; experience selling to technology companies is also valuable.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:
• Develop and execute account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), identity leaders, security architects, and engineering teams.
• Create qualified pipeline by identifying whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, compelling events, and new use cases across identity security, AI adoption, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that connect an immediate customer need to a broader Unified Access strategy spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, information technology, DevOps, engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
• Structure and negotiate multi-year, multi-product agreements while maintaining accurate opportunity data, forecasts, mutual action plans, and close plans.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, channels, alliances, product, marketing, legal, and deal teams to win new customers and expand existing relationships through meaningful customer engagement.

Work closely with Category to evaluate the Supply Chain implications of supplier, assortment, promotion and commercial decisions and provide constructive challenge where required.
Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store.
Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements.
Identify structural supplier or assortment-related Supply Chain challenges and develop commercially sound solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
Own complex projects and larger workstreams from analysis and problem definition through implementation, stakeholder alignment and measurement of results.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.
Proactively identify new business needs and improvement opportunities and develop proposals for how Supply Chain can address them.
Work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, sharing expertise, providing guidance and supporting development through informal mentoring and collaboration.
Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team and wider Supply Chain community, contributing to cross-country projects, exchanging best practices and helping develop scalable ways of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product and other relevant functions.
Manage several priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high level of quality and follow-through.
Take a hands-on approach and be willing to move between strategic analysis, problem solving and operational execution as required.
Demonstrate excellent business judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach to getting things done.
Contribute positively to Wolt's culture and ways of working and be an active member of both the local and regional team.
Qualifications for the role

High level of autonomy and the ability to determine the appropriate methods and approach when faced with new or ambiguous assignments.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build credible working relationships across different functions and levels of the organisation.
Ability and willingness to share expertise, provide guidance and informally mentor less experienced colleagues without formal people-management responsibility.
Highly analytical, structured and detail-oriented while maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger commercial picture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities.
Advanced skills in analytical and productivity tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and Supply Chain systems is an advantage.
Passion for analytical excellence, continuous improvement and using data to make better decisions.
