Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
We're hiring a Senior Support Engineer to help customers run Qdrant's vector search engine reliably in production. You'll work Kubernetes-heavy, cloud-native environments every day, investigate hard technical issues, and turn what you learn into tools and workflows that make the whole support function faster. This is a chance to help shape a growing support team at an early-stage AI infrastructure company.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Provide direct technical support to customers running Qdrant, mostly asynchronous rather than face to face.
- Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and the database layer.
- Lead incident investigations and turn recurring problems into documented diagnostics and repeatable fixes, using AI-assisted tooling to speed up triage where it helps.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to resolve customer issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Build and maintain internal tools that make support workflows faster and more observable.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for both customers and the internal team.
- Lead by example through strong technical work, initiative, and collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5 or more years in a customer-facing support or infrastructure role, ideally supporting production Kubernetes environments.
- Strong, hands-on Kubernetes skills. A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credential is a plus.
- Proficient in Python or a similar language for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed systems.
- Comfortable working in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of database internals and how they behave under production load.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You dig into ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked.
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with vector search or vector database technologies.
- Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. Security background is a plus.
- Experience with observability tools (for example, Prometheus or Grafana) and automating support workflows.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

You know the product inside out:
You understand how high-engagement digital media is bought and sold, and you can convincingly make the case for why brands must invest in gaming and live streaming over legacy channels.
You have a conqueror’s mindset:

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Product Marketing Manager at Tennr, you'll shape how we bring our products to market across the business. You'll work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate what we build into messaging that lands with healthcare buyers who've never heard of us and healthcare buyers who already have three vendors pitching them something similar.
You'll know you're right for this if you can move fluidly between big-picture, strategic positioning and the actual sentence-level writing that makes a sales deck or launch email land. You like owning things end to end, and you're comfortable in a fast-moving team working with a lot of stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Own the day-to-day execution of Tennr's positioning and messaging across the business, delivering high performance narratives that cut through the noise and resonate with our target audience.
- Product Launches: Run point on launches for new products and features, in partnership with the Product team. Develop a deep understanding of our product value and how to communicate it to our audiences.
- Audience Understanding: Be an internal expert on our target audiences, including what they care about and how to talk to them.
- Sales Enablement: Build key sales assets (e.g., one-pagers, decks, battlecards) and train the Sales team to leverage them to help drive growth of the business.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape and lead the development of guidance for how we compete.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, or equivalent experience in a GTM role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Strong writing that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can point to specific examples of short-form and long-form content you've written and can explain the thinking behind it.
- High agency and results-oriented. Able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Like any startup job, this role’s priorities will shift as we grow. You should be energized by that, not unsettled by it.
- Cross-functional credibility. You've worked closely with Sales and/or Product before and can speak to a specific example of influencing what they did based on your input.
- Low ego, high energy. Willing to admit mistakes and work to fix them.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech industry experience.
- Have built AI automations to support product marketing responsibilities.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within the AWS partnership team and drives Supabase's and AWS's joint co-marketing and GTM motion in support of segments like gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI.
As Supabase drives investment into gaming, enterprise, and startup segments, each motion needs co-marketing execution and enablement content to land with AWS field teams and partners. This role owns that work directly: producing the content, case studies, and campaign support tied to AWS co-owned initiatives.
You'll work closely with the segment leads driving each motion and with the Alliances Lead, translating segment strategy into the campaigns and content that actually reach AWS field teams and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce co-marketing content and enablement assets (case studies, campaign materials, partner-facing documentation) for our gaming, enterprise, startup, and AI segments
- Plan and execute joint campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams, from initial concept through launch
- Support AWS-funded marketing engagements and executive-facing events with content and coordination
- Build and maintain enablement materials that keep our partner-facing teams and AWS contacts current on Supabase's story
- Identify the right audiences and contacts for campaigns, partnering with RevOps and marketing tooling as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partner marketing or co-marketing, ideally with experience working alongside a major cloud provider like AWS or similar strategic partner
- Strong writer and communicator, able to turn technical products and partnerships into clear, compelling narratives
- Execution-oriented. This role is about shipping campaigns and content, not managing a mature, fully-staffed program
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility. You lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanisms is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the role:
Aave Labs is looking for a Senior Smart Contract Engineer to help build and evolve the Aave Protocol and GHO stablecoin. You should have a strong passion for web3 technology and a deep understanding of smart contract development.
In this role, you'll design, implement, test, and deploy smart contracts across Ethereum and other EVM-based networks. You'll independently own small to medium-sized projects and contribute to larger protocol initiatives, working closely with the wider Aave engineering team to build secure and reliable DeFi infrastructure.
How you can make an impact:
Design, implement, and test secure Solidity-based smart contracts and decentralised applications
Own small to medium-sized smart contract projects end to end, such as building adapters and integrations, from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment
Contribute to larger protocol initiatives, such as Aave V4, vaults, and GHO, working within established architecture
Contribute to the development and maintenance of protocol-level infrastructure and tooling
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to design and ship new protocol features and functionality
Investigate security vulnerabilities, reproduce potential attack scenarios, and contribute to mitigation and response
Debug and troubleshoot smart contract and protocol issues across development and production environments
Review code written by other engineers, providing constructive feedback with a strong focus on correctness, testing, and security
Stay up to date with developments across Ethereum, DeFi, and smart contract security, applying relevant learnings to your work
Let’s connect if you have:
Strong experience building and shipping production smart contracts using Solidity
Experience working with DeFi protocols and a strong understanding of smart contracts, the EVM, and common protocol design patterns
The ability to independently design and deliver well-defined smart contract projects of limited scope, identifying technical requirements, trade-offs, and potential risks
Deep technical expertise in one or more areas of DeFi, such as lending, vaults, stablecoins, liquidity, or protocol integrations.
Strong knowledge of smart contract security, including common vulnerability classes, testing methodologies, and secure development practices
The ability to make sound technical decisions within your area of expertise and clearly explain the reasoning and trade-offs behind your approach
A track record of producing reliable, well-tested code and providing useful technical feedback through code review
A habit of keeping up with the latest exploits, security research, tooling, and developments across the Ethereum ecosystem
A genuine passion for DeFi and building at the forefront of web3 technology
Nice to haves:
Experience building or integrating DeFi vaults, including areas such as share and NAV accounting, strategy allocation, and deposit and redemption flows
Experience contributing to large, complex DeFi protocols or smart contract codebases
Experience building protocol adapters or integrating external protocols and infrastructure
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝
Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other.
