What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want:
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Solutions Consultant VP, you’ll be embedded in the Revenue team and report directly to the VP, Solutions Consulting. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales representatives to convey Garner's value proposition and technical product design to high-value prospective customers. With the support of Garner's Data and Product teams, you will design solutions to serve new business and serve as a technical liaison for our clients.
What you will do:
Develop a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and Provider products and our clinical methodologies
Serve as the subject matter expert in presenting our cutting-edge healthcare platforms during the sales process
Help manage relationships with high-value prospects
Clearly and persuasively communicate Garner’s capabilities and unique value propositions
Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses to support critical new business opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product enhancements
Who we're looking for:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting or technical sales, including at least 2 years in a role dedicated to presenting complex and data-rich methodologies and analyses
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies
An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment preferred
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $285,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

We encourage all employees to contribute their individual talents and ideas to strengthen our team, our brand, and our services. We promote a culture that serves to empower and motivate employees beyond the standard corporate rhetoric one might see on motivational posters. Employees understand their individual roles in serving our customers, and this clarity of purpose encourages high job performance.
Position Overview
If you are looking to align yourself with two of the largest growth industries: healthcare and technology, while joining one of the fastest-growing companies within those segments, Rectangle Health is the place for you!
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and self-directed QA Engineer with a strong background in automated UI and API testing. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks. As a QA Engineer, you will be an essential part of our Engineering department, helping to maintain and improve the innovative solutions that thousands of healthcare providers rely on every day. Your work safeguards the quality and reliability of our products, giving the organization the confidence to deliver quickly without compromising the trust our customers place in us.
Beyond technical ability, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works proactively across teams, and follows through reliably once ramped up on their product area. Experience in the Payments domain and performance testing is a strong plus. You will receive the training, tools, and support to keep growing as a QA Engineer, including hands-on access to cloud environments and AI-assisted development tools.

Test Automation:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
Test Planning & Strategy:

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Requirement Clarification:
Proactively follow up with product and engineering to clarify requirements when ticket or acceptance details are incomplete.
Defect Reporting:
Execute and analyze automated test results and report defects with detailed documentation.
CI/CD Integration:
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Documentation Ownership:
Anticipate documentation needs and initiate them: test coverage, processes, and automation workflows.
Agile Collaboration:
Participate in sprint ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on automation.
Proficiency in automated UI testing frameworks, preferably Playwright with JS/TypeScript.
Strong hands-on experience with API automation.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Experience working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate test development and debugging.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Payments domain.
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., K6).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
What We’re Looking For:
Works independently once onboarded and manages priorities with minimal oversight.
Proactive — anticipates needs and moves work forward without waiting to be prompted on every step.
Collaborates effectively across engineering, product, and QA teams.
Highly organized, with strong follow-through and ownership of work through completion.
Resourceful — uses available documentation, tools, and data to find answers and gather information independently.
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and growth.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 4-7+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new logo acquisition and expansion motions
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or CS team as part of an integrated customer motion
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $216,000 - $276,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21#LI-Onsite
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Perplexity is looking for a Design Engineer to help turn perplexity.com http://perplexity.com into a real growth engine, not a pile of one-off pages. You'll sit shoulder to shoulder with brand designers, PMMs, growth, and content teams, shipping product launch pages, campaign landing pages, and the components and tooling that let those teams move fast without lowering the bar.
This is a hands-on role for someone with real taste, sharp attention to detail, and the speed to turn a Figma file, a Slack thread, or a rough sketch into a polished, shipped page quickly.
Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Sanity
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ship product launch pages and evergreen marketing pages for products like Comet, Computer, Deep Research, Search, and Hub. Own the work from Figma handoff to production.
- Partner with brand designers to build interactive experiences that make the site feel alive and drive engagement.
- Maintain and extend our brand design system and component library, keeping Figma and production in sync so brand and creative can scaffold pages with guardrails.
- Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to run A/B tests on landing pages, popups, and upsell modules. Read the results, then iterate.
- Migrate the leftover Framer collections to Sanity, model schemas that non-engineers can actually use, and help ship new content types like changelog, customer stories, and academy pages.
- Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained. You can take a rough direction and turn it into something worth shipping.
- Improve the tools around the work: CMS workflows, i18n, SEO, experimentation, and internal tooling for marketing self-serve. If a manual process is slowing the team down, you should want to fix it.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing or growth site.
- A portfolio site that shows your previous work on marketing sites and design work.
- Strong skills in React, CSS, and modern frameworks.
- Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows. You know what the platform can do and you stay current on what's new.
- Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code.
- A real eye for design. You can tell the difference between "almost right" and "actually right," and your work reflects it.
- Attention to detail that shows up unprompted. The 2px misalignment, the wrong easing curve, the widow at the end of the paragraph.
- Stellar communication skills and a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. You can defend a decision, push back constructively, and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running A/B tests and reading experiments results in a growth context.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, structured data, and localization workflows.
- Experience with web animations (GSAP, Motion, Web Animations API), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling.
- Experience working with a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful).
- Experience building internal tools or AI-assisted workflows that made a marketing or design team faster.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
We're looking for a software engineer to join our Access & Governance team and help build the next generation of security and governance experiences on Render. As AI agents become more prevalent and organizations scale on Render, you'll help shape how customers securely manage access, protect their applications, and maintain visibility and control over their infrastructure.
This is a product-focused engineering role where you'll solve complex platform challenges while building intuitive, customer-facing experiences that make security simple and accessible to developers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and ship customer-facing security and governance products, owning the experience end to end, from intuitive interfaces and APIs to the underlying backend systems.
- Build foundational platform capabilities that help developers, teams, services, and AI agents securely access and operate on Render.
- Tackle challenging engineering problems involving distributed systems, authorization, scalability, and reliability while keeping the customer experience simple.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to translate complex customer needs into elegant, impactful product experiences.
- Help evolve and operate critical platform systems, ensuring high standards for correctness, performance, observability, and safe rollouts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience shipping and operating production systems.
- Experience building and shipping customer-facing platform products, with a strong appreciation for intuitive UX, well-designed APIs, and end-to-end product ownership.
- Strong technical fundamentals and experience designing reliable, scalable systems, including navigating complex APIs, data models, and architectural tradeoffs.
- A product-minded approach to engineering, with the ability to balance technical complexity, customer experience, and business impact.
- A track record of driving ambiguous projects from concept to production while collaborating effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering.
We care more about the systems you've built and the decisions you made than whether your last role had a "security" title.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Hands-on experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, JWTs or other authentication methods.
- Experience with multi-tenant authorization models such as RBAC, ABAC, or ReBAC, including policy engines or fine-grained authorization systems.
- Experience with workload identity, short-lived credentials, secrets management, privileged access, or security controls for services and agents.
- Experience building developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, identity product or SaaS products where APIs and backwards compatibility matter.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 and an ability to turn those requirements into security improvements for all customers.
- Contributions to open-source auth/security tooling.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.

We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Solutions Engineer, Commercial (Austin)
About the role
As a Solutions Engineer (SE) on our team, you will help prospects understand the value of the combined Fivetran and dbt platform across the full data lifecycle: moving, transforming, and trusting their data. You’ll lead technical discussions with prospective customers, uncover their data challenges, identify their technical requirements, and demonstrate how our products work together through live demos, technical workshops, and structured proofs of value.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of customers, from fast-growing startups to established enterprise data teams, helping them solve real business problems with our platform and playing a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward.
Internally, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives, contribute to building and refining our processes and playbooks as the two teams integrate, and act as the voice of the customer to ensure we continue developing products that solve real problems and delight our users.
Location:
Austin, TX (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Spend the majority of your time on pre-sales opportunities, working with customers to understand their business, use cases, and requirements for data movement, transformation, and governance
Consult with prospects to uncover their data challenges and show how Fivetran and dbt together can alleviate pain points and support their goals, from ingestion through modeling to analytics and AI
Lead structured, curiosity-driven discovery that qualifies opportunities early and maps technical requirements to business outcomes, success criteria, and the customer’s decision process
Own the demonstration of technical and business impact by delivering tailored demos and technical presentations of the platform to both technical and business audiences
Articulate business value, not just features: work with your Account Executive to build the business case (e.g. time-to-value, cost savings, ROI) and tell a clear, data-backed story to technical and executive stakeholders
Ensure the technical win by running an organized proof-of-value process, from defining success criteria through final readout
Design and architect scalable, reliable data solutions, and guide customers through architectural questions, including source systems, cloud and on-premises networking, self-hosted and SaaS deployment options, and security requirements
Collaborate closely with Account Executives by building strong, trust-based relationships and offering strategic input throughout the deal process, including account planning, opportunity prioritization/qualification, and pipeline generation strategy
Proactively generate demand in your territory through technical initiatives such as workshops, webinars, industry events, and account-based marketing activities
Maintain ongoing relationships with technical stakeholders within your accounts, build champions, and identify opportunities where customers can benefit from both products
Partner with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to represent the voice of the customer, relay field feedback, and drive improvements across the combined company
Contribute to our knowledge-sharing loop by helping improve team processes, refining assets and playbooks, and enabling and mentoring teammates through collaboration
Create and deliver external-facing content through live events, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Use AI tools to work smarter across research, discovery preparation, demo building, and follow-up, and help customers shape practical AI use cases on trusted, well-modeled data
Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in the data industry through ongoing training and certification, and help teammates work through advanced technical or business roadblocks
What you bring
2+ years of related industry experience (ideally 5–8) in data replication, sales engineering, analytics engineering, data consulting, or a related technical field, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
Strong technical foundation in modern data architectures, including cloud data warehouses, the modern data stack, and proficiency in SQL
Hands-on experience with other data replication or traditional ETL tools
Experience with transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and networking, both in the cloud and on-premises
Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex existing architectures and provide guidance on how to improve them by leveraging technology
Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team to formulate and execute an end-to-end deal cycle
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and business leadership
Business acumen and value storytelling: you connect technical capabilities to business outcomes and can talk about how a customer’s processes improve, not only how the product works
Genuine curiosity and empathy in customer conversations: active listening, asking the next question, and understanding what success looks like for the buyer
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and think on your feet during customer conversations
Experience working asynchronously as part of a partially remote, distributed team
A strong team-player mindset, both within the SE team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with Account Executives as part of a deal team
Openness to travel (up to 25%); we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt; dbt certification is a bonus
Basic Python competency and advanced SQL knowledge
Proven experience in a pre-sales technical role
Hands-on experience with database replication and data movement, including sources such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience on Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery and/or other cloud data platforms)
Experience with self-hosted and SaaS software applications and their supporting infrastructure
Specialized expertise in security posture
Experience developing partner relationships
Understanding of popular sales methodologies/frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
Experience in data engineering or AI/ML projects

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
- Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation.
- Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
- Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements.
- Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
- Written and spoken Japanese fluency to communicate directly with external customers, partners, and internal teams
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers.
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signal, reusable architecture patterns or scalable product improvements.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Business level English proficiency to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and peers.
- Experience working with Japanese enterprise customers or familiarity with Japan market dynamics and business practices.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Mid-market sales experience. You have experience selling technical products to technical buyers at mid-market organizations (500–2,999 employees).
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- 8–15+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software, with a proven record of closing large, complex deals.
- Native level Korean, business level English both in writing and speaking
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

- 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
