About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the Tavily at Nebius
In a rapidly evolving world, trust in AI depends on AI agents being grounded in fresh, verified real-world data. Search is the foundation that makes this possible.
Tavily provides the search and intelligence layer that powers AI agents and retrieval systems with trustworthy, real-time information. We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI, from fast-growing startups to global enterprises, helping them build agents that are not only intelligent but informed.
About the Role
We're looking for a senior, full-stack analyst / data scientist to own Product and PLG analytics end-to-end. You'll own the metrics behind our self-serve motion (signup, activation, usage, conversion, expansion and retention)
and find the drivers behind them
. You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership as a thought partner on product and growth decisions.
This role is fully independent. When a question comes up, you take it all the way: from building the pipeline, model the data, train and deploy the model, analyze the results and come back with a clear recommendation. Nothing waits in a queue for someone else. You'll also work closely with the other analysts on the team, share methods and standards, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing and GTM.
What You'll Do
• Own Product and PLG analytics end-to-end: define, instrument and measure the self-serve funnel, from first API call through activation, conversion to paid, expansion and churn.
• Uncover the drivers behind top-level KPIs: which behaviors, use cases and product experiences predict activation, retention and monetization.
• Build what you need: data pipelines and models (SQL, dbt, Python, orchestration) that turn raw product, usage and billing data into trusted, reusable datasets.
• Build and ship predictive models (conversion propensity, churn risk, usage forecasting, lead and account scoring) and bring their outputs into product and GTM workflows.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pricing and packaging tests, onboarding changes) and apply causal inference where you can't run a clean experiment.
• Proactively monitor key business and product metrics, investigate trends and anomalies, and surface insights stakeholders can act on.
• Partner directly with the CEO and leadership on strategic questions, including pricing, growth levers, product bets and market opportunities, and turn ambiguous questions into clear analysis and decisions.
• Set the standard for how we measure product success: metric definitions, a shared source of truth and analytical rigor across teams.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
• 5+ years of experience as a Product / Growth Analyst, Data Scientist or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a SaaS company, with deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, activation, retention, monetization and PLG dynamics.
• A strong statistical foundation.
• A proven record of working end-to-end on your own, from data engineering through modeling to a delivered recommendation.
• Strong hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, experimentation, machine learning and data modeling in a production environment.
• Comfort working with large, messy, event-level datasets.
• Hands-on experience building, validating and deploying predictive models (e.g., classification, forecasting, segmentation) that were used to make real business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business strategy through data and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Strong communication: you can turn complex analysis into a clear, compelling story and a concrete recommendation.
• Experience with modern data tooling (Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and BI tools like Omni/Looker/Tableau).
• BSc in Statistics / Math / CS or equivalent.
Nice to Have
• Experience at an API-first, developer-focused or PLG company.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Experience with pricing and packaging analysis or usage-based billing models.
• Familiarity with LLMs / AI tooling, and using AI agents to speed up your own analytical work.
• Evidence that you build things on your own: a GitHub profile, portfolio, side projects or publications.
• MSc / PhD in Statistics / Math / CS or equivalent.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As Notion’s mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD. This role is broad—you’ll shape the iOS stack end to end, from shared frameworks and build systems to release quality, with opportunities to work across our shared Rust layer and AI infrastructure for mobile development. You’ll pair with mobile AI and core product engineers to understand friction, evaluate new iOS capabilities, and decide what should become part of the platform.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Make the iOS platform agent-ready: Give engineers and agents dependable ways to build, run, test, screenshot, and iterate through the app so mobile teams can move faster without lowering the quality bar.
- By the end of your first year, define how iOS features are built: establish architecture and ship developer tools, then partner with product engineers to adopt them.
- Raise the bar for iOS reliability and release quality: Improve the systems that catch regressions, prevent incidents, and help engineers understand issues quickly across builds, tests, observability, and CI/CD.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Deep iOS engineering experience at scale: You’ve helped build and deploy mobile applications used by millions, and understand the reliability, performance, and operational practices required at that scale.
- Platform or infrastructure experience: You’ve worked below the product-feature layer on mobile CI/CD, testing platforms, build systems, developer tooling, or shared frameworks—and can turn recurring friction into durable systems.
- Strong architectural judgment: You’re familiar with multiple approaches to iOS architecture and can explain the trade-offs clearly, choosing patterns that make features easier to build, test, and maintain.
- Cross-functional influence: You can partner closely with product engineers, understand their pain points, and earn adoption for new platform APIs, workflows, and standards without relying on authority.
- AI-native engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $168,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Job Summary
If you like owning problems end to end, making security a default property of everything we build, and working closely with engineering, we want to meet you. Bugcrowd is looking for security engineers who move beyond standard tooling and drive measurable security outcomes our customers can rely on. You will help us shape a culture where security helps others succeed, not just points out problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner Closely with Engineering
: Refine architecture, validate new features, and drive security investment while prioritizing engineering velocity
Build Security Paved Roads
: Contribute to the secure defaults, libraries, and "paved roads" that systematically eradicate entire classes of vulnerabilities rather than fixing bugs one by one
Create Feedback Loops
: Tune security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and secret scanning to reduce noise and focus on what matters
Be our Best Customer
: Ensure our bug bounty program can be a model for other customers. Experiment with new ways to leverage the creativity of the crowd. Provide feedback on new platform features to engineering and product
Own Projects End to End
: Lead cross-functional product security projects from scoping through delivery, influencing product and engineering roadmaps and clearly communicating risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Amplify our Impact
: Use code and automation as a lever to scale coverage and eliminate repetitive work. Build systems based on incentives and accountability rather than just bureaucratic process
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years of experience in product security, application security, or secure software development
Can review code, automate tasks, and build security tooling in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, Java)
Hands-on experience with core application security practices — threat modeling, secure code review, and automated testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) — and a solid grasp of common vulnerability classes (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional partners across engineering, DevOps, and product.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required)
Previous experience with Bug Bounty or vulnerability disclosure programs

Why this role matters
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll own key parts of the cloud platform that keeps ICEYE's satellites talking to Earth. You'll shape how our AWS and Kubernetes environments are designed, secured and operated across ground stations, test environments and end-user platforms. You'll make infrastructure decisions that decide whether engineering ships fast and whether satellite operations stay connected when it matters most.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Own key parts of the AWS and Kubernetes platform behind our ground station and connectivity systems, working alongside another senior DevOps engineer and making explicit architecture trade-offs between reliability, cost and delivery speed
- Drive infrastructure initiatives in your areas from design to delivery, including the dependencies on software teams and ground station vendors
- Evolve our Terraform and deployment setup with reusable patterns that prevent whole classes of configuration and release issues
- Design and harden the network between our cloud environments and ground station sites
- Turn loosely defined operational problems into clear technical plans and working solutions
- Drive platform incidents to resolution, find the root cause, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Share your expertise through reviews, pairing and technical guidance, and help raise the bar on how we build and run infrastructure
What we're looking for
Must haves:
- Experience owning a platform or critical infrastructure area end to end, including its architecture decisions and trade-offs
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating production environments on AWS, including IAM, cost management, and security practices such as least privilege and secrets management
- Strong cloud networking skills: VPC design, DNS, routing, security groups, and debugging connectivity across cloud and on-prem environments
- Deep Terraform experience, including designing modules and managing infrastructure at scale
- Experience running Kubernetes in production, including deployments, Helm and troubleshooting
- A track record of resolving production incidents and driving lasting reliability improvements
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions
Nice to haves:
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem experience
- Scripting or software engineering experience with Python, Bash or Go
- Observability practices, including logging, metrics, alerting and tools such as Grafana
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, RDS or MongoDB
- Experience in regulated, defence or security-sensitive environments
Application Process
- Talent Attraction Partner Screen Call
- Hiring Manager interview
- Technical interview
- Values & Fit interview
