About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as an EMEA based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across EMEA helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As one of our early CSMs in EMEA, you'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key EMEA customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/ adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of EMEA customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as a member of the first in-region CS team, developing EMEA-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/ Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to various audiences
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves'' mentality. You are a true team player
Native English and (Bonus) Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Italian

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

About Us
Where elite tech talent meets world-class opportunities!
At Xenon7, we work with leading enterprise clients and innovative startups on high-impact projects across Data, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Our expertise in AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent allows us to partner with enterprise leaders on transformative initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an
Agentforce AI Maestro
to join our elite European advisory roster under Xenon7's flexible Maestro Model. This strategic, fractional role combines enterprise Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead high-level technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee production deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.
Rather than a standard full-time commitment, this role provides high-leverage advisory engagements and project-based execution, with the potential to evolve into a full-time principal position as engagements scale. This is a hands-on technical lead role, not a Salesforce admin position.
A. Agentforce Architecture & System Design
Solution Architecture:
Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent $\rightarrow$ Agent $\rightarrow$ Context $\rightarrow$ Reasoning $\rightarrow$ Actions $\rightarrow$ Systems $\rightarrow$ Outcome).
Core Agent Engineering:
Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.
Deterministic Logic Integration:
Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.
B. Agentic AI & LLM Engineering
Orchestration & Tooling:
Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.
Architectural Trade-offs:
Evaluate and determine when to leverage LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations.
C. Enterprise Data & System Integration
Grounding & RAG:
Ground agent reasoning in structured/unstructured enterprise data utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries.
System Interoperability:
Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines, incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards.
D. Testing, Security & Strategic Advisory
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using the Agentforce Testing Center.
Security & Guardrails:
Design least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
Client & Team Leadership:
Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience.
Agentforce Track Record:
At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.
Location:
Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours.
Core Tech Stack:
Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
AI Competency:
Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.
Preferred Certifications & Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP.
Exposure to major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock)
Location: Philippines

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences, from single-team sessions to larger technical enablement
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions, and find the expansion opportunities that come out of those conversations
- Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets, cookbooks, and example code that scale across accounts
- Contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or founding and product engineering, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and competitive evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences, then translate that into a decision the customer is ready to make
- A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out as you go
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVES
- You've deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience carrying a technical number or working against pipeline alongside a sales team
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
Looking for a hands-on implementation role focused on custom delivery, bespoke integrations, and scoped consulting projects? Please check out the Deployed Engineer (Professional Services) roles.
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Emerging Talent is an important part of how Ramp builds for the long term. It gives us the opportunity to meet exceptional people early, build relationships before they enter the broader talent market, and develop the next generation of Ramp talent.
We’re hiring a Recruiter to help build and execute our Emerging Talent programs. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across early-career roles and internships, partnering closely with hiring teams to identify, assess, and close exceptional candidates.
A big part of the job is finding talent before everyone else does. You’ll build relationships with students and early-career candidates, develop new ways to reach high-potential talent, and help create an exceptional experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Ramp through offer and, for our interns, potential conversion to full-time. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve how we operate, test new approaches, and help shape a growing Emerging Talent function.

- Own full-cycle recruiting across Ramp’s Emerging Talent roles
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and other teams to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate on early-career talent
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates through universities, student communities, technical networks, referrals, events, and other emerging-talent channels
- Lead offer and closing processes, building strong candidate relationships and helping exceptional talent understand the opportunity to build their careers at Ramp
- Support the execution of Ramp’s internship programs, including candidate programming, events, intern engagement, and intern-to-full-time conversion
- Use recruiting data to understand pipeline health, identify opportunities, and keep hiring teams informed on progress and outcomes
- Create an exceptional candidate experience that is thoughtful, transparent, and high-touch at every stage
- Experiment with new ways to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent early, and help turn what works into repeatable recruiting practices
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience with Emerging Talent, university, campus, or early-career recruiting is a plus
- A track record of identifying and engaging exceptional talent, with strong instincts for candidate quality
- The ability to quickly learn new talent markets, calibrate to a high hiring bar, and recruit across different roles and functions
- Strong operational rigor and the ability to manage high-volume pipelines, competing priorities, and frequent context changes without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- An experimental mindset and willingness to try new approaches to find, engage, and hire great talent
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience owning high-volume or seasonal hiring programs
- Experience recruiting technical or engineering early-career talent
- Experience supporting internship programs and intern-to-full-time conversion

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting time to join Oyster. The Netherlands is one of our most important markets—this role will give you real ownership over how payroll runs, with the scope to help us achieve best-in-class payroll standards at scale.
You'll be a valued member of our in-house payroll team: someone we trust to accurately produce your assigned stream of Dutch payroll each cycle, follow our AFAS processes closely, and flag anything that doesn't look right. If you have hands-on native Dutch payroll experience, are comfortable executing structured processes with care, and want to build your skills within a payroll function that's still taking shape, this role is for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process payroll accurately. Produce your assigned stream of the native Dutch payroll cycle in-house each period; accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Master data accuracy. Process and check employee payroll master data — new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences, and garnishments (loonbeslag) — following defined procedures and flagging anything unclear or that looks off.
- Payroll controls & quality. Run pre- and post-payroll validations each cycle; check your own work carefully, and flag anything that doesn't look right before issues reach team members, customers, or Finance.
- Handle all statutory filings & accesses. monthly loonaangifte filings to the Belastingdienst, UWV wage declarations, and the annual jaarloonopgaaf, filing of Ziektewet and WAZO reimbursement claims with UWV, owning the retrieval and maintenance of employee loonheffingskorting data: you follow established procedures for these activities and flag anything that looks off. You'll support the setup and maintenance of required government accesses as directed.
- Follow the payroll system procedures. Follow defined steps to help maintain the in-house payroll system, test legislative updates before they go live as directed, and flag issues or ideas to your team lead or our Product team.
- Build your subject matter knowledge. Learn and follow Loonheffingenrecht, Socialezekerheidsrecht, Arbeidsrecht, and CAO (Collectieve Arbeidsovereenkomst) as they apply to your work, and ask questions when something is unclear.
- Check your numbers. Check payroll journals and GL mappings against your outputs, and flag any data integrity issues you notice.
- Handle assigned tickets. Handle assigned client payroll tickets well, and escalate anything that exceeds your frame to senior team members. Pair careful, accurate work with a customer-first mindset.
- Reporting. Help prepare statutory and ad-hoc reports to meet regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive obligations, Ondernemingsraad (OR)-facing pay assessment documentation, and AVG/GDPR compliance across payroll data.
- Audits. Provide structured data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Support the team. Follow SOPs closely and flag gaps when you spot them. Share knowledge when asked and support your peers informally, helping keep our living knowledge base — playbooks and SOPs — documented and shared.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years running native (in-house) payroll processes for the Netherlands, comfortable independently handling a defined volume of payslips per month.
- Hands-on AFAS and / or Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl processing experience.
- Completed the Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) and/or NIRPA Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) registration.
- Working knowledge of Dutch wage tax, social insurance, and labor law, with a willingness to build deeper expertise over time.
- Dutch at C1/C2 for interaction with local authorities and fluent English for collaborating with our async global team.
- Comfortable handling assigned client queries and escalating anything beyond your scope with clear context; balancing careful, accurate work with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- A careful, detail-oriented mindset. You check your own work thoroughly and flag patterns or issues as you notice them.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity within your own workstream, and know when to escalate something that falls outside your frame.
- You're happy to share knowledge when asked and support your peers informally.
- Comfortable working largely asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A broader accounting background or qualification (e.g. RA/AA accountancy qualification); particularly useful for the GL mapping and reconciliation side of the role.
- Proven experience working on and delivering cross-functional HR/Payroll projects.
- Hands-on capability working with AI tools to optimize payroll or operations workflows.
- Strong data transformation skills and practical experience with data analytics platforms.
