About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Senior Data Center Preconstruction & Capacity Delivery Manager at Anthropic, you'll make sure our EMEA deals are ready to execute before we commit to them, and you'll take time out of every program before the lease is signed. Delivery dates and costs on AI infrastructure deals are largely fixed at signature. What is missed before then is hard to recover afterwards, and our leverage over the schedule is at its highest while the deal is still open.
About 75% of your time goes to preconstruction and pre-lease management, from first desktop review through Letter of Intent (LOI) to lease execution. You'll test whether each opportunity can be delivered, rigorously accelerate its program, and shape the deal so that what a developer commits to can be held to, verified and delivered.
The other 25% goes to delivery. You'll carry that work through mobilization, embed with the partners building leased and partnered capacity, and lead them to deliver on the fastest possible schedule while maintaining a safe construction site and protecting the finished quality of the data center.
Our EMEA pipeline is getting off the ground, so you'll set the standard for how deals become ready for execution here. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Anthropic secures and activates the compute infrastructure needed to train and deploy frontier AI systems, working at the intersection of real estate, construction, and cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities - preconstruction and pre-lease management (about 75%):
Lead. This is a role where leadership trumps management and process. You will be expected to engage developers, contractors, utilities and our transaction teams early enough to shape the outcome of each deal rather than report on it afterwards.
Confirm deal readiness and serve as the gatekeeper to validate transaction viability from LOI through lease execution, ensuring all predevelopment, planning, technical and business requirements are met before commitment
Give transaction leads an early delivery view from desktop study on capacity, power, permitting, connectivity, schedule and cost, so that the sites moving to LOI are ones that can be delivered
Run independent, evidence-based delivery due diligence on each opportunity, tested against source documents rather than relayed claims, covering capacity, power, permitting, connectivity, procurement, schedule, cost, and whether the developer's team, contractors and supply chain can deliver
Interrogate every developer schedule from the native file rather than summary dates, testing logic, durations, production rates and critical paths, planning backwards from commissioning, and establishing the unconstrained date before any commercial protection is added
Rigorously accelerate programs during the pre-lease phase by making schedule work a priority for the developer while the deal depends on it, pulling forward design, permitting, power, early works and procurement, and sequencing the build around how capacity turns up
Assess contractor and supply-chain capacity and long-lead equipment needs for each opportunity, setting a long-lead strategy that secures delivery capacity ahead of need and making the case for early equipment funding where it protects a date
Challenge Total Development Cost and delivery schedules against the assumptions behind Yield-on-Cost and IRR, flagging where time-to-power or cost exposure puts the investment case at risk
Shape the delivery terms of the LOI, lease and supporting exhibits with transaction and legal teams, including phasing and target dates, landlord scope, diligence cost, ownership and reliance, risk allocation and governance, and check that the developer's contract with its general contractor carries the same milestones and aligns incentives around accelerated delivery
Give deal and delivery leadership a clear go/no-go recommendation at each decision point up to signature, with the risks, conditions and mitigations behind it
Keep one delivery-readiness record and one risk register across all EMEA opportunities, assigning every risk to an accountable owner, tracking it to resolution, and escalating where cost or schedule is threatened
Direct owner's representatives and third-party advisers and assure what they produce, bringing design and engineering, cost, schedule, commercial, contracts and procurement into a single view of risk and readiness
Develop and refine the preconstruction playbook, a reference log of unit costs and benchmarks, and the operating model needed to scale the function, using AI tools including Claude for first-pass assessment, document review and benchmarking so your time goes to judgment and negotiation
Prepare and present regular executive reporting on readiness and risk for each opportunity and across the portfolio, including time from signature to construction start, risks found before versus after signature, and baseline-to-actual variance, supporting forward capacity planning and strategic decision-making
Responsibilities - delivery leadership (about 25%):
Document the baseline at signature for design, budget, schedule, long-lead position, open risks and conditions, so delivery starts from an assured position whether you carry the project forward yourself or hand it to a delivery colleague
Partner with landlords and developers post-deal to serve as Anthropic's primary point of contact, coordinating across internal stakeholders, tracking construction progress, and facilitating critical information exchange between development partners and Anthropic stakeholders
You will be expected to be at one or more project sites in adequate amount to shape the culture, approach, and aggressiveness that define those extended site teams. The goal is to impact outcomes in a favorable manner.
You are expected to be a force multiplier that develops and enhances the skillset that development partners, contractors, and key trades bring to the project(s) you are overseeing. That means being a subject matter expert in the various cross functional elements of data center delivery and increasing the team's performance with that knowledge and commitment to alignment.
Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions required by partners during the development process, ensuring our infrastructure requirements are met while maintaining strong partnerships
Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with heavy focus on engagement across networking and deployment teams, enabling rapid workload turn-ups and minimizing time-to-production
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing blockers that could impact timeline, cost, or technical requirements, and feed what you learn on site back into diligence and the playbook
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in preconstruction, development, or cost and commercial management on data center or other large mission-critical programs within EMEA, including time leading delivery on site. You won't have a big direct team to delegate to but will instead be able to treat the entire cross functional organizations around each deal and jobsite as your team.
Have a track record of testing developer and contractor claims on cost, schedule, power and permitting against source documents, and of telling a deal team when a date does not hold up.
Have taken time out of programs before construction started, and can show how. You read a native schedule fluently and know which levers in design, permitting, power and procurement move a date.
Have shaped delivery terms in development, lease or construction agreements, working with legal teams, and have led tendering and bid analysis. You understand how cost and schedule flow through to the investment case.
Have a strong understanding of the end to end (dirt to delivery) data center development process to include entitlements and permitting, planning and supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover. You are not an administrator but an active player in the arena comfortable making decisions without the need to consult across multiple external parties.
You should understand the nuances of data center design and construction across EMEA markets- who the players are, how power and permitting differ, what contractual norms get in the way of speed of delivery, how teams can be incentivized to build and deliver faster than normal.
Have built or scaled a team or function, including directing third-party advisers.
In this role you will often be on an island and responsible for your own destiny. You will have free rein to develop your own approaches with the mission guidance being your only bounds. No one will be there to empower your efforts, you will create your own influence by building relationships and diving in at all phases to deliver success.
You must thrive operating with ambiguity and have a willingness to own outcomes, knowing that the buck stops with you.
It's a bonus if you:
Understand AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including high-density power and advanced cooling systems
Have had preconstruction or leadership positions (Preconstruction Manager, General Superintendent, Project Manager) within a GC, EPC or developer on hyperscale data center projects or in self performance of hyperscale data center development projects.
Prioritize extreme ownership and have the ability to create winning cultures across diverse teams and job sites.
Are deeply familiar with lease negotiations, construction contracts, or real estate development processes and have strategies to move those arrangements from traditionally transaction and risk managed arrangements to collaborative efforts that align incentives around accelerated delivery of facilities.
Have secured long-lead equipment or manufacturing capacity ahead of a signed deal, including through frame agreements or early funding arrangements.
Have run quantitative schedule risk analysis, or built parametric cost benchmarks across a portfolio of sites.
Speak additional European languages.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be LangChain's dedicated cloud alliance lead for AWS, owning the relationships and revenue motions that make these partnerships produce real pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Partnerships team where you'll be close to the product, close to the field, and expected to drive results without a lot of hand-holding. You'll own co-sell execution and marketplace presence end-to-end, working with cloud partner teams, field sellers, and LangChain's GTM organization to turn partner relationships into closed deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Co-sell and pipeline
- Own and grow LangChain's co-sell motion with AWS: manage joint pipeline, coordinate deals with AWS field teams, and drive sourced and influenced revenue.
- Partner with LangChain sales leadership to define priority co-sell accounts, map territories to AWS coverage, and run co-sell plays region by region.
- Keep ACE hygiene high across the sales team so that opportunity sharing, acceptance, and launch become routine rather than a partnerships-team chore.
Marketplace
- Own LangChain's AWS Marketplace presence end to end: listings, private offers, CPPO through channel partners, and program enrollment.
- Operate our marketplace GTM platform (Suger today) and extend referral and offer automation so sellers can transact through Marketplace without partnerships-team involvement.
Programs and funding
- Operationalize AWS funding mechanisms across the team: MDF (market development funds for co-marketing), proof-of-concept credits, ISV Accelerate benefits, and any strategic collaboration funding we secure.
- Pursue AWS competency and specialization programs that strengthen our positioning with AWS sellers.
- Track funding drawn down against funding available and report it monthly.
Executive and partner relationships
- Own LangChain's working relationships at AWS: partner development managers, ISV sales managers, Marketplace category leads, and the Bedrock and AgentCore partner teams.
- Build executive sponsorship on both sides, and run a joint business plan with AWS that sets shared goals and a review cadence.
- Navigate the coopetitive dynamic: partner closely with AWS on Bedrock and AgentCore while differentiating LangGraph and LangSmith where AWS has competing offerings.
Field enablement and marketing
- Equip LangChain sales, solutions engineering, and marketing with better-together messaging, competitive positioning, and joint sales plays for AWS accounts.
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and joint customer programs.
- Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders, including a monthly readout on pipeline, Marketplace, and program activity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development, with direct, hands-on ownership of an AWS relationship.
- A track record of scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, not just starting one: you have taken a working AWS alliance to materially higher Marketplace share, pipeline, or partner-sourced revenue, and you can describe the mechanisms that got you there.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS Marketplace transactions and programs: private offers, CPPO, ACE, ISV Accelerate, and the funding programs available to ISVs.
- Experience operating a marketplace GTM platform such as Suger, Tackle, or WorkSpan, including referral and offer automation.
- Experience shaping and running a joint business plan with a hyperscaler, including executive sponsorship on both sides.
- Enough technical foundation to speak credibly with builders. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangChain fit into a customer's AWS stack.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you set the operating rhythm for a partner motion rather than inheriting one.
- Strong operational discipline: you manage pipeline in the CRM, track partner activity, and report results clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort owning senior relationships at a large cloud organization and resolving conflict constructively across company lines.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Prior experience inside AWS in partner sales, ISV, or Marketplace roles, with a working understanding of how co-sell decisions and seller compensation work internally.
- Experience with commercial contracts with AWS like SCAs.
- Existing relationships across the AWS ISV, field, Marketplace, and Bedrock partner teams.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: how LLMs, agents, and developer tooling fit into enterprise stacks.
- Experience with AWS partner programs specific to AI and data, such as the Generative AI Competency and related partner tracks.
- Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion.
Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE + Equity
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Responsibilities
Establish practical delivery processes, help Team Leads apply them consistently, and onboard new Team Leads into agreed practices.
Keep plans, timelines, delivery status, and risks current and visible to teams and stakeholders.

Work with Engineering and Product stakeholders to resolve competing priorities and make the impact of new requests and scope changes clear.
Coordinate dependencies across teams, drive resolution of blockers, and escalate with clear options and decisions needed.
Drive delivery coordination for major technical initiatives, maintaining shared milestones and alignment across the teams and functions involved.

Strong skills in capacity planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery metrics.
Ability to discuss architecture, technical constraints, and trade-offs and understand their impact on delivery.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including aligning technical and business stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and resolving disagreements.
An analytical mindset, ownership, and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the product and technical context.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Welcome to OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product Design team at OLX. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will be embedded in a product team and work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems. You will use AI tools - including Lovable, Claude, and Cursor - as everyday instruments to prototype, iterate, and ship live product experiences. The output we expect is not static mockups: it's working artifacts that reach production with engineering pair-support. You will own your design decisions end-to-end and be accountable for the quality and impact of what you ship.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts embedded in your product team to conceptualize and ship user-centred solutions that create measurable value for our customers - taking end-to-end accountability for quality, trust, and performance from concept through production.
Connect your design decisions to business outcomes - translating commercial goals into design logic, defining success metrics, and running experiments that demonstrate measurable impact.
Use AI-native workflows to collapse the gap between idea and production, prototyping and iterating directly in code rather than through static handoffs.
Build working prototypes and production-ready components, test them with real users, and iterate fast - shipping to production with engineering pair-support.
Design and orchestrate AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences, exercising strong design taste to critique and elevate AI-generated outputs.
Contribute to Nexus, our design system, by building and maintaining code components - not just static documentation - that can be used directly by engineering teams.
Run brainstorming sessions and design reviews with your design peers, communicating your design rationale clearly and with data to cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Product Designer at OLX, you will need:
3+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design, with a portfolio that showcases shipped work and live prototypes - not just static screens.
Demonstrated AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools (such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, or equivalents) as a core part of how you design, prototype, and iterate.
Proficiency with code-assisted design: you can read and critique React/HTML through AI-generated outputs, and guide prompts to refine UI. OR fluent with no-code tools (Lovable) to ship directly without engineering handoff.
A solid grasp of user-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to fast-moving, iterative product development cycles.
Strong systems thinking: ability to design for probabilistic, AI-driven experiences and to consider the end-to-end product journey - not just individual screens.
Team spirit. You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
A growth mindset: you prioritise learning and adaptability over mastery of any specific tool, and you thrive as the landscape evolves.
Strong sense of collaboration and the ability to give and receive candid feedback.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
What can we offer you:
Join a European Product Design team with 70+ members
A permanent contract, competitive salary and annual bonus of 15% of your annual gross salary
Train and conference budget and free access to Udemy courses
Health insurance and life insurance
MacBook Pro or Windows Dell along with necessary accessories to make your work comfortable
100% remote work (and the possibility to work from our office in Barcelona)
Opportunity to create impact and push your design initiatives forward.

ABOUT US

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to build influencer marketing as a new performance channel for one of our core D2C subscription products — a product that has already acquired over 100 million users through paid ads on every major network. Influencers are a new channel for us: you will own it end to end — from the first plan to a scaled channel across Europe, Latin America and Asia. You will report to the Head of User Acquisition.
This is a performance role, not brand awareness. Every collaboration is measured by paid subscriptions, CPA and ROI. Data and tracking are already in place, and a hands-on UA team will support you.
We give large budgets and expect a highly experienced person in return: someone who thrives in a very fast-paced environment and takes full accountability for the channel's data and metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUILD THE CHANNEL
- Build influencer marketing from zero: markets, platforms, creator tiers, deal models and budget, in a written plan.
- Launch first campaigns within your first month, then scale the ones that pay back.
- Prioritise markets by results: start where the cost per subscription is lowest, then expand.
CREATORS & DEALS
- Find and qualify creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
- Build a network of creators, agencies and creator networks in each region.
- Negotiate deals: flat fee, CPA, hybrid. Keep the cost of every deal tied to its result.
- Manage the full cycle: outreach, contract, brief, content approval, publication, payment.
TRACKING & RESULTS
- Set up tracking for every creator: unique links, attribution.
- Be fully accountable for the channel's data and metrics: spend, subscriptions, CPA and ROI per creator. Keep the numbers accurate and report weekly with a clear decision — rebook, scale or stop.
- Keep a database of creators, prices, results and learnings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years in influencer marketing with a performance focus — for D2C subscription apps, mobile apps or online products.
- Managed influencer budgets of $50K+ per month with measurable results: spend, number of creators, CPA or ROI (examples required).
- Hands-on experience in at least one of our regions: Europe, Latin America or Asia.
- Experience sourcing and negotiating with creators directly, not only through agencies.
- Experience with CPA and hybrid deals.
- Experience setting up tracking: links, attribution.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube rules for sponsored content.
- Fluent written & spoken English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Built an influencer channel from zero.
- Experience with influencer platforms and tools (Modash, CreatorIQ, Upfluence or similar).
- Experience with health, education or self-improvement products.
WORKING ATTRIBUTES
- Results over reach — measures every deal by subscriptions, not views.
- Owns the numbers — knows the CPA and ROI of every creator without asking an analyst.
- Hands-on — does outreach and negotiation personally.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment — launches, measures and decides in days, not months.
- Organised — tracks every creator, deal and payment.
- Reliable — delivers what was promised, when it was promised.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
- 🚀 Build a new channel from zero, with large budgets and full ownership
- 📈 Product with 100M+ users and proven ads to learn from
- 🌍 Remote work environment (work from anywhere)
- 💰 Competitive compensation — details shared during interview
- 🏆 Performance bonus tied to channel results, on top of salary
- 💻 Company-provided equipment (if needed)
Be part of our fast-growing team and seize this excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth!
INTERVIEW PROCESS
After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:
- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)
- Technical Interview (60 minutes)
- Final Interview (60 minutes)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead the delivery of custom agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes
Each engagement runs from SOW through production deployment. Forward Deployed Engineers build the technical solution; you drive the delivery plan, product scoping, stakeholder relationships, and the organizational complexity of deploying agents into complex enterprise environments.
You need to be credible in architecture conversations with engineering leads and equally comfortable running executive briefings with C-suite sponsors. You won't write production code, but you'll pressure-test technical decisions and make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority when things go sideways on an engagement.
This is also a builder's role. We're in the early innings of an emerging motion - the playbooks, the delivery patterns, the repeatable IP that makes the next engagement faster and better don't exist yet. The TDLs who thrive here are the ones who get that codifying what works is as important as the engagement in front of them right now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement. Work from the signed SOW to a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses that FDEs execute against.
Lead delivery discovery. Map customer workflows and constraints in depth, pressure-test the scoped MVP against what you find, and shape the solution architecture with the FDEs.
Run day-to-day engineering execution. Drive delivery across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping during delivery. Author requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope against success criteria, and hold the bar for what good looks like for the people and enterprises who will use the product.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery. Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI. Define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Contribute reusable delivery patterns. Capture what works on your engagements and feed field signal to the Programs Leads, Product, and Research.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity. Security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change. Handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run engagement-level delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and engagement reporting that feed the team's post-sales cadence and dashboards.
Travel to customer sites. Build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption. (up to 25–50% travel expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have led AI/ML engagements/deployments, whether as a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or in a professional services or consulting role.
Operate like the CEO of your engagement. You take initiative without a mandate, make decisions with incomplete information, and lead rather than wait for instructions.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Have experience in a specialized vertical (life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture, etc.).
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making - ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence - polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset - you're here to create a function, not just join one.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

About the Role
We're hiring Senior and Staff SDETs to embed across our product teams and raise the bar for quality engineering at Galaxy. You'll work on systems that move real value — crypto and fiat across institutional-grade platforms. The problems are complex, the stakes are high, and the teams are small enough that your work will have outsized impact.
This isn't a "write tests and throw them over the wall" role. You'll shape how your team thinks about quality — designing automation strategies, influencing architecture for testability, and driving reliability across the stack. Depending on your strengths and interests, you'll be placed on one of our product teams: Lending, Trading, Operations, Custody, Settlement, Staking, Derivatives, or Retail (mobile apps on Android and iOS).
We're looking for excellent engineers first — we'll find the right seat together.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and suites for APIs, backend services, web and mobile UI (Android/iOS), and blockchain-integrated components.
Define and drive the quality strategy for your product team — test planning, coverage analysis, risk assessment, and release readiness.
Partner closely with developers, DevOps, and product managers to shift quality left and influence system design for testability.
Analyze test results, production incidents, and system behavior to identify patterns and drive systemic improvements.
Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines that give teams fast, reliable feedback.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test creation, code analysis, and automation workflows.
Contribute to performance testing, security validation, and observability practices.
Mentor other engineers on testing practices, code quality, and automation design.
Additionally at Staff level:
Set technical direction for quality engineering across multiple teams or domains.
Drive cross-team alignment on testing standards, frameworks, and tooling.
Identify high-impact quality problems before they're obvious and build consensus around solutions.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering leadership.
What You Bring
Required
8+ years of experience in quality engineering or software development in test, with meaningful ownership of automation strategy and execution.
Strong programming skills in Python (primary) or similar (JavaScript, Java, Go).
Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, Postman/Newman).
Deep understanding of API testing, microservices architectures, and distributed systems.
Experience with Git, GitHub workflows, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI), and issue tracking (JIRA).
Strong debugging and analytical skills — comfortable with logs, metrics, and traces (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).
Experience working in Agile environments with close collaboration across engineering and product.
Clear, proactive communication — you surface risks, share context, and keep people aligned.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., LLM-based coding assistants) to accelerate engineering work, with an eagerness to push those practices further.
Preferred
Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets / crypto.
Familiarity with blockchain APIs, wallets, smart contracts, or on-chain data.
Experience with Web3 testing tools (Hardhat, Brownie, Foundry).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of contract testing (Pact), test data management, or service virtualization.
Performance or security testing experience (Locust, k6, OWASP).
Track record of mentoring engineers and raising team capabilities.
Experience building, testing, or working with AI agents and agentic workflows.
