The Marketing team hosts the storytellers of adjoe’s innovation. We turn complex adtech solutions – rooted in data and strategy – into compelling stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry and beyond. Through our events, visual design, and strategic content, we take adjoe’s vision at the intersection of technology, user engagement, and marketing and make it tangible. Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Enterprise GTM Architecture: You will architect and execute our global, enterprise-ready go-to-market (GTM) strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We need someone who has guided at least two previous Tech or SaaS companies through the lifecycle journey from Start-up to Scale-up and Maturity, specifically navigating scale within the $500M to $5B range.
- Lean, Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: You will direct and develop a high-performing, agile team of approximately 20 professionals across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Events, Content Writing, and Graphic Design. Instead of managing large, siloed departments, you will foster a culture of ownership and stay close to both the high-level strategy and the people executing it.
- Commercial & Product Alignment: You will bridge the gap between product innovation and commercial execution to ensure our positioning captures and retains high-value enterprise accounts. This means translating complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives that align global product strategy with commercial sales enablement.
- Global & Regional Collaboration: You will serve as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Regional Leadership to drive localized demand generation while maintaining consistent brand messaging. You must bring deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and international localization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- US Ecosystem Expertise: You will optimize our positioning and distribution to generate enterprise demand by leveraging a strong familiarity with the American technology ecosystem and buyer psychology. Your understanding of enterprise SaaS and AdTech marketing playbooks will directly drive our up-market transformation.
- Data-Driven Brand Optimization: You will establish clear data frameworks to measure brand sentiment, pipeline contribution, and the ROI of global marketing initiatives. This requires an equal comfort level analyzing pipeline data, CAC, and LTV metrics as you have guiding brand positioning and creative storytelling.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers, taking it over from the Solutions Architect (SA) at deal close. Deliver proactive architectural reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope hands-on engineering work for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and audits for Professional Services, and track their outcomes into the customer's technical roadmap, without shipping production code yourself

Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
Led cloud financial operations (FinOps) or cost-optimization engagements, or ran an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review for an enterprise customer

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're hiring our first paralegal to join Tennr's legal team. You'll work directly with our two attorneys across the full range of legal work at a high-growth health-tech company, with a heavy emphasis on commercial contracts.
Today, our attorneys handle everything: drafting, negotiating, and reviewing customer and vendor agreements, building and maintaining compliance programs, advising product and business development teams, and managing corporate governance. We need someone who can manage the operational side of our legal function, take on contract drafting and review review, and help us build the internal resources and scalable processes that a high-growth company like us needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be embedded in the work from day one. You'll review and draft contracts, manage deal flow, maintain our contract repository, and create the templates, playbooks, and guides that help our internal teams work with Legal more effectively. As you build fluency in our business and contracts, you'll take on increasing responsibility for managing the contract lifecycle end to end, serving as a first point of contact for routine contracting matters and escalating to the attorneys as needed. A more detailed description of your anticipated responsibilities is below.
Contract Drafting, Contract Management, and Legal Operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, BAAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements
- Serve as the first point of escalation for routine contracting questions from Sales and Business Development, routing complex or novel issues to the attorneys
- Maintain and organize Tennr's contract repository across SpotDraft, DocuSign, and Salesforce, including managing contract workflows end-to-end and tracking active contract obligations.
- Support the procurement process and maintain visibility into vendor agreements and compliance requirements
- Assist with corporate governance tasks as needed, including maintaining corporate records and supporting board-related processes
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Develop and maintain internal legal resources: contract playbooks, FAQ documents, written guidelines for teams
- Create internal reference materials such as ambassador program documentation, product-specific walkthroughs, and compliance guides
- Attend or distill notes from cross-functional meetings to identify emerging legal needs and areas where teams could benefit from additional guidance or resources
- Support compliance tracking by helping build and maintain team-specific compliance calendars and audit documentation
Compliance Support
- Assist with compliance monitoring and documentation, helping to build and maintain records supporting Tennr's compliance programs, including HIPAA-related obligations
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, contracts specialist, or in a similar role within an in-house legal department or law firm, ideally supporting a technology or healthcare company
- Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (SaaS, technology, or services agreements); you understand how provisions interact, not just how to check them against a list
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams (active deal flow, repository maintenance, internal projects) with minimal supervision
- Excellent legal writing skills for both contract markup and clear, usable internal documents and guidelines
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools (SpotDraft, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar) or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
- A proactive mindset: you notice when a recurring question should become a written resource, when a process could be improved, or when a team needs support before they ask for it
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and the role will evolve
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in healthcare, health-tech, or a similarly regulated industry
- Familiarity with HIPAA, BAA requirements, or healthcare data privacy
- Experience with AI-assisted legal tools or contract review automation (e.g., building or configuring playbooks in AI-powered review platforms, designing automated intake or review workflows)
- Interest in or experience with process design and workflow automation for legal operations: building systems that reduce manual work and let a small team scale
- Experience building self-service legal resources, internal knowledge bases, or intake workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign from an administrative or configuration perspective
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave
