How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Safeguards team builds the systems that detect and mitigate misuse of our AI models, from individual policy violations to sophisticated, coordinated attacks. A growing part of that work depends on lightweight detection methods trained on model internals, which let us identify harmful behavior cheaply and at scale. This work feeds directly into Anthropic's Responsible Scaling Policy commitments.
We're looking for an engineer to own the infrastructure behind that research. This is the tooling our researchers rely on to run experiments, train detection methods, and select detections for launch. It sits between research and production: researchers depend on it for fast iteration, and our detection systems depend on it for reliable, correct results as our models continue to change.
Running machine learning workloads at our scale often requires solving novel systems problems. You'll identify those problems and build the abstractions, pipelines, and tooling that keep the research loop fast as requirements shift underneath you. Strong candidates will have a track record of solving large-scale systems and data problems and will be excited to grow deep machine learning expertise alongside it.
Key responsibilities
Build and scale the infrastructure and data pipelines behind Safeguards machine learning research
Own the training, evaluation, and scoring workflows researchers use, with a focus on cutting the time between an idea and a result
Design tooling and interfaces, including libraries and command line tools, that researchers can use directly without needing to understand the systems underneath
Build correctness and sanity checking into the stack, so results stay trustworthy as models and workloads evolve
Take the highest-value research workflows from experiments to reliable, production-grade jobs
Improve the throughput, cost, and reliability of large-scale inference and scoring workloads
Partner closely with researchers and engineers across Safeguards to understand their workflows, anticipate how their needs will change, and design for that ahead of time
Minimum qualifications
Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding ability, with proficiency in Python
Experience building and operating data-intensive or distributed systems in production
Experience building tooling or infrastructure that other engineers or researchers use as a dependency
Comfort working across the research-to-deployment pipeline, from exploratory experiments to production systems
Ability to debug performance and correctness problems across an unfamiliar stack
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative approach to technical decisions
Preferred qualifications
Experience with high-performance, large-scale machine learning systems
Familiarity with language modeling and transformers, including working with model internals
Experience with machine learning framework internals, GPU or accelerator programming, or inference optimization
Experience building experiment tracking, caching layers, or evaluation harnesses for research teams
Experience with probes, interpretability, or classifier development
Interest in the misuse risks of AI systems and a desire to work on mitigating them

Working in close partnership with other Architects, you will help solve complex business and technical challenges and ensure solutions are designed to best serve the evolving needs of the company. The ideal candidate pairs strong Salesforce architecture experience with an AI-first mindset, applying Agentforce and Claude-based solutions to solve problems, and the ability to identify and resolve process and technology gaps across the Product-to-Cash value chain, ensuring solutions align to their core business domains and to the enterprise taxonomy framework that underpins domain roadmaps and technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain, building team capability in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing
Partner closely with the Principal Salesforce Architect to align on architectural direction, solve complex business and technical challenges together, and ensure solutions are designed to best serve the evolving needs of the company
Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and conceptual diagrams that clearly communicate architecture to technical and business audiences
Manage architecture and system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with platform standards and the long-term direction of the Product-to-Cash landscape
Define, maintain, and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prove out the architecture and validate design decisions before delivery
Actively participate in requirement gathering, clarifying scope and resolving ambiguity early in the lifecycle
Work with the integration team to design and govern integrations, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across systems
Provide hands-on Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ coaching, including configuration patterns, design trade-offs, and implementation best practices
Own the end-to-end architecture of the Product-to-Cash lifecycle: quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success, and customer support
Architect and govern the billing system and billing platform, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing schedules, payment handling, dunning, and revenue recognition flows
Identify and resolve process gaps and technology gaps across Product-to-Cash, defining remediation approaches and driving them to resolution
Apply an AI-first mindset to problem solving, leveraging Agentforce and Claude-based solutions where they add value
Work with the development team to hand over designs cleanly, ensuring they have the context and clarity needed to build
During project execution, work with SMEs and Product Owners to address any requirement gaps and shape the right solution
Extend and mature the Product-to-Cash solution as business needs evolve, ensuring the architecture scales with new products, pricing models, and billing scenarios
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and Revenue Cloud
Apply architectural and engineering concepts to meet operational requirements such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, availability, and manageability
Conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts on emerging Salesforce and billing capabilities, recommending solutions that are functionally robust and cost-effective
Promote the adoption of design patterns and standard processes for solution design and development
Partner with data and integration architects to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and seamless data flow between billing, ERP, and other systems
Work closely with solution architects to ensure individual solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture
Contribute to a learning community within the enterprise architecture discipline, fostering continuous improvement
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and solution design
3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience (minimum required)
Deep, hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/ CPQ, with the ability to coach and mentor others on the platform
Proven experience producing HLD, LLD, and conceptual diagrams, and managing architecture and system roadmaps
Proven experience architecting and delivering end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions: quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, revenue, customer success, and customer support
Strong experience with billing systems and billing platforms, including invoicing, billing schedules, payments, dunning, and revenue recognition
Experience working with integration teams to design and govern cross-system integrations
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve process gaps and technology gaps across the Product-to-Cash value chain
An AI-first mindset, with exposure to Agent force and Claude-based solutions for solving business and technical problems
Experience working with Salesforce Connected Apps (applications from the Salesforce AppExchange)
Proven experience designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions
Familiarity with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics, or similar enterprise apps is a plus
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Understanding of security architecture principles and practices

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The European cloud landscape is undergoing a massive structural shift. Specialized GPU cloud providers, alternative infrastructure platforms, and sovereign cloud consortiums—collectively known as
NeoClouds
—are scaling exponentially to fuel the generational demand for enterprise AI/ML training and inference.
As an Account Executive for the NeoCloud market in Europe, you will own MinIO’s commercial footprint across this hyper-growth sector.
This role is open as a remote role in any Major European AI Hub for a qualified candidate.
You will be selling a revolutionary AI data infrastructure portfolio, headlined by:
MinIO AIStor:
Our exascale AI data store purpose-built for massive concurrency, sub-10ms latency, and high-throughput training pipelines.
MinIO MemKV:
Our purpose-built context memory store that eliminates the inference "recompute tax" by turning NVMe flash into a shared memory tier that GPU pods access at microsecond speeds over RDMA.
Why this role matters:
AI infrastructure cannot achieve true efficiency using legacy storage frameworks. By positioning MinIO at the foundation of European NeoClouds, you will directly enable cloud providers to maximize GPU utilization (95%+), collapse time-to-first-token latencies from seconds to milliseconds, and drastically lower operational costs for their enterprise tenants.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Market Share:
Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
Value-Based Portfolio Positioning:
Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments involving S3 over RDMA, PCIe Gen6, and NVIDIA reference architectures (e.g., Spectrum-X Ethernet, BlueField-4 STX).
Ecosystem Amplification:
Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers (e.g., NVIDIA, regional data center developers) to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven Infrastructure Sales Record:
10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem: AI Factory architecture and experience selling with NVIDIA field teams is a huge plus.
Deep AI/ML Infrastructure Literacy:
Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks. You can confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs, and modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
Strategic Deal Architect:
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts, building deep trust with everyone from infrastructure engineers to executive decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of AI Infrastructure).
European Landscape Expertise:
Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics) and the data sovereignty requirements reshaping the continent's infrastructure policies.
Entrepreneurial Engine:
A proactive, self-motivated operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-innovation spaces and enjoys building a market segment from the ground up.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join a cross‑functional group of app monetization subject matter experts who partner directly with RevenueCat customers and prospects. As part of the broader Customer Growth org, this team designs and implements high‑impact paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat’s no‑code builders and experimentation tools, then feeds learnings back into our product, templates, and educational content
You’ll also collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and advocacy teams to turn real‑world project outcomes into templates, case studies, webinars, and best‑practice guides for the broader app community
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior CRO Designer, Paywalls & Funnels, you’ll be the person RevenueCat customers trust when the question is: “How do we get more users to convert and stay subscribed?”
You will:
- Design & build high‑converting paywalls and funnels
- Use RevenueCat’s paywall and experiment builders to design, configure, and ship paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade paths, and win‑back experiences for mobile apps across categories
- Translate brands and product value props into clear, compelling paywall layouts, messaging, and pricing presentations
- Lead conversion optimization projects for customers and prospects
- Run structured discovery with customers and prospects to understand their business model, audience, and constraints
- Propose experiment plans (e.g., value prop framing, pricing presentation, trial vs. no‑trial, placement and timing of paywalls)
- Partner with apps to launch multivariate tests and interpret results, using RevenueCat’s analytics and experimentation tooling
- Codify patterns into reusable assets
- Distill what’s working across projects into reusable templates, checklists, and patterns that can be implemented directly in RevenueCat’s builders
- Work with Product to inform our paywall components, presets, and default templates
- Create educational content with Advocacy & Marketing
- Collaborate with Growth Advocacy and Content teams to turn your project learnings into:
- Example paywalls and funnel templates
- Blog posts, guides, and best‑practice documentation
- Webinars, live reviews, and conference talks or workshops
- Participate in public‑facing sessions (e.g., teardown streams, office hours) as a visible expert on monetization UX
- Champion monetization UX best practices
- Advise Sales, Customer Success, and Support on paywall and funnel best practices they can bring into customer conversations
- Provide feedback to Product & Engineering on how practitioners use our builders in the wild, highlighting opportunities for new features, components, and workflows
ABOUT YOU
You’re a conversion‑focused designer who lives at the intersection of mobile product design, growth, and experimentation. You have a track record of shipping real paywalls and funnels that move business metrics, not just portfolios
You have:
- Deep hands‑on experience with paywalls & funnels
- 5–8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a substantial portion spent on subscription or purchase flows (e.g., paywalls, onboarding, upgrade/upsell, win‑back, account limits)
- Experience either:
- At a mobile app studio / product team owning monetization UX, or
- At an agency/consultancy repeatedly designing and optimizing paywalls and funnels for multiple apps
- Strong conversion & experimentation mindset
- Comfort defining hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans (e.g., CVR, trial start rate, activation, LTV)
- Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to interpret results and iterate quickly
- Ability to balance conversion gains with long‑term user trust and platform guidelines
- Mobile‑first product design skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design chops for small screens and high‑stakes surfaces (like paywalls and purchase flows)
- Strong UX writing instincts for concise, value‑focused copy and pricing messaging
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and comfort translating designs into no‑code builder configurations
- Customer‑facing communication skills
- Confidence leading workshops, design reviews, and strategy sessions with customers and prospects
- Ability to present options, pros/cons, and trade‑offs to both designers and non‑design stakeholders (founders, PMs, marketers)
- Great written communication for async collaboration in a remote team
- Values & ways of working
- You’re energized by our mission to help developers make more money
- You work iteratively and ship value quickly rather than waiting for perfection
- You have an ownership mentality: You see broken or unclear experiences and feel compelled to improve them
- You’re comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team and collaborating across time zones
In your first month, you’ll:
- Learn RevenueCat’s products, especially paywalls, experiments, and analytics
- Join customer calls to understand our process and common challenges
- Audit a handful of existing customer paywalls and funnels and build your first recommendations
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own several customer projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through experiment analysis
- Ship multiple paywall and funnel variations using RevenueCat’s builders
- Partner with Advocacy/Content on at least one public asset (template, blog post, teardown, or webinar segment)
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Be the go‑to expert internally for monetization UX, paywall patterns, and funnel optimization
- Maintain and evolve an internal “playbook” of best practices and tested patterns
- Influence the roadmap for our paywall and experiment tooling based on patterns you see across customers
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Have materially improved conversion for a portfolio of customer apps, with clear before/after stories
- Help define our strategy for paywall templates and monetization UX guidance at scale
- Represent RevenueCat in public‑facing educational content (webinars, AMAs, workshops, or conference talks) as a leading voice on mobile monetization UX
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
RevenueCat helps apps of all shapes and sizes make more money across mobile, the web, and a growing list of other platforms like Roku, Amazon, and even AR through support for Vision Pro. As a result, many different types of users log in and use RevenueCat on a day-to-day basis. Product managers, support reps, lifecycle marketers, user acquisition specialists, data analysts, executives: the list goes on.
Communicating the growing breadth of use cases supported by RevenueCat in a way that makes sense for all those different types of businesses, apps, and users is a challenge. And that’s where product marketing comes in.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team led by Francie https://www.linkedin.com/in/francief/. Each Senior PMM owns a product area end-to-end, partnering with that area's product managers on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market. This is not a segment-specific role: RevenueCat serves everyone from solo indie developers to top-tier enterprise apps, often through the very same product surface, so you'll craft messaging and channels that flex across that full spectrum. This role is perfect for someone who:
- Knows APIs and SDKs like their ABCs. Code may not be your craft, but you know how to talk the talk. Software developers are one of our core audiences, and they can smell BS a mile away. You can debug marketing messaging so it resonates with technical audiences, and craft narratives around the 1’s and 0’s that still land with business stakeholders.
- Captains their own ship. You have a strong bias toward action and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty on execution. Whether it’s juggling strategic and tactical work or navigating shifting priorities, you thrive on autonomy and love making things happen.
- Distills collaborative chaos. You’re comfortable raising your hand and getting what you need from a dynamic and technical organization. Whether it’s nudging engineers for product updates or rallying Sales for customer stories, you can navigate the chaos and advocate for what the GTM org needs.
- Gets excited about the unexpected. At RevenueCat we take shipping seriously, and are constantly adapting our product and strategies to meet the needs of developers. You see changes in direction and shifts in strategy as an opportunity to flex your creative muscles and learn on the fly.
- Is a little quirky. You love a whimsical side quest and you can see the soft side of software. We pride ourselves in keeping our community on their toes with unique swag, challenges and events. You can play as big a role as you’d like in helping to brainstorm and bring these quirky concepts to life.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- GTM and adoption campaigns: Own key product areas to deeply understand the features we’re launching and the use cases and needs behind them. Craft compelling communication plans both within the organization, and to existing and prospective customers.
- Lifecycle campaign building: Working with our marketing operations team to execute insight-based lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, retention and community.
- Web page design and optimization: Translate product messaging and customer understanding into visually compelling and highly converting web experiences with the help of our external web development agency. You’ll chart the vision for the story our website tells and the illustrations, animations and tools we create to convey it.
- Case studies and testimonials: Organizing, facilitating, and translating customer interviews into compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase the value of RevenueCat.
- Internal enablement: As an expert in your areas of product focus, you’ll empower developer-facing teams with the resources and training they need to support developers and ensure their success.
- Market insights: Keeping your finger on the pulse of the mobile app industry and competitors to inform go-to-market strategies and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Whimsical side quests: Taking on unique projects with minimal instruction, coordinating the collection of 1000 screenshots to launch Paywalls.com http://Paywalls.com, designing, printing and shipping a calendar of cat photos, hosting the World Paywall Speed Building Championships https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcnUYWLo-I4, or crafting a keynote speech for leadership. You’ll get to work on projects that stretch your creative muscles.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment, preferably targeting developers or software companies. RevenueCat runs a hybrid motion - self-serve/PLG for indie developers alongside a sales-assisted motion for larger accounts - so experience with either end of that spectrum is valuable; you won't need to have done both to succeed here.
- Previous experience as a solo-marketer is preferred. While you’ll have the broader marketing and product marketing teams to lean on, our async, entrepreneurial culture is best suited to someone who is comfortable independently driving projects forward, making progress amid changing processes, and actively enlisting cross-functional support when needed.
- Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market efforts, including tier 1 product launches. Strong project management skills to prioritize multiple initiatives and execute effectively across teams.
- Strong creative instincts and direction. You’ve led the charge on web design work and aren’t afraid to sketch, prototype in Figma, or use AI tools to get to an ugly starting point. Comfortable collaborating with external creative agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality assets.
- Excellent editorial judgment: you understand audience, tone, and communication objectives, and you can elevate copy through clear direction and feedback. You will not need to write everything yourself, but you’re comfortable jumping in to draft a narrative outline or even a blog post when necessary, and you know when to pass work forward to the content team or a technical writer
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- A proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging that resonates with different audiences, both internally and externally.
- The resourcefulness to take on unique, sometimes ambiguous projects that require initiative and problem-solving.
IDEALLY YOU:
- Have experience in the mobile app ecosystem or working with subscription-based software products.
- Have worked in an early-stage tech company or led new initiatives independently in a larger organization.
- Have experience working as a solo marketer or solo PMM within an organization.
- Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Linear for remote collaboration.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Gain hands-on experience with the RevenueCat platform, supported by our engineers and advocates.
- Build a foundational understanding of the app ecosystem, particularly around monetization.
- Establish relationships with key collaborators across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds real value to the team.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Step into the role as the go-to-market owner for your specific product areas, becoming an expert on relevant features, their roadmap and related market segments.
- Own the go-to-market efforts for product areas, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of awareness and adoption efforts.
- Craft and distribute internal enablement materials and training related to your product areas.
- Publish a new landing page, leading the concept, briefing, design and written copy process, with execution by our web agency.
- Conduct customer research to deepen your understanding of our audience’s challenges and goals, and publish a customer case study.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Own and optimize the self-serve adoption funnel for your product areas, partnering with Growth and Product and leveraging lifecycle marketing to turn feature interest into activation and long-term retention.
- Level up your product area’s sales motion by revamping core pitch materials, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
- Partner with Product to translate customer and market insights into clear roadmap recommendations.
- Contribute to a whimsical side quest that adds to our brand and community.
AFTER 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Be a trusted partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing, contributing strategically to RevenueCat’s growth.
- Have led multiple successful product launches, including a tier 1 launch, and owned key marketing initiatives.
- Represent RevenueCat at industry events and conferences
- Deepen your knowledge of app development and monetization, becoming an expert in the space.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers, taking it over from the Solutions Architect (SA) at deal close. Your focus is continuity: customers renew the annual TAM engagement because their technical outcomes improve each year.
What you'll do
Own the post-sales technical relationship and the annual TAM renewal for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running a weekly check-in, monthly review, quarterly business review (QBR), and annual roadmap workshop for each
Lead incident follow-through when an escalation or a pattern of incidents emerges: run the post-mortem, find the architectural root cause, own the remediation roadmap, and respond to priority 1 and 2 escalations within 4 business hours
Deliver proactive architectural reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope hands-on engineering work for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and audits for Professional Services, and track their outcomes into the customer's technical roadmap, without shipping production code yourself
Relay customer technical needs to Product, Engineering, and Support, and hold those teams to the commitments you have made to your customers
What you need
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company, such as technical account management, solutions architecture, developer success engineering, or support engineering
Owned customer relationships at the $1M+ annual contract value (ACV) tier, including QBRs, roadmap workshops, and renewals
Architected, debugged, and optimized production systems on Next.js and Vercel, including App Router, incremental static regeneration (ISR) and caching, Fluid Compute, and the AI SDK
Led technical outcomes across Engineering, Product, and Support without formal authority, and written the incident summaries, post-mortems, and executive readouts that came out of them
Bonus if you
Carried a TAM portfolio at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company, such as AWS, Cloudflare, Datadog, or GitHub
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
Led cloud financial operations (FinOps) or cost-optimization engagements, or ran an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review for an enterprise customer
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.

About the Opportunity:
IDT’s Retail division is looking for an energetic, hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM). In this role, you won't just manage a route—you will be a growth partner for small businesses. You will drive revenue by selling our flagship National Retail Solutions (NRS) portfolio—including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, credit card merchant services, and cash advances—while simultaneously managing and expanding our traditional telecom and financial services products (Boss Revolution) within your territory.
This role balances the thrill of direct, consultative sales with the stability of consistent account management.
In this role, you will:
Drive NRS Product Sales:
Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts.
Manage an Assigned Route:
Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Open New Retail Doors:
Actively prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in your territory.
Onboard & Support Customers:
Drive the merchant application process, help store owners understand how to use our services effectively, and provide light troubleshooting/tech support on equipment.
Handle Operations & Inventory:
Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.
What we are looking for:
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles. Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
Language:
Bilingual professionals with fluency in both
English and Spanish
are highly preferred to support our diverse customer base.
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and a willingness to travel door-to-door within your assigned territory daily.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
Traits:
A resilient "people person" with sharp attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
We offer you:
Competitive Base Salary + uncapped commission structure.
Comprehensive mileage and gas reimbursement program.
Paid on-the-job training on both NRS tech products and IDT telecom services.
Excellent benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with employer match, and PTO).

Coherent Solutions
builds custom software for enterprises and high-growth companies. Founded in 1995, we have 1,700+ people across 10 countries, serving clients in fitness & wellness, healthcare, fintech, manufacturing, and technology.
Our model combines local client leadership with global engineering teams across Europe and Latin America. We are investing heavily in AI and modern software delivery via initiatives like
Coherent Catalyst
, and we expect our client-facing teams to lead those conversations with customers.
About the Role
This is a pure hunter role.
You carry a quota, and your primary responsibility is winning new enterprise clients through your own prospecting, BDR introductions, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your professional network. Once a new account is closed, you will work closely with our delivery management teams to grow it into a long-term, strategic relationship.
You will engage with buyers ranging from directors to C-suite executives and navigating complex, multi-disciplinary decision processes. The services market is changing rapidly; AI is reshaping how software gets built, delivered, and priced. The expectation for this role is to understand these shifts and discuss them confidently with executive buyers. You don’t need to be an AI engineer, but you must understand where the market is heading and connect those changes to how it impacts a client’s growth, efficiency, risk, and bottom line.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, shape the solution with delivery, negotiate, and close net-new business;
Win new logos and establish the foundation to expand the strategic accounts you win;
Lead commercial strategy for SOWs, master services agreements (MSAs), pricing, and contracts;
Run RFI/RFP responses and tailored proposals in tight collaboration with engineering and delivery teams;
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with highly accurate forecasting in Salesforce;
Partner with marketing on targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and regional events;
Represent Coherent at major industry events and face-to-face client meetings;
What
We’re
Looking For
6+ years of selling custom software engineering, digital product services, or IT consulting;
A proven track record of hunting and winning new enterprise clients with multi-year, multi-discipline services engagements;
Comfort selling to C-suite and VP buyers, with the ability to confidently articulate how modern AI-driven development models accelerate time-to-market;
Deep working knowledge of the SDLC, global distributed delivery models, and agile consulting;
Experience working with distributed global delivery teams (specifically leveraging talent pools in Europe and Latin America);
Stability matters to us. Enterprise services relationships take years to build, and we want the same commitment from our people. A history of multi-year tenures will carry significantly more weight than a long list of short-term logos;
Minnesota preferred; WI, IL, or East Coast considered;
What Do We Offer
Base salary from $130K to $165K plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
;
Performance-based equity awards;
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance;
401(k) matching and generous PTO policy;
Travel: Approximately 20-30% for strategic client meetings, industry conferences, and internal executive planning.
