Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About People & Talent
People and Talent support the entire MetaMask community. We strive to be the destination employer of choice for our ecosystem. That goal is embedded in all the work we do to attract, retain and support our amazing talent. By joining our team you'll be working with a diverse group of incredible individuals who put 'people first' and are designing and building the workplace of the future.
This role sits within our People Operations, Data & Systems ('PODS') team, which operates as a cohesive, global team within People & Talent. We drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle by streamlining processes, strengthening programs and policies, and building scalable, intuitive systems that empower teams to do their best work.
We delight our customers (employees, managers, and partners) by delivering a dynamic and engaging people experience that evolves with creativity, curiosity, and accountability. Through intentional process design, thoughtful automation, and a commitment to service excellence, PODS builds scalable, sustainable people programs that support our teams and the business.
What you'll do
As a Senior People Operations Associate, you will be a day-to-day owner of global People Operations, serving as our subject matter expert for Europe, while also contributing to the programs and systems work of the PODS team and leading People Operations projects from scoping through delivery. You will manage the employee lifecycle from pre-boarding through offboarding, administer leaves, keep employee data accurate in our HR systems, and help ensure our practices remain compliant with local labor law and GDPR. Just as importantly, you will look for ways to make that work more scalable by documenting processes, enabling self-service, and applying automation and AI wherever they improve accuracy, efficiency, and the employee experience.
Employee Lifecycle Operations
Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes globally, including pre-boarding, onboarding, employee changes, internal transfers, and offboarding.
Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and new-hire documentation in line with local requirements, partnering with Legal where needed.
Administer parental, medical, and other statutory and company leaves, as well as benefits, across multiple countries.
Coordinate with Payroll on hires, terminations, compensation changes, and leaves to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Partner with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and other external vendors (such as payroll, benefits, and immigration counsel) to onboard, support, and manage employees, including in countries where we do not have a local entity.
Support immigration and relocation processes in partnership with external counsel, including tracking work authorization and ensuring documentation is complete.
HR Systems, Data & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), performing regular audits, reconciliations, and data cleanup.
Serve as the subject matter expert for European labor law and data privacy requirements, including GDPR, and help ensure compliance across the countries where we operate, escalating risks appropriately.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on policy, leave, and process questions, balancing empathy with compliance.
Process Improvement, Automation & Documentation
Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and propose or implement automation and AI-enabled solutions, particularly for employee self-service and routine request management.
Create and maintain clear documentation, including guides, FAQs, and process maps, that enable employees, managers, and the People team to self-serve.
Lead and own global and regional People projects end to end, from scoping through delivery, such as system enhancements, policy rollouts, and support for new entity openings, working with Finance, Legal, and Payroll.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
People Operations & Compliance
Experience in People/HR Operations in a global or multi-country environment, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
Strong working knowledge of UK and European employment practices, statutory leave, and GDPR / UK GDPR considerations.
Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and leave administration.
Familiarity with immigration processes and global hiring or relocation support is a plus.
Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and other third-party vendors, including managing vendor relationships and resolving issues across multiple providers.
Experience drafting, updating, and maintaining employee policies and documentation.
Systems, Data & Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally ADP Workforce Now.
Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity through audits and reconciliations.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation) for reporting and analysis.
Comfort experimenting with automation and AI tools, such as workflows, bots, scripting, or AI-enabled features within existing tools.
Collaboration & Communication
Clear, professional communication with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners such as Payroll and Legal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, anticipating bottlenecks before they affect deadlines.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
A service-oriented mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with thoughtful, scalable solutions.
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related role.
Extensive experience supporting employees in the UK and Europe, along with exposure to other regions, is strongly preferred.
Fluency in English is required; a second major European language is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and driving work from idea to execution.
Experience leading or owning projects from scoping through delivery, including coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving work to completion.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role.
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. More than 30,000 subscription apps run on Adapty: $5B in revenue tracked, 4B users served, 80B API calls a month. That's one of the richest datasets in the app economy. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
Why this role matters
Adapty runs on infrastructure we own and operate ourselves: a Proxmox and Ceph platform across OVH, Hetzner and bare metal, with parts of the stack in AWS and GCP. That platform processes billions of dollars of subscription volume a year, and today too much of it depends on a single engineer.
You are joining to take that platform over: fully owned, fully described in code, and cheap to run at scale. In your first months you will own Proxmox and Ceph end to end, drive resource rightsizing, and lead the split of our development workloads into a separate cluster.
What you'll do
- Own our Proxmox and Ceph platform end to end — capacity, upgrades, performance and incident response
- Run infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner and bare metal, alongside workloads in AWS and GCP
- Drive resource rightsizing: find where we overpay, size it correctly, and prove the saving in the bills
- Lead the separation of development workloads into a dedicated cluster, without downtime for production
- Keep everything as code — Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD and GitLab CI, with no manual changes in production
- Own reliability: on-call, incident response, root cause analysis and the runbooks that follow
- Support the data layer our product runs on — PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Aerospike
About you
- 10+ years working with infrastructure and physical hardware, not only managed cloud
- 5+ years running Kubernetes and cloud platforms in production
- Hands-on with bare metal and providers like OVH and Hetzner, plus AWS and/or GCP
- Strong with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD and GitLab CI — you describe infrastructure in code by default
- Real FinOps experience: you can name what infrastructure cost before and after you touched it
- You take problems all the way to the root cause and to the fix, including outside your formal scope
- You say things directly — risks and bad news arrive early, not after the incident
Nice to have
- Production experience with Proxmox and Ceph specifically
- PostgreSQL, ClickHouse or Aerospike at scale
- Experience splitting shared environments into isolated clusters
- Building observability and on-call practice from scratch
- High-load B2B SaaS background
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

And beyond.
⭐️ WHY WE ARE HIRING ⭐️
We’re opening an Enterprise Sales Team Lead role in France to lead a growing team of 4 Senior Account Executives, who are in charge of acquiring customers with more than 3,000 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
In this role, you will own acquisition on the Enterprise segment in France and run the business end‑to‑end: you will be hands-on on the field while coaching and scaling a team of Account Executives to win this market.
This position sits at the heart of our growth ambition: We have just passed the one million member milestone – and this is only the beginning! We’re accelerating acquisition in France and doubling down on our portfolio — and the Enterprise segment is one of the core pillars of that plan.
ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE SEGMENT
- Perimeter: companies of 3000+ employees
- Verticals: all Verticals (Tech, Retail, Industrial Companies etc)
- Total Addressable Market: ~7M members in France
WHY ENTERPRISE SALES IS EXCITING AT ALAN
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers, Unions, long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise Account Executives.
⭐ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐
You will be the Sales leader of the Enterprise Sales team in France, responsible for both hitting the numbers and scaling the machine.
More precisely, you will:
- Own the Enterprise acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for 3000 employee customers, from targeting to closing, to reach ambitious acquisition targets and scale the segment.
- Lead & coach a team of 4 Account Executives (and likely more to come)
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as we scale the crew and the segment.
- Help each team member reach their targets with clear expectations, rigorous follow‑up, and ongoing coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management.
- Be on the field with the team: prospecting, joining key meetings, supporting tough negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities to maximize win rates.
- Empower every member of the team: Create the conditions for everyone to reach and exceed their goals: strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy.
- Ensure market fit and remove blockers: Surface customer expectations, patterns, and blockers, and ensure they’re addressed through the right strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-G level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
⭐ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐
You may be a great fit at Alan if you:
- Have at least 10 years experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets as an Account Executive and Sales Leader
- Have experience leading and coaching sales teams, with the ability to set a high bar, give clear direction, and help people grow
- Have full working proficiency in French, and advanced level in English for internal communication
- Have a very hands‑on mentality: you love being on the field with your team, joining customer meetings, helping on tough negotiations, and sharing what works
- Have experience selling to Enterprise level companies (3000+ employees and above) in multi‑stakeholder deals
- Are comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, and can prioritize ruthlessly
- Are data‑driven and analytical: you know how to leverage KPIs to drive performance, run analyses, and make decisions
- Have strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and appetite for building things with others (sales ops, marketing, etc.)
- Are based (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area
Nice-to-have:
- Experience selling to HR or Finance
.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced
Product Sourcing Engineer, Warfighter Systems
to support hardware product development, supplier selection, and production scaling.
This role combines engineering expertise with strategic sourcing, supplier development, procurement, and cost optimization. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to engage suppliers early in the product development process, establish sourcing strategies, manage component procurement, and optimize total cost of ownership throughout the product lifecycle.
This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals who have transitioned into sourcing, commodity management, supplier development, procurement engineering, or cost engineering within aerospace, defense, consumer electronics, or other hardware-focused industries.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for an engineering professional who understands how hardware design decisions affect component costs, supplier selection, manufacturing readiness, and production scalability.
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of electronic or mechanical hardware with strong supplier management, sourcing, and cost-optimization capabilities. Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), production ramp-up, and complex hardware programs will be especially valuable.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Development
Select suppliers for specific products using approved supplier lists.
Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development and improve manufacturing readiness.
Define product concepts and requirements with suppliers early in the development process.
Conduct feature trade-off analyses and develop comparison tables to support engineering and sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with suppliers on joint design development through clearly defined statements of work.
New Product Introduction (NPI) and Production Readiness
Drive the development and consolidation of manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Support production ramp-up internally and across the supplier network.
Manage component procurement throughout NPI, ensuring components are available on time and meet program requirements.
Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) throughout the NPI process.
Ensure required vendor component qualifications are completed before production.
Complete BOM risk assessments and identify alternative sourcing options to mitigate supply risks.
Cost Engineering and Optimization
Lead cost engineering activities to align bottom-up cost models with product cost targets.
Develop should-cost and clean-sheet cost models to evaluate component and product costs.
Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) throughout the product lifecycle.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities through component commonality, supplier rationalization, and reduced product complexity.
Address cost-related challenges involving tariffs, import/export expenses, and supplier price increases.
Supply Chain and Process Improvement
Conduct value-stream mapping to improve supply network lead times, flexibility, and efficiency.
Evaluate sourcing strategies for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
Work with suppliers to improve technology, manufacturing processes, and supply-chain performance.
Assess sourcing risks and develop mitigation strategies to support production scalability.
Program and Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management throughout product development.
Navigate contractual requirements and assess program impacts across multiple stakeholders.
Develop and track budgets related to sourcing, procurement, and product development.
Communicate sourcing strategies, cost assessments, risks, and program status to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant professional experience
in engineering, sourcing, supplier development, procurement, or cost engineering.
Experience in the design and development of electronic and/or mechanical hardware products.
Experience in advanced sourcing roles, such as Sourcing Engineer, Commodity Manager, Sourcing Manager, Supplier Development Engineer, Procurement Engineer, Cost Engineer, or Supply Chain Engineer.
Experience engaging suppliers early in product development, before engineering requirements are fully established.
Knowledge of value engineering, procurement engineering, or total cost of ownership at the component and product levels.
Familiarity with high-tech product development in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of contracting processes and program management stages.
Ability to manage complex contractual requirements and coordinate program impacts across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong financial management skills, including budget development and tracking.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
Proven track record of implementing best practices that improve operational efficiency and support sustainable growth.
Experience working across both hardware and software development lifecycles.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
