Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll own how Credit Line scales next, leading its move into the Philippine middle class with better customers, higher limits, and healthier repayment.
What you'll do:
- Own the full Credit Line funnel — from awareness with marketing through acquisition, activation, and retention inside the product — with no dedicated engineering squad, so you're the connective layer holding marketing, acquisition, product, risk, and business together.
- Work closely with marketing, product, acquisition, design, risk and origination, affiliates, and web/SEO, and be the person the team comes to when they need to align on growth.
- Report to the Head of Growth and own the Credit Line acquisition budget — no direct reports, but real leverage over numbers that matter commercially.
What you'll own:
- Define and drive Credit Line's growth strategy end-to-end with the business team — what to test, scale, or kill.
- Own the acquisition budget and decide where it goes.
- Lead the move into the Philippine middle class — define who that customer is, where to reach them, and rebuild the acquisition mix around them.
- Turn a real read on what customers need, fear, and compare us against into experiments worth running — hands-on when the bet calls for it, from testing a new channel to shipping the landing page yourself.
- Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention with acquisition and product, tracking CAC, approval, activation, first transaction, limit utilization, spend per active, retention, reactivation, and LTV against cost of risk to find where the real leverage is.
- Build a clean experiment-tracking system so learnings compound across quarters instead of getting lost.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing.
- A track record of self-generated experiments that actually shipped and moved metrics.
- Comfortable with product metrics and the tools behind them: CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention in GA and AppsFlyer, Tableau, plus a working understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on with both qualitative and quantitative research — user interviews, large studies, segmentation, market signals.
- Uses AI daily for prototypes, creative variants, and analysis, and knows when to override it rather than trust it blindly.
- Strong project management and fluent English.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Accounting Automation Engineer to replace manual accounting work across a multi-entity, multi-country enterprise, using Claude Code and agentic AI.
You will use Claude Code and agentic AI, plus Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, to automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close and the wider day-to-day accounting operation. You need strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge to get the numbers right, because an automation that posts wrong entries is worse than no automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The goal is to automate the repeatable core of enterprise accounting, with human review kept only where judgment is needed.
Accounts payable
- Invoice capture and data extraction from PDFs and email, using AI where useful
- Vendor matching, coding suggestions, and 2-way/3-way PO matching
- Duplicate invoice detection and approval routing
- Payment run preparation and vendor statement reconciliation
Accounts receivable
- Invoice generation and delivery
- Cash application and bank receipt matching
- Aging reports, dunning and collections reminders
- Credit note handling and bad debt/ECL provision support
Reconciliations
- Bank and card reconciliations across all accounts and currencies
- Balance sheet account reconciliations (prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, fixed assets)
- Intercompany and subledger-to-GL reconciliations
- Exception reports that flag only the items a human needs to review
Month-end close
- Close checklist tracking and scheduled reminders
- Recurring, accrual, prepayment and amortization journals
- Depreciation runs and FX revaluation
- Trial balance checks, flux/variance analysis, and draft commentary
- Management reporting packs
General accounting operations
- Expense report and employee reimbursement checks
- Chart of accounts and master data hygiene
- Audit support: evidence collection, PBC lists, sample extraction
- Data pipelines between ERP, banks, payment platforms and spreadsheets
QUALIFICATIONS
Two things matter most, and we weigh them above everything else:
1. Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
2. Real experience with AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, backed by solid engineering basics
We accept two paths: an accountant who learned to code, or an engineer who learned accounting. Both are judged on the same practical test.
- Hands-on experience building automations with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (either is fine)
- Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, with solid engineering basics, shipping working scripts and agents
- Ability to run local scripts and schedule jobs (cron, task schedulers or CI pipelines)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, shown by ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent, or by several years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with core processes: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end close
- Comfort working with APIs and MCP servers, CSV/Excel data and basic SQL
- Care for accuracy, controls and audit trails
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments, including intercompany and consolidation
- Experience reconciling payment processor statements across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
- Experience with shared cost services that invoice group companies, including complex expense splits and automated invoice generation
- Experience with an ERP and its API (which ERP does not matter)
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, including tool use and MCP servers
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and e-invoicing rules in several jurisdictions
- Experience with Git, testing and basic cloud deployment
- Prior experience in a finance transformation or accounting operations team
- Additional languages, where our entities operate in non-English markets

You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Analysis & UA Partnership

- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards, and give specific, reference-backed feedback.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of high-spend winning ads that held CPA and ROI targets as spend scaled.

- Experience directly leading and developing a cross-functional creative team, including producers and designers.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, including ad policy compliance and keeping accounts healthy.
- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator: you build repeatable processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, decisive with data, and comfortable killing concepts, including your own.
- Holds a high-quality bar: you do not let weak or non-compliant work go live.
- Strong management instincts: sets clear direction, develops people, and holds them accountable.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner and communicates clearly and directly in a remote environment.

ABOUT US

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
