Mayflower
is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we’ve been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Process & Intake Analyst
to join our newly formed Operations team in Cyprus.
Operations exist to make our fast-growing company easier to work in: clear routes for asking for things, clear owners for the things that matter, and rules people can actually find.
Job Responsibilities
Design and run the request front door.
Map how cross-functional requests arrive today, define request types and intake forms, set triage and routing rules, and launch the route in phases, starting with the highest-volume request types.
Make response times measurable.
Define service levels with the teams that receive requests, instrument the route so that volumes, waiting time and resolution time can be reported, and use the data to fix the bottlenecks it reveals.
Build and maintain the policy and process repository.
Inventory existing policies and process documents, consolidate duplicates, retire stale content and bring each item into a consistent structure with an owner, a version, an approval status and a review date.
Run the review cycle.
Make sure reviews happen on time, chase overdue items, and report on the health of the repository, so that it stays current rather than decaying after launch.
Create and maintain the ownership register.
Record named owners for cross-functional processes, systems and vendor relationships, resolve gaps and overlaps with the departments involved, and escalate where no owner can be agreed.
Map and improve processes.
Document current-state workflows, identify duplicated steps, manual handoffs and unnecessary approvals, and propose and implement simpler routes with the people who run them.
Configure and automate.
Set up workflows, forms, templates, dashboards and simple automations in the company's existing tools, and prototype small helpers with scripting or AI assistants where they remove manual work.
Make the systems easy to use.
Write clear guidance, run short onboarding sessions for teams adopting the front door or repository, and collect and act on feedback.
Keep the systems portable.
Collaboration tooling is changing over the next year, so design structures and content that can move between platforms without being rebuilt.
Report to the Head of Operations
on adoption, service levels, repository health and the process issues the data surfaces.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
4+ years in business process analysis, operations, service management or a similar role in tech and/or cross-functional environments.
Proven experience designing and launching an intake, request management or service-desk process that other teams adopted.
Experience building or running a structured knowledge base, policy library or document-control process, with clear ownership and review cycles.
Strong process-mapping and analytical skills: turning a messy current state into a simple, documented and agreed target state, and proactively identifying gaps in ambiguous environments.
Hands-on configuration of workflow and service-desk tools (Jira Service Management, Confluence or similar), including forms, workflows, automations and reporting, plus comfort with spreadsheets, light scripting and AI assistants for prototyping and automation.
Ability to define and track operational metrics and present them clearly to managers and leadership.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and written communication skills, with the persuasiveness to drive adoption in teams that do not report to you.
Nice to have
Experience with ITIL or similar service management practices, or with a formal document-control or compliance framework.
Experience migrating a knowledge base or service desk between platforms.
Experience in an international organisation where processes may differ between departments.
Familiarity with conversational or AI-assisted front doors, such as chat-based intake or self-service answers drawn from a knowledge base.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here’s what you can expect when joining us:
EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.
EU passport. Opportunity to obtain an EU passport after 4 years of residence.

50% coverage of school and kindergarten fees for your children.
Fully covered sports benefits, and also access to in-house electric scooters and bike rentals.
Provident fund (Cyprus): a long-term savings plan co-funded by you and the Company together (available after probation) that grows throughout your time with us in Cyprus.
Professional growth support: language courses, conferences, training programs, and coaching.
Peer recognition program: receive and share kudos for great work.
A fully equipped office in Limassol’s city center, with everything you need for deep work and collaboration.
Free breakfasts and lunches in the office and an in-house coffee bar with high-quality drinks and a health bar stocked with nutritious snacks.

From ensuring timely firmware updates to designing innovative ways to establish connections from software to hardware, we bring WHOOP to the highest level of performance and availability across the globe using the latest cutting edge technology. At the Staff level, your impact is measured as much by the engineers and decisions you influence as by the code you write.

- Manage a prioritized backlog centered on reducing technical debt, improving code health, and enhancing module testability
- Elevate engineering quality through rigorous code reviews, expanded test coverage, and refined architectural design practices
- Utilize expert Kotlin proficiency to build product features and define patterns for the broader engineering team
- Document new features and architecture using Jira, Confluence and preparing code using Github feature, develop, and master branches
- Participate in the incident commander rotation for the whole WHOOP ecosystem and also the release process including getting the app built, managing build variants, signing, sending and testing through Firebase, and submitting to the Play Store
- Analyze and monitor user metrics and feedback to determine crash rate or potential bugs and to improve engagement
- Represent Android Connectivity in cross-functional forums, including bug triage, product syncs, and firmware coordination
- Facilitate the ramp-up of mobile developers, mentor engineers across the Android organization, and assist the backend team with data contracts
Who you are:

- Experience designing modular architecture and dependency boundaries in a large multi-module Gradle codebase, including patterns such as MVI and MVVM
- Excellent knowledge of Android Studio, Gradle and CI systems
- Experience debugging and diagnosing issues across complex or distributed systems such as firmware, mobile, and backend
- Experience using Git to organize feature work
- Experience communicating with a RESTful backend
- Firm belief that automated testing is important and experience writing both Unit and UI tests
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, driving cross functional problem solving, tradeoff definition, and optimization
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ SECURITY ASSOCIATE INTERNSHIP ⭐
Six-month end-of-studies internship in Paris.
Looking for an end-of-studies internship where you do real cybersecurity work, not a side project nobody uses? Alan protects the health data of more than 1M members, and keeping it safe is part of everyday work here.
You join the Security team as a full member for six months. Topics span from compliance and certifications to vulnerabilities, detection and incident response, and you have room to pick the ones where you can have the most impact. A dedicated coach guides you and supervises your thesis. The goal at the end is a full-time job at Alan.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
Alan is opening new countries, and each one brings more audits, certifications and customer security reviews. Possible topics span from governance and compliance to hands-on technical work. You won't do all of them: with your coach, you choose the ones that matter most for Alan and for you.
- Governance, risk and compliance: ISO 27001 and HDS (French health data hosting) certifications, statutory IT audit, customer security reviews, risk management
- Vulnerability management: triage reports and scanner findings, drive fixes with engineering teams, improve our tooling
- Detection and response: write detection rules, investigate alerts, support the team on incidents
- Build: technical projects you own from framing to adoption. Past projects: an internal pentest for an audit, code scanning and remediation, an HDS internal audit, tooling proofs of concept
- Automate what repeats, so the team spends its time where the risk is
⭐ KEY OUTCOMES ⭐
By the end of the internship, you will have:
- Owned a recurring security campaign end to end and left it cheaper for the next round
- Shipped one technical project to real users
- Written your end-of-studies thesis on a real security subject
- Worked with engineers and senior people across the company
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
- End of studies: engineering or security track, looking for a six-month internship
- Security foundations: solid basics in security and IT, and you can apply them to a concrete case
- You code: Python at least, and you automate the repetitive part
- Curiosity: you dig into topics you don't master yet, and you are curious about compliance, not only offensive security
- Risk sense: you know not every risk is equal, and some trade-offs are worth taking
- Collaboration: you work with engineers, not against them, and look for solutions that work for both sides
- Clear communication: structured and written, in English (French is a plus)
- Bonus: CTFs, personal security projects, a previous security internship, cloud or SaaS experience

An overview of this role
Support Engineering at GitLab believes that healthy teams deliver a healthy customer experience, and that command during a crisis shouldn't fall to whoever happens to be senior and available. GitLab's global Incident & Escalation Management (IM/EM) function coordinates critical incidents, complex multi-team engagements, and executive-level escalations for enterprise customers. As Escalation Manager, you'll own complex, executive, and commercial escalations where customer trust and the relationship are at stake, alongside or independently of a technical issue.
In this functional role, you'll advocate for customers inside GitLab, coordinate teams toward resolution, and lead relationship repair after the event.
What you'll do
Own complex, executive, and commercial escalations end-to-end, as defined in GitLab's IM/EM engagement model.
Advocate for customers internally and coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales toward resolution, tracking commitments and holding owning teams accountable to agreed dates and deliverables.
Maintain a written, customer-facing resolution plan from engagement through confirmed resolution, updating it at each communication milestone.
Coordinate with Incident Managers during concurrent technical incidents to maintain a single, coherent narrative for the customer.
Own external escalation communications using GitLab's approved templates and cadence, and represent GitLab in high-stakes customer conversations where clarity and ownership influence retention.
Engage Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders as needed, including executive-to-executive communication for Severity 1 and 2 events. Brief GitLab leadership with concise summaries that distinguish what's known, what's unknown, and next steps.
Lead post-escalation reviews and relationship repair plans, contribute corrective actions with named owners and due dates to postmortems, and hand the relationship back to the account's Customer Success Manager at resolution.
Partner with the Head of IM/EM to develop playbooks, communication templates, and process improvements based on patterns from escalations.
What you'll bring
Experience in enterprise technical support, customer success, or incident and escalation management at a business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise software company.
A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder escalations end-to-end, including executive customer engagements and structured resolution or account plans.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into plain-language updates for customers and GitLab leadership.
The ability to coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales under pressure without formal authority over those teams.
Calm, structured decision-making with incomplete information and the ability to provide a steadying presence in high-stress customer situations.
Proficiency with support and coordination tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and PagerDuty, or equivalent platforms.
Availability for on-call coverage supporting executive escalations as part of a globally distributed team.
Nice to have:
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or equivalent certification; customer-facing experience with GitLab, development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), or cloud-native products; experience with formal escalation or incident command frameworks; or AI-assisted support tools for triage, sentiment analysis, or resolution drafting.
About the team
The Incident & Escalation Management function sits within Support Engineering in GitLab's Enterprise Technology & AI (ETA) division. We operate a follow-the-sun model anchored in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, providing year-round, 24-hour coverage for enterprise customers. Our Escalation Managers work globally rather than within a single region, partnering with Incident Managers, Communications Leads, and regional Support Engineering leadership. You'll help shape our playbooks, templates, and standards as we scale.

What The Role Is
We're hiring a Staff MLE for the Discovery team to own recommendations and personalization across Babylist's consumer experience — the homepage feed, product recs, search, and the ML-powered systems that make registry building feel effortless.
Babylist was built on editorial recommendations: products chosen by people with deep baby gear expertise. That editorial foundation is a big part of why millions of families trust us. We're now building ML-powered personalization on top of it, using one of the richest first-party datasets in parenting.
We're early in this work, and we have a real mandate. A small Discovery team has initial retrieval and reranking models live on parts of the site and a steady cadence of A/B tests. We are looking for a Staff MLE who has seen personalization done well at scale and can set the technical direction for where we go next.
Registry building is the heart of the Babylist product. Every parent builds a list of dozens of products, from swaddle to stroller, with real stakes (a friend or family member is going to buy these things, and a baby is going to use them). As a universal registry, this registry also typically spans many retailers. This makes registry building on Babylist one of the most interesting personalization problems in consumer e-commerce: latent intent, life-stage progression, multi-stakeholder gift dynamics, deep declarative signal in millions of completed registries, cross-retailer datapoints, and a user who genuinely wants help.
If you want to join a mature ML org and tune models at the margins, this isn't the right role. If you've worked inside a strong recommendations team, learned what good looks like, and want to build from zero-to-one at a company earlier in the journey, read on.
What You'll Own
You'll be the technical lead for personalization on the Discovery team, working alongside a PM, Engineering Manager, Senior MLE and fullstack software engineers. You set where our models go over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there, and stay deep in building. A few examples of the problems you’ll get to shape:
Product recommendations across every surface.
Product detail pages, add-next recommendations after someone adds to their registry, vibes/aesthetic representations of products and the shared models underneath them.
Personalizing the Feed.
Deciding which products, editorial content and social content each family sees, and in what order.
Personalizing search.
Bringing what we know about a family into search results, and helping decide how much search should share retrieval and ranking with recommendations.
Making Addie (our AI registry assistant) better at recs.
Working with the team behind Addie so its product suggestions draw on the same models and signals as the rest of the site.
In practice, you will:
Take a fuzzy business problem from first sketch to production model, and own whether it moved the metric.
Make the modeling and architecture calls that span surfaces and are expensive to reverse.
Design the evaluation, offline and online, that tells us a model is good before and after it ships.
Know when a rule or a simple baseline is the right first step, and when it's time to pursue more advanced approaches.
Partner with product, design and data to help shape what's worth building.
Coach engineers on the team, and more broadly be an ML expert and resource to the wider engineering org.
Who You Are
You’ve shipped recommendation and/or personalization systems that reached real users at scale within a consumer product, and can point to the business impact of your work. You’ve done this within a team that did ML well — you know what good looks like, and are motivated to bring that to a company earlier in their ML journey.
You bring:
Expertise in recommender fundamentals: for example, candidate generation vs. ranking, offline vs. online evaluation, cold start solutions, and handling position and popularity bias.
Fluency in the Python ML stack and comfort owning models through deployment and monitoring, including contributions to our application backend.
An ability to take an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture.
A builder's instinct for early-stage ML. You understand effort vs. effectiveness tradeoffs and can advocate for when a rule beats a model, or a model is “good enough” for early learnings.
An outcome and user focused mindset. You measure yourself by business impact, and you can connect a model change to user experience & registry adds, conversion or revenue.
AI-native daily practice. You're already using AI to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a Canada-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is 299,300 to 372,600 CAD plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly 359,160 to 447,120 CAD. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome.
The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.
The Stack

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things To Know
We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws.
We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking.
If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know.

- Able to manage multiple sales engagements and priorities simultaneously
- A builder mindset that is proactive in creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Commercially aware and aligned with revenue and sales growth goals

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Executive Briefing program brings senior leaders from our most strategic customers together with our spokespeople, product leaders, and researchers. As a Program Manager, Executive Briefings, you will run the program at one of our briefing centers and help build the global operating model that ensures an exceptional and consistent experience across the globe.
You will be the main program lead for your location and own briefings end to end: qualification and intake, agenda design, speaker selection, and day-of execution. You will set the objectives and design for each agenda and develop it jointly with Sales. You will also be the local account teams' go-to partner on how to use a briefing to move their most important opportunities forward.
You will manage the global workstream and set the standard every center follows, so customers get the same quality of briefing wherever they meet us. This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work with regional GTM leadership and the Office of the CCO on account selection and program strategy, with Product Marketing on content, with Solutions on technical deep-dives and demos, with Anthropic's executive bench on sponsorship and participation, and with Workplace, Security, and Revenue Operations on the experience and systems behind every briefing. You will be comfortable running every part of a briefing yourself and maintaining tight alignment with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Own the Executive Briefing program at your location: the local calendar, capacity planning, the request and intake process from Sales, and operating SLAs, applied against global criteria and regional allocation
Work with regional GTM leadership to decide which strategic accounts receive a briefing each quarter, hold the qualification bar, and proactively surface accounts that should be engaged
Lead discovery with account teams before each briefing to understand the customer's objectives, business context, and stage of evaluation, and turn that into a tailored agenda
Own agenda design and co-own agenda development with Sales for every briefing, including the narrative arc, discussion topics, speakers, and demos
Build and manage the speaker bench for your location: identify, source, and match speakers to briefings, run prep, and manage capacity so no one is over-asked
Own day-of orchestration and the customer experience standard at your center, in partnership with Workplace on logistics
Contribute to the playbooks, tooling, and best practices that let the program scale consistently across centers while allowing for regional nuance
Share intake and triage on a rotation across time zones so every request gets a decision within the defined SLA
Maintain one source of truth for criteria, lead times, and process so account teams get one answer
Own measurement and reporting for your center and contribute to global reporting on briefing volume, capacity and allocation, strategic-account coverage, and program-influenced pipeline and expansion
Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors across locations
Minimum qualifications
Experience running executive briefings, customer events, or a comparable program for senior external audiences
Program management skills, including intake and prioritization, capacity planning, and managing multiple concurrent programs against SLAs
Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or other senior customer audiences
Experience building processes, playbooks, or tooling that help a program operate consistently
Ability to track, report on, and communicate program metrics such as volume, coverage, and pipeline influence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner credibly with field leadership, executives, and internal subject matter experts
Work on site at your briefing center when briefings take place
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience building or scaling an executive briefing program, or a similar customer-facing program, at an enterprise technology company
Experience in a high-volume briefing environment
Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, and with connecting program activity to pipeline and expansion outcomes
Experience identifying and surfacing speakers for the speaker bench and managing speaker capacity across product, research, and executive teams
Experience working across time zones or across multiple sites to set one global standard
Experience onboarding or coaching new team members or contractors
Familiarity with AI products and how enterprises evaluate and adopt them
Interest in Anthropic's mission to build AI that is safe and beneficial

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Join the team as Twilio’s next Compliance Operations Specialist
About the job
This role is part of Twilio’s Compliance Operations team, which helps ensure that customer activity on our platform follows industry rules and Twilio’s internal policies. You’ll be responsible for reviewing alerts and account activity for Messaging and Voice traffic to assess whether it complies with Twilio’s Voice Policy, Messaging Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and relevant regulatory requirements across global carrier networks.
When non-compliant activity is identified, such as messaging that violates local telecom rules or improper use of voice services, you’ll work with customers to explain the issue and guide them toward a compliant solution. In some cases, you’ll also take enforcement action to stop the non-compliant activity from continuing on Twilio’s platform.
This is an analytical and communication-heavy role that requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work through ambiguous situations. You’ll be expected to make informed decisions and explain those decisions clearly to customers, even when the guidance may not always be black and white.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging into complex issues, learning how global telecom regulations apply to real-world traffic, and helping customers understand how to stay compliant. The ideal candidate is curious, investigative by nature, and comfortable with both independent research and customer-facing communication.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Investigate potential violations:
Review account activity, messaging behavior, and data to identify signs of abuse or misuse. You'll be trained to spot red flags and patterns linked to spam or scams, and take quick action to mitigate risk.
Stop bad actors before they cause harm:
You'll use internal tools and available data to find and shut down non-compliant activity that could negatively impact Twilio’s customers or consumers who receive unwanted calls or texts.
Communicate directly with customers:
A major part of the job is customer-facing, primarily through email via our ticketing platform Zendesk. You'll notify customers of policy violations, provide them with clear guidance on how to fix issues, and sometimes inform them that their access to Twilio is being restricted or terminated.
Analyze trends and prevent future abuse:
Go beyond individual cases by recognizing recurring themes, identifying root causes, and helping recommend long-term solutions to keep bad actors off the platform.
Work with data:
You’ll regularly examine call and messaging records to trace activity, identify patterns, and support enforcement decisions with evidence.
Support global impact:
The work you do directly affects businesses, mobile carriers, and end users around the world. Your decisions may impact high-profile brands and millions of consumers globally.
Prioritize clarity and accuracy:
Because most communication is written, especially through email, you’ll need strong writing skills to explain policy violations and technical details in a way that customers understand and can act on.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule; weekends, holidays and evenings may be required
Experience working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action
You’re empathetic and love working with customers and carriers to solve their problems and questions, backed with data
You are detail-oriented with good organizational skills and comfortable with ambiguity
You have above average written and verbal communication skills and are able to articulate concepts/ideas in a clear, concise manner
You are willing to collaborate with communications partners and players in the industry to resolve issues, troubleshoot, and build trust
You have the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
You have good time management and organizational skills and are comfortable working under pressure
Excellent written communication skills in English
Desired:
Basic knowledge of using spreadsheets including formulas.
Have 1-2 years experience in fraud, abuse or compliance in ecommerce, FinTech, or telecommunications.
1-2 years experience working in a queue based environment triaging and resolving tickets.

About Chainalysis
Blockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation. Businesses and governments around the world are using blockchains to make banking more efficient, connect with their customers, and investigate criminal cases. As adoption of blockchain technology grows, more and more organizations seek access to all this ecosystem has to offer. That’s where Chainalysis comes in. We provide complete knowledge of what’s happening on blockchains through our data, services, and solutions. With Chainalysis, organizations can navigate blockchains safely and with confidence.
About the team
Product Security at Chainalysis keeps our SaaS platform — used by governments, banks, and crypto exchanges to investigate financial crime — secure by design. We partner directly with product and platform engineering on threat modeling, design reviews, penetration testing, and remediation of findings across our AWS and Kubernetes estate.
As a Senior Security Engineer, Infrastructure, you’ll help secure and operate the cloud and Kubernetes environments that support Chainalysis products and our Hosted AI Platform (HAIP). You’ll combine production operations with practical security engineering: responding to platform alerts, troubleshooting infrastructure, and shipping guardrails and improvements through Terraform and Kubernetes. You’ll work closely with Infrastructure Security, Platform Engineering, AI Core, and other engineering partners to address risks at their source and make secure, reliable infrastructure easier to operate.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who is comfortable in a terminal, has supported production systems, and can take an infrastructure issue from investigation through resolution.
In this role, you’ll:
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and cloud services, investigating pod health, logs, errors, latency, and upstream provider issues to find root causes.
- Ship reviewed Terraform and Kubernetes changes that strengthen HAIP and broader cloud infrastructure security and reliability.
- Improve AWS and edge/network controls—including IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, logging, and Cloudflare—and reduce recurring misconfigurations through reusable patterns and runbooks.
- Use Python or similar scripting, monitoring improvements, and cross-team partnership to automate operational work and drive fixes through to completion.
- Participate in the AI Product on-call rotation, triage production alerts, communicate clearly, and escalate when needed.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Production cloud infrastructure experience, preferably in AWS, plus working knowledge of security controls such as IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, or logging.
- Hands-on production Kubernetes experience: inspect workloads, read logs, and troubleshoot failures using command-line tools.
- Experience authoring Terraform changes that have been reviewed and deployed to production; comfort shipping changes through Git and pull requests.
- Production on-call or incident-response experience, including alert investigation, clear communication, and sound escalation judgment.
- Python or similar scripting ability, familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
- Experience working with stakeholders across the R&D organization to collaborate and resolve security issues with urgency and a team-first approach.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience operating AI/ML infrastructure, LLM platforms, or services integrating with model providers; familiarity with AI gateway concepts such as model routing or quotas.
- Experience with Cloudflare or other edge/network security controls.
- Exposure to cloud security posture management tools such as Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or Orca.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, fintech, or regtech infrastructure.
TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:
- Cloud and containers: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE)
- Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform
- Security tooling: Wiz, SonarCloud, Burp, Cloudflare
- CI/CD and source control: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory and related build/deploy tooling
- Languages and scripting: Java, JavaScript, Python, Go
- AI Coding Agents, Tooling, Systems
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
