Main Responsibilities
— Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to GCC, focusing on client acquisition and retention
— Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in GCC
— Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
— Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns
— Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events
— Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends
— Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes
Requirements
— Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field
— At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC markets
— Excellent command of Arabic and English language
— Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCC
— Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations
— Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

— Deep interest in crypto, keeping up with ecosystem changes, wallets, protocols, and security norms.
— Previous hands-on experience in crypto or fintech (exchanges, wallets, payment rails, ledgers).
— Understanding of smart contracts and protocol interactions between on-chain programs and off-chain services.
— Blockchain integration experience, preferably Solana, EVM acceptable.
— Experience shipping high-quality products in mature engineering organizations.

About the Role
The Growth Lead, Performance will build and scale the acquisition engine for Avoca's growth, focusing initially on paid social and paid search channels. Responsibilities include strategy, execution, creative testing, conversion, measurement, and optimization of paid acquisition channels. The role also involves identifying new growth opportunities, building channels from scratch, and scaling successful experiments. The position reports to the Head of Growth and works on the company's highest-priority channels.
What You'll Do
— Build and scale paid social and paid search into major revenue drivers
— Own paid acquisition end to end: strategy, execution, budget allocation, creative testing, conversion, measurement, optimization
— Build a high-velocity experimentation engine across audiences, messaging, creative, offers, and landing pages
— Translate customer insights and performance data into resonant campaigns
— Set performance targets and allocate investment based on pipeline, CAC, channel efficiency, and revenue
— Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing for feedback on ICPs, lead quality, SLAs, and pipeline handoff
— Use AI and automation to speed up campaign development, analysis, and experimentation

Compensation
Expected on target earnings $160,000–$210,000 per year, including base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. Final compensation based on experience and qualifications determined during interview process.
