About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Teleport's Channel team builds the partner ecosystem that helps our Enterprise Account Executives source more deals and close them faster. As a Senior Channel Sales Manager, LATAM, you'll own that ecosystem across Latin America from a US base: recruiting and onboarding partners, building joint business plans, and driving the co-sell motion that turns partner relationships into sourced pipeline and revenue. This is a quota-carrying role. You'll also help decide which partners we invest in and how we show up with them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the partner-sourced pipeline and revenue number for LATAM - this is a building from scratch position
- Recruit, onboard, and manage regional partners (resellers, distributors, MSPs, and cloud partners) to drive co-sell
- Build joint business plans for a focused set of go-to partners that line up with regional sales goals
- Run account mapping and regional sales meetings that connect partner reps with Teleport AEs on real accounts
- Quarterback co-sell deals between Teleport AEs and partner sellers, from registration through close
- Present the Teleport portfolio and partner program benefits to partner leadership
- Work with Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to train, enable, and certify partner sales and technical teams in the region
- Own regional partner MDF plans and budgets, and report on results against OKRs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of partner or channel sales experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company, covering the LATAM market
- Background selling security, infrastructure, or DevOps tooling
- Fluency in Portuguese is a must
- Deep understanding of how channel partners work with ISVs to co-sell, and an existing network among partners in Latin America, Brazil specifically
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and earn the trust of internal sellers, so AEs want to work with you
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment (start-up experience is a plus)
- Based in the United States, comfortable traveling, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
NICE TO HAVE
- Additional fluency in Spanish
- MSP and distribution experience
- Experience co-selling with AWS, including registering opportunities through ACE
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, a series of 30 to 45-minute conversations with members of our Channel and Sales teams, and a 45-minute presentation to a panel of Teleport leaders.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be LangChain's dedicated cloud alliance lead for AWS, owning the relationships and revenue motions that make these partnerships produce real pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Partnerships team where you'll be close to the product, close to the field, and expected to drive results without a lot of hand-holding. You'll own co-sell execution and marketplace presence end-to-end, working with cloud partner teams, field sellers, and LangChain's GTM organization to turn partner relationships into closed deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Co-sell and pipeline
- Own and grow LangChain's co-sell motion with AWS: manage joint pipeline, coordinate deals with AWS field teams, and drive sourced and influenced revenue.
- Partner with LangChain sales leadership to define priority co-sell accounts, map territories to AWS coverage, and run co-sell plays region by region.
- Keep ACE hygiene high across the sales team so that opportunity sharing, acceptance, and launch become routine rather than a partnerships-team chore.
Marketplace
- Own LangChain's AWS Marketplace presence end to end: listings, private offers, CPPO through channel partners, and program enrollment.
- Operate our marketplace GTM platform (Suger today) and extend referral and offer automation so sellers can transact through Marketplace without partnerships-team involvement.
Programs and funding
- Operationalize AWS funding mechanisms across the team: MDF (market development funds for co-marketing), proof-of-concept credits, ISV Accelerate benefits, and any strategic collaboration funding we secure.
- Pursue AWS competency and specialization programs that strengthen our positioning with AWS sellers.
- Track funding drawn down against funding available and report it monthly.
Executive and partner relationships
- Own LangChain's working relationships at AWS: partner development managers, ISV sales managers, Marketplace category leads, and the Bedrock and AgentCore partner teams.
- Build executive sponsorship on both sides, and run a joint business plan with AWS that sets shared goals and a review cadence.
- Navigate the coopetitive dynamic: partner closely with AWS on Bedrock and AgentCore while differentiating LangGraph and LangSmith where AWS has competing offerings.
Field enablement and marketing
- Equip LangChain sales, solutions engineering, and marketing with better-together messaging, competitive positioning, and joint sales plays for AWS accounts.
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and joint customer programs.
- Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders, including a monthly readout on pipeline, Marketplace, and program activity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development, with direct, hands-on ownership of an AWS relationship.
- A track record of scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, not just starting one: you have taken a working AWS alliance to materially higher Marketplace share, pipeline, or partner-sourced revenue, and you can describe the mechanisms that got you there.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS Marketplace transactions and programs: private offers, CPPO, ACE, ISV Accelerate, and the funding programs available to ISVs.
- Experience operating a marketplace GTM platform such as Suger, Tackle, or WorkSpan, including referral and offer automation.
- Experience shaping and running a joint business plan with a hyperscaler, including executive sponsorship on both sides.
- Enough technical foundation to speak credibly with builders. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangChain fit into a customer's AWS stack.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you set the operating rhythm for a partner motion rather than inheriting one.
- Strong operational discipline: you manage pipeline in the CRM, track partner activity, and report results clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort owning senior relationships at a large cloud organization and resolving conflict constructively across company lines.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Prior experience inside AWS in partner sales, ISV, or Marketplace roles, with a working understanding of how co-sell decisions and seller compensation work internally.
- Experience with commercial contracts with AWS like SCAs.
- Existing relationships across the AWS ISV, field, Marketplace, and Bedrock partner teams.

- Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: how LLMs, agents, and developer tooling fit into enterprise stacks.
- Experience with AWS partner programs specific to AI and data, such as the Generative AI Competency and related partner tracks.
- Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role
Higgsfield AI is looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and own the partner side of our go-to-market: the platforms, distribution partners, agencies, creative tools, system integrators and ecosystem players that bring Higgsfield to customers we would not reach one deal at a time.
You will source, structure, negotiate and run our most important partnerships yourself, design the partner programme and commercial models behind them, and act as the counterpart to our GTM Leads in Europe, APAC and Japan on every partner-led deal. As the function proves out, you will build the team around it. You will work closely with our Asia-based Growth team, our US-based Enterprise and Agency Partnerships teams, and directly with company leadership.
The ideal candidate has built partnerships that produced revenue, not only announcements, at an AI, creative, marketing or platform company, and is comfortable moving between a C-level conversation, a term sheet and a partner enablement session in the same day.
What you'll do
Build the partner strategy
- Define which partner types matter most for Higgsfield's growth and in what order: distribution and platform partners, agency and holding-company partnerships, creative-tool and workflow integrations, cloud and hardware partners, system integrators and regional resellers, and technology and model partners.
- Set the partnership roadmap and targets with leadership, and own the partner contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Design the partner programme: tiers, commercial terms, revenue-share and referral models, enablement, co-marketing and governance.
- Build the operating rhythm for partner-sourced pipeline so that partner deals are forecast, attributed and credited correctly.
Source, close and run partnerships
- Personally source and close the first tier of strategic partnerships, from first conversation through term sheet, legal and launch.
- Structure deals that work for both sides: distribution, bundling, co-selling, integrations, reseller and referral agreements, and strategic alliances.
- Run the partnerships after signature: joint business plans, quarterly reviews, pipeline sharing, escalations and renewals.
- Build partner references and launch stories that make the next partnership easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Partner with the GTM Leads for Europe, APAC and Japan on the partners that are the primary route to market in their regions, and with the US Enterprise and Agency Partnerships teams on global accounts.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs and partner-facing features; with Marketing on co-marketing and launches; with Legal and Finance on terms and billing.
- Represent Higgsfield with partner executives, at industry events and in the broader AI and creative ecosystem.
- Surface partner and ecosystem signals (platform shifts, competitor alliances, model and compute partners) to Product and leadership.
- Define what the partnerships team should look like at 3 and 10 people (partner managers by type and region, partner operations, partner marketing), and hire and lead it as the business justifies.
What success looks like in year one
- A partner strategy and programme that leadership has signed off, with clear targets for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Three to five strategic partnerships signed and live, at least one of them a distribution or platform partnership that materially widens reach.
- Partner-sourced pipeline visible in the forecast and attributed, in every region.
- A hiring plan for the partnerships team, with the first hire onboarded.
Requirements
- 10+ years in partnerships, business development, alliances or enterprise GTM, including 5+ years structuring and closing strategic partnerships at a SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology, platform or media company.
- A track record of partnerships that produced measurable revenue or distribution, and the ability to explain exactly how.
- Experience across several partnership types: distribution and platform, channel and reseller, integration and technology, and agency or enterprise alliances.
- Strong commercial and deal-structuring judgement: revenue-share, referral, bundling, co-sell and licensing models, and the term-sheet and legal work behind them.
- Senior relationships in at least one of: global agency networks, large consumer platforms, cloud or hardware providers, creative software, or major media and entertainment groups.
- Comfortable being the whole function before building it: no partner operations, partner marketing or team on day one.
- Experience working across regions and time zones with distributed commercial teams; fluent English.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Spain, the UK or Ireland with the right to work there and able to travel internationally.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, or a usage-based or API-based business.
- Prior experience building a partnerships function from zero and leading a team.
- Relationships with model providers, cloud and GPU partners, or creative-tool ecosystems (editing, design, 3D, game engines).
- A second major European or Asian language.
What we're not looking for
- A partnerships leader who has only managed an existing programme rather than built one.
- Someone who measures success in signed MOUs and logos rather than revenue and reach.
- A people manager who needs a team in place before they can produce results.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company's stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield's long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
Location and working model
We would prefer this person to be based in Almaty, where much of our Growth team sits. We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Spain, the UK or Ireland, with regular travel to partners and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.

Higgsfield AI is looking for a GTM Lead, Japan to open and own our Japanese business. You will be our first person on the ground and our primary representative in the market, responsible for turning Japan's agencies, brands, broadcasters, studios and gaming companies into Higgsfield customers.
You will define the Japan go-to-market, source and close the first Japanese enterprise and agency deals yourself, sign the distribution partners that are the natural route to market, and set the playbook that the next wave of Japan hires will follow. You will be the voice of Japan inside Higgsfield and the face of Higgsfield in Japan, working closely with our Asia-based Growth team and directly with company leadership. For the right candidate the role grows into Country Manager, with responsibility for building the Japan team.
The ideal candidate has sold creative, marketing or AI technology into Japanese enterprises and agencies, brings an existing network across Japan's largest agencies, media groups and brands, and is energised by owning a country from zero.
What you'll do
Open the Japanese market
- Build and execute Higgsfield's Japan go-to-market strategy, starting with a named list of 30 to 40 target accounts across advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, broadcasters and streamers, anime and film studios, gaming and music, narrowed to around 10 priority accounts.
- Personally source, run and close the first Japanese enterprise and agency deals, with the patience, consensus-building and long-term orientation that Japanese business relationships require.
- Convert high-usage Japanese creators, teams and agencies already on the platform into team and enterprise accounts.
- Lead localisation of positioning, packaging, pricing, onboarding and campaigns for Japan with Marketing and Product.
Build pipeline and revenue
- Own Japan pipeline, forecast and bookings; keep 3x+ pipeline coverage and report weekly to leadership.
- Run an outbound-first, in-person motion alongside inbound from the platform: executive outreach, events, partner introductions and creator-community referrals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and enterprise agreements, and navigate Japanese procurement, security, legal and consensus processes.
- Build local references and case studies that make the next Japanese deal easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Build relationships with senior executives at Japan's largest agencies, media groups, brands and technology conglomerates.
- Identify and sign the distribution partners that are the natural route to market in Japan (trading houses, telcos and platforms, system integrators, large agencies and production houses) with the Head of Partnerships.
- Represent Higgsfield at Japanese industry events, with press and in the creator community as the leading AI video platform for creative work.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on the Japanese market: competitors, regulation, rights and talent-likeness questions, and emerging AI trends, and surface them to Product, Legal and leadership.
- Work with Finance, Legal and People on the local entity, contracting and hiring groundwork as the business grows.
- Define what the Japan team should look like at 3 and 10 people, and help hire it.
What success looks like in year one
- A Japan go-to-market plan, named-account list and localised offer that leadership has signed off.
- The first marquee Japanese agency, brand or studio customers live in production, with public references.
- At least one distribution or channel partnership signed and producing pipeline.
- A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter, and a hiring plan for the first Japan hires.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM in Japan, including experience selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, advertising technology or media technology.
- A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals with Japanese enterprises yourself, not only through a team.
- Native-level Japanese and professional English; you can bridge Japanese stakeholders and an international team.
- An existing network in major Japanese agencies (for example Dentsu or Hakuhodo group companies), brands, broadcasters, studios, gaming or technology conglomerates.
- Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette, organisational hierarchies and decision-making.
- Comfortable opening a country alone: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one, and the judgement to close on the ground while building process for scale.
- Based in Japan, ideally in or near Tokyo, and willing to be in the field: in-person meetings across Japan are a core part of this role, with travel to Almaty and San Francisco for onboarding, planning and company events.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience opening Japan for a foreign technology company, or working inside an international company's Japan team.
- Relationships in anime, film, gaming or music, or with Japanese talent agencies.
- Experience with distribution partnerships through trading houses, telcos or system integrators.
- Prior people management; the role is expected to grow into Country Manager.
What we're not looking for
- A representative who relays requests to HQ rather than closing deals and making decisions locally.
- Someone whose success has depended on an established Japanese brand with inbound demand and a full local team.
- A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.
This is a Japan-based role, ideally in or near Tokyo, with the flexibility to work remotely within Japan. Expect regular in-person customer and partner meetings across Japan, and periodic travel to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Asia-based Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.

We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role
Higgsfield AI is looking for a GTM Lead, APAC to build and own our commercial business across Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan, which has its own dedicated lead). APAC is already one of our largest regions by creators and generations; this role turns that usage into agency, brand and enterprise revenue.
You will define the APAC go-to-market, source and close the region's first lighthouse accounts yourself, open the partner routes to market that matter in Asia, and set the playbook that the next wave of APAC hires will follow. You will work closely with our Asia-based Growth team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.
The ideal candidate has sold creative, marketing or AI technology across at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures, knows when a partner is the right route in and when direct is, and is energised by owning a region from zero.
What you'll do
Open the APAC market
- Build and execute Higgsfield's APAC go-to-market strategy, tiered by market: active selling in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, Korea and Hong Kong; relationship building in Southeast Asia, India and Taiwan; later investment elsewhere.
- Segment the region by readiness to buy: advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, production companies, broadcasters and streamers, K-content, gaming and sports media.
- Personally source, run and close the region's first enterprise and agency deals, from first touch through negotiation and signature, adapting to how each market buys: procurement-led in ANZ, relationship-first in Korea and Greater China, partner-led and price-sensitive in Southeast Asia and India.
- Convert high-usage APAC creators, teams and agencies already on the platform into team and enterprise accounts.
Build pipeline and revenue
- Own APAC pipeline, forecast and bookings; keep 3x+ pipeline coverage and report weekly to leadership.
- Run an outbound-first motion in markets where inbound is thin, alongside platform-driven inbound where it is strong: executive outreach, events, partner introductions and creator-community referrals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, enterprise agreements, and multi-year, usage-based and local-currency deal structures.
- Build regional references and case studies that make the next APAC deal easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers at regional agency holding-company offices, independent agencies, consumer brands and media groups.
- Identify and activate the partners that are the primary route to market in Asia (regional agency networks, telcos and platforms, production studios, system integrators, local resellers) with the Head of Partnerships.
- Represent Higgsfield at APAC industry events and in regional media as the leading AI video platform for creative work.
- Localise positioning, pricing packaging and campaigns for APAC buyers with Marketing and Product, and coordinate with our existing APAC content and community efforts.
- Surface market, competitive, platform and regulatory signals from the region to Product, Legal and leadership.
- Define what the APAC team should look like at 5 and 15 people, and help hire it.
What success looks like in year one
- A tiered APAC market plan and sales playbook that leadership has signed off.
- Marquee customers live in production in at least two active-selling markets, with public references.
- Two or more partner channels producing qualified pipeline.
- A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM leadership, including 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology or media technology in APAC.
- A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals yourself, not only through a team.
- Multi-country APAC experience: you have sold or led commercial efforts in at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures.
- Partner and channel experience in APAC markets where partners are the primary route to market.
- An existing network of senior buyers in APAC agencies, brands, media or entertainment companies.
- Comfortable opening a region alone and far from HQ: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one, and independent decision-making across time zones.
- Fluent English; Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa or Thai is a strong plus.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong or Korea with the right to work there and able to travel across the region and to Almaty regularly.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, a social or short-video platform, or a usage-based software business.
- Relationships in K-content, gaming, or broadcaster and streamer ecosystems in Asia.
- Prior experience as a first or founding commercial hire in a region.
What we're not looking for
- A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.
- Someone whose success has depended on a large inbound brand and a full supporting bench.
- A single-market seller; APAC is too diverse for one-country experience.
We would prefer this person to be based in Almaty, where much of our Growth team sits and which keeps workable overlap with every APAC time zone. We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong or Seoul, with regular travel to customers across the region and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.

- Lead commercial negotiations, enterprise agreements, and multi-year and usage-based deal structures.
- Build local references and case studies that make the next European deal easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in European agency holding-company networks, independent agencies and brand marketing organisations.
- Identify and activate European channel and distribution partners (agencies, production studios, creative platforms, local resellers) with the Head of Partnerships.
- Represent Higgsfield at European industry events and in local media as the leading AI video platform for creative work.
- Localise positioning, pricing packaging and campaigns for European buyers with Marketing and Product.
- Surface market, competitive and regulatory signals (including EU AI Act and data-residency questions) to Product, Legal and leadership.
- Define what the European team should look like at 5 and 15 people, and help hire it.
What success looks like in year one
- A European named-account plan and sales playbook that leadership has signed off.
- The first marquee European agency and brand customers live in production, with public references.
- A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter.
- A hiring plan for the next European GTM hires, with the first of them onboarded.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM leadership, including 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology or media technology in Europe.
- A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals yourself, not only through a team.
- Experience selling into advertising agencies, brand marketing organisations, or media and entertainment companies in at least two European markets.
- An existing network of senior buyers in European agencies, brands or media groups.
- Comfortable opening a region alone: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one.
- Fluent English; a second major European language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch or Nordic) is a strong plus.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Spain, the UK or Ireland with the right to work there and able to travel across Europe and to Almaty regularly.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, or a usage-based software business.
- Relationships in European broadcasters, streamers or sports media.
- Prior experience as a first or founding commercial hire in a region.
What we're not looking for
- A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.
- Someone whose success has depended on a large inbound brand and a full supporting bench.
- A single-market seller; Europe is too diverse for one-country experience.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Spain, the UK or Ireland, with regular travel to customers across Europe and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.

As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Director, Strategic Development
Position Overview
Sony Interactive Entertainment is entering an important new chapter in its evolution looking to expand business and identify future growth opportunities. This is a senior leadership position for an individual who combines exceptional strategic judgment with the ability to activate change across complex, highly accomplished organizations. The successful candidate will help SIE move beyond strategy as an annual planning exercise toward a continuous discipline of strategic choices, organizational alignment, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.
Working directly within the Business Strategy team alongside senior leaders across PlayStation, this individual will build the frameworks, decision mechanisms, and leadership practices that enable executives to own the outcomes of the company's strategic evolution.
The central purpose of this role is not simply to develop strategy. It is to help the organization become better at continuously making, activating, and adapting strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Activate PlayStation's Strategic Transformation
Translate PlayStation's long-range strategic direction into clear, actionable enterprise priorities that connect the company's existing strengths with future growth opportunities.
Help operationalize the strategic shifts defining PlayStation's evolution, including developing new value propositions, driving business model adaptation to new customers and opportunities and moving from periodic planning to continuous strategic adaptation.
Establish practical frameworks that clarify what SIE must preserve, evolve, and newly develop over the next three to five years.
Partner with functional executives to translate enterprise strategy into meaningful choices, commitments, and measurable outcomes within their organizations.
Identify structural, cultural, and operational barriers to transformation and help leadership teams address them.
Activate the strategy by embedding it within cross functional leaders to own it and adapt it as assumptions change.
Establish Continuous Strategic Planning and Adaptation
Build a strategy capability that operates throughout the year, responding to market shifts, emerging technologies, competitive developments, and organizational learning.
Design and implement a continuous strategy operating rhythm, connecting three-to-five-year ambitions with annual priorities, quarterly strategic reviews, and ongoing opportunity assessment.
Develop scenario-planning, strategic sensing, and portfolio-evaluation frameworks that allow leadership to anticipate change rather than simply respond to it.
Connect insights from product, commercial, finance, technology, studios, and external partners into an evolving view of PlayStation's future.
Create the right level of materials for decision-oriented executive forums and then orchestrate those important meetings to find emerging opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend adjustments to strategic priorities.
Build mechanisms for leaders to revisit investment assumptions and reallocate attention and resources as evidence changes.
Influence and Mobilize Cross-Functional Executive Leadership
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, bringing together different perspectives and enabling collective decisions on issues that transcend individual business units.
Build trusted relationships with VP- and SVP-level leaders across PlayStation and Sony Group.
Facilitate high-stakes strategic conversations involving competing priorities, resource constraints, and differing perspectives on the future.
Use rigorous analysis (both internal and external), commercial judgment, and compelling narratives to influence decisions without relying on formal authority.
Help executive teams move from conceptual agreement to explicit decisions, accountable ownership, and coordinated action.
Challenge established assumptions constructively while demonstrating respect for the achievements and operational realities of existing businesses.
Identify and resolve strategic misalignment before it becomes an impediment to execution.
Develop the Core / Explore Strategic Framework
Support the development of two distinct but interconnected operating models that allow PlayStation to maximize current business performance while investing in future opportunities.
Establish differentiated frameworks for evaluating core-business optimization and higher-uncertainty exploration initiatives.
Help define how future opportunities are identified, validated, incubated, prioritized, and transitioned into scaled operating businesses.
Partner with Finance and operating leaders to develop portfolio-level investment frameworks that balance near-term returns with longer-term strategic value.
Create transparent decision criteria for advancing, redirecting, or discontinuing strategic initiatives.
Ensure exploration activities are commercially grounded without subjecting early-stage opportunities to inappropriate mature-business performance expectations.
Support leadership in determining where shared capabilities, resources, and partnerships can accelerate both operating systems.
Strengthen Enterprise Strategy Execution and Organizational Capability
Create repeatable approaches that allow SIE leaders to turn strategic direction into coordinated organizational progress.
Develop executive-level strategy activation frameworks, including strategic outcome maps, decision rights, leadership commitments, and progress measures.
Partner with team members to create processes for translating strategic choices into functional priorities without creating unnecessary reporting or bureaucracy.
Facilitate leadership working sessions that resolve trade-offs and create durable ownership of agreed outcomes.
Build strategy toolkits and practical methodologies that functional teams can adopt independently.
Capture and institutionalize lessons from strategic initiatives, including successes, unsuccessful experiments, and changing market assumptions.
Introduce AI-enabled research, synthesis, scenario modeling, and knowledge-management capabilities that increase the speed and quality of strategic work.
Required Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise strategy, business transformation, corporate development, strategic operations, or product leadership, including substantial experience influencing senior executives within complex global organizations.
A proven record of leading enterprise-wide strategic transformation, with tangible examples of changes adopted by business leaders and sustained beyond the initial initiative.
Deep experience influencing cross-functional leadership teams, particularly in situations involving ambiguous authority, competing priorities, and significant organizational complexity.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing strategic planning, portfolio management, or governance frameworks that improved actual business decisions.
Experience in technology platforms, gaming, digital entertainment, consumer ecosystems, or similarly dynamic industries.
Strong commercial and financial judgment, including the ability to evaluate investment trade-offs, growth opportunities, and long-range enterprise value.
Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling capabilities.
Experience navigating global organizations and multicultural leadership environments.
Demonstrated ability to use emerging AI and analytical capabilities to improve strategic effectiveness.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role

How We Build
Babylist is in the middle of a fundamental shift in how software gets made, and we are not tiptoeing into it. We are rebuilding our engineering culture around a simple belief: AI changes everything. How teams are structured, how decisions get made, how fast ideas become working software. Our engineers own problems end to end, working directly with product, design, and business partners with short feedback loops and real stakeholder access. We ship, learn, and iterate fast. When something is not working, we throw it out and start over — project failure and personal failure are not the same thing here. AI tools are as natural to our workflow as an IDE or version control. We are not exploring this, we are living it. Our engineers use AI to explore tradeoffs, pressure-test designs, and move from problem to solution in hours instead of days. They generate code with AI so they can stay focused on the decisions that actually require human judgment — not the routine ones. More velocity means more time for craft: better test coverage, stronger architecture, and deeper customer understanding. We hold ourselves to a higher quality bar because of AI, not in spite of it. We are building this playbook in real time, and we are looking for people who want to build it with us. If you have already changed how you work because of AI — or you are ready to — and you care more about shipping something great than following a prescribed process, we should talk.
Our Tech Stack

What the Role Is
Babylist's Platform team is the foundation every engineering team builds on — and this role is at the center of keeping it reliable, fast, scalable, and secure. As a Staff SRE, you'll own the infrastructure and reliability practices that support 9 million+ users and the engineers who build for them. You'll bring strong software engineering skills and experience building security into production systems, turning that experience into code, automation, and secure defaults. You'll evolve our AWS infrastructure, CI systems, and developer tooling as Babylist grows across e-commerce, registry, health, media, and mobile. You'll share the team's core SRE responsibilities and bring particular depth in security engineering, leading security improvements alongside reliability, developer experience, and platform initiatives.
Who You Are
Strong software engineering skills
— you've shipped and operated production-quality tools or services, with tests, code review, and maintainable interfaces
Experience building security into production systems
— you've personally designed, implemented, and operated controls for access, workload identity, secrets, or network isolation
Deep hands-on Terraform expertise
— you own IaC, not just contribute to it
Proven AWS experience
at scale — EKS, RDS, cloud networking, DNS, CDNs, load balancers — you know the gotchas
Experienced operating Kubernetes in production
— you've debugged the hard stuff, not just deployed the easy stuff
Comfortable designing and improving CI/CD systems
— CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or similar; you care about developer velocity, not just pipeline uptime
Strong observability instincts
— Datadog, Sentry, PagerDuty, Cronitor — you build alerting that's actionable, not noisy
Experienced with on-call and incident management
— you've run the post-mortems and actually changed things afterward
Comfortable supporting developers across local, staging, and production
— you're a resource, not a gatekeeper
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Infrastructure ownership
— manage and evolve our AWS environment using Terraform, keeping EKS clusters, databases, and core services current, performant, and secure
Software and automation
— ship tested tools and services with runbooks and self-service workflows that other engineers can adopt and operate
Secure infrastructure defaults
— build versioned, tested Terraform modules for least-privilege access, secrets, and workload isolation, with automated checks for configuration drift
CI/CD reliability
— keep delivery fast and dependable across Engineering, integrating dependency and container scanning, secret detection, and short-lived deployment credentials
Developer support
— be the person engineers turn to when environments break; unblock them fast across local, staging, and production
Monitoring & alerting standards
— define service-level objectives (SLOs) and actionable alerting with engineering teams, using incident trends to prioritize reliability improvements
Recovery readiness
— validate backups, restore procedures, and failover paths through regular recovery tests
Incident response
— lead or support incident response, drive post-incident reviews, and close the loop so the same thing doesn't happen twice
Platform strategy
— shape our long-term infrastructure roadmap and lead cross-team initiatives from design through rollout, adoption, and ongoing operation, mentoring engineers along the way
Why This Role
Platform is the team every engineering team depends on — your work has outsized leverage across the entire product org, not just one area
The infrastructure is solid and actively evolving — you'll shape how reliability and security are built into the platform as it grows
This is a staff-level role with real cross-team visibility — you'll influence how Babylist engineers build and ship, not just keep the lights on
You'll work on systems that support millions of families at a high-stakes life moment — the scale is real and the product context makes the reliability work matter
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$226,673 to $271,991 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement
