Manager, Treasury Cash & Settlements
Build something people love
Wealthsimple's mission is to help everyone achieve financial freedom – by making financial services simple, transparent, and low-cost. We're Canada's largest fintech, trusted by over 3 million clients with more than $100 billion in assets.
We move fast, we own our work, and we care deeply about the people using our products. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.
About the team
The Finance team is where numbers become decisions. Within Finance, Treasury looks after the cash that moves through Wealthsimple every day — across a growing number of entities, currencies, and products. As we've expanded, so has the complexity of that job: more accounts to watch, more flows to move, more systems to keep working together. This role sits within Cash & Collateral Management and reports to the Senior Manager on that team. We're a small, high-trust group — embedded in the business, not reporting from the sidelines — and we hold ourselves to a high bar for both rigour and clarity. If you want your work to actually shape how the company operates, this is the place to do it.
About the role
Wealthsimple's cash operations have grown more complex as our product line-up has expanded — more entities, more currencies, more moving parts. This role exists to keep that complexity under control: owning the day-to-day movement and monitoring of cash, while also driving the automation work needed to make it scale. It's not a "keep the lights on" role. You'll be expected to build the tools and processes that make cash management faster and more reliable, not just operate what already exists.
This role doesn't have direct reports today, but there's real opportunity to grow into people leadership as the team scales.
What you'll do
- Own the daily, business-critical money movements that power our products — making sure funds land where they need to, when they need to, across multiple entities and currencies
- Manage short-term liquidity so there's always enough on hand to fund settlements and meet daily obligations, without idle cash sitting where it shouldn't
- Analyze and forecast cash needs through detailed bank balance monitoring and flow-of-funds analysis — turning raw account data into decisions the business can act on, including intercompany funding requirements
- Support new product launches by scoping their cash flow, settlement, and account requirements early
- Scale and improve the systems we already use for cash management rather than just maintaining them — building automation for balance monitoring, transfers, and forecasting that lets the processes scale efficiently
- Partner with product, engineering, and finance teams to keep cash operations in step with the business as it moves and expands
Skills you bring
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate banking operations
- Experience managing cash positioning and forecasting across multiple entities and currencies
- Strong understanding of banking infrastructure — account structures, payment rails, and settlement processes
- Experience leading or contributing to the automation of manual treasury or cash processes
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with comfort working with large datasets to drive forecasting and analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or finance teams to support new product launches
- Clear communication skills — you can explain cash and treasury mechanics to people who don't work in treasury
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or a regulated financial services environment
- Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP treasury modules
- Exposure to building automation tools using scripting or low-code platforms (e.g., Python, SQL-based workflows)
- Experience with intercompany funding structures or multi-entity treasury operations
- Prior experience supporting new product launches from a cash or liquidity perspective

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Device Trust Platform team, the group responsible for the lower-level platforms that power 1Password Device Trust and that will, over time, underpin Device Security and the broader 1Password security platform. These systems ingest, process, and store a high volume of telemetry from the devices our customers depend on. Our customers expect this to work with Tier 0 reliability: the services this team owns are always on, and when something fails, it fails over without anyone noticing.
This is an end-to-end team responsible for the data pipelines, storage systems, and infrastructure that keep the product reliable at scale, as well as the application code that runs on top of them. You will lead a group of senior and staff engineers who are already deep in this architecture, and you will grow the team over time, adding engineers as the platform's scope expands and onboarding new hires into a team with high operational standards.
You will be responsible for the resiliency and reliability of our applications. That means owning availability targets, incident response, capacity, and the architectural decisions that keep a multi-region system honest. It also means running a healthy engineering team: planning, design reviews, career growth, and hiring. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering for Device Trust.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years managing and mentoring software engineering teams, including senior and staff engineers, with a track record of engineers growing in scope and seniority under your leadership.
- A strong background in the infrastructure behind highly reliable, high-volume data systems: ingestion pipelines, streaming or queueing systems, large datastores, and the operational tooling around them.
- Hands-on experience operating multi-region systems with failover and redundancy, and owning availability for a service customers treat as critical: SLOs, incident response, postmortems, and the follow-through that keeps incidents from recurring.
- Experience owning production observability: instrumentation, dashboards, alerting, and using telemetry to drive reliability and capacity decisions. Datadog experience is strongly preferred.
- Significant hands-on development experience and strong technical judgment: you can review the code your team writes and partner with staff engineers on architecture and system design.
- Demonstrated success leading a hybrid team that spans infrastructure and application engineering on one roadmap.
- A leadership style grounded in empowering the team: you set direction, clear the path, and defer to the engineers closest to the problem, staying calm and structured under pressure.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including explaining reliability risk and trade-offs to product and leadership partners.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails applications at scale, or with Go services and agent-based data collection.
- Experience with osquery, endpoint telemetry, or other device-data pipelines.
- Experience running Kubernetes-based platforms on AWS or another major cloud, including infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
- Experience building systems that balance rapid iteration with enterprise-grade security and compliance requirements.
- Deep experience with Datadog, including APM, log management, custom metrics, and SLO-based monitoring.
What you can expect:
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior and staff engineers who own the platform layer of Device Trust, measuring your success by the team's success rather than your own visibility.
- Hire, onboard, and integrate new engineers as the team grows and as Device Security and other 1Password products come to depend on these platforms.
- Give engineers room to design the solutions they believe are right for customers, while holding them accountable to outcomes. The team closest to the problem makes the technical call; you make sure they have the context, time, and support to make it well.
- Spend your time listening and removing obstacles: unclear priorities, missing context, cross-team dependencies, and process that slows the team down. Advocate for the team's needs with leadership and partner teams.
- Support career development through regular feedback, mentorship, and growth planning, including the path from senior to staff.
- Foster a culture of ownership, trust, and psychological safety, where incidents produce learning rather than blame, and lead by example on transparency, follow-through, and humility.
RELIABILITY AND OPERATIONS
- Own the reliability and resiliency of Device Trust applications and the platforms beneath them, against a Tier 0 expectation from customers.
- Define and maintain SLOs, error budgets, and the monitoring and alerting that make them meaningful.
- Lead the on-call program for the team: rotation design, escalation paths, and runbooks that let any engineer respond with confidence.
- Run incident response and blameless postmortems, and drive remediation work to completion.
- Plan and execute multi-region failover, disaster recovery, and capacity work, and verify it with regular exercises rather than assumptions.
OBSERVABILITY
- Own observability for the Device Trust platform as a product in its own right: metrics, logs, traces, and the dashboards, monitors, and SLOs built on them in Datadog, our observability platform.
- Continue the work already underway on the team to instrument services end to end, so that latency, throughput, error rates, and data freshness are visible per customer, per region, and per pipeline stage.
- Make the health of the platform legible to people outside the team, including support, product, and leadership, through dashboards and status reporting that answer "is it working" without an engineer in the loop.
- Treat alert quality as an engineering problem: reduce noise, tie alerts to SLOs, and ensure every page has a runbook and an owner.
- Use observability data to drive capacity planning and to find reliability risk before it becomes an incident.
TECHNICAL DIRECTION
- Partner with staff engineers to evolve the data ingestion, processing, and storage architecture so it scales ahead of customer growth.
- Set the technical direction for how these platforms generalize to serve Device Security and future products, not only Device Trust.
- Maintain a high bar for performance, security, and data integrity in a security-first enterprise environment.
- Identify and mitigate risks introduced by architectural change, migrations, and new dependencies before they reach production.
DELIVERY AND PLANNING
- Scope, plan, and drive execution of platform initiatives with the team, balancing reliability investment against feature work.
- Coordinate cycle planning, design reviews, and project planning so the team ships predictably.
- Cascade priorities, progress, and risk to stakeholders across Device Trust and partner teams, keeping roadmaps transparent.
- Contribute to cross-team and departmental initiatives that raise the reliability bar across the engineering organization.

For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Product Data Scientist to partner closely with Credit Cards and Banking product teams, shaping product strategy and driving growth through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and applied machine learning.
You’ll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, influence product decisions, and measure the impact of new features — from optimizing how consumers discover and compare financial products to developing predictive tools such as approval odds and personalized recommendations.
This is a hands-on, highly analytical role for someone comfortable exploring complex data, challenging product assumptions, designing experiments, and translating insights into decisions that ship.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product strategy & growth
- Partner with Product Managers and vertical leadership to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across the consumer journey.
- Establish metric frameworks — north-star metrics, funnel definitions, and performance drivers.
- Lead deep-dive analyses to understand consumer behavior, friction points, and performance trends.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
Experimentation & applied data science
- Own the full experimentation lifecycle — hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, and business impact measurement.
- Develop predictive and statistical models that improve consumer experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate findings into consumer-facing features.
Analytics practices & tooling
- Use SQL, Python, Databricks, and BI tools to deliver analyses and reporting.
- Build and maintain metric definitions, dashboards, and measurement frameworks.
- Automate recurring analytical processes.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote a data-driven product development culture across teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science, product analytics, or a related analytical discipline — with demonstrated experience influencing product decisions through data.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration, statistical analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks for analytical workflows, data processing, or model development — required.
- Proven experience designing, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests, including statistical significance, power analysis, and common experimentation pitfalls.
- Strong understanding of product analytics — funnel optimization, metric development, cohort analysis, and behavioral segmentation.
- Working knowledge of applied statistics and machine learning techniques — regression, classification, propensity modeling, and/or causal inference.
- Experience developing dashboards and automating analytical workflows using modern BI and data tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to influence Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders through data-backed recommendations.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Workplace: Remote
Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support / Helpdesk Engineer to own the everyday technology experience for Solvd’s employees — from a new hire’s first login to the day a leaver hands back their laptop. You’ll be the senior escalation point for end-user issues and the hands-on lead for our Mac-heavy fleet.
You’ll also play a key role in two active projects: selecting and migrating to Intune’s replacement, and tightening how we manage identity, access, and SaaS apps across Microsoft 365. We want someone who fixes problems fast — then automates and documents the fix so it stays fixed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Mac-first fleet management
- Support and administer macOS devices plus a smaller number of Windows machines — provisioning, patching, OS upgrades, and break/fix.
- Help evaluate and select our next MDM (Jamf, JumpCloud, and Fleet are on the shortlist), then lead the migration from Microsoft Intune including configuration profiles, re-enrollment, and employee communication.
- Run zero-touch deployment through Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment so remote hires get a ready-to-use laptop on day one.
- Enforce and report on security baselines — FileVault, OS update policy, firewall, and endpoint protection.
- Own the hardware lifecycle across regions: purchasing, inventory, shipping, repairs, device recovery, and secure disposal.
Microsoft 365 & identity
- Administer Microsoft 365 — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing.
- Manage users, groups, and access in Microsoft Entra ID including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
- Build and maintain SSO and SCIM integrations so access is granted and removed automatically.
SaaS stack
- Administer core SaaS tools and maintain an up-to-date inventory of apps, owners, and licenses.
- Cut unused licenses, shadow IT, and access drift.
Helpdesk leadership
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and access issues.
- Own onboarding and offboarding end to end — new hires productive immediately, leavers losing access the same day.
- Manage the ticket queue across time zones, help set and meet service levels, and mentor junior support staff.
- Write knowledge base articles and self-service guides that reduce repeat tickets.
Automation & improvement
- Automate routine work with Bash/zsh, Python, or PowerShell and low-code workflow tools.
- Support security and compliance work with the IT & Security Manager — access reviews, audit evidence, and policy rollout.
- Use ticket trends to find and fix root causes rather than just close tickets.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT operations including at least 2 years at senior or escalation level.
- Expert-level macOS support — configuration profiles, Apple Business Manager, and Automated Device Enrollment.
- Hands-on administration of a Mac MDM platform — Jamf Pro, JumpCloud, Fleet, Kandji, or Intune.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration — MFA, Conditional Access, and licensing.
- Experience in a SaaS-heavy, cloud-first company including SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning.
- Scripting in Bash/zsh — Python or PowerShell is a plus.
- Experience supporting a remote, international workforce across multiple time zones including hardware logistics.
- Clear written and spoken English with the patience to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
- A habit of documenting and improving processes, not just closing tickets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading an MDM migration — especially from Intune to Jamf, JumpCloud, or Fleet — or running a platform evaluation.
- Apple or Jamf certifications — Apple Device Support, Jamf CCT/CCA, or similar.
- Microsoft certifications — MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator).
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or Zendesk.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools — CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or CIS benchmarks.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Sr. Director, Demand Integration
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $142,000 to $152,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You'll Do:
You own the lifecycle operating model for customer and partner growth, turning signals into plays that improve cross-sell performance, recover closed-lost opportunities, and identify where automation can change how the work gets done. On the Demand Integration team within Revenue Operations, you set priorities, make tradeoffs, and turn ambiguous opportunities into clear paths from marketing handoff through CAM execution. You shape the requirements, operating rhythms, and success measures that keep teams aligned, while the Customer Campaigns and Product Marketing teams own broader campaign strategy, content, and channel plans.
You are Give a $h*t in the way you identify gaps, take ownership of the operating model, and make the motion work instead of sending another one-off list to the field. You are Outcome-Obsessed about the measurable impact of lifecycle programs, from qualified expansion opportunities to recovered pipeline and efficient rep follow-up. Perfect Imperfection shows up in how you use data and feedback to make informed tradeoffs, improve the system, and raise the quality of each iteration. You lead through influence by building stakeholder buy-in, incorporating feedback from CAMs and partner teams, and keeping cross-functional decisions moving.
Responsibilities:
Set and own the lifecycle operating model for customers and partners from marketing handoff through Account Management (CAM) execution, securing stakeholder buy-in, incorporating feedback from customer-facing teams, and aligning cross-functional priorities to improve expansion outcomes.
Identify, prioritize, and lead high-value automation opportunities across lifecycle execution by diagnosing process gaps, defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, and implementing scalable workflows, routing, and handoffs across go-to-market platforms.
Own the strategy and execution of re-engagement plays for delayed, stalled, and closed-lost cross-sell and expansion opportunities by defining recovery hypotheses, eligibility criteria, audience logic, sequence structure, automation, rep handoff, and measures of recovered pipeline and rep follow-through.
Establish the handoff experience for Account Management and other customer-facing roles so reps know who to engage, why the opportunity is relevant, and what action is expected, then improve the supporting follow-up based on field feedback and results.
Apply consent, opt-in and opt-out, suppression, contact governance, and other communication requirements while coordinating timing to reduce conflicting or excessive outreach.
Use approved AI tools to work faster on research, documentation, analysis, and workflow preparation while applying sound judgment and validating outputs before execution.
Establish the measurement framework for lifecycle performance, including engagement, rep follow-through, conversion, recovered pipeline, and influenced pipeline, then use the findings to set priorities and improve the operating model.
What You Bring to the Team:
You have experience shaping lifecycle strategy and operating models while staying close enough to the systems to build or improve sequences, workflows, routing, and automation.
You have experience designing targeted lifecycle motions across marketing automation, email, CRM, and sales engagement platforms, including the audience segmentation required to support them.
You understand customer lifecycle, cross-sell, expansion, closed-lost recovery, install-base, or partner motions and can translate business goals into practical programs.
You have working knowledge of email compliance, consent and opt-out requirements, suppression logic, and contact governance.
You are comfortable working with customer, opportunity, product, and engagement data to build accurate audiences and evaluate play performance.
You bring strong strategic judgment, systems thinking, and ownership, with the ability to turn an ambiguous business opportunity into a prioritized, scalable plan and lead cross-functional teams toward a measurable outcome without relying on formal authority.
You use AI to work faster and smarter in day-to-day research, documentation, analysis, and workflow tasks while applying good judgment about accuracy, privacy, and appropriate application.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans

all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence
Compensation Range: €77,500 to €87,500 base plus bonus and equity
Location: Remote Ireland
What You’ll Do:
Huntress helps protect organizations from cyber threats with a security platform backed by human expertise. The Competitive & Market Intelligence team helps the business understand how buyers make decisions, how competitors and market conditions are changing, and what those changes mean for Huntress.
As the Senior Competitive & Market Intelligence Strategist, you’ll develop deep insight into European buyers, markets, and competitive dynamics while contributing to global CI and MI priorities. You’ll lead research that informs decisions across regions and turn it into practical guidance for Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Pricing, and leadership. The role combines strategic research with field engagement, including deal reviews and support for teams across Huntress.
Responsibilities:
Lead Europe-focused market and competitive research while contributing to global CMI priorities. Analyze buyer priorities, category and channel dynamics, competitor positioning, pricing and packaging, and differences across regions.
Design and conduct primary and secondary research, including buyer, customer, and partner conversations; win/loss research; competitor analysis; review and community research; and quantitative analysis. Triangulate evidence rather than relying on a single source.
Investigate market requirements and differences across regions, with particular depth in European cybersecurity frameworks, regulation, data residency, sovereignty, procurement, and cross-border data access. Build working knowledge of these topics; deep regulatory expertise is not a prerequisite.
Support Sales and Sales Engineering with timely competitive guidance across the global field, with Europe as the primary regional focus. Join relevant deal reviews, support active opportunities, and establish recurring CI office hours and team learning sessions. Build practical discovery questions, objection handling, talk tracks, and competitive content sellers can use.
Analyze wins, losses, and delayed purchases across regions using buyer interviews and internal evidence, including Salesforce, Gong, and Clozd; while also conduction your own interviews and surveys to distinguish buyer-validated findings from seller-entered data, signals, and inference.
Partner with Product Marketing to establish and evolve competitive positioning strategy and messaging, grounded in buyer and market evidence. Turn that strategy into battlecards, competitor comparisons, campaign input, market landscapes, and recommendations for global Sales, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and leadership teams.
Partner with global Marketing, PR, and analyst-relations stakeholders on evidence-backed market and competitive context, including media or spokesperson support when appropriate. Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and repeatable analysis workflows while validating outputs, protecting sensitive information, and keeping evidence traceable.
Work closely with product to share win, loss, and churn reasons, and perform market research that influences and informs the product road maps to overcome competitive pressure and differentiate Huntress from the competition.
What You Bring To The Team:
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a background in competitive or market intelligence, market research, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a customer-facing sales role who is research-minded in cybersecurity. One who is detail-oriented and curious is a strong fit.
Technical familiarity with cybersecurity products and the ability to engage credibly with technical buyers, sellers, and product teams. Solutions or Sales Engineering experience is a strong fit, but a prior CI title is not required.
Experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing buyer or market evidence, and turning findings into defensible recommendations.
Experience researching European markets, or a track record of adapting research to meaningful differences across countries, buyer contexts, and routes to market.
The judgment to assess source quality, separate fact from interpretation, and explain what the evidence does and does not support.
A track record of translating complex research into concise, useful outputs and presenting findings to commercial, product, marketing, and senior audiences.
Experience supporting PR or analyst relations, or serving as a spokesperson, is a plus—not a requirement. Familiarity with relevant European frameworks or regulations is also helpful, not required.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
New starter home office set up reimbursement (£398)
Generous personal leave entitlements
Digital monthly reimbursement (£92)
Travel to the US 1-2 times/year for various company events
Pension
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
