ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market. 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As a Procurement Product Activation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product — helping them go from broken, manual buying processes to a streamlined system that their entire company actually uses.
This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
- Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
- When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
- Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
- Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
- Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
- Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
- Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
- Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
- Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
- Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
- You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

Senior Growth Product Manager
who is also an entrepreneur at heart, someone who can reinvigorate funnels while simultaneously
prototyping and launching entirely new product experiences.
We don’t just want someone to manage a roadmap; we want a "Growth CEO" who can
reinvent
the high-stakes journey from initial sign-up to the first "Aha!" moment and the first purchase.
Your goal is to own the most critical window of the customer lifecycle: a potential customer experiencing our product for the first time and the subsequent choice to purchase a subscription. CRO principles
not just for incremental gains, but to prototype entirely new ways for parents to discover, experience, and purchase our services.
What you’ll do
Prototype, test and implement new funnel approaches. You won't just "tweak" the journey from a customer becoming a lead to making a purchase; you will review all flows to eliminate friction and shorten the time-to-value.
You will expertly translate data to identify "leaks" in the funnel and turn those insights into high-impact product features.
Design and test trial experiences and product mixes that deliver consistent “Aha moments” to more customers leading to significant sales boosts. You will own the conversion engine from sign-up to the completion of the trial.
Activation journeys aren’t just about conversion. You will drive revenue by matching users with the right subscription tiers and value propositions. You will maximise upsell opportunities and ensure customers are matched with the optimal products to not only positively affect ARPU, but also boost LTV.
Partner with diverse teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations) to align acquisition strategies with the highest-converting customer journeys.
What you’ll have
5+ years of Product Management experience with a heavy focus on
Growth, Activation, and CRO
. You should have innate commercial intuition with a proven track record of successful product design.
You possess elite skills in performance tracking and product analytics. You don't guess; you are able to dig into, manipulate, and present data to prove your prototypes work.
Experience in managing international consumer products; you know how to adapt and reinvent funnels for diverse global markets.
Manage the Agile process with our engineering team, ensuring that prototypes are delivered and scaled with technical excellence.
You thrive in a 100% remote, distributed team environment and are a master of tools like JIRA and Slack.
Excellent spoken and written English.

The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $176,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $115,000- $158,300.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Strategic Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside large organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll be embedded in Ramp's largest, most strategic enterprise accounts, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metrics

Must-Haves
- Enterprise change management — You've driven workflow adoption inside complex organizations, navigated real resistance from real stakeholders, and have measurable results to show for it. Finance or fintech context is a plus but not required.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI tools habitually in your work. You use them to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks. This is how you work, not something you're exploring. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Financial impact communication — You can walk a CFO through the business case for a workflow change, connect implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and run executive updates in financial terms, not product terms. A finance background is not required — fluency is.
- Technical acumen — You can hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture. You don't need to code, but credibility in technical conversations is what earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group.
- 7+ years in enterprise customer success or implementations — You’ve spent enough time navigating complex organizations and senior stakeholders that it’s second nature. You know how to move an enterprise, not just support one.
Nice-to-Haves
- Agentic workflow experience — You've helped customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale. You understand what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation actually stick.
- Finance domain depth — Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (Netsuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows. Accelerates credibility with Ramp's customer base.
- Demonstrated commercial impact — You can point to expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached — not described in general terms.
- Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company — not just a company that uses AI, but one where rethinking workflows around it was part of the product or culture
- High-growth or startup experience (comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change)
- C-suite relationships built and maintained independently, without relying on a sales counterpart

We’re looking for a QA Manager to own end-to-end quality across hardware, firmware, PlayOS, and game experiences for Nex Playground. This is a role for someone who enjoys hands-on testing and debugging while also shaping test strategy, release criteria, and the overall quality bar.
Your mission is to ensure every hardware revision works seamlessly with PlayOS and our games—delivering a stable, responsive, compatible, and delightful experience in real-world conditions. You’ll partner closely with the engineering team and game cells to identify risk, prevent regressions, and support confident release decisions.
Key responsibilities
Hardware compatibility & system validation
Own validation for hardware bring-up and ongoing compatibility across hardware revisions, PlayOS versions, and game builds.
Develop and maintain risk-based test plans across EVT, DVT, and PVT—or equivalent development stages—including:
boot, update, rollback, and recovery flows
input, tracking, peripherals, and connectivity
long-session stability, power cycles, and intermittent failures
storage integrity and save-data behavior
Maintain a clear compatibility matrix covering hardware revisions, PlayOS versions, firmware versions, and game builds.
Partner with engineering teams to isolate hardware–software issues and verify fixes.
Firmware quality & release gating
Own the test strategy for firmware and PlayOS updates, including upgrade and downgrade paths, interrupted updates, failure scenarios, sleep/wake behavior, backgrounding, resume, and recovery.
Define manual validation and integrate automated checks into OTA release workflows where appropriate, covering installation, staged rollout, rollback, interruption handling, and recovery.
Establish quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and evidence-based go/no-go recommendations for hardware and firmware releases.
Assess release risk, track critical issues, and ensure regressions are understood before rollout.
Performance, reliability & real-world readiness
Validate system compatibility across PlayOS and game releases, including input, tracking, performance, save data, and update-related regressions.
Define and validate measurable quality targets such as frame-rate stability, responsiveness, latency, memory usage, thermal behavior, and crash-free sessions.
Execute long-run, stress, and recovery testing to identify memory leaks, degradation over time, and intermittent failures.
Test representative user environments, including network variability, display configurations, device states, user flows, and edge conditions.
Automation & tooling
Build and maintain reliable automated regression coverage across device, firmware, OTA, system-integration, and game-compatibility workflows where appropriate.
Integrate high-value automated checks into release workflows and make failures easy to diagnose.
Develop lightweight tools and scripts that accelerate setup, validation, data collection, and troubleshooting.
Communication, vendor management & cross-functional leadership
Produce actionable bug reports with clear reproduction steps, environment and build details, logs, impact, and supporting evidence.
Drive defect triage and prioritization with engineering and product partners, particularly during release cycles.
Manage external vendors, including scope, capacity, priorities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, quality standards, and performance.
Communicate quality status and release risk clearly, helping teams make informed tradeoffs and decisions.
Champion consistent testing practices and raise the quality bar across teams through influence and collaboration.
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on QA experience in system-level testing, firmware or OS validation, or hardware–software integration.
Demonstrated ability to design risk-based test strategies and execute thorough exploratory testing.
Experience validating firmware or OTA update flows, including failure handling, rollback, and recovery.
Experience investigating performance, reliability, and intermittent issues using logs, traces, crash data, and other diagnostic evidence.
Ability to create maintainable automated tests, tools, or scripts in at least one programming or scripting language.
Experience coordinating external QA partners or vendors and holding deliverables to clear quality standards.
Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-have
Experience with consumer electronics, hardware bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, or manufacturing test concepts.
Experience with game or platform QA, graphics and performance profiling, input or motion-tracking systems, or observability tooling.
Familiarity with Android or Linux debugging, ADB, CI/CD systems, device logs, traces, and crash dumps.
Experience building test infrastructure, managing device labs, or validating staged software rollouts at scale.
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field

About the Role
Fivetran is building a SOX Compliance function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), the Director, SOX Compliance & Internal Controls will design and stand up Fivetran’s internal controls program using the COSO framework. This will include risk and control matrices (RCMs), narratives, and test plans for both business process controls and IT application controls/IT general controls (ITACs/ITGCs). The individual will own the relationship with third-party control-testing providers and the external audit team (KPMG) as the company moves through its SOX readiness and 404(a) compliance.
This is a highly visible, build-phase mandate. You will have significant latitude and accountability to shape the control environment, tooling, and governance model that Fivetran will operate on. You will partner closely with Accounting, India CoE, FP&A, Legal, HROps, Revenue, IT/Engineering, Security, and every control owner across the business.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one day in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
SOX Program Build & Governance
▪ Design, build, and lead Fivetran’s end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program in accordance with the COSO 2013 framework and 404(b) integrated audit standards.
▪ Lead the risk assessment and scoping process (significant accounts, processes, and locations) in partnership with the external auditors.
▪ Build and maintain the company’s risk and control matrices (RCMs), process narratives, and flowcharts across key financial processes, including order-to-cash/revenue, procure-to-pay, payroll and equity compensation, treasury, financial close and reporting, tax and entity-level controls.
▪ Design and document control activities (preventive and detective, manual and automated) that are efficient, right-sized, and audit-ready.
▪ Build a SOX/GRC workflow tool using AI to manage controls, testing, issues, and evidence.
ITGC / ITAC & IT Risk
▪ Partner with Engineering, IT, and Security to design and test IT general controls (access management, change management, computer operations/backups) and IT application controls (automated controls, interfaces, system-generated reports/IPE) across in-scope systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce CRM, Workday, data warehouse, AI-agents built using frontier AI models and other SaaS solutions).
▪ Build segregation-of-duties (SoD) analysis and monitoring across key financial systems.
▪ Serve as the trusted advisor to technical teams on control design for new systems, integrations, and process changes, including evaluating SOC 1/SOC 2 reports from key vendors and determining reliance.
Testing, Third Parties & External Audit
▪ Develop test plans and testing strategies (design and operating effectiveness) for all in-scope controls, both business-process and ITGC/ITAC.
▪ Engage, manage, and oversee third-party co-source/outsource providers performing SOX control testing, including scoping the engagement, setting standards for workpaper quality, and reviewing their results before sharing with external auditors.
▪ Own the primary relationship with KPMG (external auditor) for all SOX/ICFR matters, coordinate walkthroughs, manage the PBC (prepared-by-client) request list, present testing results and evidence, and resolve open items in real time.
▪ Track, evaluate, and drive remediation of control deficiencies (design and operating) through to closure, including root-cause analysis and retesting; assess and present deficiency severity (deficiency / significant deficiency / material weakness) to management.
▪ Prepare periodic reporting on SOX program status, testing results, and open issues for the CAO, CFO, and ultimately the Audit Committee.
Business Partnership & Enablement
▪ Act as the organization’s go-to resource on internal controls, including training and coaching control owners on their responsibilities, control execution, and evidence standards.
▪ Embed controls into new processes, systems, and M&A integrations as the company grows, favoring automation and “preventive at the source” design over manual detective controls.
▪ Monitor changes in the business (new products, new systems, new revenue streams, acquisitions) for control impact and update scoping/documentation accordingly.
▪ Build the long-term operating rhythm as the SOX program matures, which includes quarterly control self-assessments, quarterly sales questionnaire, related party certifications, etc.
Skills We're Looking For
▪ 10+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, SOX/internal controls, or external audit, including meaningful time in public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm) with a SOX/ICFR, IT audit, or integrated audit focus.
▪ Demonstrated experience either taking a company through IPO/SOX readiness and a first-year 404(b) audit, or leading an established public-company SOX program at technology/SaaS industry strongly preferred.
▪ Deep, hands-on knowledge of the COSO Internal Control Integrated Framework and PCAOB auditing standards.
▪ Strong command of both business process controls (O2C, P2P, R2R, Payroll & Equity, Treasury, Tax) and ITGC/ITAC concepts. Able to converse credibly with engineers on system architecture and control design, not just with accountants.
▪ Direct experience managing or co-sourcing control testing with third-party providers, and owning the day-to-day relationship with a Big 4 external audit team.
Bonus Skills
▪ Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
▪ CPA, CIA, and/or CISA certification.
▪ Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP), Salesforce, and modern data/billing stacks typical of a usage-based business.
▪ Prior experience as the first or founding SOX hire at a pre-IPO company (building the function from zero).
▪ Familiarity with SOC 1 Type II report evaluation and vendor/subservice organization risk.
▪ Project management skills (PMP/PMO exposure a plus) given the scoping, timeline, and cross-functional coordination demands of a readiness program.

About Startups at Vercel:
Vercel Startups partners with founders from the first line of code through hypergrowth. Startups move faster than ever, and the infrastructure decisions they make early either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. The Install Base team partners with our largest and fastest-growing startup customers, helping them scale on Vercel as usage, teams, and ambitions grow, and making sure Vercel stays the foundation they build on as they move toward enterprise.
We're a talent-dense team of former founders, engineers, and go-to-market operators. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table making architectural tradeoffs under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every conversation. We operate with high trust, high agency, and shared ownership: curious, resilient, and willing to push through hard problems to help startups win.
What You Will Do:
Build the team
Hire & Build
: Recruit, onboard, and ramp a high-performing team of Install Base Startup AEs.
Coach & Mentor
: Run ongoing coaching, 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions to develop reps into trusted partners for founders, CTOs, engineering and finance leaders.
Hands-On Leadership
: Join calls, dig into product demos and architecture conversations, and co-own deals with your team from first outreach through close.
Run the motion
Pipeline Generation
: Prospect to generate and advance outbound expansion pipeline across the existing customer base, using usage and growth signals to find new contacts, workloads and use cases before customers come to us.
New Product Adoption
: Drive adoption of new products across Vercel’s platform. That means scoping use cases, running POCs with Solutions Architects and proving value before the commercial conversation.
Commercial Execution
: Negotiate and close upsell, cross-sell and commit deals, moving customers from self-serve and early contracts to multi-year, enterprise-grade partnerships.
Account Strategy & Retention
: Build strategic relationships with founders, technical buyers and business stakeholders to get ahead of each account’s next stage of growth. Own net revenue retention and renewals across your book of business.
Scale the business
Build the Consumption Playbook
: Help design and refine the consumption-based sales motion, creating the playbooks and best practices other sales teams will adopt.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and the Activations and Greenfield teams so customers get what they need to grow and succeed on Vercel.
Data-Driven Management
: Use usage and growth signals to prioritize accounts, track performance against goals, forecast accurately, and drive continuous improvement in execution.
About You:
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or high-growth segments, including 2+ years managing Account Executives.
A full-cycle seller who has generated outbound pipeline, run proofs of concept, and multi-threaded across technical and business stakeholders. You have a history of closing large, complex six-figure-plus SaaS deals.
A proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.

Perplexity is looking for a Content Designer to shape the words across our products. You'll design the language people see and hear across our family of Perplexity apps, from the first screen of onboarding to the way an agent explains what it's doing. Fundamentally, we are all writers. Our product is primarily spoken language and written product; but as we scale, we want someone who will continue to work on clarity, usefulness, and keep it unmistakably Perplexity.
You're a designer first? You're an engineer first? You're a writer first? Your shape is not conventional, and you wear many hats. You are fluent in AI tooling. You have strong UX fundamentals and good product instincts. You use language to solve product problems: flows, naming, information architecture, error states, permissions, and moments where people need to trust what the product is telling them. You command words. You command agents, and make decisions about words. You can write one perfect line, and you can build the system that keeps thousands of lines consistent.
You'll sit on the Design Systems team and work closely with product designers, engineers, PMs, research, brand, and marketing. (Again) You're fluent in AI-powered tools and use it every day. You understand how models behave, how prompts and system instructions shape what people see, and how to define and judge quality when the output isn't fully deterministic.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and write in-product language across web, mobile, desktop, and voice, including UI copy, flows, onboarding, notifications, empty states, errors, and in-product education
- Partner with product designers from the start of a project, shaping flows, structure, and information architecture as well as the words in them
- Name features and products, and own terminology, navigation labels, and taxonomies so the product stays easy to understand as it grows
- Make complex AI and agent behavior understandable, including what the product is doing, why, what it can't do, and when it needs a person's input
- Shape how AI-generated content reads by writing and refining prompts and system instructions, and help define voice and response style for our models in product
- Define content quality standards and help build evaluation criteria, datasets, and reviewer guidance for AI-generated content
- Build and maintain voice and tone guidelines, content patterns, and content guidance in our design system so every team can write well
- Use research, data, and experiments to test language and improve comprehension, activation, and task completion
- Partner with brand and marketing so product language and our external voice feel like one company
- Work with internationalization partners so the product reads well in every language we support
- Review copy in code and ship small language changes directly when it's the fastest path
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or product design, shipping software at scale
- An excellent portfolio that shows how your language shaped product decisions, with clear before and after examples and your role in each
- Strong UX fundamentals, including interaction design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility
- Good product sensibility and judgment about what to build, what to cut, and what matters most to people
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with range from precise interface copy to clear explanations and confident naming
- Strong AI fluency, including hands-on experience writing prompts, working with LLMs, and judging the quality of AI-generated content
- Systems thinking, with experience building content frameworks, style guides, or terminology that scale across teams
- Clear communication, with the ability to explain content decisions and tradeoffs to designers, engineers, and leaders
- You care about shipping great software more than anything else
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing content for AI products, assistants, agents, or conversational interfaces
- Experience with prompt engineering, model evals, or working with research teams on model behavior
- Experience across consumer and enterprise products, including admin, permissions, privacy, and billing flows
- Comfort working in code, such as editing strings, reviewing PRs, or prototyping with AI tools
- Experience with localization and writing for global audiences
NOTES FOR CANDIDATES
We want to see portfolio work where your words changed the product. Show us the problem, the options you explored, the language you shipped, and what happened after. We value end-to-end ownership, range, and impact, and we'd love to see examples of AI-related work, such as prompts, evaluations, or content you designed for model output.
Location: Remote Ireland
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence
Compensation Range: €77,500 to €87,500 base plus bonus and equity
Location: Remote Ireland
What You’ll Do:
Huntress helps protect organizations from cyber threats with a security platform backed by human expertise. The Competitive & Market Intelligence team helps the business understand how buyers make decisions, how competitors and market conditions are changing, and what those changes mean for Huntress.
As the Senior Competitive & Market Intelligence Strategist, you’ll develop deep insight into European buyers, markets, and competitive dynamics while contributing to global CI and MI priorities. You’ll lead research that informs decisions across regions and turn it into practical guidance for Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Pricing, and leadership. The role combines strategic research with field engagement, including deal reviews and support for teams across Huntress.
Responsibilities:
Lead Europe-focused market and competitive research while contributing to global CMI priorities. Analyze buyer priorities, category and channel dynamics, competitor positioning, pricing and packaging, and differences across regions.
Design and conduct primary and secondary research, including buyer, customer, and partner conversations; win/loss research; competitor analysis; review and community research; and quantitative analysis. Triangulate evidence rather than relying on a single source.
Investigate market requirements and differences across regions, with particular depth in European cybersecurity frameworks, regulation, data residency, sovereignty, procurement, and cross-border data access. Build working knowledge of these topics; deep regulatory expertise is not a prerequisite.
Support Sales and Sales Engineering with timely competitive guidance across the global field, with Europe as the primary regional focus. Join relevant deal reviews, support active opportunities, and establish recurring CI office hours and team learning sessions. Build practical discovery questions, objection handling, talk tracks, and competitive content sellers can use.
Analyze wins, losses, and delayed purchases across regions using buyer interviews and internal evidence, including Salesforce, Gong, and Clozd; while also conduction your own interviews and surveys to distinguish buyer-validated findings from seller-entered data, signals, and inference.
Partner with Product Marketing to establish and evolve competitive positioning strategy and messaging, grounded in buyer and market evidence. Turn that strategy into battlecards, competitor comparisons, campaign input, market landscapes, and recommendations for global Sales, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and leadership teams.
Partner with global Marketing, PR, and analyst-relations stakeholders on evidence-backed market and competitive context, including media or spokesperson support when appropriate. Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and repeatable analysis workflows while validating outputs, protecting sensitive information, and keeping evidence traceable.
Work closely with product to share win, loss, and churn reasons, and perform market research that influences and informs the product road maps to overcome competitive pressure and differentiate Huntress from the competition.
What You Bring To The Team:
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a background in competitive or market intelligence, market research, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a customer-facing sales role who is research-minded in cybersecurity. One who is detail-oriented and curious is a strong fit.
Technical familiarity with cybersecurity products and the ability to engage credibly with technical buyers, sellers, and product teams. Solutions or Sales Engineering experience is a strong fit, but a prior CI title is not required.
Experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing buyer or market evidence, and turning findings into defensible recommendations.
Experience researching European markets, or a track record of adapting research to meaningful differences across countries, buyer contexts, and routes to market.
The judgment to assess source quality, separate fact from interpretation, and explain what the evidence does and does not support.
A track record of translating complex research into concise, useful outputs and presenting findings to commercial, product, marketing, and senior audiences.
Experience supporting PR or analyst relations, or serving as a spokesperson, is a plus—not a requirement. Familiarity with relevant European frameworks or regulations is also helpful, not required.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
New starter home office set up reimbursement (£398)
Generous personal leave entitlements
Digital monthly reimbursement (£92)
Travel to the US 1-2 times/year for various company events
Pension
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
