WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Global Security Program Manager on Notion’s Global Safety & Security team, you’ll help protect our people, workplaces, and operations across a distributed global portfolio. This role exists to bring greater consistency to physical security programs as Notion scales—strengthening technology, vendor operations, incident readiness, and local execution without losing the welcoming experience we want employees and guests to feel. You’ll work across Workplace, People, IT, Legal, business leaders, vendors, and building partners, balancing hands-on operations with repeatable program design. This is a remote role based in the United States, with travel to Notion offices, events, and other locations expected—up to 50% based on operational needs.
A GREAT TUESDAY:
- Review regional differences in access control or visitor management and turn them into clear priorities for the global parity project.
- Work with a vendor or building manager to resolve a security gap, balancing local context with global standards.
- Draft an incident update, using AI to improve clarity, then validate the details and judgment behind the message.
- Coordinate international project work while responding thoughtfully to an urgent operational issue.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By your 90th day, kick off a global physical security parity project that creates shared visibility into regional practices, gaps, and priorities.
- By your 90th day, use AI to accelerate clear, effective communications, reduce busywork, and keep detail-heavy work accurate and reviewable.
- By the end of your first year, take ownership of Notion’s physical security technology program, improving how systems, data, and operating practices support safe and resilient workplaces.
- By the end of your first year, demonstrate program ownership in one major physical security or safety pillar, such as business continuity and disaster recovery, event security, travel risk management, monitoring operations, crisis management, guard force operations, or governance.
- By the end of your first year, deliver multiple international projects with clear plans, sound judgment, and effective coordination across regions, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated ability to own physical security or safety programs across multiple sites or regions, including security technology, access control, incident response, or vendor operations.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to move multiple international projects from ambiguity to clear plans, decisions, and delivery.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with internal partners, vendors, building management, and local stakeholders—especially when translating security requirements into practical action.
- A service-oriented approach and eagerness to help create secure, welcoming workplace experiences; you bring curiosity, ownership, and sound judgment to how you work with others.
- Novice AI proficiency and a willingness to use AI as a practical collaborator for communication, accuracy checks, documentation, and reducing repetitive work.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $208,000 – $233,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Security Governance Engineer, you will be the individual contributor who owns how GitLab writes, maintains, communicates, and measures its security policies and standards. You will turn emerging regulations, including AI regulation, into clear requirements that engineering, product, and legal teams can act on, and you will use automation to keep governance lightweight and continuous rather than a point-in-time exercise. You will sit on the Security Governance team within Security Assurance and work closely with Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering. You will report to the Director, Customer Trust & Security Governance.
What you'll do
Policies and standards
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GitLab's security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines: drafting, stakeholder review, approval, publication, annual review, and retirement.
Define and run the exception management process, including risk-based approvals, expiry tracking, and trend reporting that shows where policies need to change.
Run policy attestation and investigate non-adherence.
Keep policies clear, practical, and aligned with how GitLab's engineering teams work in a DevSecOps environment.
Regulatory and framework alignment
Monitor emerging regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, sector or regional requirements) and partner with Legal well ahead of compliance deadlines to assess impact and update policy.
Maintain mappings between our policies and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, so requirements are written once and reused.
Measurement and assurance
Define KPIs for policy adherence and report trends to Security leadership.
Run targeted internal assessments of adherence and drive remediation to closure.
Support audit activities by coordinating evidence, testing, and remediation management.
Customer trust
Support customer questionnaires and customer meetings, and help turn recurring customer requests into better policies and self-service content.
Automation and AI
Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted workflows for policy management, evidence collection, control monitoring, and assessment work, in partnership with GRC Engineering.
Technical leadership
Act as a technical and program leader across Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering, influencing without direct authority.
Mentor other team members and help set the direction of the Security Governance roadmap.
What you'll bring
10+ years in security governance, GRC, or IT risk, with hands-on ownership of a policy and standards lifecycle and measurable outcomes, ideally at a global technology company.
Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, including how to put them into practice, not only how to read them
Experience creating and maintaining an enterprise Information Security Management System (ISMS), ideally including hands on involvement in ISO 27001 certification or recertification.
Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and DevSecOps practices, and the ability to write policy that engineers will follow.
A risk-based mindset that balances compliance with real security risk.
Demonstrated use of automation or AI to reduce manual GRC work.
Strong written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for engineers, executives, auditors, and customers.
Experience collaborating with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are highly desirable.
What success looks like
First 30 days: Assessed the current policy library and exception process, built relationships with key stakeholders, and proposed a prioritized roadmap.
First 90 days: Uplift the existing security policy library to align with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27017/27018/42001, and PCI-DSS.
First 120 days: A refreshed review cadence is in place, exception reporting is running, and can demonstrate a measurable improvement in policy adherence.
First six months: Develop Policy as Code and collaborate with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering for implementation into existing workflows.
About the team
The Security Assurance organization helps GitLab build and maintain trust by strengthening how we approach security, compliance, and risk. Security Governance sits within it and owns customer trust, security awareness, policies and standards, and other governance functions. Our counterparts are Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering.
You will join a small team of four direct reports under the Director, where each person has broad scope and visible impact. We work remote-first and asynchronously, and we write things down and share them openly, so you'll draft and revise policies and standards in the open with input from Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The head of EMEA Refund Fraud will lead Doordash’s EMEA strategy for preventing and managing refund abuse across our marketplace.
You will be accountable for the performance of the Credit and Refund (C&R) Fraud domain: setting the long-term vision, determining where we focus our resources, and building the team, controls and capabilities required to reduce fraud sustainably while protecting the experience of genuine customers.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of Integrity, Customer Care, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance. You will lead a team of experienced fraud and strategy professionals and work with senior leaders across Deliveroo to make complex decisions about fraud risk, customer experience, operational cost and product investment.
You will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, identifying problems before they become material, and turning complex and sometimes incomplete signals into a clear strategy. Success will come not from personally solving every problem, but from creating the direction, operating mechanisms and team that enable Deliveroo to manage refund fraud effectively at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting the C&R Fraud Strategy
Set and own the 1–2 year vision and strategy for C&R Fraud, translating wider Integrity and business priorities into a focused roadmap.
Proactively identify emerging risks, systemic vulnerabilities and opportunities rather than waiting for problems to be assigned.
Determine the highest-value problems for the team to solve and make clear choices about where we should (and should not) invest.
Define how we balance fraud loss, customer experience, operational cost and growth when designing controls.
Build compelling business cases for significant product, policy and operational investments.
Owning Performance and Risk
Be accountable for C&R Fraud performance and establish a clear set of outcomes, targets and guardrails.
Develop a comprehensive view of fraud exposure, including fraud cost, abuse rates, loss per order, false positives, customer impact and operational cost.
Partner with Finance and senior leadership to quantify financial exposure and inform risk appetite decisions.
Establish mechanisms to identify material changes in performance, understand their drivers and ensure effective action is taken.
Ensure the organisation can detect and respond quickly to new abuse patterns and emerging threats.
Build Scalable Fraud Prevention Capabilities
Own the effectiveness of the overall C&R fraud framework across customer and partner journeys.
Identify systemic control gaps and ensure the right preventative, detective and responsive controls are in place.
Set the direction for product decisioning, eligibility logic, automation, friction, policies and operational interventions.
Ensure rules, models and controls are continually evaluated against both fraud outcomes and customer-experience guardrails.
Create effective feedback loops between frontline investigations, Analytics, Product and Engineering so that new insights translate into better prevention.
Challenge legacy processes and controls, simplifying or retiring them where they no longer provide sufficient value.
Lead Cross-Functional Strategy and Investment
Act as the senior C&R Fraud partner to Product, Engineering, Customer Care, Merchant, Finance, Analytics and other Integrity teams.
Translate fraud problems into clear product and business opportunities and influence roadmaps outside your direct reporting line.
Lead complex decisions where fraud prevention, customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency are in tension.
Create alignment around priorities, decision rights and accountability without relying on excessive consensus.
Make longer-term trade-offs and ensure resources are concentrated on the initiatives with the greatest expected impact.
Communicate complex risks and recommendations clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead and develop a team of experienced fraud, strategy and operations professionals.
Translate your strategy into clear, measurable outcomes for individual team members.
Empower your team to own significant problems independently while providing effective challenge, coaching and direction.
Establish strong operating mechanisms and rituals for reviewing performance, prioritisation, delivery and emerging risks.
Build capability and succession within the team, identifying development opportunities and future talent needs.
Create an inclusive environment in which different perspectives are actively sought and people are able to challenge assumptions.
Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering ambitious outcomes while maintaining focus and sustainable ways of working.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced leader who has previously owned a meaningful fraud, risk, trust & safety, operational or related business domain. You will ideally bring:
Significant experience in fraud, risk strategy, trust & safety, marketplace integrity, strategy & operations or a related domain, typically gained over 10+ years.
Experience leading and developing experienced individual contributors and/or managers.
Demonstrated ownership of a substantial business outcome, risk domain or portfolio rather than solely individual projects.
A track record of defining and executing strategies across a 1–2 year horizon.
Experience identifying complex problems, setting direction and making high-quality decisions where the answer is not immediately clear.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate financial impact alongside customer and operational consequences.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics and Finance.
Strong analytical judgement and the ability to use data, customer insight and operational evidence to challenge assumptions and make decisions.
Experience translating complex problems into scalable product, policy or operational solutions.
Strong people leadership, with evidence of developing talented individuals and creating teams that operate effectively with increasing autonomy.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear executive-level recommendations.
Experience with refund abuse, customer claims fraud, payments fraud, marketplace abuse or adjacent fraud domains would be valuable, but deep expertise in refund fraud itself is not essential. We are equally interested in leaders who have demonstrated the ability to quickly understand a complex risk domain and build the strategy and organisation required to improve it.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will have built a clear and widely understood C&R Fraud strategy, established measurable outcomes and guardrails, and focused the organisation on a number of high-impact priorities.
You will have materially improved our ability to prevent and respond to refund abuse while protecting genuine customers, created a scalable control and monitoring framework, and influenced the product investments required to address systemic vulnerabilities.
You will have built a team capable of owning complex problems independently — creating an organisation that anticipates risk and continuously improves rather than reacting to the fraud we see today.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
As Global Head of Land Revenue, you’ll be the global owner for technical new-business strategy, pipeline, and conversion—a customer-facing, technical revenue leadership role, not a RevOps or sales operations role. You’ll own Notion’s Land number (net-new and upgrade iARR across regions), work closely with EPD and Product, and step into high-stakes technical conversations with customers and partners as Notion shifts from product-led to sales-led selling in an AI-native world.
This role is the global owner for new business standards, pipeline programs, and operating cadence. You’ll set the way for landing new business revenue globally, partner with Regional GMs who own regional P&L outcomes, and ensure consistent execution through scalable programs, playbooks, enablement, and governance.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, Sales leadership, and regional teams to improve pipeline quality, win rates, conversion, and time-to-productivity. You’ll also design operating standards that balance regional accountability with global program consistency.
You’ll be measured on qualified pipeline creation, coverage, conversion, program ROI, velocity, handoff quality, and BDR/SC ramp outcomes—requiring you to operate with strong systems thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build and lead the global net-new business motion: define strategy, program portfolio, operating cadence, governance, and performance standards across regions
- Own the global net new business strategy for Land, including ICP and segmentation guardrails, plays, coverage model assumptions, annual and quarterly planning, sequencing, and investment trade-offs
- Establish global definitions and standards for stages, qualification, handoffs, pipeline math assumptions, and reporting integrity
- Build and run global pipeline generation programs in partnership with Marketing and regional leaders, including campaign-to-pipeline motions, partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account plays, and field event program standards
- Define the measurement framework for new business programs, connecting inputs to outputs and outcomes across cost, pipeline, iARR, velocity, and win-rate lift
- Own the Land-side technical selling motion and set the technical bar for sales: SC plays, discovery and demo standards, scalable demo environments, certification paths, and ramp mechanisms
- Run the global new business operating cadence, including weekly program reviews, monthly pipeline health inspection, quarterly planning, escalation paths, and decision-rights models
- Partner with Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Product, and Partnerships to align new business programs, systems, content, enablement, feedback loops, and change management
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deeply technical SaaS background with meaningful customer-facing experience—solutions engineering, solutions consulting, field or customer engineering, or technical sales—plus ownership of a revenue, quota, pipeline, or conversion outcome
- Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics and how to influence conversion levers end-to-end, including qualified pipeline creation, coverage ratios, lead response, handoff quality, stage progression, win-rate lift, and velocity
- Strong program-building instincts: you can design scalable plays, instrument them with data, and run an inspection cadence that drives behavior change
- Experience building operating systems for global teams, including cadences, dashboards, governance, playbooks, definitions, and change-management mechanisms
- Executive presence and cross-functional leadership: able to align and influence Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, and regional teams without relying on direct reporting lines for every dependency
- Ability to balance regional autonomy with global craft excellence: you set the bar, create standards, and drive consistency while enabling local execution
- Strong enablement and role-design instincts, with the ability to define expectations, onboarding paths, certification standards, and time-to-productivity mechanisms for BDR and SC motions
- Builder orientation and comfort in ambiguity: you create the playbook while the org is executing, and you iterate quickly based on market, customer, and performance signals
- Hands-on with AI tools, and able to credibly explain how AI and agents change workflows for technical teams
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with solution-led selling motions and technical or product-adjacent go-to-market
- Track record building global programs that still allow regional adaptation
- Experience partnering deeply with Marketing, Partnerships, RevOps, and Enablement to create measurable net new business impact
- Experience designing partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account motions, or field event program standards at scale

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Lauren, Senior Manager of Customer Success at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market, APAC or EMEA team.
You'll own the success of a dedicated portfolio of roughly 40-60 Mid-Market customers — acting as their strategic advisor from onboarding through long-term adoption, and driving commercial outcomes across your book of business. You'll partner closely with Account Management, Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to help customers realize real value throughout their lifecycle.
We don't need you to be a marketing expert or a deeply technical one. We need someone who's an expert at asking the right questions — someone who digs until they find the real problem, not just the reported one, and who can influence a customer to make progress and move through blockers. You'll be curious and eager to understand our app well enough to take a customer's use case and turn our features into outcomes that matter to them.
What we value
Curiosity about the business behind the customer:
You're genuinely interested in how companies operate and enjoy learning your customers' industries and goals. You ask about the
why
behind a request before recommending a solution.
Trusted advisor, not ticket-taker:
You build relationships that turn you into a strategic partner rather than someone who simply answers questions. You have well-formed opinions about customer experience and aren't shy about sharing them.
Ownership of commercial outcomes:
You see CS as a value and growth engine. You take ownership of outcomes across your book and naturally look for opportunities to create more value, partnering with AM on retention and expansion.
Comfort in ambiguity:
You thrive on complex, open-ended customer challenges — bringing together business context, technical understanding, and creativity to solve them. You're calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to juggle competing priorities across a full portfolio.
AI-forward thinking:
You're comfortable using AI tools to improve your own productivity and your customers' outcomes, and you bring a growth mindset toward experimenting with new AI-powered ways of working.
What you'll do
Manage a dedicated portfolio of ~40-60 Mid-Market customers as their strategic partner across the full customer lifecycle
Lead onboarding — running kickoffs and milestone check-ins, and guiding customers to their first measurable outcomes
Build a deep understanding of each customer's goals and translate them into measurable, mutual success plans
Provide proactive, consultative guidance through regular strategic touchpoints and value-driven conversations
Monitor customer health, spot adoption trends, and address risks before they impact success
Partner with Account Management to support retention and expansion, and coordinate with Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering when deeper expertise is needed
Own escalations end to end — from identification through resolution — keeping customers informed and confident throughout
Advocate for your customers internally by sharing product feedback and influencing improvements to the customer experience
Drive AI adoption across your portfolio — coaching customers on AI-powered solutions and modeling what AI-native Customer Success looks like
Contribute to the broader CS organization by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, and participating in webinars and enablement initiatives
What we're looking for
2+ years as a Customer Success Manager for technical products, in a SaaS environment
Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity
Opinionated about customer experience — you should have well-formed views in order to give customers strategic advice
Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish (we are prioritizing multilingual candidates for this role)
Located in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or Ireland
Bonus: experience designing lifecycle messages
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The salary for this role is
$80,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

An overview of this role
As a Professional Services Technical Architect at GitLab, you'll lead the technical direction of customer engagements from early scoping and discovery through delivery. You'll design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab infrastructure and functionality, and you'll make sure deliverables align with customer requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW). You'll coordinate and guide implementation work across GitLab Professional Services and partner consultants, support customers deploying GitLab in cloud and on-premises environments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit, and perform migrations to GitLab using Congregate. You'll provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best practices, contribute reusable collateral such as documentation, delivery kits, and training materials, and share product release updates to help the team deliver consistent outcomes. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing leadership in GitLab's remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you’ll do
Designing and delivering GitLab reference architecture implementations for both self-managed and cloud environments, using infrastructure as code practices
Leading source code management and CI/CD migrations to GitLab, including large-scale enterprise moves using Congregate
Building repeatable delivery kits, documentation, and enablement materials that help Professional Services and partners deploy and adopt GitLab best practices
Lead the full technical delivery lifecycle for GitLab Professional Services engagements, from early scoping and technical discovery through implementation and handoff.
Produce high-level and detailed technical designs for GitLab infrastructure and functionality, ensuring deliverables align with customer requirements and expectations.
Evaluate and communicate scalability and security considerations (including compliance constraints) in proposed GitLab reference architectures and implementation plans.
Deploy and configure GitLab in customer environments, including on-premises and major cloud providers, using Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit (GET) aligned to reference architectures.
Plan and execute source system migrations to GitLab using Congregate, partnering closely with customer stakeholders to reduce risk, protect data integrity, and minimize downtime.
Provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best-practice guidance, including advising on internal frameworks such as the Delivery Governance Framework (DGF) and GitLab Flow.
Coordinate and oversee implementation work across GitLab team members, partners, and customer points of contact (POCs), ensuring clear asynchronous communication and decision capture, effective execution, and high-quality outcomes.
Mentor Professional Services and partner consultants by contributing documentation, delivery kits, and training materials, and by leading enablement sessions on how to deliver and position service offerings.
Maintain and improve delivery automation assets with an emphasis on code cleanliness, maintainability, and appropriate unit/integration testing.
Support scoping and Statement of Work (SOW) creation with Professional Services Engagement Managers, stay current on monthly GitLab releases, and help Regional Delivery Managers with technical vetting and staffing assessments while maintaining a 55% billable utilization.
Review and provide input to Professional Services training materials and presentations
Develop case studies, presentations, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies
Work closely with customer project teams to ensure accurate task-level articulation of work required
What you’ll bring
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and partners and communicate risks/trade-offs clearly in an asynchronous environment.
Prefer location in PST, MST or CST timezone alignment.
Comfortable with up to 30% travel at times.
Demonstrated experience delivering two or more of the following consulting services: source code management migration, cloud architecture, DevOps engineering, or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) consulting services.
Enterprise software development experience, with the ability to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
Progressive DevOps platform experience, including designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems with clear performance and security trade-offs.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in cloud providers and on-premises environments, including using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Ability to write clean, maintainable automation/integration code (e.g., Terraform modules, Ansible roles, scripts) and validate changes with appropriate testing and code review.
Experience performing migrations to GitLab, including using Congregate or similar migration tooling.
Working knowledge of data consistency and integrity concepts (e.g., ACID properties) and how they impact migration design and performance trade-offs.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment, using documented decisions (e.g., issues, proposals, and runbooks) to keep work unblocked across time zones while collaborating effectively across GitLab team members, partners, and customer stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience
About the team
The Professional Services Technical Architect is part of GitLab's Professional Services organization. We partner with customers who are transitioning to GitLab, expanding how they use an existing GitLab installation, or planning complex upgrades to their infrastructure and processes. Our team brings a diverse set of skills across GitLab deployment, maintenance, and day-to-day usage, along with deep technical knowledge of adjacent tools and platforms. Working closely with Engagement Managers, partner consultants, and customer stakeholders, we focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, sharing best practices, and helping customers realize faster time to value from their GitLab investment. We operate in GitLab's remote, asynchronous environment and rely on clear documentation and transparent communication to collaborate effectively.
This role models skills and behavior aligned with GitLab Values and typically reports to the Regional Delivery Manager. As a Professional Services Technical Architect, you will work more independently than an associate consultant, leveraging deep technical expertise to drive customer outcomes.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. An overview of this role
Credit-based and consumption-based offerings are becoming central to how GitLab monetizes. The systems that meter, rate, and bill that consumption sit underneath all of it. You'll own the backend usage billing pipeline and its product direction while supporting the Monetization Platform and Infrastructure team as it modernizes the foundations underneath it.
When another GitLab team launches a credit-consuming capability, you'll help them make it billable across GitLab.com, self-managed, and GitLab Dedicated. This is a technical, systems-oriented product role: success means building a monetization platform other teams can launch on quickly and correctly, rather than shipping customer-facing UI.
What you’ll do
Own the product direction for metering, aggregation, and rating in GitLab's usage billing pipeline, including the Zuora and CustomersDot integrations that turn usage into invoiced revenue.
Make onboarding a new credit-consuming capability a repeatable process rather than a bespoke project each time.
Partner with product teams on what to instrument, how to meter and price usage across GitLab.com, self-managed, and GitLab Dedicated, and what it takes to be billable on launch day. Stay ahead of their roadmaps so billing doesn't delay launches.
Prioritize pipeline scalability, performance, and reliability as consumption grows, balancing those investments against new capability enablement.
Own billing defect detection and remediation so errors surface before they reach a customer's invoice and billing outcomes remain auditable.
Support the Monetization Platform and Infrastructure team by framing problems, explaining the value of platform investments, and prioritizing them against operational risk.
Define and track measures of billing accuracy, pipeline reliability, cost to serve per capability, and time to monetize so teams can make informed pricing decisions.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning the product direction of consumption- or usage-based billing systems.
Experience with Zuora or a comparable billing and revenue platform, and an understanding of how product and finance systems interact.
Experience with prepaid, commitment, or credit-drawdown pricing models (balances, reservations, overage, expiration) and the edge cases they create in billing and revenue.
Experience launching new products or pricing models while coordinating across engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and go-to-market teams.
Ability to bring together teams you don't manage around work their launches depend on.
Experience defining problems for platform or backend teams whose users are often other teams.
Clear written communication in an all-remote, asynchronous environment; you'll use issues, epics, and direction pages to lead.
Familiarity with developer tooling, financial audit or revenue recognition, or an engineering background can help, but isn't required.
You use AI tools as part of how you work: prototyping, analysis, spec writing, and investigation.
About the team
In Monetization, we coordinate across engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and go-to-market on new products and pricing models. Our remote, asynchronous work uses written issues, and epics to keep decisions visible.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer to own ICT security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities at different stages of maturity, from established licensed operations to new markets launching under frameworks. This is not a support function. You will be the named security officer for your entities, accountable to their boards and their regulators.
This is a high visibility, high trust role for a security governance professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services, and who is energised by applying established group frameworks to the local needs of a growing regulated entity.
Payward is one of the world's most trusted and secure digital asset platforms, operating across a growing network of regulated entities spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As we expand into new markets and deepen our regulatory footprint, the demand for embedded, senior-level ICT security leadership at the entity level has never been higher.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Prepare, contribute and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings, highlighting control status, risk exposure, and readiness
- Execute risk assessments and control testing across UAE operations in line with VARA cybersecurity guidelines and security best practices
- Maintain and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA), integrating findings into global resilience planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, testing, and updates, including entity-specific scenarios
- Collaborate with Group Security and IT to:
- Align UAE-specific regulatory controls with global policies and control frameworks
- Contribute to the development of security policies to meet international and UAE compliance requirements
- Conduct security control validation and document evidence for internal/external audits
- Participate in remediation planning for audit findings and track progress to closure
- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators
- Prepare and present security and resilience reports for internal governance committees and local entity management
- Assist in responses to regulatory examinations, including due diligence and compliance queries
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory changes and propose control adaptations
- Participate in the regional incident response process, assist with post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
