OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? We’re looking for an
Account Manager
to join our growing sales team. This is a
hunter-focused role
for someone who is energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the ASEAN market, while also building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll need to be comfortable owning the
full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation, close and account growth.
If you’re ambitious, resilient and enjoy the thrill of winning, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business:
Identify, prospect and engage new clients across your target market, building a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
Own the full sales cycle:
Take opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals, negotiation and close.
Create your own opportunities:
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and develop creative approaches to open new conversations rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
Build senior relationships:
Develop trusted relationships with marketing, demand generation, sales and other senior stakeholders within target accounts.
Understand client challenges:
Uncover business objectives, pain points and priorities and translate these into relevant solutions.
Drive revenue growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Grow existing accounts:
Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients while continuing to prioritise new business acquisition.
Build and manage pipeline:
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline, with a strong focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue generation.
Partner with internal teams:
Work closely with campaign, marketing, delivery and client success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through execution.
Stay commercially curious:
Keep up to date with trends across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM and the broader technology landscape so you can bring value to client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, SaaS or a related environment.
A
proven hunter mentality
— you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
A track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
and consistently delivering revenue.
Experience managing the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting to closing.
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions against business challenges.
Confident engaging with
senior decision-makers
and navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation.
Resilient and persistent — comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while taking
full ownership of their number
.
Experience or understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM or digital marketing
is highly advantageous.
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re not someone who waits for an SDR to hand you a meeting.
You’re naturally curious about businesses, know how to identify an opportunity, and are confident picking up the phone, sending the message or finding the right person to start a conversation.
You’re competitive but collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by results. You take ownership of your pipeline, your clients and, most importantly,
your number
.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with genuine opportunities to develop your sales career.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to your success.
Autonomy & Ownership:
The opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop your territory and make a visible impact on revenue growth.
Collaborative Culture:
Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
Regional Exposure:
Work with leading technology and B2B brands across the ASEAN and APAC markets.
If you’re a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, winning new business and building something of your own, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Integrated Workflows team exists to expand Mural's value by embedding it seamlessly into the essential business workflows our customers already live in. We connect Mural to the tools that teams rely on every day, from the systems of record where work gets tracked to the places conversations happen and the surfaces content moves through.
That is what integrations unlock, and it is the most interesting thing about this team. When Mural can reach the work happening everywhere else, a canvas stops being a snapshot of one meeting and becomes a live surface for how a team operates: real context pulled in, real decisions pushed back out, nobody retyping a status update or hunting for the current version. A workshop stops ending at the wall of sticky notes and starts ending in tracked, owned, moving work. That is when collaboration gets genuinely effective, and building toward it is the point of everything we do.
Underneath all of that, we build the integration platform: the shared frameworks, services, and patterns that let any team at Mural ship a connected experience without starting from scratch. Our mission: to make Mural a natural part of daily work. We measure success by how indispensable Mural becomes inside real customer workflows, not by the number of integrations we ship.
YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrated Workflows team, you'll own significant parts of how Mural connects to the outside world. You'll design and build integrations that are reliable, secure, and genuinely used, and you'll turn one-off connector work into integration platform capabilities the rest of the company can build on.
This role sits at the intersection of product and platform. You'll work directly against third-party APIs and SDKs with all the ambiguity that entails: shifting contracts, rate limits, auth models, partner review processes. At the same time you'll keep our own abstractions clean and our public API stable for the developers who depend on it.
Senior Engineers at Mural lead, design, and implement complex technical projects, contribute to team and company-wide processes and culture, and provide mentorship and support for early-career colleagues.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and evolve two-way sync with the systems of record where customer work lives (Jira, Linear, Asana, and others), so decisions made on the canvas become tracked work and stay in sync as that work changes
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, Office), video conferencing platforms, and third-party notification targets such as Slack and Teams
- Build and evolve the integration platform: the shared frameworks, services, and patterns other Mural teams use to ship their own connected experiences
- Own the content pathways in and out of Mural, including the import and image panels, third-party image APIs such as Unsplash, copy/paste to and from outside Mural, file upload handling, iFrame embedding, self-serve PDF to Mural conversion, and Mural exports and downloads
- Partner across teams on shared boundaries and hold up your side of those contracts, including render for exports, the notification engine, and company-level migration
- Maintain and support our public API for existing third-party developers, with the backwards-compatibility discipline a published interface demands
- Lead projects end to end, from research, design, and POC through execution, release, and iteration
- Build flexible and maintainable solutions while being accountable for quality, performance, reliability, and the security posture of everything crossing our system boundary
- Use AI tools as part of your fundamental workflows
- Design, plan, and implement automated testing and documentation strategies, including for the failure modes that only show up when someone else's API misbehaves
- Elevate the team's skills and knowledge by participating in technical designs and talks, and by reviewing and helping improve your and your colleagues' code
- Contribute to constantly improving the team's processes and best practices
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with technologies such as React, Node.js, or other modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs and platforms: OAuth and token lifecycle management, webhooks, rate limiting and backoff, pagination, versioning, and graceful degradation when an upstream service fails
- 5+ years building and shipping large-scale production software as part of an agile engineering team
- Strong track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-performance systems
- An outcome-oriented and highly-experimental interest in AI-driven development practices
- Proven experience planning technical projects and delivering new systems and features iteratively, with a focus on delivering value to customers quickly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to lead technical discussions and navigate trade-offs effectively
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments or startups is a plus
- Experience building against Microsoft Teams or Office add-in SDKs, or shipping through a partner marketplace or app review process
- Experience designing and maintaining a public developer API
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with secure file handling at scale, including permissions checks, malware scanning, and content validation on upload
- Experience with content migration or format conversion between products, and the fidelity problems that come with it
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

Location: Santa Clara, CA
Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Notion’s product surface expands, we need a builder-teacher who can turn new capabilities into technically accurate education that helps customers confidently build with Notion. In this role, you’ll explore Notion’s newest capabilities, teach by showing, and ship as the product evolves. You’ll be the technical face of Notion Academy: leading workshops, recording walkthroughs, and building implementation guides.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Expand Notion’s technical education library. Author technically rigorous Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources that make our most complex capabilities easier to understand and adopt.
- Become a trusted voice for Notion Academy. Teach customers through video, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating real workflows and solving problems in real time.
- Build with Notion’s newest capabilities. Get hands-on with new product features, use customer insights to identify high-value use cases, and determine top priority workflows for education to focus on.
- Reimagine learning with AI. Experiment with adaptive, contextual learning experiences that respond to what customers are trying to build and where they need help.
- Prove and scale the impact of technical education. Use product adoption signals to measure impact and improve what we teach, then build reusable standards to help the team deliver effective technical learning faster.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Builder mindset: You learn new product features by getting hands-on, experimenting, and building until you understand.
- Comfort navigating technical content: you don’t need to write code, but you can read a technical architecture doc, identify what’s outdated, and work with engineers to fix it.
- Customer-facing credibility: You’re comfortable teaching, building, and troubleshooting in front of customers.
- AI experimentation: You actively use AI to build, learn, and teach technical proficiency.
- Product expertise: You can quickly understand a new feature, identify where it creates meaningful customer value, and turn that into practical use cases.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion product expertise
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
