AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. Benefits
Convenient working tools:
New Mac laptop and any other necessary equipment for your efficient work.
Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Slack
Professional growth:
Paid professional training and attendance at specialized conferences
Exchange of experience between employees within the company
Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department
Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company
More perks
Possibility of flexibility working
Access to the corporate library

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies.
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (900+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner, while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.
IT at Alan is more than just a helpdesk. Operations and support ('Run') take roughly 60% of your time initially, while the rest goes toward owning project-based initiatives ('Build') tailored to your experience level.
As you ramp up alongside senior engineers, your focus will naturally shift toward more build-focused work with wider impact.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. We staff people according to their strengths and interests, and it evolves over time.
SCOPE
🛟 SUPPORT & ONCALL
- Own L1/L2 oncall for 900+ Alaners across 5+ countries, with a clear escalation path to engineers
- Triage, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately
- Document recurring issues and reduce ticket volume through self-service
💻 DEVICE LIFECYCLE & ENDPOINT COMPLIANCE
- Own the full device lifecycle: procurement, zero-touch enrollment (Apple Business Manager, Kandji), repair, retrieval
- Maintain role-based Kandji blueprints and least-privilege configurations
- Contribute to device compliance across all countries (MDM, EDR, FileVault) and to audit evidence
- Own the physical side: laptop locker, hardware inventory, office equipment
- Take over day-to-day device operations as we bring them back in-house from our outsourced provider
🔑 IDENTITY, ACCESS & SAAS PLATFORMS
- Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, across both automated and manually-managed tools
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, licences and access reviews
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and procurement on your scope
⚙️ BUILD
- Own a build project end-to-end, with a more experienced engineer to pair with and learn from
- Examples from the current roadmap: rebuilding the onboarding intake, the meeting room audiovisual equipment and room-booking revamp, the IT playbook for new offices, ISO 27001 / ACPR evidence collection
- Ship automation and self-service tooling that measurably reduces IT toil
MILESTONES
First 2 months
- Join IT oncall rotation (helpdesk) with buddy/shadowing support
- Discover Alan's processes, stack (Kandji, Apple Business Manager), SaaS ecosystem, and identity tools (Google Workspace, SSO, Alan Home)
- Handle most typical IT operations issues autonomously (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning)
First 6 months
- Handle IT oncall shifts autonomously, solving most problems that do not require engineer input
- Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end
- Have wide knowledge of Alan's processes, equipment, and tools
- Ship a first project
First year
- Be regarded as an expert on at least one topic beyond the oncall rotation (e.g. MDM, SaaS admin, compliance documentation)
- Contribute on device compliance improvements (MDM, EDR, FileVault) across all countries
- Ship automation or self-service projects that measurably reduce IT toil, with limited guidance
- Lead small to medium IT projects end-to-end
3 years
- Fully autonomous on the User Experience & Platform workstreams
- Lead medium to high-complexity IT projects end-to-end
- Mentor newer team members, reduce bus factor through documentation, automation and knowledge sharing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 1-3 years in IT operations (or strong internship / student association background in a tech environment): device management (MDM, ideally Kandji), SaaS administration, basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
- Operational reflexes: can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately. Has oncall or production support experience
- Automation & AI appetite: scripting basics (Python, Bash) or low-code, and an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
- Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation
- Learning velocity: Picks up new tools and processes quickly.
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Written-First Communication: Clear, effective written communicator who instinctively documents workflows, shares knowledge transparently, and thrives in an asynchronous work culture.
- Empathetic Problem-Solving: Balanced user-first service mindset with operational pragmatism—delighting colleagues while diagnosing root causes rather than applying band-aid fixes.
- Autonomous Growth: Self-directed problem solver who takes early project ownership, learns rapidly alongside senior engineers, and actively seeks feedback to level up.
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- macOS fluency: comfortable troubleshooting macOS, understands the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
- Experience with Kandji specifically
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS), even just awareness
- SaaS vendor management and/or license administration
- Interest in automation and coding (even from college/school projects)
- Experience in a fast-growing, multi-country tech company
Languages: Fluent French & Professional English
