About Xsolla
Xsolla is a global commerce and financial technology company for the video game industry. Headquartered in Los Angeles with offices and operations worldwide, Xsolla provides the tools, infrastructure and capital solutions that help developers and publishers fund, launch, distribute and monetize their games across every market and platform. The company serves thousands of game businesses globally, from independent studios to the largest publishers, and is expanding a dedicated capital markets and investment platform serving the interactive entertainment ecosystem.
The Capital Markets Group
The Capital Markets Group (CMG) sits within Xsolla's Global Strategic Initiatives function and operates as the firm's institutional capital platform. The group originates, structures and executes financing and investment solutions across games and interactive entertainment, and is building a franchise modeled on the leading independent capital markets and special situations advisory platforms.
The group operates multiple investment vehicles spanning debt financing and credit markets, alongside special situations and principal investment strategies serving the interactive entertainment ecosystem. These activities are supported by a proprietary market intelligence system, a global events and convening program, and a governed institutional relationship platform covering LPs, sovereign investors, family offices, banks and intermediaries across the Americas, MENA, APAC and Europe.
CMG operates from hubs in Los Angeles, New York, the Middle East and Singapore. The group is in its foundation stage: hires at every level join a live deal environment with executive sponsorship, meaningful ownership and the mandate to build a durable franchise rather than inherit one.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to build the firm's Asia Pacific capital franchise from Singapore. The region combines the world's deepest gaming markets with some of its most sophisticated institutional capital, and this seat exists to connect the two for the firm: sovereign and state linked investors in Singapore, institutional investors and strategics across Korea and Japan, capital markets counterparties in Hong Kong and Australia, and the regional family office community.
The corporate title for this seat is Director, with a defined path to Executive Director tied to franchise milestones, including the 2027 regional coverage plan and team build. There are no direct reports initially; regional analyst support and a 2027 hiring plan are owned by this seat.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations, APAC will be based in Singapore, in office, leveraging Xsolla's existing APAC presence, and will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires travel of approximately 40 to 50 percent across Southeast Asia, North Asia and Australia, with periodic travel to Los Angeles. This is a full time position; Employment Pass sponsorship is available, with the package structured with local counsel.
Expressions of Interest
Xsolla welcomes confidential conversations with qualified candidates and trusted introductions. Please direct expressions of interest, together with a resume and a short note on relevant experience, to the Xsolla Talent Acquisition team via the application button linked below.
Role Overview
As Head of Investor Capital and Relations, APAC, you will own senior institutional coverage across the region, spanning sovereign and state linked investors, pensions, insurers, asset managers, funds of funds and family offices, alongside gaming, technology and media strategics across Korea, Japan and Greater China. You will own the coverage map, the relationships and the regional plan, operating with a global reporting line and the support of the firm's existing APAC operating footprint.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the coverage standards, relationship infrastructure and regional plan that allow Xsolla to engage APAC's institutional capital with discipline, while coordinating closely with counsel on marketing approach and applicable regulatory regimes across Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional and Strategic Coverage
Own institutional coverage. Own senior coverage of APAC institutional capital, including sovereign and state linked investors, pensions and insurers, asset managers, funds of funds and regional family offices, with complete, current records and documented access paths in the firm's relationship platform.
Build strategic coverage. Build dedicated coverage of gaming, technology and media strategics across Korea, Japan and Greater China as limited partners, co-investors and transaction counterparties.
Map the counterparties. Map each priority institution's decision architecture, including mandate criteria, allocation cadence, co-investment appetite and approval process, and maintain that intelligence as a living asset.
Capital Formation and Transactions
Lead regional fundraising. Lead regional pre-marketing and fundraising support for the firm's investment vehicles within each jurisdiction's private placement and offering regimes, coordinating with counsel on the marketing approach for Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Australia.
Own diligence processes. Originate and manage institutional diligence processes end to end, including DDQ coordination, data room support and operational due diligence visits.
Support transactions. Support cross border financing and strategic transaction conversations alongside the Americas and MENA coverage teams and fund principals.
Franchise and Regional Platform
Build the region's presence. Build the firm's presence across the region's priority investment and gaming industry forums; run the APAC events calendar and convert presence into qualified pipeline.
Develop the regional plan. Develop the 2027 regional coverage plan, including market prioritization, any additional country coverage and the regional hiring sequence, for approval by the Group Head.
Set coverage standards. Establish coverage and CRM standards for the region and enforce the group's interaction logging discipline.
Risk and Controls
Ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure all regional marketing and offering activity complies with applicable regimes and the firm's policies, in coordination with counsel, including Singapore's frameworks for fund offers to institutional and accredited investors.
Maintain counterparty awareness. Maintain rigorous counterparty awareness, including KYC, AML and sanctions screening coordination, and escalate reputational risk considerations early.
Candidate Profile
Experience
8 or more years of progressive experience in APAC institutional coverage, capital formation, investment banking or investor relations at a bank, asset manager, placement agent or sovereign investor, including significant client facing responsibility.
Demonstrable relationships across Singapore's institutional community and at least one of the Korean, Japanese or Greater China institutional or strategic investor markets, with a referenceable record of capital raised or partnerships executed.
Sector experience across gaming, interactive entertainment, technology or media, or coverage of strategics in those sectors, is a clear advantage.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Head of Professional Services, you’ll build and lead Vercel’s global professional services organization, made up of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using our core platform, Next.js, and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. You’ll define how this function operates: the engagement model, the delivery methodology, the commercial structure, and the team itself. You’ll partner closely with GTM and Product leadership to run a business function that turns our largest customers’ complex implementations into production deployments, drives adoption and expansion, and feeds what you learn in the field back into the product roadmap. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in San Francisco, Austin, or New York City.
What you’ll do
Define the engagement model: how engagements are scoped, staffed, sequenced, and measured, and which accounts qualify for embedded support
Own delivery for strategic customer engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through production deployment and stabilization
Establish the commercial model for professional services, including packaging, pricing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across competing customer priorities
Stay hands-on where it matters: architecture reviews, system design, and unblocking critical engagements alongside your team
Codify field learnings into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that scale beyond individual engagements
What you need
10+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting, including 5+ years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in a high-growth environment
Built a team, function, or service line from zero, including the hiring, methodology, and operating model
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure), with the ability to review code and whiteboard architectures credibly
Built or deployed LLM-powered applications, with a working grasp of how model behavior shapes product decisions
Scoped, priced, and delivered technical engagements for enterprise customers, with a command of utilization, margin, and capacity tradeoffs
Bonus if you
Have built with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0
Have led forward deployed or embedded engineering teams at an AI-native or developer platform company
Have owned a professional services P&L, or defined services pricing and packaging from scratch
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

Location: France
Eligibility: Critically, this individual is required to be a French citizen living in France with fluency in French as this will enable immediate engagement with critical defence and national security customers.
Security Clearance: Active French Secret clearance is preferred; candidates eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for French and broader European public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling

- Translate complex public sector and defence requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate complex procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, pubic sector and defence leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders including departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for public sector and defence timelines, security review processes, and approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government and defence deployments: privacy compliance, security, political and regulatory, technology and infrastructure.
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific customer requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government and defence deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government and defence organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with European government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain French security clearance
Nice to Have:
- Active French security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)
- Bilingual (English/French) proficiency
- Background in or strong familiarity with European defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for French government security clearance.
Candidates must be eligible for French government clearance, meaning that they require French citizenship. In addition, this individual is required to be based in France and be fluent in French as this will enable immediate engagement with critical defence and national security customers.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management - it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of Canada's most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.

ROLE
You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. - Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
- Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
Nebius is hiring a Senior Director of GSI and Regional SI Partnerships to build and scale our global systems integrator program from the ground up. This is an infrastructure-first alliances role: we are looking for a leader who deeply understands AI cloud, inference, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, and who has a proven track record of turning that infrastructure into services-led, repeatable solutions that partners sell and deliver to enterprise clients worldwide.
The strategy is deliberately two-fold. On one side are the marquee, long-tail global systems integrators — the strategic, higher-effort relationships that compound into durable, large-scale revenue over time. On the other are the fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies — the short-tail, quicker-to-win partners who can source and land opportunities far faster than the traditional GSIs. We need a leader who can build and balance both motions, and who already has the relationships and instincts to activate the AI-native ecosystem quickly.
You will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of Nebius's GSI motion globally, while building the regional structure to activate partners across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. You will combine partner strategy, solution and offering development, and hands-on execution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing. This is a builder's role for someone who has operated in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can create frameworks, offerings, and playbooks where none exist. Travel is expected for executive meetings, QBRs, and key industry or partner events.
What You'll Do
Build the global GSI program and team.
Design and own the end-to-end partner framework — segmentation, prioritization, tiering, and engagement model — spanning both marquee global systems integrators and AI-native SIs and stand up the regional operating model to execute it consistently across priority markets.
Activate the AI-native SI ecosystem for speed.
Identify, recruit, and mobilize fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies as a short-tail motion that sources and lands opportunities quickly — a deliberate complement to the longer-cycle strategic GSIs.
Fit Nebius into partner services — and build new ones.
Map how the Nebius platform plugs into each partner's existing service portfolio, and co-build the reference architectures, accelerators, and repeatable offerings that turn it into revenue they can package, sell, and deliver at scale.
Develop senior and field relationships.
Build durable relationships across GSI sales, cloud/infrastructure, HPC, AI/ML, and industry practices — from practice leads and architects to executive sponsors.
Define commercial models.
Establish sell-with, resale, co-sell, and managed-service models with the governance, economics, and incentives that make each partnership commercially successful for both sides.
Drive joint pipeline and revenue.
Map target accounts, run co-sell motions, and secure Nebius inclusion in GSI pursuits to generate material, repeatable, GSI-influenced revenue and consumption.
Enable partner technical and sales teams.
Build the enablement, certification, and deployment blueprints that make GSI teams self-sufficient on the Nebius platform.
Launch joint go-to-market.
Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership focused on AI infrastructure and AI cloud.
Own the numbers.
Track and report GSI-influenced pipeline, revenue, and consumption, holding internal and partner stakeholders accountable to shared goals.
What You Bring
AI-, infrastructure-, and technology-savvy.
Deep, credible fluency across AI cloud and GPU infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, Kubernetes, and modern AI/ML workloads — enough to earn the trust of partner architects and practice leads, see how Nebius fits into a partner's existing services, and help them build new services around it.
A track record building services and solutions with SIs.
You've built offerings, practices, and reference solutions around an infrastructure or platform product with systems integrators — not just managed a relationship, but created what partners take to market.
A dual network across GSIs and AI-native SIs.
You bring existing relationships with both the large strategic GSIs and the emerging, AI-native systems integrators and AI consultancies, and you understand how to work each — landing quick wins through the AI-native ecosystem while building the longer-term strategic partnerships in parallel.
Global programs and regional build.
Experience running global GSI or alliance programs and standing up the regional structures to execute across multiple geographies, accounting for local partner dynamics, delivery models, and incentives.
A builder's mindset.
You have created frameworks, offerings, and playbooks from scratch and thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments. Startup or 0-to-1 experience is a strong plus.
Product savvy.
You understand how infrastructure products are built and positioned, and you can work closely with product teams to shape roadmap and packaging for partner-led motions.
Commercial savvy.
You can design commercial models, negotiate, and build the economics of partnerships that scale into meaningful, repeatable revenue.
Experience.
10+ years in cloud/infrastructure partner management, GSI alliances, or consulting-led enterprise GTM, including senior program leadership. Time at a hyperscaler, GPU/AI cloud, HPC or infrastructure provider, or cloud-native ISV working closely with GSIs is highly valued.
Deep SI knowledge.
You understand how systems integrators build and run cloud, data, and AI practices — their sales cycles, delivery models, and incentive structures.
Why Nebius
Be the founding global GSI leader for a high-growth, Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company.
Direct access to advanced AI builders and enterprise buyers through joint Nebius–GSI engagements.
High visibility, executive sponsorship, and the autonomy to design and execute a global GSI program with significant impact on Nebius's growth.
