About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As our Cloud Hyperscaler Readiness Lead, you’ll build scalable programs to set our cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure) up for success. You will support the global sales teams across our cloud partners with content, training, and programming, working closely with Anthropic’s Product Marketing,Partner Enablement, and Cloud Partnership teams. Your job is to develop and curate the right material on a rapid cadence, and to tailor content for each audience, ensuring that the messages, formats, and channels each cloud uses to upskill their sellers and solutions architects can position and deploy Claude with confidence. You’ll stay close to our GTM teams, using what our co-sellers are hearing in the field to sharpen what you build and how it lands. This role is the connective tissue that helps diverse audiences across all our cloud partners understand not just what Claude does but also why it matters to the customers they serve.
Responsibilities
Land our mission and differentiation.
You'll make sure Anthropic's mission and our approach to safe, responsible frontier AI show up accurately and consistently wherever cloud sellers encounter us, so the case for Anthropic as the enterprise's trusted AI partner is clear. When positioning changes, you'll get the update into the right channels quickly and retire what's out of date.
Ensure internal and external readiness.
You'll shape our certifications and scaled training for the way each cloud learns and upskills its people. You won’t simply rinse-and-repeat known patterns; instead, you’ll shape programs that fit each provider's world and map to how its marketplace and co-sell mechanics actually work. Internally, you'll enable Anthropic’s field team to be aware of products and programs and effectively engage CSP partners.
Connect the field to the content.
You'll pair internal assets with what our GTM team are hearing in customer conversations, and turn that traction into co-sell plays and assets the next hundred sellers can use without anyone from our team in the room.
Measuring Impact.
You'll define the signals that connect this work to partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, and seller engagement, watch what's actually changing seller behavior, and adjust based on what you see.
You may be a good fit if you have
A working understanding of how Cloud Service Providers go to market
Deep understanding of what motivates sellers, and how to land a message so it gets retained
A track record of taking a narrative or asset to scale through channels you don't own, and showing what changed because of it
Excellent program management skills, a systems mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity against a fast launch cadence
Experience pairing marketing and enablement content with field feedback to build plays, assets, and/or repeatable programs for internal and external teams
A background in product marketing, partner or channel marketing, sales enablement, or co-sell program management. (We’re also very happy to hear from you if you come from a non-traditional background!)
The ability to make safety and responsibility a credible, compelling part of a commercial story, and genuine interest in Anthropic's mission
Strong presence in front of an audience, from a live seller call to a room of technical and commercial people at once
The ability to influence people you don't manage, across Anthropic and inside large partner organizations
Willingness to dive in and figure out what needs to be done, often without concrete guidance or a large supporting team
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with marketplace and/or reseller motions
Experience shaping positioning and differentiation for enterprise buyers
Experience launching technical products or platform capabilities through a channel or partner ecosystem
Hands-on familiarity with LLM and AI developer tooling, or a demonstrated ability to get technical quickly in a new domain
Experience using AI in your own day-to-day workflows to extend your scale and reach
Familiarity with LMS and partner portal platforms
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$270,000
—
$310,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready projects.
A signed agreement is only the beginning. You'll lead development planning, utility coordination, permitting, consultant management, and infrastructure planning to prepare projects for successful delivery.
Keep development ahead of construction.
Coordinate engineering, utilities, municipalities, and development partners so projects remain ready for execution while commercial negotiations conclude and infrastructure requirements evolve.
Build a repeatable development program.
Help establish the standards, development governance, readiness gates, and project controls that will support AI infrastructure development across the Americas.
About the Role
As a Development Manager, you'll lead the development of AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from executed agreement through construction readiness. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll partner with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the development standards, governance processes, readiness gates, and project controls you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping build the systems that make every future project faster, more predictable, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead the development of AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Own integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, milestones, and the pre-construction risk register.
Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key development milestones.
Deliver development-ready projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation and minimized risk.
Development Planning & Governance
Lead development activities from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
Own the development budget, schedule, assumptions, and risk register throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.
Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings, and recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key milestones.
Infrastructure & Utility Coordination
Coordinate infrastructure planning for electrical service, substations, fiber, water, sewer, stormwater, and transportation access.
Coordinate permitting, utility planning, entitlement activities, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Partner with utility providers, municipalities, engineering teams, and consultants to validate executable development plans.
Ensure infrastructure assumptions are fully integrated into project budgets and schedules.
Construction Readiness
Establish development readiness criteria and project handoff standards.
Verify permits, utility agreements, infrastructure planning, owner deliverables, and development obligations are complete before turnover.
Deliver projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation, defined scope, and minimized development risk.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
Coordinate architects, civil engineers, environmental consultants, surveyors, permitting specialists, and other external partners.
Align internal stakeholders and external consultants to prevent scope, schedule, and cost drift throughout development.
What Success Looks Like
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready development projects.
Deliver predictable development schedules, budgets, and readiness milestones.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Build trusted relationships with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and development partners.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping define how future projects should be executed.
8+ years of experience in data center development, industrial development, infrastructure development, land development, or mission-critical projects.
Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, consultant management, and development planning activities.
Strong understanding of infrastructure development, owner's budgeting, development scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction planning.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal, and construction.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
Runway is scaling its Enterprise revenue organization with leaders who know how to build and scale high-performance teams. And, who can operate a revenue machine while keeping customer value in mind - leading our industry-based revenue pods responsible for both net-new ACV, NRR, and Renewal.
This role is designed for the leader who wants to accelerate their CRO career trajectory. Someone who knows how to build and scale teams and leadership excellence from $100M to $500M+ organizations, operate in AI-native fluid environments, and have experience selling-to, expanding, and renewing with client operators from across a variety of ICPs (From operators in Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance, to technologists in AI, IT Infrastructure, and Security).
Runway is searching for leaders who enjoy the build - hiring top-performing AEs and frontline leaders to grow your teams for scale. You’re a leader-of-leaders who lead hybrid revenue pods of AEs + Engagement managers. We expect you to think like a CRO - every pod is effectively a P&L, expansion is as much your number as new logos, and any customer who signs needs to see value through consumption of the Runway platform.
If you have only ever inherited a running enterprise org, this is not the right fit. If you have built one, we'd like to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead an Enterprise segment of 3-4 frontline sales managers; each with 3-5 revenue pods beneath them with operating Enterprise Account Executives and Engagement Managers in each pod. At scale, this role leads 25 - 40 GTM teammates
- Own the segment's new ACV and NRR targets - both numbers, one owner, reviewed weekly with the CRO
- Engage personally with C-level executives on accounts, building business cases and navigating procurement, security review, legal through to production deployment
- Run the operating rhythm: forecasting to +/-5%, deal inspection, pipeline generation discipline, and account planning across a long-cycle book
- Ensure that each of your leaders engages their revenue pods (AE + Engagement manager) to drive license consumption and value output. The more we invest in our customer’s adoption, the more everyone wins.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales with 5+ years leading enterprise sales organizations with experience as a second-line leader
- A validated record of building - you have grown an enterprise segment past 25 sellers and beaten the number while doing it
- Personal history of closing and sponsoring $250k-$1M+ ACV deals with $1B+ revenue companies
- Experience running consumption or usage-based revenue models, where expansion is earned through customer value
- Fluency with modern AI - you use these tools daily, operate your team with them to drive productivity, you can demo Runway credibly to a CMO or CTO, and you have a defensible point of view on where generative media is going
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to reinforce value-orientation and deal progression with your teams
- A record of exceeding quota year-over-year
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Experience selling API and AI infrastructure solutions to CTO / CIOs
- Sold creative, media, or content technology to Fortune 500 marketing and studio organizations
- Built vertical pod or team structures with shared new ACV + NRR%/Renewal ownership
- Scaled a GTM org through the $100M to $500M+ revenue stage
COMPENSATION
OTE $400K - 475K (60/40 base to variable). Offers equity.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies ever experience, and talent is the surface where our biggest bets get won or lost. We're hiring a Program Manager to sit at the center of that motion, owning the mission-critical, cross-functional programs that shape how we plan, prioritize, and hire.
This is a uniquely visible seat, reserved for operators who thrive in ambiguity and have a track record of driving companywide initiatives to measurable outcomes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with recruiting leadership, executives, and cross-functional partners to architect the systems, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks that let the company move faster and with more clarity. When a complex, high-stakes program needs an owner, you're the person leadership turns to.
What You'll Do
- Own Perplexity's most consequential talent programs end-to-end, from ambiguous mandate to shipped outcome
- Partner directly with executives and recruiting leadership to turn strategy into programs with clear owners, milestones, and accountability
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership, aligning stakeholders and clearing blockers before they escalate
- Design the operating cadence of the org: planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, and executive updates that keep leadership decisive
- Build the systems, tooling, and workflows that let recruiting scale, automating the repetitive so human judgment goes to the highest-leverage work
- Stand up the metrics and dashboards that turn hiring data into faster, sharper decisions
- Anticipate risk on the highest-visibility programs, communicate crisply under pressure, and drive to resolution when priorities shift
- Set the bar for program excellence and codify repeatable playbooks the rest of the company can adopt
What You Bring
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of companywide, mission-critical initiatives
- Direct experience partnering with and presenting to executives on high-stakes, cross-functional work
- Track record of driving ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments
- Operational rigor. You build order out of chaos and design systems that outlast you
- Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to structure messy data into clear direction for leadership
- Sharp communication and stakeholder judgment, with the discretion to operate on sensitive, high-visibility work
- A builder's mindset and a bias for action, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what hasn't been built before
- Recruiting, talent, or People-org program experience is a plus, but we're optimizing for the best operators first

Experience building a team from the ground up (hiring key executives, organizational structure).
Background in digital banking/fintech in a senior management role (COO, startup CEO, Head of Digital Banking, Country Manager, etc.).
Understanding of technology: core banking systems, BaaS providers, payment infrastructure, mobile development (deep understanding of product and architecture, not necessarily hands-on technical expertise).
Fluent in French and English (French is critical for working with the regulator and hiring the local team).
Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to work in startup mode — from strategy to operational details.
Nice to Have
Personal network of contacts at ACPR/Banque de France or among licensing consultants.
Experience working with BaaS platforms or partner banks in France.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers (public sector, defence contractors).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of the UK’s most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how the UK leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.

The role focuses on orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.
This position combines client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure successful onboarding and execution of AI use cases, ranging from edge AI deployments to privacy-preserving inference systems. The Engagement Manager plays a central role in aligning client objectives with product capabilities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving implementations from initial scoping through production rollout.
Responsibilities
Client & Partner Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners during AI implementation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and structured execution.
Guide clients in translating business requirements into AI deployment strategies leveraging QVAC capabilities (local inference, delegated compute, privacy-preserving architectures).
Support Expansion team in shaping AI-related opportunities by providing input on feasibility, integration complexity, and delivery approach.
Identify opportunities to extend implementations across additional use cases, geographies, or Tether technologies.
Implementations Oversight
Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment.
Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual product capabilities, avoiding scope drift or mispositioning.
Track progress across multiple concurrent AI deployments, ensuring timely delivery and readiness for production environments.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap evolution.
Facilitate integration between client systems and QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
Work with legal and compliance teams where required, particularly in sensitive AI deployments involving data locality or privacy constraints.
Maintain structured communication flows across all stakeholders involved in the implementation lifecycle.
Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain governance frameworks including implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.
Produce executive-level updates summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Ensure documentation of implementation architectures, deployment patterns, and key learnings for reuse across future projects.
Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of technical or operational challenges.
Core Experience
5+ years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles within AI, data infrastructure, or complex technology environments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional implementations involving multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, external partners).
Strong ability to operate at the intersection of technical and business domains.
Technical Understanding
Familiarity with AI/ML deployment concepts, including model inference, edge/local AI, and distributed compute architectures.
Understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and system architecture patterns.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams while maintaining business-level clarity with clients.
Communication & Execution
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with enterprise or government entities.
Structured approach to project tracking, documentation, and governance.
Ability to manage ambiguity and operate in fast-evolving, early-stage environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with decentralized technologies, blockchain, or privacy-preserving systems.
Exposure to AI infrastructure tooling or MLOps workflows.
Experience in regulated industries or public sector projects.
Basic familiarity with programming or scripting environments (Python, APIs, CLI tools).
