How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Day In The Life

As a senior leader on the team, you will inherit an established portfolio and have the autonomy to shape the agency’s strategy across Local Search and AI Engine Optimization (AIEO). We are looking for a visionary strategist who is comfortable moving between high-level team mentorship and deep technical execution. If you are passionate about staying ahead of algorithm shifts and leveraging AI to drive measurable revenue growth for clients, this role offers the platform and resources to make a significant mark.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Own the overarching Local SEO and AIEO strategy, ensuring clients dominate both traditional Map Packs and emerging AI-driven search experiences like Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.
Team Management: Mentor and provide technical direction to a talented SEO team, setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining high quality-control standards.
Process Innovation: Develop and continually update agency SOPs covering technical SEO, content architecture, entity optimization, and automated workflows.
GBP Mastery: Manage and troubleshoot Google Business Profiles at scale, including complex cases involving suspensions, reinstatements, and multi-location optimization.
AI Integration: Research and implement AI-powered tools to improve research, analysis, and content workflows, distinguishing meaningful technical developments from industry hype.
Performance Reporting: Define meaningful KPIs that connect organic visibility and Google Business Profile engagement directly to client leads and revenue.
Client Collaboration: Act as a strategic lead on key accounts, presenting performance data and collaborating across departments (Paid Search, Dev, Content) to ensure holistic client success.
Requirements
At least 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a focus on local/multi-location search (7+ years required for Director-level consideration).
Must be based in North America and able to work North American time zones.
Local SEO Expertise: Deep knowledge of local ranking factors, including citations, NAP consistency, local link acquisition, and location page strategy.
AIEO Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of generative search, structured data, and topical authority within the context of AI-search experiences.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of technical SEO, including audits, crawlability, schema implementation, and site architecture.
Leadership Track Record: Experience managing SEO professionals or serving as the strategic lead across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Agency Background: Previous experience in an agency environment, specifically working with multi-location brands, home services, or medical clients.
Tool Proficiency: Substantial experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and local-specific tools like BrightLocal or Local Falcon.
Nice-to-Haves
Next.js Experience:
Technical familiarity with Next.js frameworks.
Dev Skills:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Platform Expertise:
Experience with WordPress builders like Elementor or Divi.
Benefits
💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement
💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals
Location: South Africa; Philippines; Colombia; Mexico; Argentina; Brazil

Our clients include high-growth startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, eCommerce brands, and venture-backed businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and AI.

remote marketing job
, this Senior Social Media Manager role offers strategic ownership, creative freedom, and long-term career growth.
Role Type:
Full-time Contract (Remote, UK Business Hours)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social ecosystem. This is not a role for a "scheduler" waiting for instructions; we need a proactive strategist and creator who can manage the presence of 12 internal group brands and a growing list of external clients. You will be the architect of our digital voice—deciding what to post, why it matters, and how to turn followers into a community. If you thrive on variety, consistency, and the challenge of managing multiple brand identities simultaneously, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the end-to-end social strategy for every account, including platform mix, cadence, and tone of voice.
Produce, schedule, and publish approximately 25 high-quality posts per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
Repurpose long-form content and recordings into platform-native assets that drive engagement.
Act as the brand’s voice by monitoring and responding to all comments and messages within 24 hours.
Manage online communities daily, including welcoming new members and sparking weekly discussions.
Deliver monthly performance reports for each account, providing data-backed commentary on reach, engagement, and growth.
Continuously audit performance to identify what is working and pivot strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience owning social media strategy, not just executing a pre-defined plan.
A strong track record of managing
multiple accounts
simultaneously (ideally in an agency environment).
Exceptional written English skills, capable of writing compelling copy and engaging in sophisticated community management.
Highly process-driven and reliable, with the ability to maintain a consistent output across various brands.
Comfortable working UK business hours and meeting strict weekly scheduling deadlines.
Experience in an agency setting managing diverse external client accounts.
Hands-on community management experience.
Client-facing confidence to present strategies and reports as the team expands.
Benefits
💰 Competitive contract compensation
🌎 Fully remote work environment
📈 Career growth opportunities within a scaling agency
🎯 Performance-based environment with clear success measures
🚀 High-impact role with creative autonomy
🗓️ Predictable, structured workflow and reporting rhythms
Location: South Africa; Pakistan; Philippines; Egypt; Ethiopia; Jamaica
About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
Job Type
Full-time (Remote, working full UK business hours)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing across a diverse portfolio of 12+ brands. This is the most visible role within the group, requiring a blend of technical platform mastery and confident client communication. You won’t just be clicking buttons; you will be the architect of multi-channel strategies, the expert builder of conversion tracking, and the primary point of contact for our clients. If you thrive on accountability, enjoy working across both Google and Meta, and pride yourself on being a "doer" rather than just a strategist, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management:
Build, restructure, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads.
Technical Implementation:
Set up and verify conversion tracking from scratch using Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and Conversion API (CAPI).
Account Architecture:
Design robust account structures, including precise match-type separation and bid strategy management.
Performance Reporting:
Produce monthly written reports with deep-dive commentary—explaining the "why" behind the data, not just the "what."
Client Leadership:
Lead client review calls, presenting results with transparency and confidence (even during challenging months).
Strategic Collaboration:
Brief internal design teams on creative/video needs and feed paid search insights to the SEO team to sharpen organic targeting.
Proactive Auditing:
Identify and flag underperforming accounts within 48 hours and implement fixes without needing to be prompted.
Requirements
Hands-on Expertise:
Proven experience in day-to-day Google Ads and Meta Ads management. We are looking for an execution expert, not a high-level agency overseer.
Tracking Proficiency:
Must be able to build conversion tracking and GTM setups from the ground up independently.
Communication:
Fluent spoken and written English with the ability to lead professional client meetings.
Schedule:
Full commitment to working UK business hours (GMT/BST) long-term.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable landing page recommendations to improve ROI.
Benefits
💰 Competitive salary based on experience
🌎 100% remote work environment
📈 Long-term stability within a growing group of companies
🚀 High-impact role with significant autonomy
🎯 Opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries and brands
