ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead the team of SDRs generating pipeline for our North American sales org. You'll own the day-to-day leadership of the team — coaching reps, aligning with AEs and sales leadership, holding a high bar on execution, hiring, and building the systems that make the team consistently productive.
Our market is new and evolves by the day, and our buyers are hyper-technical. Prospecting at Baseten means earning credibility with that audience, and coaching a team to do it at scale. The right person for this role is a coach and a builder — someone who gets energy from developing people, is obsessive about execution, and wants to define what world-class pipeline generation looks like when the product, the buyers, and the sales motion are all AI-native.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for opening doors with the next wave of Baseten customers.
- Own the team's pipeline generation targets and drive consistent execution against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Build and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and frameworks across a wide range of accounts, tuned to a technical audience.
- Run 1:1s, team meetings, training, and pipeline reviews that make reps measurably better week over week.
- Partner with AEs and sales managers on account strategy, lead quality, and handoff processes.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify what's working, diagnose what's not, and change it fast.
- Hire and onboard new SDRs as the team grows, raising the talent bar with each hire.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.
- Build with AI — test new tools, automate repetitive work, and make your team faster and sharper than a team twice its size.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years managing an SDR or BDR team at an enterprise-focused tech company, and 4+ years in tech overall.
- Direct experience as an SDR and/or AE — you've done the job you're coaching.
- Technical aptitude and real curiosity about AI infrastructure. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation about inference and want to get deeper.
- A track record of top performance and progression in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Strong coaching instincts — you'd rather be in the trenches on calls and messaging with your reps than managing by dashboard.
- Comfort with data and systems. You can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a coaching conversation or a process change.
- Hands-on with AI in your own workflow — you've built, adopted, or experimented your way to a faster prospecting motion, and you can show us.
- A builder's mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you're at your best in high-change, fast-moving environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work.
You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing.
You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered. You'll bring engineering-side rigor and platform thinking to finance problems, and work as part of a team modernizing how the whole company operates.
Most of your time will go to three things: making new product and pricing launches work end to end in the finance stack, running the platforms and data flows behind quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and driving the IT general controls (ITGC) program so controls are designed into systems up front rather than retrofitted after go-live.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Act as Finance's technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements across order capture, rating and billing, tax, revenue recognition, and downstream reporting, and defining what "revenue-ready" means before go/no-go: who owns each piece, what's actually done versus asserted, and which risks are still cheap to fix
- Broker the trade-off when a launch date and systems reality don't line up: a scoped manual workaround with an owner, a cost, and an expiration date, plus the path to the automated version. Then close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, where revenue landed, whether the new controls actually operate, and what must be true to do this again at 10x volume
- Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps for your finance systems programs, including ERP, billing and subscription management, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and the reporting layer on top. Run the working groups that deliver them across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security, with clear accountability and updates leadership can read in two minutes
- Run the operating rhythm: intake and prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and a small set of metrics that show whether the work is actually improving anything, and flag early when committed scope and capacity don't line up
- Map current-state processes and data lineage end to end and go after the breaks: reconciliation gaps, recurring manual journal entries, spreadsheets doing load-bearing work, competing sources of truth for the same metric. Partner with Data Engineering on the definitions and data contracts that let finance metrics tie cleanly to source systems, and hold the line when teams drift
- Drive ITGC workstreams across in-scope financial systems: logical access and segregation of duties, change management, SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, and data interfaces. Partner with Internal Audit on scoping and control design, with a named owner for every control
- Facilitate designing controls into new systems, systems changes, and launches before go-live with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Engineering, and serve as the systems-side point of contact for internal and external audit on ITGC walkthroughs and testing, translating between control language and engineering language, and driving deficiencies through root cause, named owners, evidence, and validation that the fix holds
- Build AI-assisted workflows that expand what the teams around you can cover, and hold them to real standards: a defined task, a way to evaluate output quality, explicit human review gates on anything touching financial reporting, and documentation so someone else can run it
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field, with substantial time on finance or revenue systems; public-company or IPO-track experience is a strong plus
- Working fluency in finance operations; you don't need to be an accountant, but you should hold your own on quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and know why revenue recognition is not the same as billing
- Hands-on ITGC program experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge. You understand how ITGC reliance determines what auditors will accept from automated controls and system-generated reports, can tell a key control from a non-key one, know where ITACs fit alongside ITGCs, and have been through remediation and audit cycles rather than only reading about them
- AI-native operating mindset; this is a core requirement for this role. You already use AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages, and you share the patterns so others work differently because of what you built
- A track record of independently delivering technical programs end to end, ideally transformation work such as system modernization, a large-scale migration, or an ERP or billing platform implementation, and turning messy or incomplete inputs into a concrete plan with owners and dates; you're pulled into problems before they're scoped and you're as useful advising a controller on process design as an engineering lead on sequencing
- Working understanding of data lifecycle and analytics tooling, and real experience running change management for business systems, not just launching them
- Influence without authority and a bias toward closure. You have no direct reports, so you work through credibility and clear reasoning, knowing when to push and when to escalate; you chase ambiguous items to a decision, will reopen the uncomfortable question a week before launch, and communicate clearly with Director/VP+ stakeholders, including when the news is bad
NICE TO HAVES:
- Hands-on experience working in enterprise billing, ERP, and revenue systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or comparable tools, with an understanding of how orders, invoices, and revenue data flow between them
- Experience supporting an IPO readiness or first-year SOX program, including standing up ITGCs from scratch
- CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification, or equivalent time embedded on an IT audit team
- Experience building internal tooling or agents on a workspace platform rather than only configuring vendor systems
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $133,000 - $223,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with our CEO across our suite of trading APIs and new product initiatives. This is a hands-on IC role on a lean product team. You'll be deep in the data, close to customers, and working alongside engineers from concept through to launch.
This suits a strategic operator with a founder mentality. You take ownership, default to action, and drive things end to end without waiting for explicit instructions. When the data is incomplete, you form a thesis and validate it with prototypes, fast experiments, and tight iterations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy and roadmap for your product area - an existing set of our trading APIs or a net-new initiative
- Form your product ideas and decisions from three independent sources, not one:
- What customers tell you. Have regular check-ins with them, analyze their metrics, understand their pain points and what they're building next
- What customers can’t tell you. Dig into onchain and internal data to spot gaps in our performance, shifts in the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- What you see yourself. You're plugged into DeFi and active in trading communities. You know firsthand what works and what doesn't
- Be a true partner to our engineering leads - reason through hard problems with them, weigh the tradeoffs, and decide what's worth building
- Partner with GTM on positioning and driving adoption
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership to help shape product direction
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years in product, or the equivalent as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into building
- Shipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue
- Data-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar
- Technically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demands
- DeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation. You're the user you're building for
- Expert AI user - you run agents, automate your workflows, and build tooling that multiplies your output
- You exhibit our core values: https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-valuesdo the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
NICE TO HAVE
- Founded a company or was an early builder at a technology startup - taking a product from zero to one
- CS background, or an ex-engineer who moved into product
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $170,000 - $270,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave

This includes not making such decisions based on the status itself, as well as any associations, perceptions, and assumptions made regarding these statuses. 0x will also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in a way that is consistent with San Francisco’s Fair Chance Ordinance and similar local laws. ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Leader owns the health, direction, and performance of the Technical Account Management function. Where an individual TAM is the primary technical partner for their own portfolio of accounts, the TAM Leader is accountable for the entire TAM book — every account covered by the team, every partner relationship with a technical dimension, and the people who deliver against them.
The TAM Leader is both a player and a coach: they carry direct accountability for coverage decisions, escalation outcomes, and cross-functional alignment, while spending the majority of their time developing the individual TAMs so the team's proactive, relationship-first approach scales without becoming a response channel.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
The TAM Leader hires, coaches, and grows the TAM team so each member operates as a credible, proactive technical partner to their accounts. This includes:
- Hiring and onboarding new TAMs, including running them through the TAM Path ramp
- Running regular 1:1s, setting individual development plans, and giving direct feedback on account plans, QBRs, and escalation handling
- Building and maintaining repeatable playbooks (upgrade runbooks, optimization playbooks, escalation patterns) so quality doesn't depend on tenure
- Setting and holding the team to a consistent bar for technical depth, proactivity, and communication
PORTFOLIO & COVERAGE OWNERSHIP
The TAM Leader owns the coverage model for the entire function — deciding, tracking, and refreshing who is assigned where, and closing gaps as they surface. This includes the two account universes the role is accountable for:
- Named accounts — the full book currently ~$33.1M ARR across 120 accounts split across the team, capped at 20 accounts per TAM
- Partner-mapped accounts — every partner with a named Technical Account Manager spanning Strategic AI, Growth, and Other tiers
- Running the quarterly review/refresh of assigned accounts, rebalancing books as ARR and strategic relationships shift
- Resolving open coverage gaps (e.g. regions or account types with no TAM alignment) and deciding when a controlled exception, a new hire, or a change in tier definition is the right fix
- Approving leadership-discretion assignments and cap exceptions, and making the trim/reassign calls when an account is dropped for capacity
CUSTOMER TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures every assigned account — named or partner-mapped — has a clear, accountable technical owner. They spot-check account documentation, architecture understanding, and risk tracking across the book, and step in directly on the most strategic or highest-risk accounts.
ONBOARDING AND ADOPTION (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures the team consistently shortens time to value for new accounts by:
- Auditing that architecture and deployment validation is happening post-sale, not skipped
- Coaching TAMs on configuration guidance and best-practice delivery
- Tracking early success milestones across the portfolio, not just account by account
PROACTIVE TECHNICAL GUIDANCE (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures environment reviews and risk/optimization surfacing happen on a regular cadence across the whole book, covering scalability, reliability, security, and lifecycle planning — and holds the team accountable when reviews lapse.
ISSUE MANAGEMENT AND ESCALATION
The TAM Leader is the escalation layer above the individual TAM — brought in on complex, high-impact, or multi-stakeholder issues rather than replacing the TAM as primary contact. This includes:
- Coordinating across support, engineering, and success during major incidents
- Owning execution of the Named Account Escalation SLA sequence when it's triggered
- Ensuring root cause analysis and preventative action actually close out, not just the immediate fire
- Isolating TAMs from technical repair work so they can stay focused on the relationship while the right team handles the fix
STRATEGIC TECHNICAL PLANNING (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures account plans across the book stay aligned to customer roadmaps, and personally engages on capacity, architecture, or growth planning for the largest or most strategic accounts and partners.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
ENGINEERING AND PRODUCT
The TAM Leader represents the aggregated voice of the customer — patterns across accounts, not just one-off feedback — to engineering and product, and prioritizes which recurring pain points or gaps get pushed for a fix versus handled as one-offs.
SUPPORT
The TAM Leader maintains the operating agreement between TAM and Support (TAMs are not frontline support) and is the point of escalation when that boundary needs adjudicating on a specific account.
SALES AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS
The TAM Leader partners with Sales and Success leadership on account health and retention at the portfolio level — surfacing which accounts or partners are trending at risk, and where TAM coverage itself needs to change to protect NRR.
PARTNERSHIPS
Because the TAM Leader owns the Technical Account Manager assignments inside the Partner Mappings, they work directly with each partner's Account Quarterback, Partner Manager, and Solutions Architect to make sure the technical relationship keeps pace with partner stage (Prospecting through Scaling) and tier (Strategic AI, Growth, Other) — while staying out of commercial terms, which live with the Partner Manager.
SUCCESS METRICS
Common indicators of TAM Leader effectiveness include:
- Coverage: % of the $33.1M+ named-account book and partner-mapped accounts with an assigned, active TAM
- Team health: ramp time to productivity for new TAMs, retention of the TAM team itself
- Customer adoption and usage depth across the book
- Reduction in critical incidents and time to resolution for escalated issues, portfolio-wide
- Customer satisfaction and retention (NRR) across named and partner-mapped accounts
- Consistency: QBR completion rate and account plan quality across the team, not just top performers
TOOLS USED BY THE TAM TEAM
This section documents the tools and systems used by the Technical Account Management team. It is intended to be kept up to date as tooling evolves.
- Admin Studio
- Grafana
- Hex
- pgAdmin
- HubSpot (account ARR, tier, and health data)
- Notion — Draft TAM Accounts doc and Partner Mappings database
SCOPE OF COVERAGE
The TAM Leader is accountable for the full combined book the function covers, not a single portfolio:
1. Named accounts — every account already assigned to one of the individual TAMs, plus resolution of open decisions such as the current APAC coverage gap
2. Partner-mapped accounts — ensuring every partner that warrants a technical relationship has a named TAM against it, and that the mapping stays current as partners move through Stage and Tier
ACCOUNT MAPPING
TAM Standard (Pooled)
1. Spend — For customers at $100K ARR, access to pooled TAM resources for a set (time TBD) hours per month
2. Pooled TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase pooled access to the TAM team (requires Enterprise Support SKU)
3. Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs
TAM Premium (Dedicated)
1. Spend — For customers at $250K ARR, access to a dedicated TAM resource for a set (time TBD) hours per month
2. Dedicated TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase an assigned TAM (requires Enterprise Support SKU)
3. Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs
The TAM Leader owns tier decisions, the quarterly refresh of this mapping, and any leadership-discretion exceptions.
WHAT TAM LEADERS DO NOT DO
To keep the function focused and scaling, the TAM Leader does not:
- Replace the individual TAM as an account's day-to-day technical relationship owner — accounts scale by layering support on, not by handing off
- Perform day-to-day operational work for customers
- Own or negotiate commercial terms for either named accounts or partner deals — that stays with the AE or Partner Manager
- Act as professional services for custom implementations
- Manage frontline support case queues
IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
A world-class Technical Account Manager Leader at Supabase has done the individual TAM job well and now wants to multiply it across a team.
- Technical depth — Same bar as an individual TAM: can go deep on database internals, scalability, security posture, and infrastructure tradeoffs, and can still credibly work a strategic account directly when needed
- People leadership — Has hired, coached, and grown a technical team before; gives direct, specific feedback and knows how to develop someone from good to great
- Portfolio-level judgment — Can look across 100+ accounts and a partner book and tell where coverage is thin, where an account should move tiers, and where to spend leadership discretion
- Escalation command — Comfortable being the senior voice in a high-severity, multi-stakeholder incident, coordinating support, engineering, and success without adding noise
- Cross-functional influence at altitude — Represents patterns across the whole book to engineering, product, sales, and partnerships leadership — not just one account's feedback
- Communication clarity — Can brief an executive on portfolio health and coach a TAM through a root cause analysis in the same day
- Retention and expansion awareness — Understands that TAM Leader performance shows up in aggregate NRR across the book; proactively rebalances coverage toward the accounts and partners most at risk
- Experience — Background in engineering, SRE, or technical consulting, plus a track record of leading a technical customer-facing team
SUMMARY
The Technical Account Manager Leader exists to make sure every account and partner relationship the TAM function is accountable for — the full Draft TAM Accounts book and the entire Partner Mappings coverage — has a technical owner, and that the team delivering against it keeps getting better.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the laptops and handsets every Anthropic employee works on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and every piece of configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the mobile side of the fleet is BYOD. This role exists to change that. You will design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program (managed company phones and managed Apple accounts) in every region Anthropic operates in, and take it from early design to production.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what a corporate mobile program looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Design the corporate-issued mobile device program: device standards, what we issue to whom, and how the program grows from a first region to everywhere Anthropic operates
Own the global logistics of issuing hardware: procurement partners, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles
Bring mobile configuration into the team’s config-as-code pipeline so mobile policies are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero-touch enrollment: Apple Business Manager and ADE with managed Apple accounts on iOS, the zero-touch equivalent on Android, so a new phone works the first time without hands-on setup
Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet, from issue to wipe
Build telemetry on the corporate fleet: which devices are checking in, OS and patch state, drift between reported and actual state
Own managed app distribution for mobile, from app approval through update rollout
Partner with Corporate Security on device posture, device trust signals, and travel devices for international trips
Decide how corporate-issued and BYOD coexist, and own that boundary as the program rolls out
You may be a good fit if you
Have owned a global or multi-region mobile device program end to end, with 8+ years managing corporate fleets at thousands-of-devices scale
Go deep on iOS device management: enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager and ADE, APNs and certificate lifecycle, declarative device management
Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet
Treat device configuration as code and have moved past clicking in consoles
Have run the infrastructure under an MDM, not just administered a SaaS console: a self-hosted MDM server, AWS, Terraform, and configuration that ships as code
Have built or launched a corporate device program, not just operated one, and can decide how it coexists with BYOD
Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once
Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience
View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor
Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow
Strong candidates may also
Have managed ChromeOS devices alongside a mobile fleet
Have run a device program across multiple regions and dealt with the logistics that come with it
Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry
Bring proficiency in Swift for building device tooling
Have used LLMs to automate operational work, or are excited to make Claude a teammate
Technical Skills
Python and shell scripting
iOS and Android platform internals (depth on iOS, working knowledge of Android)
Modern MDM or UEM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent)
Running the infrastructure under an MDM (self-hosted servers, AWS GCP, Terraform)
Querying live device state at fleet scale
Mobile device lifecycle automation (enrollment, policy, patching, app distribution)
GitOps and CI for configuration management
Endpoint security fundamentals

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As the Head of National Security Sales (DoW/IC) at Anthropic, you'll lead and scale our national security sales organization to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. You'll leverage your deep understanding of defense and intelligence missions and proven sales leadership expertise to build a high-performing team while establishing strategic relationships with key defense and intelligence organizations. Working closely with GTM, product, policy, engineering and marketing teams, you'll define and execute our go-to-market strategy for the DoW and IC while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the DoW (including the military services, combatant commands, OSW, and defense agencies) and the IC, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, and revenue forecasting
Anchor the team's work in mission impact: prioritize opportunities where safe, frontier AI materially changes how commands and agencies plan, analyze, and operate, and measure success by outcomes delivered to those who serve
Own overall national security revenue targets and ensure team performance against quotas, while providing visibility into pipeline health and deal progression
Win new business across the DoW and IC by helping commands, components, and agencies integrate AI into their technology stacks and mission workflows to accelerate delivery and mission outcomes
Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks specific to DoW and IC procurement, including FAR/DFARS compliance, classified and unclassified contracting pathways, and agency-specific security and accreditation requirements
Build and manage strategic relationships with cloud service providers, systems integrators, and Defense Industrial Base partners to create scalable go-to-market motions across classified and unclassified environments
Synthesize market feedback and customer insights to inform product roadmap and competitive strategy, working closely with product and marketing teams
Partner with legal, compliance, security, and delivery teams to ensure successful contract execution and customer satisfaction
Maintain visibility and relationships with senior military, civilian, and IC leadership while empowering your team to own day-to-day customer relationships
Implement metrics, reporting, and performance management systems to drive team accountability and continuous improvement
Represent Anthropic at industry events and with key stakeholders, establishing our brand as the trusted AI partner for the national security community
Minimum qualifications
15+ years of enterprise sales experience with 5+ years managing sales teams selling into the DoW and/or IC, with a proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing organizations
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage senior military, civilian, and leadership relationships across the DoW and IC—with an existing network of contacts across the national security community strongly preferred
Deep understanding of DoW and IC missions, organizational structures, modernization initiatives, and technology adoption patterns across multiple services, commands, and agencies
Active security clearance (TS/SCI required) with ability to discuss capabilities in classified environments
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent while creating a culture of performance and accountability
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies in the national security space
Extensive experience with defense and intelligence contracting vehicles, procurement mechanisms (including OTAs and IDIQs), and compliance and accreditation requirements such as FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, and DoW Impact Levels
Strong track record of consistently exceeding team revenue targets and building predictable, scalable sales motions
Proven ability to build and manage strategic channel partnerships and ecosystem relationships, including cloud providers, systems integrators, and Defense Industrial Base primes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, from technical teams to senior military, civilian, and IC leadership
Experience implementing sales methodologies, CRM systems, and performance management processes
A passion for safe and ethical AI development, with the ability to articulate its importance in national security contexts and build trust with DoW and IC stakeholders

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for product engineers to build internal products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and design—you'll own outcomes, not just tasks. You'll work directly with users to understand their needs, identify the patterns behind their requests, and build the right abstractions that unlock capabilities for everyone.
What you'll do:
Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify the highest-impact opportunities
Spot patterns across user requests and reduce them into primitives, platforms, or middleware that support a variety of use cases—not just one-off features
Build tools that maximize autonomy and creative freedom for less-technical users
Make product and prioritization decisions, not just execute on specs handed to you
Iterate quickly based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience
Pick up new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack
Can operate as a team of one when needed—you're independently capable of taking a product from idea to shipped, even if you won't always work that way
Think in systems and abstractions—you see the platform behind the feature request
Care about empowering users, not just building for them
Own outcomes, not just code—you care whether the thing you built actually solved the problem
Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and operating with ambiguity
Hold yourself to a high bar without needing external pressure
Strong candidates will have:
Proficiency across the stack (we use Python, TypeScript, React)
Experience building platforms, primitives, or internal tools that others build on top of
A track record of shipping products independently—not just contributing to larger efforts
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced IP Counsel to help protect some of the world's fastest-growing technology brands. In this role, you will share ownership of Anthropic's global trademarks and domains practice, spanning clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement, partnering closely with other members of our IP team, outside counsel, and business teams.
Anthropic's brands are among its most valuable assets, and you will help protect them at the pace the AI industry moves. This is a hands-on role for an attorney with deep trademark expertise who wants their work to matter and who is aligned with Anthropic's mission of responsible AI development.
Key responsibilities
Run trademark clearance for new model, product, and feature names, delivering clear, risk-rated recommendations that let teams move quickly and confidently
Manage global trademark prosecution and portfolio strategy in coordination with outside counsel, including filing strategy, office actions, and portfolio maintenance across many jurisdictions
Lead trademark and domain enforcement end to end: assess potential infringements, select the right enforcement mechanism, work with outside counsel as necessary, and drive matters to resolution
Help oversee our online brand protection program, working with our external vendor and IP Legal Specialist to action infringements and impersonations at scale
Manage domain portfolio strategy, including acquisitions, disputes, and recovery
Respond to inbound trademark demands and support trademark-related litigation
Counsel marketing, product, and go-to-market teams on brand usage and naming, translating IP risk into practical guidance
Build the playbooks and processes that let a lean team run a world-class global brand protection practice
Minimum qualifications
Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
Have substantial trademark and domain practice experience spanning clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement
Have current, hands-on experience: running clearances, shape filing strategies, and make enforcement calls yourself
Have managed global trademark and domain portfolios, including UDRP proceedings and online enforcement
Exercise sound judgment about which matters to pursue, and can explain that reasoning clearly to lawyers and non-lawyers alike
Work collaboratively with legal colleagues, outside counsel, and business partners, and are motivated by the work itself
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of trademark and domain practice
Prior in-house experience at a technology company, with a track record of partnering with business teams to enable speed in a risk-adjusted way
Experience protecting brands in AI or other rapidly evolving technology fields
Experience building or scaling high-volume enforcement and takedown programs
Experience navigating brand disputes with commercial, community, or publicity dimensions

Familiarity with modern data and ML ecosystems such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, Spark, feature stores, MLOps tools, model monitoring, APIs, and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing product teams.
