Proven ability to work across teams and with internal or external customers to solve technical problems while maintaining service commitments and clear communication.
GitLab Platform Proficiency:
Comfortable using GitLab as a daily tool for infrastructure automation, collaboration, and operational workflows.
About the team
GitLab’s Dedicated team, where the SRE Environment Automation role sits, is on a mission to deliver a fully managed, single-tenant GitLab experience through the GitLab Dedicated platform. Our goal is to eliminate manual operations across the entire lifecycle of customer environments, including provisioning, upgrades, security, and monitoring, so customers can focus on unlocking the full potential of The One DevOps Platform without managing the underlying infrastructure. We build scalable, automated systems that ensure each GitLab Dedicated instance is secure, consistent, and production-ready—whether we're managing 10 environments or hundreds.

WHY BACKEND ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Langfuse ingests terabytes of AI tracing data per day. When a Fortune 50 company instruments their application with Langfuse, they hit the infrastructure you built. Everything you ship is open source and immediately visible.
The core of your role is making Langfuse fast and affordable at scale: owning the ingestion pipeline, optimizing ClickHouse data models and queries so dashboards load instantly, and building the backend abstractions that let product engineers ship data-heavy features without reinventing the plumbing each time.
You will also make sure Langfuse runs everywhere. You’ll operate Langfuse Cloud across multiple production environments, and make self-hosting effortless. You will support a single Docker Compose setup to enterprise-grade Helm chart deployment.
You won’t be solving these problems alone. Langfuse is now part of ClickHouse, which means the people who built the database you’re optimizing are one channel away. Few backend roles give you that kind of access to the internals of your core datastore.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own and optimize our ingestion pipeline: Langfuse ingests massive volumes of tracing data through a pipeline that flows from our API to ClickHouse. You'll work on throughput, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency at every stage of this pipeline.
- Make ClickHouse fast: our tracing data lives in ClickHouse. You'll design schemas, optimize merge strategies, tune batch inserts, write and review analytical queries that power dashboards and the UI. You'll become an expert on ClickHouse internals — and you'll have the ClickHouse database engineering team one channel away.
- Build new infrastructure-heavy features: things like LLM-as-a-Judge (where we post-process large volumes of ingested data asynchronously), alerting at scale, client-code execution, or batch dataset operations. Build the foundation and, if you like, dip your toes into the frontend for those.
- Test with real data in production: when evaluating a new ClickHouse schema, migration, or query optimization, you'll run load tests against production data to validate that changes actually improve things. We don't guess at performance. We prototype new table designs, run them in parallel on real traffic, and compare before committing.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in London, UK. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

You will be responsible for the full audit lifecycle, from risk assessment and planning through fieldwork, reporting, and remediation monitoring.
You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, risk and compliance teams, external auditors, and regulators to provide independent assurance over the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls. The successful candidate will have broad audit experience within financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, or another highly regulated industry, together with a strong understanding of the risks associated with digital assets and blockchain technology. Ensure engagements are completed in accordance with professional standards and internal audit methodology, with conclusions supported by sufficient and appropriate evidence.
Evaluate business processes and the design and operating effectiveness of key controls, identifying root causes, control gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Prepare clear, concise, and commercially relevant audit reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders.
Work with control owners to develop practical corrective actions and monitor remediation to ensure that identified issues are addressed effectively and on time.
Apply data analytics and other technology-enabled techniques to improve audit coverage, efficiency, and insight.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends affecting cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial services businesses across APAC.
Support regulatory examinations, external audits, and related information requests to ensure they are handled accurately and efficiently.
Contribute to the continued development of the Internal Audit function, including its methodology, risk assessment processes, reporting, and use of technology.

Broad audit experience across areas such as financial crime compliance, risk management, outsourcing and third-party risk, corporate governance, product, operations, and finance.
Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, the IIA’s Global Internal Audit Standards, risk assessment practices, and internal control frameworks, with the ability to identify control weaknesses and develop practical, risk-based recommendations.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions and cryptocurrency businesses across APAC. Experience auditing regulated entities in Singapore and/or Australia is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex matters clearly, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across cultures and jurisdictions.
Sound judgement, integrity, and a strong risk-and-control mindset, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
