Location: Australia
Workplace: Remote
Role highlights:
- Business Development Manager
- Location: Any Australian state capital city, Canberra preferred
- Department: Data Sales
- Reports to: Data Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Remote first, frequent travel expected
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between ICEYE’s world-leading ISR satellite capability and the people who use space-based geospatial intelligence at the sharp end of Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) defence and national security. You will open doors, build credibility, and ensure the ANZ’s most important intelligence users understand what makes ICEYE genuinely different.
ICEYE is not the traditional defence prime. ICEYE is a different proposition entirely. We are one of the world’s fastest-growing space companies, and we are only at the beginning of what we intend to build in the ANZ region – not only in defence and intelligence, but across a range of industry verticals where geospatial intelligence is a critical need.
From day one, you'll own the full sales cycle for Data Sales business clients — identifying opportunities, shaping deals, and closing multi-year contracts — with the autonomy to move at pace and build the strategic relationships that expand ICEYE's presence across the ANZ market.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation, we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system as both a data and managed service business.
ICEYE serves customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, mining, maritime and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
ICEYE is expanding both satellite technological capabilities and its advanced data processing product suite, and over time the range and breadth of data products will increase. This is a learning role that will span a range of industries and use cases.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1200 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Report to the ANZ Data Sales team
- Build and maintain a trusted network of Intelligence and GEOINT practitioners across ANZ defence, intelligence and other industries: attending user engagements, demonstrations, and briefings to represent ICEYE credibly at the working level and stay close to user needs, priorities, and procurement timelines.
- Advise internal ICEYE teams (Missions, Data and Solutions) on how ANZ military and intelligence users consume intelligence imagery, what tradecraft matters, and how to frame ICEYE’s products in language that resonates with analysts and collection managers.
- Identify key decision-influencers across ANZ target organisations, and plan, host, and lead ICEYE engagements, from technical demonstrations to senior roundtables, to build trust and advance ICEYE’s standing.
- Participate as needed in ANZ military exercises that incorporate ICEYE capability, representing ICEYE at the operational level and capturing lessons that feed back into product and service development.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide clear market intelligence to support business planning and decision-making.
- Produce responses to RFPs, proposals, inbound enquiries, assist with promotional material and attend relevant industry events.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- An established personal network within the ANZ geospatial community at the working and mid-senior level (people who will take your call)
- 5+ years of strategic sales or enterprise business development experience in the aerospace, defence, space, ISR, earth observation, or related government technology sector.
- Proven experience selling to ANZ government, defence, or public sector organisations, with an existing network you can activate from day one
- Strong understanding of earth observation, ISR, or satellite-based capabilities, ideally including SAR.
- Proven ability to run complex sales cycles, including lead qualification, opportunity development, capture planning, stakeholder mapping, and deal closure.
- Willingness to travel as required, primarily across the ANZ region and to Europe.
Nice to haves:
- Currently serving as a reservist, or recently transitioned from active duty within the last five years.
- Familiarity with SAR (and other ISR) geospatial satellite products, or experience working with commercial SAR (and other ISR) providers.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley, or a similar methodology
- Holds current ANZ Defence Security Clearance

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral builds AI systems that enterprises run on their own terms, in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. The Solution organization turns customers' hardest problems into AI they own, run, and scale on Mistral. It is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company: 650 people by end of 2026, across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers worldwide.
The Solution organization includes Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied Scientists. They work with enterprise customers from pre-sales through implementation and deliver AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes.
Solution Operations is the function that makes this scale. It runs staffing and capacity planning across regions, the go-to-market motion by industry vertical and capability, delivery processes and tooling, the data behind our decisions, and value and customer-success measurement, with hubs in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
We are hiring a Head of Solution Operations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO or a former Forward Deployed Engineer with years of experience. This is a build-the-1-to-10 role: you will take a young, fast-growing function and turn it into the operating system that lets Solution scale from hundreds to thousands of people without losing what makes it work. You will lead a team of program leads and regional operators across three continents, and work as a business partner to Solutions leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the Solution operating system end to end. One process from pre-sales to post-sales, a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities, the Solution tooling stack, and safety, security, and compliance built into how the team works.
- Industrialize what already works. Turn delivery and vertical playbooks, staffing frameworks, and the value and ROI methodology into reusable assets the whole team runs on, and drive their adoption in every geography.
- Build the global operating model. Keep core operations centralized while ensuring real adoption and the right local adaptation across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, with full-stack regional operators on the ground.
- Staff demanding customer engagements. Own capacity planning and forecasting, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, utilization, and bench health across all geographies.
- Make customer success measurable. Stand up delivery-outcome measurement and customer-satisfaction systems, and run the feedback loop that turns field learnings into product requirements and reusable IP.
- Make AI-native operations the default. Build internal tools, agents, and automations that remove manual work from planning, staffing, reporting, and delivery follow-ups, starting with your own team.
- Lead and grow the team. Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators, raise the technical bar of the function, and build the hiring plan for its next phase.
- Partner across functions. Work daily with Solution leadership, regional Sales leadership, Product and Engineering, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition, and bring executive judgment on where to invest, slow down, or say no.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTION
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship.
- The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards.
- We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
ABOUT YOU
Whatever your path, you bring:
- Extensive leadership experience, with demonstrated impact building and leading teams or functions in a fast-scaling environment.
- A track record of industrializing something handcrafted but working: processes, systems, and teams that scaled an order of magnitude without losing what made them work.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You are hands-on and biased toward action.
- Data-driven and AI-fluent: you build the internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows you rely on.
- Global operating range: you work naturally across geographies and cultures, with the executive presence to hold a room with C-level stakeholders and the credibility to challenge senior leaders.
- Stakeholder management: you align competing priorities and drive decisions without formal authority.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
IDEALLY
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery, or top-tier strategy consulting on complex technical transformations.
- Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native operations: automating workflows with LLMs and agents rather than prompting a chatbot.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Role highlights:
- Title: Satellite Systems Senior Technician
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Head of MAITE Spain
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Satellite Systems Senior Technician, you play a vital role in bringing every satellite that reaches our Valencia production line to operational readiness. You will own the first power-on, initial software and firmware loading, and end-to-end systems verification of fully integrated SAR satellites, running automated functional, power, and bus test campaigns, diagnosing issues at the boundary between software, firmware, and electronics hardware, and ensuring configuration control on final activities. Your work lets test campaigns run independently on the line, without pulling engineers away from other teams.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Execute initial satellite power-on, firmware flashing, and subsystem communication verifications.
- Run, debug, and execute automated functional, power, and bus test scripts using Python, Shell, and Linux environments.
- Work with Git repositories to manage test code, track updates, and verify software builds.
- Operate mechanical and electrical ground support equipment (GSE), and troubleshoot electronic hardware, power distribution, and digital interface issues using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters).
- Diagnose whether an anomaly is a test setup issue or a genuine unit fault, and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) in Jira.
- Maintain detailed test logs and accurate documentation, and ensure configuration control on final activities.
- Assist in managing activities related to satellite launch campaigns.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - procedures, processes, tools, test automation, and 6S.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, and communicate proactively with team members and supervisors regarding any challenges or obstacles.
- Work closely with the RF Senior Technician, AIT Engineering, and Quality, ensuring clear communication so that satellite build-phase deadlines and technical specifications are met.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Relevant university degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Space Studies, Applied Physics, Electronics, or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related role.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience setting up, debugging, and running real test benches and satellite systems or interfaces, not just executing someone else’s scripts.
- Proficient in a Linux environment, comfortable modifying and debugging Python scripts, and working with Git.
- Systems thinking across avionics, power, and software, enough to tell a test setup fault from a genuine unit fault.
- Experience using lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent communication skills, with particular attention to detail in procedures, preparation, and execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to haves:
- ICEYE-specific test frameworks, satellite bus specifics, Jira and MES flow, and launch campaign procedures.
- Space or satellite AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) background.
- Experience with environmental testing (e.g. vibration/shaker rigs, thermal testing).
- Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence).
- Lean & Six Sigma experience.
Application Process
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge
- Final Interview

As Head of Financial Crime Product, you will set the strategy and own the roadmap for the products behind our financial crime controls, from onboarding and screening to monitoring and case management. You will lead a team of Product Owners and work closely with Operations, Compliance and Engineering to decide what gets built, why, and how well it performs once live.
This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the VP, Financial Crime.
Responsabilities
Strategy and roadmap.
Set the financial crime product strategy. Build financial crime controls, own the product roadmap, agree delivery priorities and capacity with Engineering, and be responsible for the outcomes.
Leadership.
Lead and develop Financial Crime Product Owners. Establish clear ownership of product areas and help the team make sound decisions through research, data analysis and a close understanding of operational work.
Prioritisation.
Prioritise improvements with Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Examine the underlying problem, assess alternative solutions and make trade-offs explicit when risk, customer impact and delivery effort point to different choices.
Control design.
Translate control requirements into product designs and acceptance criteria with the relevant control owners. Work with Engineering on feasibility and delivery, maintaining a clear distinction between product decisions and technical implementation.
Customer journey.
Improve how financial crime capabilities connect across the customer journey. Address gaps in data quality, case information and handovers so customers avoid unnecessary repetition and operational teams can make well-informed decisions.
Build or buy.
Assess opportunities to build or buy capabilities with Engineering and relevant partner teams. Evaluate functionality, integration needs and ongoing costs, and set clear expectations for the performance of external products.
Automation and AI.
Lead product discovery and delivery for automation and AI applications. Agree evaluation methods, acceptance criteria and human oversight with the appropriate owners, and assess performance after deployment.
New products and markets.
Prepare capabilities for new products and markets with Operations, Compliance and local leaders. Make dependencies and readiness gaps visible, and coordinate releases, training and adoption with the teams who will use them.
Performance after launch.
Measure product performance after launch using control results, operational evidence and customer experience. Use findings to improve the roadmap and address features that create additional effort or fail to deliver their intended benefit.
Requirements
Significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech or compliance technology, including leading other product managers or product owners.
Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and case management.
Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions, such as the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the EU AML Directives and their equivalents in Australia, the UAE and the Bahamas, and how they translate into product requirements.
A track record of owning a roadmap and delivering with Engineering, writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and keeping product decisions separate from technical design.
Experience making build-or-buy decisions and managing third-party vendors, including integration, cost and performance expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering automation or machine learning in a regulated setting, with defined evaluation methods, human oversight and post-deployment monitoring.
Comfort using data to find problems and measure results, for example alert volumes, false positive rates, case handling times and customer drop-off.
Clear communication with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Operations and Engineering, and the judgement to make trade-offs between risk, customer impact and delivery effort visible.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms, payments or digital banking.
Familiarity with financial crime vendors and tools for screening, identity verification, transaction monitoring or case management.
Experience launching products or entering new markets under different regulators.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHY WE NEED YOU
Mo’s scope is expanding fast: inside Alan (a new Clinic, new capabilities), across the countries we operate in, and at the interfaces with many other Alan experiences. To get this expansion right, and to keep ownership distributed within the team, we’re looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of that complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll own end-to-end one slice of Mo’s product scope. Depending on your profile, it could be:
- 🩺 Mo for reactive care. Build all the integrations between Mo, our Clinic and the healthcare system, and shape how our medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
- 🛡️ Mo for insurance. Make Mo the main interface between members and Alan, building on our Support AI agents, across channels and countries.
- 🌍 Mo global. Adapt Mo to new countries and find the right operating model for each (medical reviews, safety, local features).
- ➕ Mo as a platform. Make Mo the companion other teams build upon, so our domain experts can ship their own experiences through it.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product Builders with around 5+ years of experience who want to build state-of-the-art AI products and apply them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
- You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
- You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
- You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
- You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails)
- Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus
