An overview of this role
As Director of Regional Sales for GitLab's National Security Group (NSG), you'll lead a field-based team of Account Executives driving new and expansion revenue across US federal NSG departments. You'll coach and grow the team, spend time with key accounts, and lead large-deal strategy and executive negotiations. Your work will help agencies adopt GitLab's development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform through complex federal procurement processes.
You'll partner with senior leadership, Renewals, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align our sales approach with agency needs. This includes shaping offerings authorized under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), bringing field feedback into the roadmap, and building long-term growth within large agencies. You'll travel as needed for customer meetings and team engagements.
What you'll do
Recruit, hire, lead, and coach Account Executives covering NSG departments to achieve regional revenue and growth targets while building an accountable, inclusive team.
Lead new business and expansion strategy, generating and progressing pipeline across priority accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Own regional forecasting, opportunity data quality, and deal reviews. Use MEDDPICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition) to qualify opportunities and give senior leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, commitments, and risks.
Guide complex federal procurement processes with distributors and partners, including Carahsoft and systems integrators. Navigate contracting vehicles, funding cycles, and agency-specific buying processes to secure multi-year contracts and expansions.
Shape the sales approach for regulated environments, connecting FedRAMP-authorized offerings and mission-critical DevSecOps use cases to agency needs and increasing platform adoption.
Work with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and federal partners on account plans, product roadmap feedback, and campaigns that support retention and expansion.
Expand within large agencies through new workloads, cross-sells, and upsells, balancing near-term revenue with long-term platform adoption.
Meet customers in the field and travel as needed for key account meetings, large-deal reviews, and team engagements. Build senior executive relationships and lead negotiations while working effectively in GitLab's asynchronous environment.
What you'll bring
Experience in open source software, DevOps, or related enterprise technology sales.
A process- and data-driven approach to sales operations, including advanced use of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
Experience selling or leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP or similar government software-as-a-service frameworks, or the ability to learn quickly in highly regulated markets.
Success selling and coaching teams through complex enterprise deals with large public sector accounts, including long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal reviews.
Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and leading regional, field-based sales teams while building an accountable, collaborative, and inclusive team.
Skill in managing senior executive relationships and leading executive meetings and negotiations within large organizations with multiple departments and decision-makers.
Alignment with GitLab's values and leadership expectations. We welcome transferable skills in enterprise technology sales and team leadership from a range of backgrounds.
About the team
The NSG sales team is an all-remote organization. We collaborate asynchronously across regions and work with federal distributors and systems integrators, including Carahsoft, to support government customers.
Our work supports GitLab's mission to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We value transparency and collaboration, and you'll have the autonomy and accountability to own your results.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, you’ll shape how organizations understand and address this emerging security challenge. You’ll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, bringing fresh perspective to an evolving product and category while turning strategy into action.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. This is a remote opportunity within the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets.
- Bring a clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development.
- Think strategically while staying close to execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes.
- Work proactively and take ownership by identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving the work forward.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences.
- Use AI tools and agents thoughtfully to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale while maintaining sound judgment and a human point of view.
- Preferred: Have experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization.
What you can expect:
- Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password.
- Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserve what remains valuable, and evolve what no longer reflects the product or market.
- Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and the challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure.
- Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them.
- Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business.
- Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities.
- Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows.

At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

OVERVIEW
The Workplace Experience team powers and connects the workday for all Perplexity employees across our global offices.
We are hospitality and experience-driven at the core. We are made up of People people, meaning that we love supporting each other and all of the People in our workplace. We take on the good and the bad with optimism and with a positive, kind approach to solving problems, dealing with the obstacles handed to us, and proactively creating good around us. We think about each moment through the lens of our colleagues (our customers) so that we can create thoughtful and memorable experiences no matter what task we have at hand.
As our Global Workplace Business Operations Lead, you will manage the business operations and cross-functional program delivery that enable our global Workplace Experience team to scale. In collaboration with the Head of Workplace Experience, you will set the operating framework for your areas, make decisions within agreed priorities and approval limits, and remain hands-on in delivering results. You will own the effectiveness of portfolio operating processes and internal project delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the Workplace operating framework: Lead annual and quarterly planning for your areas, translate team strategy into priorities and resource plans, and establish clear decision rights, delivery commitments and measures of success. Resolve sequencing and capacity trade-offs within agreed parameters and recommend when to add people, vendors or technology.
- Lead internal capital-project delivery: Take accountability for integrated delivery plans across office openings, refreshes and other capital initiatives. Direct the work of external PMs within agreed scopes, align internal workstreams, resolve delivery issues and hold partners accountable for schedule, cost, quality and operational readiness.
- Own portfolio controls and insight: Establish dependable lease administration, obligation tracking, space and occupancy information, and portfolio reporting. Set data and control standards, ensure actions have owners, and turn trends and risks into recommendations before deadlines or capacity constraints become problems.
- Drive financial planning and performance: Own the processes and quality of operating and capital forecasts, commitments, actuals and variance analysis in partnership with Finance. Challenge assumptions, recommend corrective actions and investment trade-offs, and give the Head of Workplace Experience a reliable basis for budget and commitment decisions.
- Set the systems and reporting roadmap: Own business requirements, governance and improvement priorities for workplace tools such as Envoy. Establish useful performance measures, improve data quality, and automate repeatable work while maintaining appropriate controls and keeping processes practical for the team.
- Lead EHS program governance: Establish a risk-based plan, clear responsibilities and a review cadence with qualified vendors and internal teams. Drive follow-through on assessed obligations and remediation across offices and remote populations, maintain evidence of completion, and escalate material risks without substituting for specialist advice.
- Set standards for delivery and handover: Own the development and use of project playbooks, planning processes and operational-readiness criteria. Bring together design standards and occupancy requirements, and ensure completed projects transfer to local operations with the documentation, training, vendor arrangements and issue ownership needed to run well.
- Serve as a senior operating partner: Lead cross-functional operating and project reviews, surface decisions with clear recommendations, and represent your areas with internal and external partners. Drive resolution within your authority, escalate material changes with options, and build accountability without adding unnecessary layers.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Senior functional leadership: 8+ years in workplace business operations, corporate real estate, facilities programs or a closely related field, with increasing responsibility for complex, multi-site programs and their outcomes. You have operated with substantial autonomy, not only administered plans set by others.
- Project and program management expertise: You are a project manager at the core. You are quick and agile, but methodical when it comes to planning for, organizing, tracking, and executing on a project in a way that keeps everything and everyone aligned and on task.
- Relevant delivery depth: You have a record of delivering office buildouts, relocations or capital improvements as an internal owner, with accountability for scope, financial performance, schedules, change control and external delivery partners.
- Strong financial and analytical judgment: You have experience driving forecasting and reporting processes, challenging assumptions and translating portfolio data into resource or investment recommendations; strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
- Experience building an operating framework: You have established planning, governance, performance measures and systems that helped a growing function deliver more predictably. You know when structure improves execution and when it becomes unnecessary process.
- Leadership across organizational boundaries: You can secure commitments, challenge constructively and resolve competing priorities across teams and vendors. You communicate risks and recommendations credibly to senior leaders and know which decisions to make independently and which to escalate.
- Hands-on ownership and sound judgment: You can move between portfolio-level trade-offs and project details, deliver through others without losing accountability, handle sensitive information responsibly, and maintain a kind, service-oriented approach under pressure.
- Helpful, not required: International portfolio experience, workplace technology ownership, EHS program governance, or a relevant project-management credential.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Understand the needs of the teams that use our platforms and the customers who depend on them. Use product data, operational feedback, and recurring quality issues to identify the highest-impact problems, and then solve them.
- Turn recurring needs into shared services, tools, and workflows that reduce duplicated work. Exercise judgment about when to build a reusable capability, use an existing solution, or take a simpler approach.
- Work directly with product, engineering, and operational teams to understand their workflows, identify recurring problems, and anticipate the capabilities they will need next.
- Prioritize platform investments across new product enablement, reliability, efficiency, and technical debt. Make clear tradeoffs between near-term delivery and long-term flexibility.
- Define and track success through business impact, reliability, cost to serve, and reduced manual work, connecting these measures to customer and business outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering on technical tradeoffs, build-versus-buy decisions, and rollout plans. Write clear requirements and drive delivery from problem definition through launch and iteration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience owning product strategy and execution on technical products and platforms, or shared systems used by multiple teams such as billing and monetization, identity and access, developer platforms, data and experimentation, internal tooling, support, etc.
- Strong technical fluency. You can reason about APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and failure modes, and work closely with engineers on consequential tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical skills. You can investigate problems independently, define meaningful metrics, and evaluate the impact of platform investments.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to align teams around priorities and make difficult decisions when their needs compete.
- High ownership and sound judgment in a fast-moving environment. You are comfortable moving between long-term strategy and hands-on execution without adding unnecessary process.
- A focus on customer outcomes and product quality, including when your immediate users are internal teams.
WHERE THIS PERSON NEEDS TO SPIKE
- Systems thinker, detail-oriented, problem solver. This person needs to have experience wrangling thorny, complex problems. We need someone that is excited about diving into messy workflows, reading through dozens of support tickets, thinking through edge cases no one’s thought of, assuming different behavior across platforms, proactively considering enterprise vs. consumer workflows, etc.
- Experience working on platforms with multiple stakeholders and non-trivial tradeoffs. This person is building products simultaneously for customers, agents, and other internal employees.
- Is “AI-native.” Can build AI products whose outputs require evaluation, safeguards, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Strong analytical skills and experience defining metrics in ambiguity, breaking down workflows, and using quantitative and qualitative evidence to prioritize.
- Some experience working on critical software: support platforms/agents, legal/compliance tooling, identity and account tooling, billing, fraud, trust-and safety, etc.
- High-ownership. This person needs to feel dissatisfied by the current support flow, and hungry to do whatever it takes to clear the backlog.
