We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
About the Team
The Global Brand Team runs Hasbro's brands as six distinct businesses, each with a leader, an objective and the authority to pursue it. We decide what gets made, how it's promoted, where it gets sold and what gets dropped, and we answer for the result.
We are builders and operators in equal measure. The work spans the consumer insight that inspires the product line, the cost and price decisions that shape its margin, and the commercial execution that puts it in the hands of a fan. The job is to make the brands grow.
Job Overview
We are seeking a Vice President, Board Games to own the global P&L, a portfolio that includes Monopoly, Jenga, Connect 4, The Game of Life, Operation, Clue and Twister. You will lead a team of twelve and report to the SVP, Global Brands.
This role owns Hasbro's physical board game portfolio, working with the teams who apply those brands in digital and other formats. It is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and onsite three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday. Expect to travel approximately 25% of the time.
This is a general management role. You own the revenue, the margin and the operating profit, and you hold the authority to allocate the investment behind them. The brand team reports to you directly, while other functions partner with you.
In your first year we expect you to land a credible multi-year plan for the portfolio, make explicit calls on which brands to grow and which to run for profit, and show measurable progress on both the top line and the margin.
Location and Work Arrangement
Hybrid:
This role is based at our Boston, Massachusetts office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
Turn what you learn about players and shoppers into specific product, pricing, channel and new business opportunities.
Build the innovation pipeline. Define the handful of big bets that set the tone for the line, and the smaller, faster tests that de-risk them.
Set the consumer price point each item is designed for, and the cost structure that supports it. Allocate the investment across A&P, tooling and retail activation.
Partner with Commercial on demand planning and forecast accuracy, and with Supply Chain on the productivity and inventory discipline that protects margin after the product is made.
Read the global landscape and adjust the plan for it, including macroeconomic conditions, trade and tariff policy, input costs, retail consolidation and shifts in consumer spending across regions.
Build and lead the team. Set direction people can act on, give candid feedback close to the moment, develop talent at every level, and create the conditions for people to do their best work.
Represent the business to senior leadership and, when called on, to the Hasbro Board of Directors, with an honest read on performance and the plan.
What You'll Bring
Direct ownership of a P&L at scale, including accountability for operating profit.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer products, toys and games, or a comparably branded and retail-driven business.
A track record of setting multi-year portfolio strategy and choosing where not to invest.
A history of reinventing established brands and building new ones, with innovation that moved a number. Demonstrated success turning consumer insight into products that reached market.
Strong commercial judgment with major retailers, paired with enough command of product development,
cost structure, supply chain and forecasting to challenge a plan.
Substantial people leadership experience: building, developing and retaining teams at multiple levels.
What Sets You Apart
Experience in board games, tabletop or hobby, or in brands that live at the intersection of retail, fandom and culture.
Experience communicating a plan at the most senior levels, including to a board.
Who We Are
We’re a team of creators, storytellers, and innovators united under the Hasbro family and home to beloved brands, AAA digital games studios and immersive experiences that spark imagination across generations. Together, we’re committed to a culture rooted in creativity, excellence, curiosity, and inclusion, and where every employee is empowered to think boldly, act with integrity, and spark joy for all.

Notice Regarding Hasbo’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process
We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.
How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. The tool then assigns a match category to help organize applications for review.
Human oversight: Talent Matching supports—but does not replace—human review. It does not automatically advance or reject candidates or make employment decisions. Hasbro’s recruiters and hiring managers review applications and remain responsible for all hiring decisions.
Greenhouse has published the results of an independent bias audit of Talent Matching.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Engineering Team Lead (Geospatial Analytics)
- Location: Espoo, Finland. Relocation to Finland required
- Department: Product Engineering, Solutions
- Reports to: Engineering Manager, Geospatial Product Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Engineering Team Lead (Geospatial Analytics), you'll own a product engineering team that turns remote sensing and auxiliary data into fast, reliable insight when natural catastrophes happen. The team currently supports our Wind, Earthquake and Landslide products and brings together analytics (SAR, Machine learning / Data Science) and software engineers.
You will work in tandem with the Product Manager to decide what to build and why, and closely with Operations to make sure the products perform during live events.Your decisions shape how several products work, so you'll own the product’s engineering domain end to end: analytics that serve several products at once, built to the level the problem needs and no further. You will be hands-on, which keeps your technical judgement credible and your feedback specific.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and own the product engineering team: hiring, growth, performance and wellbeing of the team members
- Own the team's technical direction across analytics and engineering, taking work from research prototype to production systems that run reliably against customer commitments.
- Work in tandem with the Product Manager on roadmap and priorities, turning customer needs into analytics capability.
- Design shared change detection analytics that serve multiple products in the team’s portfolio
- Collaborate closely with Operations on event response, so that delivery workflows, latency and quality hold up when it matters.
- Contribute directly to analytical development (SAR, geospatial data science / ML), validation and code.
- Set and maintain scientific and engineering standards across the team, including review practice, validation rigour, testing and documentation.
- Stakeholder management - including Product Engineering leadership and different product stakeholders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Master’s or PhD in Remote Sensing, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Geoscience, Physics, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in hands-on leadership as a line manager or tech lead, with a track record of delivery and examples of people who grew under your leadership.
- Experience working closely with product and operations teams in a flow-based, outcome-focused way, including giving direct feedback constructively and explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- A record of taking analytics from prototype to reliable production against latency, accuracy and uptime targets, with sound judgement on when a solution is good enough.
- Experience building, validating and deploying ML models or analytical pipelines based on SAR or other remote sensing imagery for tasks such as damage assessment, change detection or object detection. This includes working with noisy or sparse labels, validating against ground truth such as field surveys or claims data, and monitoring model performance in production.
- A solid grasp of SAR principles, including how backscatter responds to structural change in built environments, and applied experience in change detection using amplitude, coherence or interferometric (InSAR) methods.
- Strong Python skills and experience applying modern engineering practice (Git, code review, testing, CI, documentation), deployed with Docker on AWS. Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Nice to haves:
- Experience fusing remote sensing imagery with auxiliary data, such as weather, terrain models or building attributes, to improve model performance.
- Experience using geospatial foundation models and embeddings (e.g. AlphaEarth Foundations) for tasks such as classification, similarity search or change detection.
- Experience with natural hazards, disaster response, insurance or emergency management use cases.
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work.
- A publication or patent record, or other evidence of sustained technical contribution.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
DashOS is DoorDash’s restaurant growth platform, connecting Marketplace demand with the tools restaurants use to serve, understand and retain guests. Digital Ordering - white-label ordering, websites, apps and loyalty on a merchant’s own channels - is a core part of it. Our Global Strategy & Operations (S&O) team sets the commercial strategy and operating model for DashOS worldwide, working across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal and regional teams to take what works in one market and make it work in the next.
About the Role
You will help build Digital Ordering in EMEA, creating the playbook to succeed across the very different markets of the region. You will have real ownership of key parts of this build, from commercial strategy to market expansion to the processes that let it scale. You will be based in London.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape the commercial strategy:
Help define the global Digital Ordering strategy and adapt it to EMEA, including segments, pricing and positioning.
Influence the product:
Be the voice of EMEA merchants and markets, build business cases, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritise what the region needs.
Expand to new markets:
Assess and prioritise new markets, build launch plans, and drive go-live and early traction with local teams.
Scale how we work:
Build the processes, forecasting, reporting and enablement that let Digital Ordering grow efficiently across regions.
Support key deals:
Work with regional Sales and Account Management on strategic merchant partnerships and commercial terms.
Stay ahead of the market:
Track first-party ordering trends and competitors, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership.
Bridge product & Ops
: Help launch new features in the merchant partner base to help our partners grow.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Experience:
4+ years in strategy & operations, business development, commercial strategy, consulting or a similar role, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce or hospitality tech.
Building and scaling:
Experience launching or scaling a product, business line or programme, ideally in a new market.
Analytical and strategic thinking:
You use data to build business cases and drive decisions, and turn analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Commercial and product fluency:
You can translate merchant needs into product requirements and are comfortable with commercial negotiations.
Influence:
You build strong relationships and drive results across many teams without direct authority.
Operator mindset:
You are an owner by nature, who enjoys building processes and moving fast in ambiguity.
Why Join Us?
You’ll do work that matters and be a part of our next big bet that’s constantly evolving. Working here you can expect to:
Make a visible impact every day, directly improving experiences for merchants, customers and couriers.
Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment, with autonomy, pace and real responsibility.
Build a career, not just a role, as the business evolves.
Deliver together in an inclusive, values-driven culture.
