About the Team
Our Trust & Safety, Integrity and Fraud Product team is dedicated to ensuring a safe and trusted experience for all customers across our platform, including Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. We tackle complex challenges, from preventing fraud, abuse and Account Takeover to ensuring authenticity, to building regulatory compliance capabilities, all while balancing risk mitigation and providing a seamless user experience. Our team partners closely with cross-functional groups, including Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Risk Operations, to drive strategic initiatives that protect our business while fostering growth.
About the Role
Trust is foundational to an on-demand marketplace. Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt are converging European capabilities into one platform and one global product capability to prevent fraud and abuse. The marketplace is expanding rapidly beyond just restaurants as we become “your door to more." As we add new products, geographies, ways for Consumers, Merchants and Couriers to engage, we’re expanding and enhancing our fraud capabilities to be best in the industry at keeping our platform safe and trustworthy. We strongly believe that trust is the most important attribute of an online marketplace, and the team ensures that we maintain this trust.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager that will lead dedicated cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges that impact Consumers, Couriers and Merchants and touch every corner of our business - from new user onboarding, to the in-app delivery experience, to the products and services being created that our users can’t find anywhere else. We are looking to hire for a few roles, so you’ll either lead a vertical fraud team protecting Consumers, Couriers or Merchants, or lead a horizontal fraud platform team focused on building our Risk Engine, Data Signals Intelligence and Automation / Anomaly Detection capabilities or leading compliance and authenticity efforts involving Identity Verification and Right to Work. The Fraud team is in hyper growth in terms of its size and impact and offers a unique opportunity to set and execute on a vision that will shape the future of Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt globally.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Set the vision and long-term product strategy for one of our vertical fraud teams or our horizontal platform fraud team.
Prevent, detect and mitigate fraud and abuse, building and leveraging AI systems to address risk in real time.
Build an AI-led fraud operations platform that turns complex marketplace signals into automated decisions, prioritised investigations, and actionable case workflows, stopping fraud, abuse and manipulation before incidents occur.
Develop and execute a customer-focused product roadmap through close collaboration with senior leadership, Operations, Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Engineering all while balancing business needs.
Translate customer and internal-user needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and deep understanding of our users
Guide and interface closely with data analysis and engineering teams to define scope, review and refine technical capabilities, prioritize projects for release, and define new opportunities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities for product performance, tracking, and to create product insights.
Establish business cases and projected return on investment to identify and prioritize opportunities
Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to manage the impact on the profitability of the overall business.
Establish success metrics and executive reviews covering fraud trends and P&L impact.
We’re excited about you because you have…
5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from strategy through execution in ambiguous problem spaces.
Experience defining strategic vision and roadmap execution in a given product area.
Demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled or automation-heavy products, with sound judgment about where models can accelerate decisions and where human expertise, safeguards, and accountability must remain central.
Experience in technology, fraud, privacy, security, data governance, trust & safety, risk or an enthusiasm to learn and keep customers and the ecosystem fraud-free and protected
Strong ability to translate ambiguous policy, legal, or regulatory requirements into practical, scalable product solutions and clear engineering priorities.
Fluency in modern AI product development, including evaluating model quality, designing human-in-the-loop experiences, and translating emerging capabilities into practical, measurable customer and business value.
Extreme customer centricity with a focus on ensuring low-friction experiences for good customers.
An analytical, structured approach to ambiguity and risk, with the ability to frame tradeoffs, define controls, and set measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering effectively with Legal, Compliance, Public Policy, Security, Privacy, Operations, Data Science, Design, and Engineering.
An interest in applying AI and data-driven systems to improve fraud detection, triage, escalation, and prevention, with sound judgment about safeguards and human oversight.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to align senior leaders around urgent, high-stakes decisions.
Direct experience applying AI/ML to prevent, prevent, detect and mitigate harm, plus AI fluency — you can build a feature with AI – not just write PRDs.Why Join Us?

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Credentialing Associate / Sr Associate
Provider Credentialing & Enrollment · US Healthcare
LEVEL
Associate / Sr Associate
EXPERIENCE
1+ Yr / 3–4 Yrs
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
Night (US Hours)
Two openings, one team —
Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years including payer-enrollment ownership.
About the Role
Neolytix runs credentialing and enrollment for US provider organizations — getting physicians and facilities enrolled with payers accurately and fast, because every stalled application is delayed revenue for the client.
Associates manage application preparation, submissions, and follow-up. Senior Associates own end-to-end enrollment files, payer escalations, and re-credentialing calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial plans).
Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; manage PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals.
Follow up with payers on application status and resolve deficiencies quickly and accurately.
Maintain accurate trackers — effective dates, expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice), and re-credentialing timelines.
Handle provider and client data with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complete enrollment files end-to-end for assigned clients, including complex group/facility enrollments and payer escalations.
Run the re-credentialing and expirables calendar so nothing lapses.
Review associates’ submissions for accuracy and coach on payer-specific requirements.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment. Sr Associate: 3–4 years with end-to-end enrollment ownership.
Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS/NPPES, and payer portals; strong understanding of enrollment workflows and timelines.
High attention to detail — credentialing errors are expensive and slow to unwind.
Preferred
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Experience with credentialing software (Modio, MD-Staff, Verity, or similar).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Moderate-to-strong — good spoken and written English for payer follow-ups and professional, client-facing emails and notes. Accuracy in writing matters as much as speed.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with payer portals, CAQH / PECOS / NPPES, tracker maintenance, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Applications prepared/submitted and processed per period.
First-pass approval rate and enrollment turnaround time (TAT).
Zero lapses on expirables and re-credentialing dates.
Accuracy / rework rate on submissions.
Hiring Process
HR Screening
2 Technical Interviews
Assessment Round
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

A little more about the team
The Honeycomb partnerships team creates pipeline and revenue with our strategic partners, and we’re hiring our first leader in EMEA. Most of our spend is on AWS, so Amazon is the first and most important partner for this role. You’ll also work with our software partners (like Anthropic and Checkly) and our services and channel partners. You’ll be the local presence for Honeycomb in market, working daily with our EMEA sales and marketing teams. You’ll shape the in-field EMEA strategy and execution, with room to decide where we invest. You won’t be starting from scratch, because integrations and programs are already in place. As the partner business grows, there will be room to build a team in EMEA.
What you’ll do in the role
Lead the Honeycomb and AWS relationship in EMEA, working with AWS teams from the first meeting through deal close.
Be the partner expert for EMEA sellers. Join pipeline reviews and rep 1:1s, and bring ideas that find new deals or move existing ones faster.
Build and run co-sell and co-marketing programs with software, services and channel partners to create and convert pipeline.
Lead channel field enablement and field events with strategic partners, including AWS workshops and partner sponsorships at our events.
Review the software integrations we’ve already built and find European partners where joint selling could grow.
Define EMEA partnership priorities, including where to invest and where not to.
Build executive relationships with partners in the EMEA market.
Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in Salesforce, and report on progress toward pipeline and revenue goals.
What you’ll bring to the role
Hands-on AWS experience, selling with or partnering with AWS, ideally from a sales role.
A business development or partnership background, with a record of creating pipeline through partners.
Experience working with sales and marketing teams to hit GTM and quota goals.
Experience developing and executing strategy with internal and external C-suite teams.
The ability to work on your own across time zones, make decisions and manage ambiguity.
A strong point of view on how Honeycomb adds value to our partners’ customers, and how they add value to ours.
The ability to see what partners need, such as more consumption or new customers, and build programs around it.
Observability experience, or experience at a partner in the observability space (nice to have).

The Role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com holds licences in many countries, and the way we work with our supervisors matters more every year. We are creating a new Regulatory Affairs function to lead that work, and we are looking for the person to build it.
As Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will manage our supervisory relationships day to day and run the formal work that comes with them: information requests, thematic reviews, inspections and examinations. You will also shape how the new function works and where it grows, working closely with the Director of External Affairs. You http://Affairs.You will bring together the right people across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product and Tech, and make sure everything we send is accurate, consistent and on time.
You will start hands-on, building the foundations yourself, leveraging advanced AI tools, then build a team of regulatory affairs specialists across our major markets over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
BUILD THE FUNCTION
- Shape our approach to supervisory engagement across our regulated entities.
- Design how Regulatory Affairs works day to day, including how it works with Compliance, Legal, Risk and the business.
- Help plan where the team grows, including which countries need local specialists and in what order.
- Build a clear view of supervisory risk across the group and use it to set priorities.
- Advise executives on what our supervisors expect and how upcoming supervisory activity will affect the business.

- Run the regular cycle of supervisory meetings: preparation, briefing senior colleagues, attending and following up.
- Keep a clear record of what we have told each regulator and what we have committed to.
- Own the protocol for how we engage with supervisors, so colleagues know who speaks to whom and when.
- Spot emerging issues early and raise them with senior leadership.
RUN REGULATORY REQUESTS
- Own regulator information requests and thematic reviews from receipt to submission: scope, owners, deadlines, evidence, version control and quality checks.
- Act as a single front door for the business, so teams get one clear request instead of several.
- Challenge draft responses for gaps and inconsistencies before they go out.
LEAD INSPECTIONS AND EXAMINATIONS
- Run inspections, examinations and skilled-person reviews as programmes, from the opening notice to the closing meeting.

- Hands-on experience running regulatory information requests and inspections end to end, ideally across more than one country.
- Time in a supervisory team at a major financial regulator, such as the FCA, ACPR, MAS or CBUAE, is a strong advantage.
- Strategic judgement. You can set a clear direction, explain it to executives and turn it into a plan.
- Excellent project management. You can run several deadlines with many contributors at once and keep every one of them on track.
- A track record of keeping calm under pressure.
- Sound judgement on when to bring in Legal or Compliance.
- Credibility with regulators and the trust of senior executives.
- Impeccable written communication.
- People management experience, or clear readiness to build and lead a team

Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a FP&A Senior Manager to support our mission.
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance team at Patreon ensures the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and with integrity as we continue to scale globally. The FP&A Senior Manager will be part of the Strategic Finance team within Finance. You’ll work closely with the business partner finance leads, Tax, Treasury, Fin Ops, and Execs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Patreon exists so creators can make a living doing what they love, on their own terms. In Finance, you’ll help decide how we invest to make that possible for more of them.
Finance’s mission is to Accelerate, Advise, and Protect the business. Our FP&A team is organized around capital allocation, and we hold every major investment to three questions:
- Before: Is this the best use of capital?
- During: Is it performing as expected?
- After: Was this a good use of money?
You’ll own the numbers leadership and the board use to run Patreon: the plan, the forecast, and the story behind the company’s performance. You’ll also own company-wide headcount, our largest investment, and make sure every role we add is the right use of capital. You’ll join an FP&A team that partners with every part of Patreon, from GTM to G&A to Engineering, Product & Design (EPD). We cross-train, so you’ll get to know the whole business, not just your part of it, and step in for teammates when needed.
We’re also past the “try AI” phase. Finance runs FinHacks, team-wide build days where we automate real workflows. Our first was about learning; our second is about shipping, from flux and financial model automation to executive headcount reporting and month-end close. You’ll bring that same approach to every part of your role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Corporate Reporting
- Own the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle, from P&L variance and KPIs to the commentary and materials for leadership reviews, board meetings, and investor updates
- Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan, working with the GTM, G&A, and EPD finance partners to bring together one company view. Build scenario models that show leadership the trade-offs behind major decisions, and flag risks early
- Maintain the core financial model and source-of-truth metrics, partnering with Accounting (NetSuite) and Data
- Streamline the planning and reporting processes, and automate the manual parts
Company Headcount
- Planning: Own the company-wide headcount plan and forecast, including hires, backfills, attrition, and cost. Keep the plan, Workday, and actuals aligned with People and Recruiting, and give leadership a clear view of where we’re hiring and how it compares to plan
- Decisions: Treat every role as an investment. Help leaders make trade-offs within their budget, such as one senior hire instead of two junior ones, or the right mix of in-house talent, external specialists, and AI. Then look back on whether the investment delivered
- Assumptions: Set, test, and refine the assumptions behind headcount cost, such as benefits and payroll taxes, attrition, merit and promotion increases, and hiring timing, so the forecast stays accurate
Cross-Functional Support
- Lean in on G&A and other business partnership work when the team needs it, from budget support to investment and spend reviews
What success looks like in year one
- You’ve run a full planning cycle and built the forecast story that leadership and the board rely on
- Monthly and board reporting is on time, trusted, and noticeably less manual
- Leadership has one trusted view of headcount, and the cost assumptions behind it have been tested against actuals
- New role requests go through a clear investment lens, and at least one hiring decision has been changed based on your analysis
- You’ve shipped at least one automation the broader Finance team uses

At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
