Location: South Africa; Philippines; Indonesia; Venezuela, Bolivarian Republic of; Brazil; India About Paired Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent! We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world. The client Advertising and consultancy services company working with RevOps infrastructure for B2B teams. They build the systems that make growth work. The founder has reached the point most agency founders reach eventually. Their days are full of client emails, chasing the team, managing delivery risk and keeping projects from slipping. None of it is optional and all of it is in their head. The problem is not only the hours it eats. It is that managing risk and creating growth are opposite modes of thinking, and they cannot do both well in the same week. They're hiring the person who takes operations off them. Why this role is part-time, and what it becomes Right now there genuinely is not forty hours a week of work here. We are coming out of a contraction and back into expansion, and they would rather hire someone part-time and pay them properly than hire full-time and have them sitting idle, which is unfair to both of us. The plan is that this grows. Part-time now, full-time as the client base expands, then Head of Operations. They're not dangling that vaguely: they'll will set out the milestones, what hitting them does to your compensation, and roughly when they expect each step. You should hold them to it. What they're asking for in return is commitment. If you take this and a full-time offer appears a month later and you disappear, it damages us. If you are doing one other part-time role alongside this, that is fine and I understand it. What I do not want is someone juggling five clients who gives this one the leftovers. I have seen fractional done badly and I would rather pay for focus. What you will own Client and stakeholder management Be the operational point of contact for our clients, so that I am not Keep every client informed, handle the back and forth, and escalate to me only what genuinely needs me We currently run around four clients at once, a mix of large and small projects. Six is the most we have ever carried. As we scale, the model is roughly one project manager per five clients Project delivery Own timelines, scope and deliverables across those accounts Know the status of everything without being asked, and chase it when it slips Spot delivery risk early and bring me a proposed fix rather than a problem Team coordination Keep the team pointed at the right work and hold them to what they committed to Run the follow-up so that nothing dies in a thread Revenue operations Keep our pipeline, CRM and reporting accurate and current Build and tidy the systems and automations that hold delivery together Turn what is currently in my head into documented, repeatable process Requirements Who this is for You have done revenue operations or operational project management in an agency or client services environment, and have carried multiple accounts at once You are comfortable being the operational face to clients. This is a stakeholder-facing role, not a back-office one Excellent written English. We work with international clients and are moving into the US market You are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it, and you follow through without being chased You can work independently. There is no operations team to lean on. For a while, you are it You want this to grow into something bigger, and you are willing to commit while it does Who this is not for You are a fractional operator running five clients and this would be number six You want a purely strategic seat. For now this is hands-on: emails, trackers, chasing, process writing You need a manager checking your work You are looking for full-time immediately and would leave the moment one appeared Benefits Part-time 20h/week, remote, on a contractor basis. We will agree the weekly hours and the working pattern together, but you will need reliable overlap with Barcelona for client calls and with the team. If you are in Latin America, your mornings cover our afternoons, which works well, and it positions us for the US clients we are moving towards. Growth path for full-time and Head of Operations role Compensation for part-time up to USD1.5k/month What success looks like The founder stops being the person clients email first Projects land on their dates, and when they will not, they hear it early with a plan attached Our operations run on documented process rather than on my memory The founder spends his weeks on expansion instead of firefighting

Location: United States Remote Workplace: Remote ABOUT THE TEAM Mural helps teams think, decide, and follow through together. AI made producing content cheap. It did not make agreement, commitment, or follow-through any easier. The AI Workflows team builds the AI and agentic experiences inside Mural that help teams reach decisions and keep them. YOUR MISSION You will own the outcomes for new AI experiences from first idea to proven value. You will partner with the Engineering Manager and the Agentic Design Director for AI Workflows as counterparts, and together you will own the strategy. You will work with a wider team of engineers, ML engineers, designers, and product managers, moving from hypothesis to working prototype to evidence in weeks, not quarters. You will build prototypes yourself and decide what ships, what changes, and what we stop, based on what users do and what the evals tell us. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Set strategy for AI Workflows together with your engineering and design counterparts, own the outcomes and the evidence behind what we build, and engage deeply in the end-to-end user experience - Find the team workflows where AI adds clear value, at the intersection of collaboration, alignment, and decision making. - Build working prototypes with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to test ideas with users before committing further investment. - Turn each release into a hypothesis with pass/fail criteria, and make the call on whether to iterate, scale, or kill it. - Define product-quality evals with engineering that measure usefulness, trust, and reliability, and own the call on whether an experience meets the bar to ship. - Decide with engineering and ML when to use frontier models, when to route across models, when to bring in a new model, and when a model of our own is worth building. - Understand the cost to serve each workflow, and work with growth and finance on how usage is metered and what the unit of value is. - Set up the data loops that improve quality, including what we collect, how we label it, and how it feeds evals and model work. - Design agentic experiences that work in real multiplayer sessions, where people need to understand, steer, and correct what the agent does. - Talk with users every week and bring what you learn back into the work. - Work with design, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and security teams to align on shipping decisions. - Share what you learn across the product organization so other teams can adopt the practices that work. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 7+ years in product management, including shipping at least one AI product from concept to real users. - Recent hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based products, including what went wrong and what you changed. - Technical fluency to design and read evals, and to work as a peer with engineers and ML engineers on context management, latency, reliability, and failure modes. - Sound judgment on model decisions: comparing models, routing across them, adopting new ones, and deciding when fine-tuning or a custom model is worth it. - Understanding of AI unit economics, including cost to serve, usage-based metering, and how model choices change margin. - A record of launching, rebuilding, changing direction, and killing ideas based on evidence - Comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and being candid about the tradeoffs. - Experience owning outcomes while partnering with expert engineering and design leaders as true counterparts. - Experience creating structure where no playbook exists. - Experience with collaboration or productivity software. - Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded product work. - Experience with agent interoperability, including MCP. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
