ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring Executive Assistants to partner with senior leaders across the company. Our EAs play a critical role in helping executives operate at their best—creating focus, removing friction, anticipating needs, and ensuring important work moves forward.
This is more than calendar and logistics management. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to your executives, using strong judgment, operational rigor, and modern tools to create leverage in a fast-moving environment. The work is highly visible and constantly evolving, offering exposure to some of Ramp’s most important teams, priorities, and decisions.
We are currently hiring two Executive Assistants to support leaders across Finance and Legal. We generally look for the same core qualities across our EA team: exceptional judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to build trusted partnerships. During the initial conversations, we’ll learn more about your experience and preferences and discuss where there may be the strongest mutual fit.
This role is based in our New York City office. We default to being in the office at least three days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner closely with senior leaders to manage their time, priorities, and day-to-day execution
- Own complex, high-volume calendar management across multiple executives, navigating frequent changes and competing priorities
- Manage executive inboxes as needed, including triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and ensuring important items receive timely attention
- Coordinate domestic and international travel with close attention to efficiency, executive preferences, and changing business needs
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, team events, customer or partner engagements, and cross-functional working sessions
- Draft, organize, and manage communications on behalf of executives when appropriate
- Serve as a central coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments, proactively prompting executives and partners to keep work moving
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships on behalf of executives
- Handle sensitive business, financial, legal, customer, and personnel information with exceptional discretion
- Identify inefficiencies and build lightweight systems, documentation, and workflows that improve speed and organization
- Use AI, automation, and modern tooling to eliminate repetitive work and create greater leverage for yourself and your executives
- Continuously look for ways to anticipate needs and improve how work gets done
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and multiple high-priority workstreams
- Strong organizational instincts and exceptional attention to detail—you anticipate what’s needed and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Sound judgment about when to act independently, when to seek context, and when to escalate
- High discretion and comfort handling sensitive or confidential information
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- High EQ and the ability to build trust quickly with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-oriented approach—you identify what needs to happen and move it forward without waiting to be asked
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and other modern collaboration tools
- Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or tooling to streamline work and reduce manual effort
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Experience supporting leaders in GTM, Finance, Legal, or another externally facing or highly confidential function
- Background in a high-growth or scaling company
- Experience coordinating with customers, investors, partners, advisors, or external counsel
- Experience managing executive inboxes and drafting communications
- Track record of building systems or processes that improve team speed and execution
- Fluency with workflow automation, bots, or AI assistants

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Customer Growth to build and lead the operating system that helps RevenueCat customers become better app businesses.
This is broader than a traditional Customer Success role. It combines strategic account coverage, app-growth judgment, specialist advisory, customer education, product adoption, and scalable enablement. The goal is not to give every customer the same high-touch service. It is to identify where RevenueCat can create disproportionate value, deploy the right kind of help, and turn every successful customer intervention into knowledge that benefits the rest of the customer base.
You will lead a multi-lane Customer Growth function spanning the CSM team, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and the emerging Customer Enablement function. The CSM Team Lead will own daily CSM execution. You will set the strategy, operating model, talent bar, investment plan, and measures of success for the function as a whole.
For our highest-value customers, this means deep account context, growth diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, product-adoption strategy, technical-account coordination, and clear next-step ownership. For high-potential customers, it means identifying them early and providing the right help before revenue has fully materialized. For customers with specific growth bottlenecks, it means bringing in the right specialist. For the broader customer base, it means scalable education through Growth Advocates, lifecycle guidance, office hours, playbooks, templates, product nudges, and eventually dynamic next-best-action systems.
Your job is to make Customer Growth one operating system rather than a collection of disconnected activities.
WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW
RevenueCat serves tiny indie apps, fast-growing startups, games, media companies, health and fitness apps, AI products, marketplaces, and some of the most sophisticated consumer app businesses in the world.
The app market is top-heavy, so the human touch must be allocated deliberately. At the same time, a customer that is small today may become strategically important very quickly. Contract status and current revenue are necessary signals, but they are not sufficient.
We already have many of the ingredients: CSMs, a CSM Team Lead role, Growth Advocates, Customer Growth Advisory specialists, Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, TAM, Data, and one of the richest datasets in app monetization. We need a leader who can turn those ingredients into a coherent function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own Customer Growth strategy across the full customer base. Define how RevenueCat helps customers grow after they begin using the product, including named accounts, high-potential customers, specialist-assisted customers, scaled customers, and the long tail.
- Build segmentation and coverage. Use current value, future potential, adoption, intent, growth moments, risk, and strategic importance to decide who receives named CSM coverage, time-bound help, specialist advisory, scaled education, product-led guidance, or monitoring.
- Lead through the CSM Team Lead. Set the bar for customer context, account strategy, stakeholder management, growth diagnosis, adoption planning, commercial awareness, and follow-through. Develop the Team Lead and create a strong leadership bench rather than becoming the permanent CSM manager.
- Identify high-potential customers early. Work with Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to find customers with meaningful future potential before revenue alone makes them obvious.
- Govern Growth Advisory. Define intake, qualification, expected impact, output quality, follow-through, and reuse. Specialists should be deployed against specific high-value problems rather than become general-purpose consulting capacity.
- Make Growth Advocacy a customer-education channel. Ensure Growth Advocates turn real customer learning into authoritative one-to-many education for existing customers and the broader app ecosystem.
- Build Customer Enablement and Scaled Growth. Create the roadmap for lifecycle programs, templates, office hours, documentation, automation, product nudges, and next-best-action guidance.
- Drive meaningful product adoption. Partner with Product and Product Marketing so customers adopt RevenueCat capabilities in ways that help them win, rather than merely increasing feature activity.
- Create clear cross-functional decision rights. Define how Customer Growth works with Sales, TAM, Support, Product, Marketing, and Data without turning CSMs into AEs, TAMs into a catch-all, or collaboration into meeting theater.
- Build the customer-insight loop. Repeated customer questions should become product improvements, enablement, playbooks, benchmarks, documentation, lifecycle programs, and market education.
- Own the function. Set metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the talent bar across Customer Growth.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH
- Meet directly with at least 15 customers across different sizes, growth stages, product footprints, and monetization models—including high-value, high-potential, at-risk, and scaled customers.
- Take point on at least two live customer-growth situations. Work alongside the CSM, Advisory, TAM, Support, or Product partner to diagnose the problem, agree ownership, and move each customer to a concrete next milestone.
- Ship at least one no-regrets improvement to a broken handoff, account motion, Advisory route, or customer experience rather than waiting for a complete strategy.
- Establish a clear operating agreement with the CSM Team Lead and act on urgent customer, talent, or ownership issues.
- Build a working view of the team, coverage, high-potential misses, lane boundaries, and metrics—deep enough to make decisions, without allowing analysis to delay action.
WITHIN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS
- Act as executive sponsor for a small set of strategically important or high-potential customers and personally lead at least two customer-growth interventions through a measurable milestone.
- Put the first version of segmentation and coverage into production on real accounts, then revise it from evidence.
- Run decision-oriented account reviews and a working Growth Advisory intake and follow-through motion.
- Ship the first scaled education or Customer Enablement program based on a repeated customer need.
- Make the first material changes to ownership, operating cadence, or talent where the current model is not working.
- Establish a customer-insight loop that turns frontline evidence into owned Product, education, lifecycle, or process actions.
WITHIN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS
- Maintain direct customer contact every week and own selected executive relationships while leading the wider system through the CSM Team Lead and specialist leaders.
- Operate a functioning multi-lane Customer Growth model with clear owners, live handoffs, and visible outcomes across CSM, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and Customer Enablement.
- Have the CSM Team Lead independently owning daily CSM execution, coaching, and account quality.
- Demonstrate measurable results from customer interventions and show that repeated one-to-one work is becoming reusable Advisory output, education, enablement, or product insight.
- Have shipped multiple scaled programs and made concrete hiring or investment decisions for the function.
WITHIN THE FIRST TWELVE MONTHS
- RevenueCat has a trusted, actively used system for serving high-value, high-potential, specialist-assisted, and scaled customers.
- Customer Growth produces measurable improvement in customer outcomes, meaningful product adoption, account health, renewal readiness, expansion quality, and customer revenue outcomes.
- The Head remains directly connected to customers and is a trusted executive partner for selected strategic accounts.
- The best customer work consistently becomes reusable product, education, and market leverage.
- The function has a strong leadership bench and a record of shipping improvements without waiting for perfect information.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Approximately 10 or more years in Customer Success, Customer Growth, strategic accounts, Growth Advisory, product growth, lifecycle, monetization, or an adjacent customer-facing function.
- Five or more years leading customer-facing teams, including managers, senior team leads, or specialist groups.
- Evidence of owning an entire function or multi-lane operating model, not only managing an individual CSM team.
- Experience building or materially rebuilding segmentation, coverage, strategic-account, adoption, health, advisory, or scaled-customer systems.
- Strong commercial judgment around NDR, renewal risk, expansion influence, customer value, and executive alignment.
- Credibility with mobile apps, app monetization, in-app purchases, paywalls, checkout, pricing and offers, lifecycle, retention, experimentation, analytics, or a closely adjacent domain.
- Enough product and technical fluency to lead around a developer-facing platform while preserving clear ownership for TAM, Support, and Engineering.
- Experience managing both generalists and specialists.
- Evidence of turning repeated one-to-one work into scalable systems.
- Strong written communication, directness, and remote-first operating habits.
- Evidence of hiring, coaching, performance management, and raising the leadership and talent bar.
IDEALLY, YOU
- Have led CSMs and advisory, education, lifecycle, or enablement teams together.
- Have scaled a customer-facing function through a major company-growth stage.
- Have worked in a hybrid self-serve, product-led, and enterprise business.
- Have firsthand experience as an app operator, growth leader, founder, or consultant.
- Have built product-led or tech-touch Customer Success programs.
- Have helped productize or commercialize an advisory or professional-services capability.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a tenured member of Ramp’s growing Product Operations team, you will work at the nexus of Ramp’s cutting edge FinTech product and the operational realities of what it takes to deliver for a massive and rapidly scaling set of customers.
You will own the operations for a meaningful product or set of products at Ramp, while also influencing the overall development of Ramp’s internal operations as the company rapidly scales. - Process Development: Own meaningful company-wide initiatives to help prepare Ramp for larger scale, and to create predictable and reliable processes for the benefit of the Ramp team and our customers and partners

- Launch Support: Ensure that product releases are flawless through documentation, enablement and context sharing across the organization
- Incident Management: Achieve fast resolution of product bugs and issues by aiding in the tools and processes for incident identification and resolution
- Partner Ops: Manage our operational relationship with relevant partners and vendors, including negotiating strong service agreements and performing joint performance assessments
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience working in product management, product operations, or strategy & operations roles, ideally in a fast-growing business

- Experience working directly with customers or clients through feedback requests and/or user research interviews
- Experience leveling up and assisting junior members of your team with constructive feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience tailoring a message to different audiences

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs.
This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them. We're an AI-native company scaling fast, and we want to add sophistication without adding drag — you'll be the person deciding how much system is enough.
This isn't a classic Salesforce admin role. You know the ecosystem, but you come at it as a builder and an orchestrator, not a ticket-taker.
Central RevOps is the systems and operations center of excellence for Baseten's GTM org. The stack includes Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay, and a growing set of AI-native GTM tools. The field is scaling fast, and the systems need to mature with it without slowing anyone down.
You'll co-own Salesforce with our other GTM Systems Manager and work alongside a GTM Engineering team who builds internal AI products for GTM productivity — plus partner closely with sales leadership and the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. These platforms are yours end-to-end — configured well, enabled with the field, and continuously improved as needs grow.
- Run adoption, license forecasting, and vendor management for each of those systems. Own the adoption programs that get the field using them, forecast license needs ahead of growth, and manage the vendor relationships and renewals.
- Co-own Salesforce. Partner with our other GTM Systems Manager to keep the CRM configured for how sales actually runs, and act as backup for Deal Operations processes.
- Build AI and automation on top of the CRM. Stand up agents and automations that update and maintain the CRM — keeping data clean, current, and trustworthy without adding manual work.
- Drive adoption, not just deployment. Document what you build, enable the field, and measure success by whether people actually use it.
- Right-size the process. Add just enough structure to scale the company without slowing the field down. Have a point of view on where process helps and where it just gets in the way.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems — owning platforms and process end-to-end
- Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM — you've built agents or automations that update and maintain CRM data, not just configured fields
- Hands-on adminship and configuration experience across a multi-tool GTM stack (support ops, engagement, prospecting, and enrichment tools)
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data model — enough to co-own the CRM — without wanting to be a career admin
- A real appetite for enablement — you care whether the field uses what you build, and you'll run the adoption programs to make sure it does
- Experience owning vendor relationships, renewals, and license planning
- Judgment on process — you can tell structure that helps the field from structure that slows it down, and you right-size accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally scaling systems as the field grows fast
NICE TO HAVE
- Fluency with AI and automation tooling (Claude, Clay, n8n, or similar) as a builder, not just a user
- Familiarity with a data warehouse and BI environment (Sigma, Hex, BigQuery, Snowflake) on the data layer
- Hands-on experience with Pylon
- Exposure to Deal Operations, CPQ, or quote-to-cash processes as a backup or contributor
- You've inherited a sprawling, redundant stack and made it more intentional without breaking what works
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the dbt v2 roadmap — the future of dbt Labs' intellectual property and a critical driver of product-led growth. You will own net-new functionality in Fusion that identifies and monetizes local deployments of dbt, shipping net new features, many of which also land in dbt Core, as well as proprietary ELv2 plugins that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform.
This role is co-located with our dbt v2 engineering team in the US to accelerate execution, strengthen prioritization, and ensure tight alignment across product, engineering, and platform teams. You'll bridge open source product strategy with technical delivery and business impact, translating strategic investments into shipped features that drive the Fusion PLG motion.
In this role, you will
Own and deliver the dbt v2 roadmap, shipping net new functionality to dbt v2 like SQL comprehension, compute, governance, and SAO
Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
2-4 years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases
Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth and product strategy
Ability to bridge technical delivery with business impact, translating features into revenue and growth metrics
Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and ship complex technical features
Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems
Understanding of PLG motions and freemium-to-paid conversion strategies
Experience with SQL engines, query optimization, or compute systems
Prior experience as an engineer whose worked with modern development frameworks (examples: React, Typescript, Python, etc.)

We are looking for a SOX Manager based in India to serve as the India execution leader for Vercel’s SOX program, working in close partnership with our US-based SOX leader and the broader Finance organization.
In this role, you will own key SOX execution workstreams across business process and IT controls, including walkthroughs, risk assessment, control design, testing, issue management, documentation, and audit coordination. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Security, Business Systems, Engineering, and external auditors to build a scalable, audit-ready control environment. You will bring strong judgment, hands-on audit experience, and a builder’s mindset to a function that is evolving quickly, helping shape how Vercel approaches controls in an AI-native, high-growth technology environment.
This role will be Hybrid in the Delhi area three days a week on site.
What You Will Do:
Own key execution workstreams across business process, entity-level, and IT controls, implementing and testing Vercel’s initial SOX design, surfacing learnings, and helping iterate the program with the US-based SOX leader.
Lead walkthroughs, risk assessments, control design evaluations, and testing for significant financial processes, including revenue and order-to-cash, financial close and reporting, procure-to-pay, payroll, treasury, and tax; support annual scoping across processes, systems, and key controls.
Lead IT SOX execution with IT, Security, Business Systems, and Engineering across ITGCs, automated and application controls, IPE, SaaS and internally developed systems, data flows, integrations, deployments, and related access, IT operations, change management, and SDLC dependencies.
Lead the day-to-day SOX PMO for assigned workstreams, coordinating with the US-based SOX leader, external auditors, and internal stakeholders on plans, testing and reliance activities, audit requests, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify potential control deficiencies, perform the initial severity and root-cause assessment, partner with the US-based SOX leader on conclusions, and work with control owners to remediate and validate issues through closure.
Develop and maintain clear control documentation, including process narratives, risk and control matrices, testing procedures, evidence standards, and control-owner guidance, while embedding practical and scalable controls into core Finance workflows.
Use AI, automation, and scalable operating processes to improve control monitoring, evidence collection, testing, issue management, and reporting while maintaining auditability and appropriate human review; support broader SOX and IPO-readiness initiatives as Vercel scales.
About You:
8+ years of progressive experience in SOX, internal audit, external audit, IT audit, risk advisory, or internal controls, with experience supporting complex SOX programs in a public, IPO-ready, high-growth technology, or public accounting/advisory environment.
Hands-on experience across both business process and IT controls, including ITGCs, access and privileged access, IT operations, change management, SDLC, automated/application controls, system-generated reports or IPE, interfaces and data flows, and internally developed applications.
Experience reviewing SOC 1 reports, including relevant exceptions and complementary user entity controls (CUECs), and assessing their impact on the control environment.
Strong knowledge of SOX 404 and ICFR, including risk assessment and scoping, control design and documentation, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and audit methodology.
Experience evaluating controls across complex financial and technology environments, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, billing/payments, integrations, and automated workflows; experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems is helpful.
Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to run day-to-day SOX activities as an individual contributor, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
A pragmatic builder mindset, with experience improving processes and using AI or automation to make controls, testing, evidence collection, or reporting more scalable without sacrificing auditability or business speed.

About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. Their home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format:
Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role:
This is a hands-on engineering role: you design and implement solutions yourself, working side by side with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams. Leadership experience is not required here and not expected.
Key objectives:
— Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security in practice: secrets management, audit logging and controlled production access.
— Close high-impact risks: start from an honest assessment of the current state and build a consistent picture of gaps and risks as you go.
— Work secure-by-default: wherever possible, remove the security burden from teams through automation and platform-level solutions rather than rules and manual procedures.
— Roll up your sleeves: dive into what Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams are building right now, understand it from the inside, and make security part of it.
Job requirements:
— Real experience building platform and infrastructure security — you have designed and implemented security solutions yourself: not audited or monitored them, and you can walk us through the architecture, the decisions, and what you'd do differently.
— Cloud security as your core strength: Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments.
— A strong infrastructure background. You may have grown entirely within security engineering or moved into security from DevOps, SRE, system administration, or network engineering. What matters is that your thinking is an engineer's thinking: architecture first, building over prescribing.
— The ability to explain risks with facts. You have real cases where you make technical teams see why a risk matters and why a change is needed through evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios.
— AppSec, SIEM, and SOC experience are useful but secondary.
Nice to have:
— Infrastructure-as-Code in practice.
— Container and Kubernetes security experience.
— Scripting and automation as a habit: Python, Go, or Bash — you'd rather automate a control than write a procedure for humans to follow.
— GCP specifically. Their stack is GCP; deep experience with it will shorten your path to impact, though strong AWS/Azure experience translates well.
— Experience with securing AI tool usage.
Who this role is NOT for:
— Your current focus is on monitoring, alert triage and incident analysis.
— Your specialization is threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity.
— Your recent work is mostly paper security: policies, compliance documents, and audits.
— You are looking for a management track or ownership of a security function right now — strategy and team building belong to the security leadership role they're hiring separately.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
— Live and work in sunny Cyprus with full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
— Shape a global hit: the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is building its founding Forward Deployed Engineering team to solve the complex, real-world challenges that emerge when bringing Figma’s products into large-scale enterprise environments and looking for founding Forward Deployed Engineers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll embed directly with strategic customers, working across their codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows to make Figma’s products successful within their unique technical constraints. You’ll tackle the hardest adoption challenges hands-on, from complex frontend stacks and legacy systems to security and access requirements, while building trusted partnerships with customers’ senior engineering teams.
This is a senior/staff-level engineering role within Product and Engineering, not a sales or services function. You’ll work directly in customer environments when needed, using the minimum access required. Your goal is smooth adoption by the customer’s product and engineering teams, which means making complex workflows work simply in their environment and solving the underlying problems You’ll do that hands-on, often by writing Figma product code, then turn what you learn into a reusable path for future customers instead of taking permanent ownership of the customer’s codebase. Working closely with Figma’s Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help shape both the product and how this brand-new function works and scales. The role is highly collaborative, deeply customer-facing, and built for engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and want to solve the highest-impact problems at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs. This role includes periodic travel to work alongside strategic customers in person.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Make an enterprise design system agent-ready so AI tools generate faithful, on-system code: fix tokens, naming, and guidelines, wire up Code Connect, and run evals
Get Make Local, Code Layers, and our newest products working in a customer’s real environment, writing code, config, agent skills, and guideline files against their systems and ours
Run technical discovery: understand a customer's dev environment, toolchain, and constraints, then scope the fastest credible path to value, in addition to setting the customer up for long term success
Debug hard, unfamiliar integration problems (git workflows, CI, dev-environment setup, non-standard stacks)
Build LLM-powered workflows: MCP setup, agent skills, and prompt engineering tuned to each customer’s context
Turn one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product feedback, so patterns you solve once become self-serve or shipped product
Bring learnings on friction back to Figma's Product and Engineering teams, influence what gets built next, and often build it
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years shipping production software end-to-end, with meaningful time embedded with customers or partner teams
Excellent customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills, with the ability to build trust with senior engineers and translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering solutions
Strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments to deliver production-ready solutions
Hands-on experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including component libraries, tokens, documentation, and the tooling that connects design artifacts to production code
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including demonstrated fluency with agentic coding tools (e.g., MCP, agent orchestration). You have hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs, troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments, and navigating enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance frameworks
Comfort owning ambiguous technical problems end to end, identifying patterns across customer engagements, and turning field learning into reusable product improvements
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with developer tools, design-to-code workflows, or AI/LLM products, including tools such as Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, or related teams to deliver complex enterprise engagements
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management:
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research, and you will collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connect Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The opportunity:
As the Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience, you’ll own the end-to-end journey for helping people and agents instrument workloads and successfully send useful OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud.
Your mission is to make Grafana Cloud the easiest and most trusted destination for OpenTelemetry workloads. You’ll reduce the uncertainty, complexity, and failure points users encounter between deciding to adopt OpenTelemetry and receiving healthy, correctly attributed, and actionable telemetry in Grafana Cloud.
Teams can instrument workloads, directly or with the help of coding agents, through OpenTelemetry SDKs, automatic instrumentation technologies such as Beyla and SDK injection, or client-side OpenTelemetry Collectors. Each path presents different decisions, deployment requirements, configuration steps, and potential failure modes. You’ll define a coherent experience that helps users choose the right approach, complete setup successfully, troubleshoot problems, and understand whether their telemetry is healthy and useful. You’ll design a future in which a growing share of instrumentation work is performed by coding agents acting on behalf of developers. This means treating agents are first-class participants in the experience and ensuring that instrumentation options, configuration requirements, errors, and validation signals are structured, discoverable, and actionable by both humans and machines.
Your scope will include:
OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration
Automatic instrumentation experiences, including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection
Client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding
Collector configuration, authentication, and initial connectivity
Guidance and machine-readable context that help people and agents choose the right instrumentation approach
Workflows that allow coding-agents to implement, configure and verify instrumentation safely
Troubleshooting missing, incomplete, malformed, or unhealthy telemetry
Validation signals that allow both people and agents to confirm that telemetry is healthy, correctly attributed, and usable in Grafana Cloud
The transition from receiving telemetry to activating the appropriate Grafana Cloud observability solution
Success does not stop when Grafana Cloud receives the first data point. Telemetry must arrive with the quality, context, and structure required to support meaningful observability outcomes. You’ll partner closely with teams responsible for experiences such as Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability, and Drilldown Apps to ensure OpenTelemetry workloads receive a first-class experience from initial setup through first value.
This is a horizontal Staff-level product leadership role spanning multiple products and engineering teams. You may not directly own every SDK, collector, instrumentation technology, or downstream application involved in the journey. You will, however, be accountable for the coherence of the overall customer experience, its success measures, and the cross-product strategy required to improve it.
AI will also be part of how you work, not only what you build. You’ll be expected to use AI tools regularly to accelerate customer-research synthesis, analyze product signals, explore technical workflows, prototype experiences, develop positioning content, and test agent-led instrumentation journeys. You’ll model thoughtful, hands-on adoption of AI while applying strong judgement to its outputs.
The role is not focused on developing OpenTelemetry as an open source project in isolation. You’ll engage with and contribute to the OpenTelemetry ecosystem where appropriate, while measuring success through customer activation and outcomes in Grafana Cloud.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Define the vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for the journey from an uninstrumented workload to healthy, useful telemetry in Grafana Cloud solutions
Create coherent, opinionated experiences that help users choose and implement the right approach across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector-based deployment while preserving the flexibility advanced users require
Identify and eliminate the leading causes of setup failure, abandonment, misconfiguration, and low-quality telemetry
Establish shared experience principles, priorities, and success criteria across the product and engineering teams contributing to the OpenTelemetry journey
Use customer research, product data, and market insight to prioritize investments and measure outcomes such as onboarding completion, time to useful telemetry, telemetry health, and workload expansion
Partner with downstream Grafana Cloud solution teams to create a coherent transition from telemetry ingestion to meaningful product activation
Extend beyond product delivery to how the OpenTelemetry experience is positioned and brought to market. In partnership with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams, you’ll help define the product narrative, sharpen out differentiation, and develop launches, technical content, adoption programs, and campaigns that create demand and accelerate customer activation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver and communicate a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience
Represent Grafana Labs and its customers in relevant OpenTelemetry ecosystem discussions
What makes you a great fit:
5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or another technically complex B2B product domain
Experience leading strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams or product areas without relying on direct organizational authority
Strong working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector pipelines, telemetry context, and semantic conventions
Experience using or building instrumentation systems, agents, telemetry collectors, configuration products, or related infrastructure
An understanding of the challenges involved in deploying and operating software across Kubernetes, virtual machines, and public cloud environments
Experience turning complex onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows into clear and approachable product experiences
A history of using customer research and product data to make decisions, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points:
Experience contributing to or building products around the OpenTelemetry or broader open source observability ecosystem
Experience with automatic instrumentation, eBPF, or runtime-based instrumentation
Firsthand experience as an SRE, platform engineer, developer, or observability practitioner
Experience building product-led onboarding, configuration-validation, or telemetry-health experiences at scale
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $208,602
- $250,322
