About The Opportunity
Event Contracts are one of the fastest-growing financial innovation categories globally over the past two years, showing significant potential across crypto, politics, sports, and macro events. We are building our own Event Contract product line from the ground up. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands both financial products design, trading systems and market microstructure to take the business line to the next growth phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full lifecycle of this business line — from mechanism design and liquidity build-out to user growth and experience optimization — driving the end-to-end planning and execution of the Event Contract product line.
Product Mechanism Design
: Own the overall design of Event Contract products, including but not limited to product specs for Up-Down, Between (range), and Hit; strike price generation logic; settlement mechanism design; and the specs of contracts on crypto, equities, and other underlyings.
Market Depth & Liquidity Framework
: Design and drive the Market Maker incentive and obligation framework (spread, depth, uptime, and other obligation metrics); continuously monitor order book quality (spread / depth / uptime) to keep the product competitive on key liquidity metrics.
Business Growth
: Own user experience, user growth, and business scaling for this category — including defining and executing user growth campaigns, acquisition/retention/activation strategies, and coordinating channel and operations resources; accountable for core business metrics such as trading volume and user count.
Competitive Research, Data-Driven Decisions & Cross-Team Collaboration
: Continuously track the product mechanisms, fee structures, volume composition, and growth strategies of leading domestic and international competitors, translating industry best practices into product iteration plans for our platform; conduct in-depth analysis of internal trading data to produce actionable product and growth recommendations; work closely with Trading Engine, Frontend, Risk/Settlement, Liquidity/Market Making, and Operations teams to drive execution and iteration.
New Business Exploration
: Explore opportunities to combine event contracts with other product formats (e.g., structured products, social/community mechanics, copy trading, broker distribution partnerships) to open up new growth curves for the platform.
What We Look For In You
Experience building complex backend systems from 0 to 1 (e.g. trading systems, ad systems, e-commerce systems, or payment systems). Candidates with internet product growth experience, having led acquisition/retention/activation campaigns and owned business outcomes and metrics, have a strong advantage.
Exceptional learning ability, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills. Strong ability to abstract and translate real-world business scenarios into elegant data structures and business logic.
Deep understanding of financial derivatives principles, and experience owning the 0-to-1 design or large-scale overhaul of futures/options trading systems is preferred. Alternatively, strong learning ability and transferable methodology from building similar complex systems are welcome.
Strong drive and leadership. Excellent data analytical skills.
Strong insight and judgment, and able to identify hot topics and market opportunities amid constant change. Sustained interest in and understanding of event contracts underlying such as crypto, macro events, sports, and politics.
Ability to systematically produce AI tools to improve personal work output and efficiency (AI leverage) — e.g. using AI to support data analysis, documentation, and code/query writing in day-to-day work.
Experience investing or trading in equities, FX, crypto spot/derivatives, or quantitative trading is preferred.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch, AI- and automation-first: intake, approval workflow, and pricing guardrails.
- Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margin without slowing down the sales cycle.
- Maintain a simple set of discount and pricing rules that Sales can apply on their own, without escalating every deal.
- Run a monthly and quarterly deal war room to keep deal velocity high, especially around month-end and quarter-end close.
- Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms directly, keeping most negotiations out of Legal's hands.
- Build a redline clause library of accepted and rejected language, so AI can suggest fallback terms on routine deals.
- Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, and use AI to triage incoming requests and flag which deal changes actually need re-approval.
- Own Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene for every deal.
- Support Customer Success on non-standard renewal and expansion structuring.
- Coordinate security and compliance requests (DPA, SOC 2, security addenda) between Sales, Security, and Legal.
- Report monthly on deal desk performance: cycle time, discounting, and exceptions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 Deal desk knowledge: You have in-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function, not just executing a process someone else fully designed.
- 📐 SaaS commercial fluency: You have a strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition and ARR reporting principles, and enterprise contract structures.
- ⚖️ Contract negotiation and redlining: You can negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with a customer and know when to involve Legal.
- 🛠️ CPQ/ Salesforce hands-on: You've configured and operated both a CPQ and Salesforce yourself, not just used what someone else set up.
- 🤖 AI-native working style: You default to AI and automation in your own work, with concrete examples of deal or approval workflows you've automated.
- 🤝 Stakeholder management: You have outstanding communication skills and can influence and manage complex stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🏗️ 0-to-1 builder: You've spun up a deal desk or similar function from the ground up, defining the underlying processes and policies yourself.
- 🔧 Modern CPQ/billing exposure: You've worked with Salesforce CPQ or modern platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon.
- 🧩 Product curiosity: You're curious about n8n and ideally have already successfully built a workflow.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too! ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for engineers to join the team building Spark, a lightweight implementation of Supabase written in Rust. It runs on an embedded SQLite-based engine with a Postgres-compatible SQL layer, and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production.
This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set. You'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you'll:
- Grow API compatibility with the Supabase client, keeping behavior faithful to hosted Supabase and backed by conformance tests
- Bring more of the Supabase stack to Turso/SQLite
- Find and work around gaps in the underlying database engine, with minimal repros and tests
- Build and harden the path for upgrading a project from Spark to full Supabase
- Own the developer experience end to end: the CLI, local tooling, and docs
- Build and harden the hosted offering while keeping the low cost structure in mind, kept loosely coupled so the implementation can be swapped without a rewrite
- Work directly with design partners and turn real-world migration and integration friction into a sharper product
- Engage with the open-source community and contribute back to the broader Supabase stack
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have substantial backend or full-stack experience with strong fluency in Rust, have shipped production Rust, and have built or contributed to a backend system, framework, or developer platform before
- Are a strong generalist, comfortable moving across the stack from API design to storage internals to infrastructure, and picking up whatever the problem needs
- Read unfamiliar code without friction. A lot of the work means studying reference implementations in other languages, such as GoTrue in Go, PostgREST in Haskell, and matching their behavior in Rust
- Have a solid grounding in SQL and relational databases, experience working close to a database engine (transactions, MVCC, type systems), and the curiosity to dig into where Postgres and SQLite differ
- Know Postgres well enough to use it as the reference for correct behavior
- Have run services under tight resource limits (multi-tenant, serverless, or embedded)
- Have a bias toward compatibility and correctness, and reach for tests and specs to prove behavior
- Think around corners. When everyone reaches for the standard playbook, you look for the simpler path that fits a smaller box. You break a complex system down to the 20% that covers 80% of the need, then make it run somewhere far smaller than it was designed for
- Care about developer experience: clean APIs, fast feedback loops, and tooling that makes the right thing the easy thing
- Are comfortable owning ambiguous, early-stage work and making sound calls that inform and define the spec. This is a founding role on a brand-new team
- Are comfortable working in public repositories on a remote, async team
- Communicate clearly in writing
- Bonus: experience with the Supabase stack, building developer CLIs, a track record of open-source maintenance, or contributions to Rust database or web projects
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join the Framework Team building tools used by fellow engineers and powering game services across the company. You will work with modern C++ (17/20), asynchronous systems, network communications (S2S), high-load services, and distributed architectures.
WHAT DO WE DO:
- Design and develop core SDK/framework modules with clean abstractions to enable simple, fast, and high-quality game logic development.
- Gather requirements and design APIs, protocols, and service-to-service interaction contracts.
- Build asynchronous and multithreaded code with high performance in mind.
- Work with S2S communications: idempotency, transactions, and guaranteed delivery in distributed systems.
- Design and evolve ORM and data persistence layers (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Ensure scalability, stability, and fault tolerance of backend services.
- Work with legacy code—simplify, refactor, and increase reliability without downtime or production risks.
- Implement observability: metrics, logs, tracing.
- Improve developer tools and DevEx — CMake, Conan, Python tooling, CI/CD scripts, Docker.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, mentoring, and R&D exploration.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, break down work, and deliver to production independently.
- 3+ years of backend development experience on a statically typed language under Linux.
- 3+ years of commercial experience with C++17/20.
- Strong knowledge of asynchrony and multithreading (threads, futures, coroutines, atomics).
- Understanding of network communication (REST/RPC (gRPC), HTTP, WebSocket, TCP).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (DDL/DML, transactions, indexes, migrations).
- Solid software design skills: Software Design, SOLID, Clean Code, IoC/DI, composition, GoF patterns.
- Experience working with distributed and high-load systems.
- Understanding of System Design: scaling, degradation, caching, SLA/SLO/SLI.
- Experience with CI/CD, containers, and build systems (CMake, Docker, Jenkins/GitLab).
- Familiarity with testing and performance tools (GTest, Valgrind, Perf, Sanitizers).
- English - B1 or higher, Russian - B2 or higher.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- The best team in the world!
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
- Relocation package for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
- A modern and sunny office close to the sea.
- Private health insurance for you and your family members.
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
- Lunch compensation and a sports and fitness allowance.
- Personal development opportunities paid for by the company: professional and language courses, books, etc.
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years worked, getting married, and the birth of a child.
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic, annual offsite company birthday and Christmas parties.
