About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
This position sits within Nebius Token Factory, our serverless platform for running and customizing open-source LLMs in production. Token Factory allows for serverless inference and fine-tuning backed by in-house optimizations like custom speculative decoding, quantization, cache-aware routing and dedicated endpoints. Customers come to us to move from prototype to scaled production without the cost and complexity of building and tuning their own inference stack.
Our Solutions Architects own the
technical delivery
of customer engagements: deploying open-source models, tuning the serving stack, benchmarking against the customer's success criteria, and carrying the technical relationship through to production. Sales Engineers qualify and scope the opportunity; SAs execute it. Technical Account Managers take it from production onward.
We're looking for a
Manager, ML Solutions Architecture
to lead our US regional
SA
teams. Your scope is
PoC delivery and post-sales technical support
: the people who do it, the standard they do it to, and the operating cadence that keeps it predictable. You will report to the Head of Solutions Architecture and partner with a peer manager in the other region.
We expect you to push people when they need pushing, make the uncomfortable call when deliverables don't land even though the effort was real, and take ownership of the documentation work: implement and monitor the following of the guidelines, ticket hygiene, and making sure the team actually uses all three.
You're welcome to work remotely from
the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the team
Manage a team of 4 Solutions Architects, with continued growth planned: 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, promotion cases, and individual growth plans
Build an accurate picture of each
SA
's strengths, gaps, and preferences, and allocate accounts and engagements against both expertise and interest
Run the cadence that surfaces blockers early, then take them to the development, product, and business teams that can clear them, and stay on them until they do
Hold people to outcomes: distinguish effort from delivered results, say so plainly when the two diverge, and reflect it in ratings and compensation decisions
Onboard new joiners through to their first independently delivered engagement
Coach SAs into stronger engineers and stronger communicators, and make deliberate calls about who is ready for more scope
Own delivery
Be accountable for your team's delivery outcomes: time from PoC kick-off to first optimized dedicated endpoint, success-criteria hit rate, and the quality of the technical relationship after the customer goes to production
Review technical work before it reaches the customer: benchmarking methodology, serving configurations, results, closure documents; catch the wrong conclusion drawn from a metrics artifact before a customer sees it
Ensure staffing and escalation coverage across accounts and timezones, including post-sales request load that does not respect sprint boundaries
Call infeasibility early and with evidence, rather than letting the team burn iterations against requirements the platform cannot meet today
Own the operating system of the team
Maintain and extend the team's documentation: responsibilities, runbooks, guides, onboarding, definitions of done, engagement closure templates. Keep it accurate and reachable; link, don't copy
Get it
used
, not just written: documentation nobody reads is a cost, not an asset
Keep the ticket tracker the system of record, so PoC and production status is readable without asking anyone
Instrument the work: define and report the metrics that show whether delivery is getting faster and more reliable over time
Work across teams
Development and research teams: convert recurring customer pain into prioritized platform work, and represent the customer's technical reality in roadmap discussions
Pre-sales: hold the scoping-to-execution boundary: push back on under-scoped engagements, and feed feasibility signal back upstream
Account management: make production handoffs uneventful, and keep post-sales technical requests moving
Business and leadership: give a straight read on account health, technical feasibility, and capacity needs
We expect you to have:
3+ years managing technical teams, including performance management and difficult conversations
Experience managing a customer-facing team.
Running a team whose work is visible to customers, on customer timelines, with customer escalations.
Strong ML knowledge:
LLM architectures, fine-tuning approaches (
SFT
/
LoRA
,
RL
-based), evaluation design, and a working command of inference internals — quantization,
KV
-cache management, batching, routing, speculative decoding — and of the frameworks the team works in (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM)
Enough technical judgment to review someone else's benchmark and find the flaw in the methodology, not just in the conclusion
Python strong enough to read and review your team's code
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives, including in front of enterprise customers under pressure
Genuine tolerance for operational work: documentation, process design, reporting, and the follow-through that makes them stick
Comfort operating with ambiguity across distributed teams and timezones, and a bias toward writing things down
It would be an added bonus if you have:
References from both former managers and former direct reports
Experience scaling a team through rapid growth (5 → 15+) without losing delivery quality
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical function at a cloud, inference, or AI infrastructure provider
Experience defining process and documentation for a team that had none
Hands-on background running LLMs in production and debugging inference workloads at the framework level
Work with multimodal AI models (vision-language, speech)
Proficiency with DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
Preferred technical stack:
Programming languages:
Python
ML frameworks and libraries:
vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs
MLOps and DevOps tools:
Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Git
Cloud platforms:
AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), GCP (Vertex AI), Azure (Azure ML)

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer (Python) in GitLab's Agent Foundations stage, you'll go beyond using AI tools. You'll help build the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences: the platform that lets AI agents work across the whole software delivery lifecycle, not just write code. That covers the reusable building blocks agents and flows are made from as well as our core harness, Duo Developer.
Most of your work will be backend engineering in Python, using libraries such as LangGraph to build secure, reliable and scalable features in our AI Gateway. You'll also work across the stack where needed. You'll work closely with engineers across the stage and other AI Engineering teams. This is a high-visibility area where GitLab's core platform meets its AI strategy.
What you'll do
Develop, ship and maintain features for the Duo Agent Platform in the Duo Workflow Service, the AI Gateway and, where needed, the GitLab monolith. Keep them secure, well-tested and performant.
Build and improve agentic flows and their reusable parts with LangChain and LangGraph, including the Flow Registry.
Work with Product Management, UX, frontend, backend and AI specialists to refine requirements and ship improvements in small iterations.
Design, implement and review APIs (including GraphQL and REST) and the backend logic behind them, with reliable, scalable and clear contracts for clients such as the GitLab monolith, IDE extensions and Duo CLI.
Improve and extend automated testing (pytest and other frameworks), including evaluations of agent and flow behavior, to strengthen quality and give developers faster feedback.
Share standards, patterns and learnings with other engineers to raise the bar for responsible AI integration and evidence-driven engineering.
Join Tier 2
on-call rotations
to troubleshoot production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and improve observability and resiliency.
Keep an eye on the competitive landscape to help keep GitLab's agent platform best-in-class as more work becomes agentic.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you'll bring
Experience building and maintaining production Python backend applications, including APIs, asynchronous or background processing, and data models.
Experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangGraph, or designing and shipping AI-powered backend features or harnesses.
Skill in designing or extending APIs (REST, GraphQL or gRPC) with attention to scalability, maintainability and backward compatibility.
Comfort working across the stack in a mature codebase. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript and Vue is a plus.
Experience finding and fixing performance bottlenecks in applications.
Clear written and verbal communication, including technical proposals and documentation, in a remote, async, cross-functional team.
Openness to learning and to applying skills from related technologies or fields.
About the team
The
Agent Foundations stage
builds the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences. We provide the platform, catalog and execution features that help teams deliver resilient agents and flows to customers. The stage has three groups: Agent Developer, AI Catalog and Agent Execution. Between them, they own the GitLab Duo Developer foundational flow and the Flow Registry; the AI Catalog, including custom agents, custom flows and external agent integrations; and agent execution, agent tools and agent observability.
Our engineers work async-first across EMEA, AMER, and India timezones. We work with teams across AI engineering and the rest of GitLab so the Duo Agent Platform can power many of GitLab's AI features.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll hold a high bar for the output of the teams you work with, ensuring that Attio executes both quickly and with quality.
- Raise the bar on how we build and operate software. You’ll be part of a technical leadership group that sets standards for how we build and operate software at Attio, ensuring that we strive to build robust and maintainable systems that are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Grow our engineering talent. You’ll mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio. You’ll share your knowledge and growth mindset with the team, and be open to new approaches and experiments as software engineering evolves in the age of AI.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- First-class technical skills. First and foremost, you’ll be an excellent technical executor, with an ability to think in systems, not just crank out code. You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. You’ll also be passionate about hiring the right talent for Attio.
- A focus on the product and customer. You’ll have strong opinions on what makes a great product, and a keen desire to deliver the things which generate value for Attio’s customers. You’ll be curious to learn about how our product is used in the field, and have an understanding of how to use data to ensure we’re building the right thing.

- Ensure that Attio is at the forefront of secure software development and operational practices.

- First-class incident response skills, through the entire incident lifecycle of detection, remediation, clean-up, and post-incident corrective action.
- Experience leading a team with line management. You should be a mentor who can recruit, retain and develop a high-quality Product Security team that continues to deliver for the business as Attio scales.
DESIRABLE
- Background in software engineering

- Experience of hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers, and working with cross-functional partners.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Control Team in London.
You will own how we measure control quality - per robot and across the fleet. Today, judging whether a change made the robot better is still too often an engineer's opinion after a few runs. You will replace that with numbers: reproducible, automated, trusted numbers that say whether a release is better than the last one, whether one robot behaves like another, and whether a fleet is ready for a pilot.
This is a software engineering role, not a control design role. You do not need to derive a whole-body controller. You do need real robotics experience, strong engineering discipline, and genuine interest in the physics of what you are measuring - the control engineers bring the theory and will rely on you to tell them the truth about their code.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Control Quality Metrics
- Turn qualitative concerns about control quality - smoothness, latency, tracking error, accuracy, and the like - into precise, computable metrics, and build the pipelines that compute them consistently from recorded robot data, simulation runs and live telemetry.
- Own metric definitions and versioning so a number measured today is comparable with the same number measured six months from now.
Evaluation & Test Infrastructure
- Develop automated test harnesses that evaluate control releases deterministically - reproducible, run-to-run comparable, free of the hidden state that makes hardware testing unreliable.
- Wire control evaluation into CI across simulation and hardware-in-the-loop, with pass/fail thresholds so regressions are caught automatically rather than discovered on a customer site.
- Build the tooling that lets engineers compare controller variants and releases side by side.
Fleet-Level Control Quality
- Build the per-robot and per-fleet test suites that establish whether each robot meets the expected control performance bar - runnable by other teams without controls support.
- Track control quality over time and across units - drift, per-robot variation, degradation - and own the path from robot to metric, including the dashboards that make control health legible.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Robotics experience on real systems - you understand robot data, timing and synchronisation, and the many ways hardware experiments go wrong.
- Strong Python, plus enough modern C++ to work confidently inside a real-time control codebase and instrument it.
- Built test automation, evaluation frameworks or benchmarking infrastructure for complex systems - and got other engineers to actually use them.
- Solid measurement and data analysis judgement: sampling, noise, statistical significance, and knowing when a difference between two runs is real.
- Experience with robot middleware and data formats (ROS/ROS2, message recording and replay, time sync), CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with robot kinematics and dynamics, or prior exposure to control systems — enough to hold an informed conversation about what you are measuring.
- Hardware-in-the-loop test rigs and physical regression testing.
- Physics simulation environments (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim/Isaac Lab) and sim-to-real validation.
- Operating or supporting a fleet of robots or other distributed physical devices.
- Data engineering: pipeline orchestration, time-series databases, large-scale log processing.
- Release management or quality gates for safety-relevant software.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Forward Deployed Engineers work directly with the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world, owning their technical outcomes on Baseten and taking on the hardest problems in serving and improving models at scale. The work spans the model lifecycle: inference, post-training, and the systems that tighten the loop between them.
- Act as each account's de facto CTO on Baseten, with final accountability for how their workloads are designed, run, and scaled.
- Take customer objectives from vague to shipped: frame the problem, define the spec and success criteria, build the PoC, and carry it through to production quickly, using the right tools for the problem.
- Design the evals and benchmarks that isolate where quality or performance falls short, then close the gap yourself, whether that means optimizing inference, improving the model through post-training, or reworking the eval itself.
- Be the first responder to mission-critical failures including triage, owning the fix directly or route to the owning team and stay accountable until it ships.
- Build internal systems so that each engagement is faster than the last. This includes tooling and automation for eval and deployment infrastructure, and the recipes and reference implementations that make the product more self-serve.
- Shape the product itself, channeling what your accounts need into the roadmap and shipping fixes and features into Baseten's codebase yourself.
- Do all of this across multiple accounts at once, sequencing the work, pulling in the right people at the right time, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders aligned on status and risk.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of software engineering experience, shipping and maintaining code in large production systems, ideally with breadth across the stack
- Experience debugging complex production issues - working through logs, metrics, and traces to root-cause problems in unfamiliar systems
- Confidence owning ambiguous technical problems. This includes triaging, making decisions under uncertainty, and knowing when to pull in other engineers who own the underlying systems
- Motivation beyond pure engineering. An interest in wanting to work directly with customers, understand their problems firsthand, and influence the product
- Clear communication on complex technical topics, whether you're talking to a customer's engineers or their leadership
- Genuine curiosity about AI inference and training, and a drive to become an expert in the infrastructure powering it
- Willingness to respond to customers outside regular working hours and participate in an on-call rotation
- Excitement about solving problems for some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the world running mission-critical AI workloads
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We don't expect any one person to cover all of this - the strongest candidates may spike in one or two of the following:
- Depth in a core infrastructure domain such as storage systems or networking (anywhere from the cloud layer to cluster interconnects like InfiniBand and RoCE)
- Experience operating distributed compute platforms like Kubernetes, Slurm, or Ray, especially for GPU workloads
- A detailed understanding of LLM architectures and modern inference engines like vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or SGLang
- The ability to profile and optimize GPU workloads, in training or serving
- Hands-on experience with post-training techniques like SFT and RL, or a broader deep learning background plus fluency in a tensor computation library like PyTorch or JAX
- Operational depth - running on-call, leading incident response, debugging distributed systems under pressure
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

Our expertise in AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent allows us to partner with enterprise leaders on transformative initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an
Agentforce AI Maestro
to join our elite European advisory roster under Xenon7's flexible Maestro Model. This strategic, fractional role combines enterprise Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead high-level technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee production deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.
Rather than a standard full-time commitment, this role provides high-leverage advisory engagements and project-based execution, with the potential to evolve into a full-time principal position as engagements scale. This is a hands-on technical lead role, not a Salesforce admin position.
A. Agentforce Architecture & System Design
Solution Architecture:
Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent $\rightarrow$ Agent $\rightarrow$ Context $\rightarrow$ Reasoning $\rightarrow$ Actions $\rightarrow$ Systems $\rightarrow$ Outcome).
Core Agent Engineering:
Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.
Deterministic Logic Integration:
Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.
B. Agentic AI & LLM Engineering
Orchestration & Tooling:
Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.
Architectural Trade-offs:
Evaluate and determine when to leverage LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations.
C. Enterprise Data & System Integration
Grounding & RAG:
Ground agent reasoning in structured/unstructured enterprise data utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries.
System Interoperability:
Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines, incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards.
D. Testing, Security & Strategic Advisory
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using the Agentforce Testing Center.
Security & Guardrails:
Design least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
Client & Team Leadership:
Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience.
Agentforce Track Record:
At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.
Location:
Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours.
Core Tech Stack:
Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
AI Competency:
Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.
Preferred Certifications & Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP.
Exposure to major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock)
