About The Opportunity
The Compliance team's primary objective is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards. The team owns the full compliance engineering stack: KYC onboarding and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. We achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML vendors, and enabling robust business growth, which ultimately strengthens user trust in our platform. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated. In compliance, a system that is mostly right is wrong — so every control we build must be deterministic in its enforcement, complete in its coverage, and explainable in its outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Formulate, select, and develop technical schemes for platform projects across the compliance domain — KYC onboarding flows, identity verification and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule, case management, and regulatory reporting — including AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, automated risk scoring, and analyst-assist agents.
Organize and coordinate resources, leading project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion — including delivery of AI model integration work within KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication and promote teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration, including partnering with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and ensure reliable, auditable inference infrastructure.
Define where probabilistic AI is appropriate versus where deterministic logic is mandatory — and design the boundary cleanly so models assist without compromising auditability or enforcement integrity.
Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talents in the industry, with a focus on building AI engineering best practices across the compliance engineering team — patterns for agentic coding, prompt libraries, eval suites, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated work in a regulated environment.
What We Look For In You
A compliance-first systems mindset — you instinctively reach for state machines, idempotency keys, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs and immutable audit logs. You understand that in compliance, false negatives cost millions and false positives cost trust, and you design accordingly. Prior experience in KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, or payments is a strong plus; experience surviving a regulatory audit is an even stronger plus.
Daily, fluent use of modern AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or equivalents. You can describe the specific workflows you run, the failure modes you have hit, and the guardrails you have built around AI-generated code. AI fluency is required, not nice-to-have.
Production experience integrating AI/ML model inference into Java services — REST/gRPC-based model serving, feature engineering pipelines, latency-sensitive inference optimization, graceful degradation, and drift / rollback playbooks.
Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns — at least one of: RAG pipelines (vector store + retrieval + grounding) for policy / KYC / case lookup, agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step reasoning, validation loops) for analyst assistance, or LLM-based classification / extraction shipped to production.
Discipline around AI output — you do not ship LLM features without evals, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes decisions. You have an opinion on when to reach for a frontier model vs. a fine-tuned small model vs. a deterministic rule, and can defend that trade-off to a regulator.
Exposure to LLM integration or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus — e.g. prompt engineering at the system level, RAG pipelines, or orchestrating AI workflows within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of software engineering basics, distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and exactly-once vs at-least-once semantics.
Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills — including the ability to write clearly for non-engineers (compliance officers, auditors, regulators).
AI Proficiency Expectations & Interview Process
AI fluency is a required engineering competency for this role, on the same level as ‘can write good Java’. We will assess it explicitly during the interview, and a strong showing here is a meaningful plus:
AI-augmented workflow demo — walk us through how you use AI tools day-to-day. The prompts, the tasks you delegate to an agent vs. write yourself, how you review AI-generated diffs, and how you measure the impact (commit velocity, defect rate, test coverage). Concrete examples beat slogans.
Live agentic exercise — a working session using the AI coding agent of your choice on a realistic compliance-flavoured problem. We look at how you scope, prompt, validate, and integrate AI output, not whether the agent gets it right first try.
Design discussion with a probabilistic twist — expect at least one system-design question where the right answer involves deciding when not to use an LLM, and how to design the deterministic fallback. We hire engineers who can defend that boundary.
Evaluation & guardrails — be ready to discuss an eval suite or guardrail you have built for an AI feature in production (e.g. an LLM-assisted SAR narrative drafting tool, an AI-assisted KYC document review step, or screening-hit disambiguation). If you have not shipped one, tell us how you would design it.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development — including budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Robotics Test Engineer to support software release validation, policy evaluations, and end-to-end metrics collection on our humanoid robots. You will work alongside our Test Team, owning day-to-day execution and growing into deeper HIL and automation responsibilities.
This is not a standard web-QA role. You will be running tests on real robots, comparing simulation against reality, and helping us build the data pipeline that tells us whether each new software version is ready to ship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SOFTWARE RELEASE TESTING
- Release Validation: Execute the end-to-end test pipeline for each new software release, ensuring quality gates are met before the build is deployed to the fleet.
- Regression Coverage: Run automated and manual regression suites against new builds; triage failures and route them to the right owner.
- CI/CD Participation: Contribute new tests to our CI/CD pipeline (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) so that regressions are caught immediately after code merges.
2. POLICY EVALUATIONS
- Eval Support: Help design and run policy evaluations for our learned behaviors — defining success criteria, executing trials, and collecting results in a reproducible way.
- Simulation: Run policy evaluations in simulation environments (Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim) in parallel with physical robot tests.
- Sim-to-Real: Track differences between simulation and physical robot results and feed findings back to the policy team.
3. E2E METRICS COLLECTION
- Metrics Pipeline: Support the collection of end-to-end performance and reliability metrics across releases, building consistent reporting the org can trust.
- Dashboards: Help maintain dashboards that highlight pass/fail rates, latency, and performance trends release-over-release.
- Data Hygiene: Keep test data clean and well-labeled so that long-term trends remain meaningful as the platform evolves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 3+ years in software test engineering or test automation, ideally with some exposure to robotics, embedded systems, or another physical-systems domain.
- Coding: Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation. Comfortable reading C++.
- Robotics Middleware: Working knowledge of ROS2 — you understand topics, services, and how to interact with a running robot.
- OS: Comfortable in Linux (Ubuntu) — terminal, shell scripting, basic system administration.
- Mindset: Methodical and curious. You enjoy finding the one weird edge case that breaks the build.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with robotics simulators (Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Unity).
- Exposure to Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test benches.
- Basic electrical debugging skills (multimeter, oscilloscope).
- Awareness of safety-critical standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262).
TECH STACK
- Languages: Python (primary), C++ (reading), Bash
- Robotics: ROS / ROS2
- CI/CD: GitLab / GitHub Actions
- Simulation: NVIDIA Isaac Sim
- Hardware Interfaces: CAN, EtherCAT, Ethernet
WHAT WE OFFER
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Fully funded private healthcare for UK employees, with broad provider access, virtual and in‑person care, and strong mental health and serious illness support.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Pension scheme with a total 8% contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Hardware Test Engineer to own the test methodology for HMND‑01’s hardware components, robot subsystems, and complete humanoid robots. You will be the engineer who decides what “good” looks like — from a single actuator on the bench to a full robot walking through an integration sequence.
This is a hands-on, technical leadership role. You will design test methods, run them yourself on early prototypes, and partner closely with the test automation team, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, and Supply Chain Quality as we move from EVT toward production. You’ll be the hardware voice that shapes what gets measured on the line, at what tolerance, and why — without owning the QC routine or rig build, which sit with Production Ops Quality and Manufacturing Engineering respectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TEST METHOD DEFINITION
- Component-Level Methods: Define functional, performance, and stress tests for individual hardware components — actuators, sensors, electronics, structural parts — including pass/fail criteria and required data capture.
- Subsystem Testing: Design integration tests for major robot subsystems (arms, hands, legs, torso, head) covering kinematic accuracy, repeatability, load behavior, and thermal response.
- Whole-Robot Testing: Define and execute system-level tests for full robot assemblies, including end-to-end motion sequences, balance, manipulation tasks, and failure-mode behavior.
2. HANDS-ON TEST EXECUTION
- Prototype Bring-up: Be the first engineer to put hands on each new hardware revision, characterizing performance against design intent and feeding findings back to the design team.
- Failure Analysis: Investigate failures during testing, work with hardware engineers to root-cause issues, and verify fixes.
- Test Documentation: Capture methods, results, and learnings in a way that the rest of the organization can repeat and trust.
3. AUTOMATION SUPPORT
- Test Automation Inputs: Translate manual test methods into specifications for the automation team. Decide which tests can be automated and which must remain manual, and why.
- Tooling: Specify and prototype custom test fixtures, jigs, and instrumentation needed to execute your methods reliably during prototype and bring-up work.
- Data: Define what each test must capture so that automated runs produce results comparable to your manual baseline.
4. PRODUCTION TEST — IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION OPS
- Requirements for Line Rigs & Jigs: Provide the technical requirements for production test jigs, fixtures, and test beds — what they measure, at what tolerance, what data they need to capture, and the pass/fail criteria. Manufacturing Engineering owns rig design, build, and commissioning; you review designs and sign off on whether they actually verify what they’re meant to verify.
- In-Process Verification: Define the checks at each stage of assembly that confirm components and sub-assemblies have been built correctly before they move to the next station, including required measurements and rework paths for failures.
- Test Evidence & Traceability: Define what each production test must capture so that results, measurements, and pass/fail outcomes are written to the production database, linked to the serial number of the unit under test — every shipped robot has a complete and queryable build and test history.
- System-Level Acceptance: Define final-product acceptance tests — performance envelopes, functional gates, and sign-off criteria for a robot leaving the line.
5. QUALITY & DESIGN FEEDBACK LOOP — IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SUPPLY CHAIN QUALITY AND PRODUCTION OPS QUALITY
- Component Performance Characteristics: Define the system-level performance characteristics that incoming parts must meet. Supply Chain Quality translates these into incoming inspection criteria and supplier qualification plans, and runs the inspection process.
- Root-Cause Partnership: Partner with Production Ops Quality on root-cause analysis when line failures trace back to component behavior or system design, and feed findings back into engineering.
- Closed Loop with Design: Treat test data as a closed loop with design — surface trends from production into design reviews so the product gets better, not just the process.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have:
- Experience: 5+ years in hardware test engineering, with hands-on testing of complex electromechanical systems — robotics, automotive, aerospace, or similar.
- Test Methodology: Strong grasp of test theory, test design, and pass/fail criteria definition. You can write a test spec that another engineer can execute without follow-up questions.
- Mechanical: Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, common core components (gears, bearings, actuators), measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, load cells, encoders), and technical drawings including GD&T basics.
- Electrical: Comfortable reading schematics, using a multimeter and oscilloscope, and reasoning about basic power and signal integrity.
- Production Fluency: Familiarity with hardware production operations — flow, takt, work instructions, traveler documentation — enough to collaborate effectively with Manufacturing Engineering and Production Ops without trying to own their work.
- Tooling: Experience with test and task tracking systems (Jira, X-Ray, TestRail, or similar).
- Matrix Operating Style: Comfortable influencing test stations, rigs, and equipment design through clear requirements and tight partnership, not through ownership.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive delivery and cross-team coordination for the Shop Builder DevX and AI team. You are the bridge between architecture and execution: you take the technical direction set by the Principal Engineer and turn it into a running, shipping team.
You lead a squad of three engineers building the developer surface that Shop Builder is missing — MCP server, CLI, SDK, documentation pipeline, local dev environment, deploy and versioning path. You set the delivery cadence, remove blockers, coordinate inbound dependencies from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog, and own the quality of what ships.
This is a hands-on role. You write production code, lead code reviews, and drive technical decisions within your domain. You also have the seniority and judgment to coordinate across teams and represent the team's work to engineering leadership.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global payments and commerce platform for the games industry, used by thousands of publishers to monetize, distribute, and operate their titles worldwide. Shop Builder is Xsolla's storefront platform — used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. For more information, visit xsolla.com.
The DevX and AI team owns the public APIs, documentation, and AI features that give developers — and AI agents — the full surface they need to customize and extend Shop Builder. This is a net-new team of seven, standing up to fill a real gap: no dedicated team has owned the developer surface end to end. That changes now.
Responsibilities
Drive the delivery of the Shop Builder developer surface: MCP server, CLI and local dev environment, public SDK, documentation pipeline, sandbox and preview environments, deploy and versioning path.
Lead and mentor a team of three engineers — setting technical direction within the squad, running code reviews, and ensuring consistent engineering quality.
Own cross-team coordination: identify and pull inbound API capabilities from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog teams; unblock dependencies; manage integration timelines.
Actively contribute to implementation — you ship production code alongside the team, particularly on the most critical and complex components.
Partner with the Principal Engineer to translate architecture decisions into sprint-level execution plans and realistic timelines.
Collaborate with the PO on roadmap sequencing, scope decisions, and trade-offs between speed and correctness.
Own the team's delivery rhythm: sprint planning, technical grooming, retrospectives, and status visibility to engineering and business leadership.
Define and maintain the team's engineering standards: testing strategy, observability, deployment practices, and documentation quality.
Act as the primary technical contact for integrations with headless partners and the MIT professional services team during early partner onboarding.
Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews and defining what great looks like for the engineers joining this team.
Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead, staff, or senior lead role driving delivery across a team.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with experience shipping production APIs, CLIs, or SDKs to external developers.
Hands-on experience building CLI tools and developer-facing workflows: command design, config file formats, local dev loops, deploy commands, and error messages that actually help.
Solid understanding of REST API design principles, SDK ergonomics, and what makes a developer experience work — you have strong opinions and can back them up.
Practical familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic tool-use patterns: you understand how AI agents consume tool interfaces and what makes a tool reliable for an LLM.
Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams to ship features that depend on inbound capabilities you don't own.
Proven ability to lead engineers: clear technical direction, raising the quality bar through reviews, developing other engineers' skills.
Cloud-native experience: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment automation on AWS or GCP.
Strong communication skills — you translate technical complexity into clear status for leadership, and technical requirements into actionable work for your team.
Nice to Have
Experience in game tech, digital commerce, storefront platforms, or headless architecture.
Background building React component libraries, design systems, or frontend platforms consumed by external developers.
Experience building sandboxed execution environments for third-party code (custom blocks, extensions, plugins).
Familiarity with LLM-generated code evaluation: assessing whether an AI-produced block, component, or layout is correct and safe to ship.
Prior experience standing up a greenfield team from scratch and knowing what that demands.
Exposure to documentation-as-code workflows and toolchains that publish to multiple surfaces from a single source of truth.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to take architectural ownership of the agent-readable Shop Builder platform. This is the most senior individual contributor role on the DevX and AI team, and the decisions you make here — which surfaces to expose, which formats to support, which standards to set — will bind the platform for years.
You are not a manager, but your influence is org-wide. You define how developers and AI agents interact with Shop Builder's foundational capabilities: UI as Data, custom blocks, themes, data binding, catalog, payments. You are the technical authority on what the platform exposes and how, and you are deeply hands-on with the hardest parts of that work.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global payments and commerce platform for the games industry, used by thousands of publishers to monetize, distribute, and operate their titles worldwide. Shop Builder is Xsolla's storefront platform — used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. This is a net-new team of seven, standing up to fill a real gap: no dedicated team has owned the developer surface end to end. That changes now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical architecture of the agent-readable Shop Builder platform: which APIs to expose, in what shape, through which surfaces (REST, SDK, MCP, CLI).
Define the interface contracts that LLMs and developers interact with — React component APIs, custom block schemas, theme tokens, data binding formats — and maintain them with the rigor of a public API.
Design and lead delivery of the MCP server that allows AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to build, deploy, and operate Shop Builder storefronts end-to-end without the editor in the loop.
Architect the CLI and local development environment: how developers scaffold projects, iterate locally, preview changes, and push to production.
Define the deploy, versioning, and rollback model for developer-published content — custom blocks, themes, and layouts.
Design the sandbox and preview environment system so agents and developers can iterate without touching live partner sites.
Set the documentation standard: written for LLMs and humans as first-class users, maintained from single canonical sources and published to every surface (CLI help, dev docs, MCP tool descriptions, AI context).
Lead the eval harness architecture: how the team measures whether an LLM-generated block, theme, or layout is correct before it ships.
Collaborate with Principal/Staff Engineers across payments, auth, live ops, and catalog to pull inbound capabilities into coherent developer-facing surfaces.
Serve as the technical bar-raiser for the team: define code standards, review critical implementation decisions, and mentor the Tech Lead and engineers.
Contribute to hiring and define the technical culture of the team from day one.
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of professional engineering experience, with a demonstrated track record as a Staff or Principal engineer who has shaped platforms, APIs, or developer tooling used by external builders.
Deep expertise in designing and shipping public APIs and SDKs, including versioning strategy, backwards compatibility, and developer ergonomics — strong opinions about what makes an API delightful vs. painful.
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React — the primary interface language for LLMs and developers on this platform.
Hands-on experience building CLI tooling and local developer workflows (scaffolding, hot reload, file-based config, deploy commands).
Solid understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent agentic tool-use interfaces, and practical experience building tools that AI agents can reliably invoke.
Experience building systems at global scale on cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), with deep knowledge of containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Ability to write and reason about LLM-friendly documentation and API surfaces: you understand that token-efficiency, predictability, and schema clarity matter as much as human readability.
Exceptional technical communication: clear RFCs and ADRs, productive architecture reviews, and the ability to explain second-order consequences to engineering and business leadership.
Comfort operating in a greenfield context — you define the structure rather than inherit it.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in game tech, digital commerce, or storefront platforms — understanding the publisher/developer relationship and headless vs. hosted deployment patterns.
Experience building platforms where AI agents are a first-class user: MCP servers, LLM tool registries, agent eval pipelines.
Familiarity with Figma's plugin/component API, design token standards, and design-to-code pipelines.
Contributions to open-source developer tooling, SDK frameworks, or API standards.
Background in block or extension marketplace design: sandboxing third-party code, schema validation, publisher ecosystems.
Published technical writing, conference talks, or influential community presence in developer tooling or AI-native development.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Sales Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. This is not demos or research, but helping teams build systems they rely on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $185,000–$315,000 USD

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the Investigations group, you'll be a technical leader on the Government Systems team — the group responsible for the deployment platform and operational infrastructure that delivers Chainalysis Reactor to government and high-security customers.
The mission of the Government Systems team is to ensure that Chainalysis's most security-sensitive customers can run Reactor reliably in their own environments — including networks with strict access controls and limited connectivity. Government Systems sits at the intersection of infrastructure operations and product delivery. Product teams own their application code, but rely on Government Systems to provision environments, manage release pipelines, and operate the deployment platform. As a senior engineer you will be the connective tissue between these groups — setting technical direction, resolving cross-cutting issues, and ensuring the platform evolves to meet growing demands.
Note: This position requires eligibility to access U.S. Government information and systems. Due to applicable government security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Due to collaboration with Europe, we are highly prioritizing candidates based in EST timezone.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead the design and evolution of RKE2 Kubernetes clusters across development, acceptance, and production environments — driving upgrades, capacity planning, networking strategy, and operational resilience
- Architect and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform) to provision and manage AWS-based environments, establishing patterns and modules that the team can scale with confidence
- Own the CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions) end-to-end — designing pipeline architecture, improving build performance, and ensuring releases flow reliably through staged environments
- Drive GitOps-based delivery strategy using Flux CD, defining standards for Helm charts and Kustomize overlays and ensuring consistent reconciliation across clusters
- Define container image lifecycle policies — building, signing, storing, and distributing images across OCI registries for multiple deployment targets
- Identify and eliminate operational toil through automation, improving environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes at a systemic level
- Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices — owning dashboards, runbooks, and post-incident reviews that raise platform reliability over time
- Serve as a technical point of contact for product service teams integrating into the deployment pipeline — unblocking teams, troubleshooting complex environment issues, and advocating for infrastructure best practices
- Own the security posture of the deployment platform — managing secrets, certificates, RBAC policies, and security configurations to meet compliance and operational security requirements
- Mentor and grow other engineers on the team through code review, pairing, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Deep experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale — cluster lifecycle management, Helm, networking, persistent storage, performance tuning, and complex workload troubleshooting
- Expert-level proficiency with Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, including module design and state management strategies
- Strong Linux systems administration skills (RHEL or similar — networking, storage, systemd, performance analysis, shell scripting)
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar), with a focus on reliability, speed, and developer experience
- Deep familiarity with AWS services commonly used in infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, EBS, Lambda, and related networking and security services)
- A strong operational mindset — you take ownership of reliability, think about failure modes proactively, and build automation to prevent recurring issues before they impact customers
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Flux CD or ArgoCD in complex, multi-environment setups — including designing promotion strategies and managing drift
- Familiarity with container registry operations, image distribution, OCI artifact management, and image signing or verification workflows
- Experience managing databases in Kubernetes environments (e.g., PostgreSQL operators, stateful workloads, backup and recovery strategies)
- Familiarity with Kafka or other message brokers in a containerized environment, including operational management and scaling
- Experience with configuration management or automation tools (Ansible or similar) at fleet scale
- Advanced scripting proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation, tooling, and integration work
- Experience supporting environments with strict security or compliance requirements (FedRAMP, FIPS, IL environments, or similar)
- Exposure to or passion for the cryptocurrency technology ecosystem
Technologies we use:
- Kubernetes: RKE2, Helm, Kustomize, Flux CD
- Cloud provider: AWS (EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, IAM, Lambda)
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, semantic-release
- Monitoring and alerting: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Humio
- Scripting and automation: Shell, Python
- Container registries: OCI/Docker
- Database management: PostgreSQL
- Event streaming: Kafka
- Operating systems: RHEL, Rocky Linux, Amazon Linux
AI at Chainalysis

AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
