We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Hasbro, play is at the heart of everything we do, and so is making sure that play is safe.
We are looking for an experienced quality, regulatory and compliance leader to head our EMEA team, driving product safety and technical compliance across Hasbro and licensed product. You will lead a specialist QA team, act as Hasbro's technical voice in the industry bodies that shape toy regulation, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards in every market they reach.
You will join a global QA team that is every bit as passionate about safety as we are about having fun. If you want to make a measurable impact on an iconic brand portfolio, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Hasbro in industry and standardization bodies including TIE, TA, ATPA, BTHA, FJP, AFNOR, CEN and ISO, shaping proportionate regulation and standards for the company and the wider toy industry.
Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, setting technical direction and providing authoritative interpretation of regulatory and licensing requirements.
Monitor regulatory change across EMEA, assess business exposure, and lead engagement with industry associations to mitigate impact.
Own the Regulatory Change Management Process for the region, ensuring new requirements are implemented on time and verified.
Develop compliance strategies for complex markets, notably distributor territories and the GCC region including Saudi Arabia, and equip local teams to meet their national requirements.
Partner with global QA licensing and EMEA licensing leadership to define, communicate and operate licensing compliance processes.
Support global development teams on new product lines: research applicable requirements and translate them into product specifications and certification programs.
Act as escalation point for market surveillance authorities and consumer safety complaints, applying balanced, ethical judgment where compliance and commercial pressures meet.
What will you bring
8+ years in product regulatory or compliance, including experience leading or mentoring across multiple markets.
Deep working knowledge of toy safety standards and legislation worldwide.
Command of EMEA and global regulation affecting Hasbro and licensed product, including REACH, the General Product Safety Regulation and the wider framework.
Working knowledge of requirements beyond the toy scope, covering 14+ product, adult collectibles and games, where the General Product Safety Regulation and related standards apply rather than toy safety legislation.
Proven experience leading a Regulatory Change Management process end to end.
Practical grounding in consumer product safety testing requirements.
Understanding of children's play patterns and how they interact with toys and games.
Experience representing a business with trade associations, regulators and market surveillance authorities.
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a global, multicultural team.
Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.
Navigate tight deadlines, shifting regulation and ambiguity with a positive mindset, a focus on solutions and a sense of humor.
Thrive in an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
Hasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. We are committed to making all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

Maintain and continuously update localized courier platforms, including country FAQs, educational content, and operational resources.
Proactively maintain information accessibility so couriers can easily self-solve issues without contacting support.
Cross-Functional Communication & Enablement
Coordinate ad-hoc courier announcements (e.g., weather-related boosts) in alignment with Communications and Supply Activation teams.
Create macros, guidance documents, and tools for Customer Support to empower frontline agents to resolve cases independently.
Assist onboarding teams with document verification, profile activations, and country-specific onboarding tasks.
Community Engagement & Feedback Loops
Drive community engagement by supporting local feedback initiatives and courier events.
Capture operational insights from courier feedback and translate them into process, documentation, and tool improvements.
AI & Process Automation
Leverage AI tools day-to-day to generate clear, empathetic response templates and reduce manual workloads for routine inquiries.

THE ROLE
As a Compute Solution Architect, you will support our strategic AI Infrastructure customers. Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM
Here at Cleo, we have ~200 Engineers organised into Pillars ✨ Our stack spans a Ruby on Rails monolith, a single React Native (TypeScript) app frontend, Python for machine learning services, and PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS and shipped through Kubernetes - backend goes out multiple times a week, app releases to Google and Apple at least weekly. To thrive here, our engineers proactively use our Engineering Principles to guide daily decisions, take ownership of problems beyond their own squad to drive broader impact, and actively drive their own learning, development and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring Senior Backend Engineers to join one of our cross-functional product squads - working closely with other engineers, designers, analysts, and product partners to build features that improve our users' financial health.
We care far more about how you think than which language you've used before. Much of our product runs on Ruby today, but we deliberately hire polyglot engineers: if you've shipped meaningful product work in any modern stack, you'll ramp quickly here.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Shape the direction of upcoming work - break down ambiguous problems with your squad and help drive projects from early discovery through to shipped impact
- Build and evolve the APIs, data models, and business logic behind our product; no Ruby experience required, just strong fundamentals and sound judgement on trade-offs
- Contribute to testing, observability, and experimentation, and help continuously raise the bar on developer experience and product quality
- Drive high-impact initiatives such as our secured credit card, budgeting and financial insight features, and subscription/pricing experiments
- Mentor engineers at your level and beyond, share knowledge generously, and help build a culture where people grow quickly and have real influence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced engineer with solid fundamentals, having worked across any modern tech stack - the specific language matters less than your ability to reason clearly, learn quickly, and think in trade-offs
- A track record of writing maintainable, thoughtful code and making sound technical decisions with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working with Ruby, or confident you can ramp up quickly in it - deep Ruby experience isn't required
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and data partners, with genuine curiosity about users and their problems
- Experience mentoring or raising the bar for engineers around you, and contributing positively to team culture
- Motivated by Cleo's mission - you care about building products that genuinely improve people's financial health
- Alignment with our engineering principles https://web.meetcleo.com/blog/cleo-engineering-principles - autonomy, accountability, pragmatism, and building things that matter
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.
For the full breakdown on what's available in your location, visit our Candidate Hub https://meetcleo.notion.site/Cleo-Candidate-Hub-3b95c63b874580e9a068fdc6c8929ebf 👈
WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

A budaörsi raktárunk hétfőtől péntekig reggel 8 órától 16:30-ig tartó munkavégzéssel dolgozik.

Mi lesz a feladatod?
Kimenő áruk komissiózása: szárazáru raklapra pakolása és szortírozása a Wolt Market telephelyek megrendelései szerint
Beérkező áruk bevételezése saját rendszerünkben, PDA segítségével, a belső folyamatnak megfelelően
Napi és heti leltárok elvégzése, a készletpontosság támogatása
A raktári rend és tisztaság fenntartása
Aktív részvétel a napi raktári folyamatokban
Később: napi szintű kommunikáció a boltokkal
🌟
Mit várunk Tőled?
Fizikai munkára való alkalmasság és terhelhetőség (maximális emelési súly: 20 kg)
Pontosság és precizitás – a komissiózásnál a részletek számítanak

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Pro Verifications team decides whether a business signing up on the Pro side is who it says it is, and whether we're allowed to onboard it. That means figuring out who actually owns the business, running it against sanctions and watchlists, and doing all of it fast enough that a real customer doesn't lose patience and leave. Every Pro customer hits these systems, so slow or wrong is very visible — and the team is early, which means whoever joins gets to decide how a lot of it works instead of inheriting it.
How We Work
- We deploy constantly, almost always behind a flag, in pieces small enough to pull back fast.
- Security and compliance show up at design time, not as a gate at the end.
- Every story is tied to a metric it's meant to move — if work isn't on the board, it doesn't get staffed.
- At this level, you're expected to shape these standards, not just work inside them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Staff Engineer on Pro Verifications, you'll own the technical direction for how verification is built here — the architecture, the patterns other engineers work inside, and the calls about what we own versus what we lean on a vendor for. You'll be hands-on across the stack, drive out entire classes of recurring failure rather than patching them one at a time, and design the fail-closed and audit behavior that keeps regulators satisfied.
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role for engineers who've built where being wrong has real consequences, and who want to shape a system that stays fast, safe, and defensible as it grows.
- Set the shape of the verification services and their contracts across the KYC/KYB flow.
- Decide how we abstract KYC and KYB vendors so a bad provider day doesn't turn into an outage.
- Design fail-closed behavior and audit trails that hold up under regulatory scrutiny.
- Identify the classes of failure that keep recurring and remove them for good.
- Write and drive architecture decisions (ADRs), and hold the line on security and compliance at design time, not as a late gate.
- Mentor and raise the bar for senior engineers through design reviews, code, and direct feedback.
- Be measured on whether verification gets faster, more of it decides itself, fewer decisions are wrong, and the systems stay up — and on whether the team got stronger for you being on it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Around eight years building and running production systems, with a track record of owning a domain's technical direction, not just delivering inside one.
- Deep, fluent expertise in Rust, with the versatility to work across TypeScript and React where verification meets the customer.
- You've set architecture other people build on, and it held up — you can point to specific classes of failure you designed out, not just incidents you fixed.
- You've made teams faster through patterns, tooling, or mentoring — engineers around you got better and shipped more because of calls you made.
- You've built where being wrong had real consequences: compliance, payments, security, or anywhere a bad call costs more than a rough user experience.
- Strong on distributed systems, service contracts, and secure design — you've integrated third-party APIs that couldn't be trusted, with real timeouts, retries, idempotency, circuit breakers, and backup paths that actually get tested.
- Comfortable with, or able to quickly ramp on, gRPC, Temporal, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and GitLab CI.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience with KYC, KYB, or fraud work, including integrating providers like Trulioo, Persona, or ComplyAdvantage.
- Comfort building with AI in the loop.
- Time spent in crypto, fintech, or another space regulators pay close attention to.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Purpose of Role
As Finance Director – APAC, you will serve as the senior finance leader and strategic co-pilot to Hasbro's APAC Commercial Leadership Team. This is a broad, high-impact role that combines Sales Finance (commercial business partnering, pricing, customer P&Ls, and investment strategy) with Regional Finance (A&P and overhead stewardship, planning and consolidation) across the region.
This is a key leadership role in Hasbro's International Commercial Markets. You will own the full finance agenda for APAC — from commercial deal-making and channel strategy through to regional planning, cost discipline, and consolidated reporting — giving you end-to-end visibility and influence over the region's financial performance.
This role is built for a bold, energetic leader who combines sharp financial acumen with commercial instincts, thrives in ambiguity and change, and is ready to build and lead a high-performing, multi-market team. Driving the region to sustainable profitability is the #1 challenge — and this role is central to achieving that.
What You'll Do:
Commercial Strategy & Decision Support (Sales Finance)
• Partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to drive business performance across key markets, channels, and franchises.
• Lead pricing strategy, channel investment, profitability analysis, and customer P&L decisions.
• Act as a strategic architect — identify revenue growth opportunities and unlock margin through smart trade-offs.
Investment Planning & Regional Finance
• Partner with the Regional Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Marketing to align investment and promotional strategy.
• Lead line plan pricing recommendations across the region, supporting commercial market decision-making.
• Drive disciplined oversight of A&P and overheads across APAC.
• Lead the regional planning rhythm: weekly sales tracking, monthly business reviews, and financial performance reporting.
• Manage in-year performance processes, ensuring accurate, timely visibility of risks, opportunities, and sufficiency.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the region.
• Own regional consolidation, ensuring accurate roll-up of market-level results into the APAC view and clean handoff to Corporate Finance.
Leadership & Team Building
• Lead a combined Sales Finance and Regional Finance organization of 11 across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Australia, through 4 direct reports: Senior Finance Manager – Regional Finance, Senior Finance Manager – Sales Finance (Asia Markets), Finance Manager – Sales Finance (PAC & GEM), and a Finance Analyst – PAC & GEM who reports directly to the FD rather than through the PAC & GEM Finance Manager, by design.
• Build a culture of accountability, insight, and ownership — finance as co-pilot, not just scorekeeper.
• Actively coach and stretch team members; foster internal mobility and talent succession across a geographically dispersed team.
Strategic Alignment
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Franchise Teams, and Supply Chain to ensure strategic alignment.
• Bring best-practice commercial and regional finance discipline into APAC, drawing on global standards.
Reporting & Analytics
• Deliver impactful financial dashboards and management reporting to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with BI and systems teams to modernize tools and enhance forecast accuracy.
Financial Stewardship
• Drive compliance with financial policies and controls in partnership with Controllership and Corporate Finance.
• Protect the integrity of the financials while accelerating business momentum.
What We Are Looking For:
• 10–12+ years in Finance with a strong track record spanning Commercial Finance, FP&A, and business partnering.
• Experience in CPG, retail, consumer tech, or fast-paced, brand-led industries.
• Clear success leading high-performing, multi-market finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, pricing, customer P&Ls, A&P/overhead management, and consolidation.
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the detail.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at Senior Leadership level.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.
• Energy. Edge. Integrity. A growth mindset.
Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility. Benefits and programs may include:
Health & Wellness
Time Off to Recharge

About the Team
The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for promoting a strong compliance culture and supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations and managing enterprise risk.
The Product Compliance team is responsible for embedding compliance into the product lifecycle and supporting the compliant development, launch and ongoing operation of OKX products and features globally across all markets in which our products and services are offered. We work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to identify regulatory and compliance requirements, assess product risks and develop practical solutions that support responsible commercial growth.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on and commercially minded Senior Compliance Manager to join our Product Compliance team.
This is a senior individual-contributor role focused primarily on the day-to-day review of new products, material product changes and existing product enhancements. The emphasis is on delivering timely, well-reasoned product compliance assessments using a risk-based approach, ensuring that material compliance risks are sufficiently mitigated and the firm’s regulatory positioning protected.
You will act as a trusted compliance partner throughout the product development lifecycle, helping Product and Engineering teams navigate complex regulatory requirements while enabling commercially viable outcomes. You will be expected to distinguish between legal or regulatory constraints that cannot be crossed, risks that can be addressed through proportionate controls, and residual risks that require documented escalation or risk acceptance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and deliver day-to-day compliance reviews of new products, features, market expansions and material changes to existing products across OKX's global business and product suite.
Review product requirements, technical documentation, user journeys, onboarding flows, trading or transaction mechanics, reward structures, disclosures and operational processes.
Apply a risk-based waterfall that distinguishes hard legal or regulatory blockers from risks that may be addressed through controls, product conditions, jurisdictional restrictions, monitoring or escalation.
Conduct and document product compliance risk assessments covering areas such as regulatory perimeter and licensing, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions, trading and market conduct, asset safeguarding, data privacy and third-party risk.
Produce clear, concise and evidence-based and solutions-based compliance recommendations setting out identified risks, required mitigants, residual exposure and the proposed approval or escalation route.
Work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to develop practical and scalable solutions to identified compliance requirements.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation and audit trails for product reviews, decisions, conditions, exceptions, approvals and subsequent changes.
Support post-launch monitoring, control testing and assurance in partnership with Audit, Product and other Compliance teams, and drive remediation of identified issues.
Promote a compliance-by-design culture within the product lifecycle; communicate the Product Compliance framework and program requirements to relevant stakeholders and deliver targeted training or guidance to Product, Engineering and business teams as required.
Support special projects and priority product launches in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.
What We Look For In You
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal or Risk within financial services, fintech, payments or the cryptocurrency industry.
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, economics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Significant hands-on experience in product compliance, regulatory advisory or product risk assessment, including advising on new products and material product changes.
Strong understanding of the digital-asset industry and the products offered by crypto platforms, including trading, custody, payments, staking or earn products, lending, structured products, wallets or DeFi.
Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including licensing and regulatory-perimeter considerations, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions and trading or market-conduct requirements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze products or initiatives involving significant complexity and risk and translate regulatory requirements into practical product requirements and controls.
Experience in and demonstrated success in leveraging AI-enabled technology to maintain risk assessment standards, including ongoing tuning of agentic skills aligned with the Company’s risk appetite.
Excellent risk judgment and the ability to balance compliance rigor with a pragmatic, risk-based approach that supports responsible commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to develop and deliver repeatable product compliance solutions, controls and review processes aligned with broader group requirements.
Strong project-management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews, maintain accurate documentation and meet product-launch deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations and lead discussions with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, senior management and other Compliance stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence product decisions and constructively challenge proposals without compromising Compliance rigor.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced, globally dispersed team.
High personal integrity and sound professional judgment, including the ability to identify when an issue requires escalation.
Nice to Haves
Direct product compliance or regulatory advisory experience at a crypto exchange, fintech or technology-led financial-services company.
Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional product launches and applying regulatory requirements across the United States, European Union, Middle East or Asia-Pacific.
Practical knowledge of CeFi trading products, including spot, derivatives, leverage, custody, institutional products and OTC flows.
