Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Controls Engineer to join our Control Team in Boston.
You will own how we know our controls stack works: the testing and validation infrastructure that turns "it looked fine on the robot" into measured, reproducible evaluation, the observability and failure analysis that makes runtime behaviour visible and failures shareable, and the documentation and runbooks that let the team self-serve without institutional knowledge. You will also strongly contribute to first-time bring-up of new hardware for Boston components and validate changes end-to-end on real robots before the wider team depends on them.
The ideal candidate has strong control fundamentals, solid software engineering discipline across the stack - from control code to test harnesses to diagnostic tooling - and the debugging instincts that only come from real hardware. You will work across the whole control stack and be the person the team relies on to tell them the truth about their code.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Testing & Validation Infrastructure:
- Build and own hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and integration test workflows that quantify controller and motion repeatability and accuracy - turning "it looked fine on the robot" into measured, reproducible evaluation.
- Define and implement repeatability and accuracy metrics for controller and motion changes, and the harnesses that make those measurements consistent across runs and across robots.
- Expand unit and integration test coverage across the controls components the team actually runs - actuator drivers, hardware interfaces, whole-body control, and the teleoperation pipeline.
- Develop automated regression checks that surface controls regressions - in accuracy, repeatability, or behaviour - in simulation and on hardware before they reach the wider team.
- Work with controls engineers to define testability requirements for new components and algorithms, so things are built to be evaluated and validated.
- Package controllers into cleanly separable, reusable, and easily testable interfaces - so individual controllers can be developed, swapped, and validated in isolation.
New Hardware Bring-Up & Integration:
- Strongly contribute to first-time bring-up of new hardware for Boston components, and to their integration into the controls stack.
- Validate hardware and software changes end-to-end on real robots before broader team use - structured, documented, and repeatable.
Debugging, Observability & Failure Analysis:
- Instrument the controls stack to improve visibility into runtime behaviour - logging, tracing, and diagnostic tooling.
- Reproduce hardware and software failures in structured, developer-shareable formats; feed structured root-cause context back to algorithm and hardware owners.
- Identify and resolve cross-stack failure modes that span controls, firmware, and hardware.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
- Write and maintain engineering documentation for the controls stack: HIL and test coverage, and bring-up/integration guides for new hardware.
- Own runbooks that let controls engineers self-serve validation, integration, and recovery without relying on institutional knowledge.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Substantial hands-on robotics experience on real hardware.
- Strong control theory foundation (joint-space control, PID and feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state estimation, filtering, stability) — enough to define meaningful repeatability and accuracy metrics for a control stack and interpret what they say.
- Shipped software across the stack: modern C++ inside a real-time control codebase, plus Python for test harnesses, analysis and tooling.
- Built test automation, HIL or integration-test infrastructure for complex physical systems — and got other engineers to actually use it.
- Solid measurement and data analysis judgement: sampling, timing and synchronisation, noise, statistical significance, and knowing when a difference between two runs is real.
- Strong debugging across software/firmware/hardware boundaries, with the discipline to reproduce failures in a form other engineers can act on.
Nice to have:
- Physics simulation environments (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim/Isaac Lab) and sim-to-real validation.
- Observability tooling: logging and tracing frameworks, metrics collection, time-series databases, dashboarding (e.g. Grafana).
- First-time hardware bring-up experience: new actuators, sensors or compute targets integrated into a control stack.
- A track record of engineering documentation and runbooks that outlived their author.
- Release management or quality gates for safety-relevant software.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Summary: You're the single point of excellence for ClickUp's visual brand. You set the standard and ensure every touchpoint (from landing pages to social to product marketing assets) feels cohesive and world-class. But here's what makes this different: you're building a design system that AI tools and non-designers can produce bar-raising creatives on their own with your infrastructure. You build the guardrails that make everyone else excellent and ensure the company is never bottlenecked by design.
Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and evolve ClickUp's brand design system (tokens, components, patterns, guidelines), continuously elevating the aesthetic bar as the brand grows
- Serve as quality gatekeeper: review and approve brand-facing creative produced by AI tools, vibe-coded outputs, and external agencies
- Create and maintain design system documentation, templates, component libraries, and automation-friendly asset packages that enable others to produce on-brand work without design support
- Design and ship high-volume web assets (landing pages, campaign pages, feature announcements) alongside high-impact brand moments like launches and keynotes
- Audit and rebuild the brand design system from incomplete foundations, establishing documentation and structure where little currently exists
Requirements:
- 8+ years of brand/visual design experience, with significant time owning or leading a design system
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, color, motion, and systematic thinking
- Actively uses AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Claude Design, Figma AI, etc.) and AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) in their current workflow, with light familiarity with GitHub.
- Has built or adapted design systems specifically to enable high-quality AI-generated outputs at scale.
- Experience building design systems used at scale, including templates, component libraries, and constraints that enable non-designers and AI tools to produce on-brand output consistently
- Experience QA'ing and refining AI-generated design outputs; knows where AI breaks down and how to build guardrails
- Thrives as the sole designer on a team, making high-quality decisions autonomously with AI and tooling as force multipliers

The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.
In this role, you will own OKX's Global Customer Complaints Program and report directly to the Compliance Chief of Staff. You will work closely with Local Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to promote consistent complaint handling across jurisdictions, maintain alignment with regulatory requirements, and provide effective second-line oversight and challenge.
A key part of the role will be turning customer complaints into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence. You will oversee complaints governance and quality assurance, identify trends and potential systemic issues, support root-cause analysis and remediation, and provide senior leadership with clear reporting on customer outcomes and emerging risks.
You will also support the development, coordination, and tracking of responses to regulators, working directly with Legal and Local Compliance teams on regulatory inquiries, escalated complaints, and related supervisory matters. This requires strong regulatory judgment, excellent written communication, and the ability to coordinate complex matters across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, coordinate, and track responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and escalated complaints, partnering with Legal and Local Compliance teams to gather and validate facts, prepare clear and defensible responses, manage review and approval processes, meet regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments, remediation, and follow-up through closure.
Maintain global regulatory alignment by partnering with local Heads of Compliance to identify changes in jurisdictional requirements and ensure global policies, standards, procedures, and local requirements remain current and appropriately implemented.
Oversee the end-to-end complaints control framework, including complaint identification and classification, regulatory and internal service-level requirements, escalation thresholds, documentation standards, investigation and resolution expectations, and closed-loop validation.
Own the second-line oversight and quality assurance, including risk-based testing of complaint handling, identification of control gaps and customer-outcome issues, tracking of remediation, and escalation of issues.
Turn complaint data into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence by monitoring trends, recurring issues, root causes, regulatory complaints, overdue cases, customer outcomes, and potential systemic issues requiring broader investigation or remediation.
Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.
What We Look For In You
Strong experience developing and managing responses to regulators is required, including regulatory inquiries, information requests, examinations, escalated customer complaints, and other supervisory matters. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, trend analysis, SLA monitoring, management information, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with regulators, Legal, Compliance, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing or overseeing a global customer complaints program across multiple regulatory regimes, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, APAC, LATAM, and/or Middle East.
Familiarity with complaints-handling and customer protection expectations across major global regulatory regimes, including those established by the FCA, CFPB, MAS, European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA), and other relevant national competent authorities and dispute-resolution bodies.
Relevant professional certification or advanced qualification such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CCEP/CCEP-I, ICA compliance qualifications, CIA, CRCMP, JD or equivalent legal qualification, or a comparable compliance, risk, or audit credential.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team responsible for the accounting for Hasbro's global network of licensees across categories such as merchandising, publishing, digital gaming, casino, and location-based entertainment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Royalties, you will own core royalty accounting, close, and control activities — and, just as importantly, help build a stronger, more efficient way of running them.
This is a role for a strong accountant who is not content to run the process as-is. We are actively modernizing how royalty accounting works — strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and raising the bar on accuracy and efficiency — and you will be a driving force in that effort. Success in this role means seeing a manual, repetitive, or fragile process and making it better, pairing that instinct with disciplined, reliable execution. You will work across Finance, Legal, and business partners and help shape how royalty accounting runs for Hasbro's global network of licensees.
Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based at our Boston, Massachusetts, United States office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
Own royalty accounting, close, and reconciliations — prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring royalty revenue and associated balances are recorded completely, accurately, and on time.
Strengthen controls and process — build, improve, and stand behind the controls and checks that keep royalty accounting accurate and well-documented, closing gaps and making the process more reliable quarter over quarter.
Drive continuous improvement and lean process change — actively identify manual, repetitive, or fragile steps and redesign, automate, or streamline them; measure the impact and make the improvement stick.
Account for licensee guarantees and overages — ensure minimum guarantees, overages, and related true-ups are tracked, calculated, and recorded accurately, and that issues are surfaced and resolved.
Partner across the business — work closely with the offshore royalty operations team, Finance, Legal, and business partners to keep royalty accounting aligned to operational reality and to move issues to resolution.
Support audits — prepare documentation and respond to internal and external auditor requests, and help ensure the control environment holds up to scrutiny.
Read and apply contract terms — review licensing agreements and amendments to ensure royalty accounting reflects the terms of the deal, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Complete ad hoc projects — support special analyses and process or system initiatives as the function evolves.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Minimum 3 years of public accounting and/or public company experience; Big Four experience preferred.
A genuine bias toward continuous improvement — demonstrated success identifying a manual or inefficient process and redesigning, automating, or streamlining it, with measurable results.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls / Sarbanes-Oxley concepts.
Comfort and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more efficiently and reduce manual effort.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts; knowledge of the licensing industry or royalty accounting is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BlackLine preferred.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Who We Are
We’re a team of creators, storytellers, and innovators united under the Hasbro family and home to beloved brands, AAA digital games studios and immersive experiences that spark imagination across generations. THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help run the systems, data and processes that let us hire +100 people per month. You will work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and every department that hires. Your job is to make recruiting more effective as we scale: more great hires per unit of effort, without adding unnecessary complexity or sacrificing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people: someone who loves solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize our ATS, broader recruiting stack, workflows and processes end to end; keep the system clean, connected and scalable.

- Innovation & leverage: use AI, talent intelligence, market data and emerging technologies to augment how we identify, engage and assess talent, creating new sources of leverage as we scale
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting, People or HR Operations, ideally in a company that has scaled headcount quickly and navigated significant organizational complexity.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail: you naturally connect the dots, spot inconsistencies and care about getting the underlying system right, not just fixing the symptom.
- Pragmatic and highly organized: you focus on what will have the biggest impact, can manage multiple complex projects without losing focus, and bring the structure and follow-through needed to get things to the finish line.
- Curious and hands-on: you have an appetite to vibe-code your way through automation, experiment with AI and new tools, and are comfortable building lightweight solutions yourself.
- High-agency and positive: you operate independently, turn complex problems into solutions rather than simply raising them, and bring a constructive, can-do mindset to the work.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

ClickHouse is looking for an experienced engineer to join our Observability organization. We are hiring across two closely aligned teams: Observability Platform and Internal Observability.
Together, these teams build and operate the systems behind ClickHouse’s internal observability and ClickStack Cloud. Our platforms process trillions of events per day, sustaining throughput in the hundreds of millions of events per second. The experience we gain operating observability at ClickHouse scale feeds directly back into the platform and product we provide to customers.
The Observability Platform team builds shared systems for telemetry ingestion, durable buffering, processing, storage, autoscaling, and service provisioning. The Internal Observability team operates ClickHouse’s company-wide observability platform and works with engineering teams to improve reliability, debugging, and operational efficiency.
This is a software engineering role at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. You will build systems, operate what you build, respond to incidents, and turn recurring operational problems into durable software and automation.
Your background may be in backend engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering. What matters most is your ability to solve ambiguous production problems, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and take ownership from design through operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems that ingest, process, and store telemetry at very high scale.
- Own the reliability, performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipelines and storage systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, help resolve production incidents, and drive root-cause fixes through to completion.
- Build software and automation that eliminate repetitive operational work and make the platform easier to operate.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and help shape the roadmap for the next stage of scale.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and service teams across ClickHouse.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews and help raise engineering quality across the team.
HOW YOU WORK
- You take ownership and proactively improve the systems around you.
- You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar distributed systems in production.
- You make pragmatic tradeoffs between reliability, performance, delivery speed, and cost.
- You communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly environment.
- You prefer incremental delivery: ship a focused solution, validate it in production, and improve it based on evidence.
- You address the underlying cause of operational problems rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with high-throughput ingestion, streaming, queueing, or storage systems.
- Experience building multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for both performance and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript.
