Location: Manchester, United Kingdom Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team. The Role As a Program Manager for our Operational Support team, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale programmes across the SMB Hub — from structured engagement frameworks to communications and change initiatives — that keep the Hub's commercial priorities moving and measurable. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with Sales, New Partner Experience (NMX), Account Management and Partner Support leads to ensure the right initiatives land at the right time, applying a recognised delivery methodology to keep programmes on track. This is an ideal role for an individual with strong project and time management skills who can manage multiple concurrent programmes end-to-end, while also designing long-term frameworks that drive lasting change across a large, fast-moving operation. The Team The SMB Hub brings together our commercial teams — Sales, New Partner Experience (NPX), Account Management and Partner Support — responsible for Deliveroo's relationships with thousands of independent restaurant and retail partners across Europe, supported through our in-house contact centre in Manchester and third-party providers. The Operational Support team is the glue that holds the Hub together. Within the team, we own workforce management (WFM), commercial excellence, tooling and automation — and this role is central to delivering change, ensuring effective communication throughout the Hub, and driving commercial excellence for our partners and the Hub as a whole. Core Responsibilities Programme & Change Management Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SMB initiatives — from scoping and governance through to sign-off, communications and reporting — so senior teams can track commercial impact. Apply a consistent, recognised methodology (PRINCE2 or Six Sigma) to give initiatives clear milestones, risk management and quality control. Design and embed a structured engagement framework for the Hub, defining how initiatives are prioritised, resourced and measured. Strategic Planning Translate Hub priorities into actionable delivery plans that support commercial objectives, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers. Monitor delivery and engagement metrics (e.g. Peakon, adoption rates) and use the insight to adjust plans, manage risk and support decision-making. Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, NMX and Account Management to align delivery capacity with Hub priorities. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Own the SMB communications strategy — channel ownership, sequencing and accountability — to improve clarity and consistency of key messages. Produce clear, structured reporting that translates operational detail into decisions for senior stakeholders. Act as the conduit between Sales, NPX, Account Management, Partner Support and Ops, keeping a wide stakeholder group aligned and informed. What You'll Be Doing Leading delivery of the Hub's structured engagement framework, defining how initiatives are prioritised and measured. Designing and implementing strategic communications and change initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and coaching teams to embed new ways of working. Applying PRINCE2 or Six Sigma to bring rigour, clear milestones and risk management to SMB programmes. Delivering the Hub's career pathway and capability-building initiatives, connecting development and learning to progression. Championing change and identifying new ways of working with Sales, NPX and Account Management to ensure agents have the right tools and content. Partnering with the commercial excellence and central teams to build robust plans that drive change through better engagement, improved efficiency or increased capability. Linking delivery directly to commercial outcomes, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers. Identifying risks and inconsistencies before they affect delivery, escalating and problem-solving with appropriate autonomy. What You'll Need to Thrive This is a delivery-focused role that will require an individual who can manage a number of competing priorities across a live, fast-moving Hub while keeping sight of the bigger picture. The successful candidate will be structured, comfortable applying a recognised delivery methodology, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. The required skills include: Strong project and programme management skills, ideally with a PRINCE2 or Six Sigma qualification (or clear demonstrable working knowledge) Excellent time management — able to prioritise, sequence and protect delivery quality across multiple workstreams Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex style for different audiences, including senior stakeholders Proven ability to lead and deliver complex plans against deadlines, with a clear prioritisation model Comfortable working with data and metrics to track and evidence impact, not just activity A collaborative approach; able to bring the right people together across functions and build trust quickly The desired experiences include: Typically 3+ years' experience in project or programme delivery, operations, or a comparable environment Is either Six Sigma or Prince2 methodology (or equivalent) certified (Preferred) Experience delivering communications, engagement or change initiatives at scale Experience working within a commercial or contact-centre operating environment Why Join Us? Задачи: — управление командой — контроль своевременного и качественного выполнения задач — управление процессами релиза
Location: Germany; Portugal; France; Spain; Italy; The Netherlands Workplace: Remote LOCATION AND TRAVEL You can be based in Europe; we're mainly remote and invite you to the Berlin office 3-5 days every two months. We expect significant travel across the Europe, with occasional travel to other regions when the audience quality justifies it. The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job. WHY THIS ROLE? Langfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications. However, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks. We want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum. The goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across Europe - Run live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows. - Build and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets. - Organize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences. - Partner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well. - Turn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - You have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles. - You have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events. - You already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material. - You should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company. - You care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in. - You are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. A strong plus: - You are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers. - You can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material. - You are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools. - You have original opinions that experienced developers value. PERKS - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites. CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture. Are you interested in finding out more about our culture? Location: EMEA; Hungary; Austria; Ireland; Portugal; United Kingdom; Spain; Poland Workplace: Remote ✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere. We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing: - Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time - Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek - A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance - The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023 Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one. And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply. Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based between UTC-5 and UTC+3. About the Role Oyster’s Go-To-Market organisation is scaling fast, with an ambitious growth agenda that spans new markets, new products, and a step-change in brand and execution. Our Chief Revenue Officer needs a strong partner to help the GTM leadership team turn that agenda into disciplined, connected, day-to-day execution. As Business Manager for the GTM organisation, reporting to the CRO, you will work directly with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to keep the organisation running smoothly, moving quickly, and pulling in the same direction. You will be equally comfortable in the detail of an operating cadence and in the judgement calls of a cross-functional strategic project, and you’ll take real ownership of outcomes, not just process. What You’ll Do Translate strategy into a GTM plan - Partner with GTM leadership to turn company strategy into a GTM plan (OKRs and key initiatives), driving focus across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps. - Run a regular cadence to track progress, sharpen “what’s next”, and drive accountability. Design the initiatives GTM needs to hit the plan - Identify and help design the cross-functional initiatives that matter most. - Bring structure and rigour to ambiguous problems, and know when to escalate versus solve it yourself. - Draw on your knowledge of other GTM organisations to shortcut to what works. Drive execution of the highest-stakes initiatives - Own select initiatives end to end (scoping, resourcing, running, and reporting on results) while bringing the GTM teams around you along. - Push initiatives from decision to delivery, not just decision to plan. Run the operating rhythm - Build and run the GTM operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and QBRs, so GTM executes as one team. - Partner day-to-day with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps as a trusted advisor, spotting and closing operational gaps early. - Diagnose friction between teams (broken handoffs, misaligned priorities, duplicated work) and broker fast, pragmatic fixes. Own strategic internal communication for GTM - Be the link between leadership’s priorities and the wider organisation. Shape the communication cadence (updates, all-hands content, key messages) so everyone in GTM knows what matters and why. - Build feedback loops so leadership hears what’s really happening on the ground. Collaborate beyond GTM - Represent GTM’s needs with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Experience, and People through genuine working relationships, not transactional asks. - Flag cross-organisation dependencies early and help resolve trade-offs before they become blockers. What We’re Looking For - 5 to 8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy consulting, or a similar cross-functional operating role, including direct experience within a GTM organisation (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps). - Experience working in or closely with tech GTM teams. You’re comfortable with GTM terminology and metrics, and with how a revenue organisation actually runs. - A strategy consulting background, or similarly rigorous analytical training, is a strong plus. - A track record of operating credibly with senior leaders. You can challenge, influence, and align VP and C-level stakeholders without formal authority. - Strong programme and project management skills. You can run several complex, ambiguous initiatives at once and still deliver. - Excellent written and verbal communication. You can turn complexity into a clear, honest narrative for different audiences. - A structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving, paired with the judgement to know when a problem doesn’t need a framework. - Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and the realities of a scaling, fully distributed company. - A bias for action and a drive to make a big impact, whether that means rolling up your sleeves yourself or working alongside others to get it done. What Success Looks Like in Your First Year - The GTM leadership cadence (business reviews, planning, follow-through) runs tightly, and decisions made in the room actually get executed. - You have scoped, run, and delivered at least one significant cross-functional growth project, with a clear before and after result. - The GTM organisation can point to a consistent, trusted flow of communication on priorities and progress, with fewer surprises and less rumour. - A cross-team silo or bottleneck you identified has been visibly removed. - The CRO and the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps would all say the organisation moves faster with you in it. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER AT OYSTER Our values guide the work we do, the decisions we make, and the culture that makes Oyster what it is. We make it happen—progress is our default setting. Location: London, United Kingdom WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them. This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role. This role will be based in London, UK. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them - Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off - Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership - Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met - Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing - Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close - Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself - Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance - Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time - Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals - You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results. NICE TO HAVES: - Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR - Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
