We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT NORTH:
North https://cohere.com/north is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises harness the power of AI in real-world applications. As a bridge between our core North product and our clients’ engineering teams, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We’re looking for Software Engineers with Applied AI experience who can own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), from early prototypes to production-grade AI agents, to deliver concrete business value in enterprise workflows.
You’ll work closely with customers on real-world business problems, often building first-of-their-kind agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is startup-fast, the bar is enterprise-high: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.
Location: UK
Active DV clearance is highly preferred
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our enterprise customers to translate high-value, ambiguous business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources, with enterprise-grade reliability and performance
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform, working across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through production
- Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, flexing into whatever technical area the problem demands (including frontend) to drive the most effective solution
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across customers and teams
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
You may be a good fit if:
- You have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python; you write clean, testable, observable, scalable code
- You've built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications, including agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute
- You're deeply familiar with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- You have a proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks, moving well beyond trial and error, to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- You’re experienced working directly with customers and can lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs
- You have experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end
- You thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and can execute well even when priorities are shifting
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help run the systems, data and processes that let us hire +100 people per month. You will work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and every department that hires. Your job is to make recruiting more effective as we scale: more great hires per unit of effort, without adding unnecessary complexity or sacrificing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people: someone who loves solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize our ATS, broader recruiting stack, workflows and processes end to end; keep the system clean, connected and scalable.
- Metrics & performance: build the metrics and reporting that leadership and Ops teams need to make decisions, and turn insights into concrete improvements in speed, quality and efficiency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting, People or HR Operations, ideally in a company that has scaled headcount quickly and navigated significant organizational complexity.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail: you naturally connect the dots, spot inconsistencies and care about getting the underlying system right, not just fixing the symptom.
- Pragmatic and highly organized: you focus on what will have the biggest impact, can manage multiple complex projects without losing focus, and bring the structure and follow-through needed to get things to the finish line.
- Curious and hands-on: you have an appetite to vibe-code your way through automation, experiment with AI and new tools, and are comfortable building lightweight solutions yourself.
- High-agency and positive: you operate independently, turn complex problems into solutions rather than simply raising them, and bring a constructive, can-do mindset to the work.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to sit at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and generative media. This is not a brand systems or campaign concepting role — it's a high-volume, output-driven design role. You'll own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats, producing assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people first encounter and engage with Runway's products. That means producing scroll-stopping video ads, designing static and animated assets for paid social and display, and using generative tools — including Runway's own — as a core part of how you work. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and creative teams, and you'll be measured on craft, throughput, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats — paid social, display, YouTube and beyond
- Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed — not just technically functional
- Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, working from briefs or generating your own directions when needed
- Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and compellingly
- Partner with the Product Marketing and growth team to develop integrated ad concepts where copy and design work together
- Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing — adapting formats, hooks and visual treatments based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without letting assets feel templated or stale
- Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories that resonate with target audiences
- Hands-on experience designing for the major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) with fluency in each platform's native specs, aspect ratios and ad formats, and a real point of view on what works where.
- Own updates to GTM assets and templates, keeping them current and on-brand across campaigns. Bring hands-on experience building and automating deck design systems, so our presentations stay consistent without manual rework each time.
- Contribute to a growing library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies that raise the team's overall output velocity

Role overview:
North is Cohere’s AI workspace platform for enterprises: a secure, customizable environment where companies can use AI across their real workflows while maintaining control over sensitive data. North connects AI agents with workplace tools, applications, and business context, helping users delegate complex work, build automations, inspect outputs, and collaborate with AI in production environments.
As North becomes more capable, one of the most important questions is also one of the hardest: how do we know whether the model is actually getting better for the workflows customers care about?
This role is about being the voice of North inside modelling. You will build the evaluation systems, feedback loops, and applied modelling workflows that make sure model progress translates into better product outcomes for North users. You will work closely with North product teams, customer-facing teams, and modelling teams to define what “good” means across the product surface, turn real usage and product direction into high-quality evals, and use those evals to guide model selection, patches, and regular model updates.
This is neither a pure research role nor a conventional product engineering role. It is a rigorous applied MLE role for someone who cares deeply about measurement, model behavior, and real-world product quality. You should be excited by the craft of building careful evals: evals that capture messy agentic workflows, reflect actual customer needs, resist superficial benchmark hacking, and provide useful signal for where the product and models need to go next.
Please note: this team works closely across Europe and East Coast North America time zones. We are open to candidates who can collaborate effectively within those hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the eval strategy for North: define what we need to measure across agent workflows, tool use, enterprise knowledge work such as deep research, document creation or editing, and other human-AI interactions.
- Build high-quality evals from the realities of the product: user feedback, production failures, privacy-preserving usage logs, internal dogfooding, customer needs, and forward-looking product goals.
- Create systems that continuously turn what North is learning from users, customers, and feature teams into evals, so measurement keeps pace with the product rather than becoming a static benchmark.
- Be the voice of North inside modelling: extract clear insight from eval results, customer-derived data and product context, then turn model failures, capability gaps, and North-specific needs into actionable recommendations for the central modelling teams.
Qualifications:
- You have improved LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-product systems through evals, feedback loops, data curation, prompting, model adaptation, or model selection.
- You care deeply about evaluation as a craft: representative tasks, precise rubrics, clean data, failure analysis, regression tracking, and knowing when a metric is giving false confidence.
- You have strong applied MLE judgment and can reason clearly about model behavior, eval validity, product outcomes, and production tradeoffs.
- You are comfortable working close to users and product teams, while translating messy qualitative signals into measurement that other modelling teams can act on.
- You are self-directed, practical, and motivated by open-ended problems where the right answer requires both technical depth and product understanding.
- You care about making AI systems genuinely useful in real enterprise settings, not just better on abstract benchmarks.
If some of the above does not line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
As the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific at Cohere, you will own Solutions Architecture across the region. Our customers here are banks, telcos, industrials and governments who cannot send their data to someone else’s cloud, and who are past experimenting and into production. You will lead the team that makes those deployments real, and you will be accountable for the technical win across the region.
This is a build. Today a Solutions Architecture team covers Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will own that team, grow it, and build the in-region depth this market needs. You will be expected to open doors on your own credibility and network from your first weeks, set direction for the function, sit on the Solution Architecture leadership team alongside the regional leaders for the Americas and EMEA, and contribute to company-wide decisions with your peers across Sales, Product and Engineering.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Build and Lead the Team: Hire, coach and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture organization, and establish in-region depth rather than relying on support flown in from other regions.
- Open Doors Across the Region: Bring industry knowledge, technical credibility and an existing network to get Cohere into strategic accounts quickly. This is the central expectation of the role and you should expect to be measured on it.
- Own the Technical Win: Be personally accountable for the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic pursuits, and be in the room for the ones that decide the year.
- Set Direction for the Function: Define the vision, strategy, coverage model and operating rhythm for Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture across three markets that buy differently and regulate differently.
- Architect Sovereign and Regulated Deployments: Lead customers into secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI deployments across cloud, hybrid, VPC, on-premises and air-gapped environments, which is where much of this region’s demand sits.
- Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates.
- Partner with Regional Sales Leadership: Own territory, coverage and pipeline jointly with the Asia Pacific sales leader, and be accountable for the number together.
- Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate Asia Pacific customer needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities. You will be one of a handful of people who can tell our product organization what this region actually requires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team through hiring, coaching, performance management and career development.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities across financial services, telecommunications, industrials, technology and the public sector.
- Establish and own the regional coverage model across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, and make the case for where the team grows next.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations and technical deep dives with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps and technical proposals that align customer objectives with Cohere’s platform.
- Guide customers through the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, governance, data residency and operational readiness.
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks and best practices that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution, and contribute to decisions that reach beyond your own function.
- Serve as the voice of the region by capturing customer feedback and competitive insights that influence product strategy.
- Own and report on the region’s operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage and team performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, and a record of developing people into senior and leadership roles.
- Regional Depth and Network: You have built or run a technical organization across more than one Asia Pacific market, you understand how enterprise technology is actually bought in each of them, and you have a network of senior technical and executive relationships you are willing to be measured on.
- People Leadership: A proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, including building a team in-region from a small base.
- Hands-On Technical Credibility: You are technical enough to be believed by a strong engineering bench. You have put real AI systems into production, you can pressure-test your team’s architecture, and you can be the most useful person in a design conversation when it matters. We care far more about what you have deployed, and what broke, than about which models you can name.
- Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales leadership, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. You have carried a number and can point to deals you personally moved.
- Executive Presence: You command a room. You are credible in front of a CEO and their business leaders as well as a Chief Information Officer, a Chief AI Officer or a Chief Information Security Officer, and you can move between the business case and the architecture without losing either audience.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security and governance.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building an AI, machine learning or data science function inside a large regulated enterprise, and taking it into production.
- Depth in Asia Pacific financial services, telecommunications or the public sector.

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping
- ML Frameworks: Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch for deep learning
- Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- Experiment Management: Hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and reproducible training (configs, seeds, versioning)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- ML Production Awareness: Understanding of the challenges involved in running ML models in production (familiar with topics such as feature store, training-serving skew, etc.)
- Model Serving: Experience with model serving infrastructure (real-time or batch inference, latency/throughput optimization) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
