WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join our CRM Marketing team!
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team.
We use data-driven marketing automation to improve customer journeys through personalised communications across various channels (like email, push notifications or WhatsApp). You will experiment with new ideas, optimise conversion and work closely with stakeholders to drive growth across different OLX categories.
Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from the office approximately twice per week.
What you will be doing:
Deliver CRM messages and campaigns for the category served across email, push and in-product, working from the category's intake form, so that the category decides what is sent and the centre's standards decide how well it is built.
Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.
Propose proven motions for the reusable CRM library and shape the requirements for new CRM channels and capabilities with the MarTech team.
What we are looking for:
4 to 6 years in marketing, with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention experience in a digital platform or marketplace.
Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or other multi-sided marketplaces.
Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform across email, push and in-product, from segmentation to reporting.
Experience with Braze (or equivalent) and with working with technology and product teams on implementation projects.
Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Intrapreneurial: comfortable building completely new solutions, and working in a matrix with a good degree of ambiguity.
Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Lisboa.
Our benefits:
Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)
Training and conference budget
Health and life insurance
A high degree of autonomy, as OLX believes in empowering people
Hybrid work
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-experiment environment with shifting priorities and multiple competing demands. You thrive in dynamic settings and are energised by experimentation at scale.
Nice to have:

Requirements
Hands-on experience in Web3 / crypto – worked on crypto projects or inside crypto companies, not adjacent to them.
Able to communicate inside the industry: accurate terminology with founders, exchanges and infrastructure teams; understands how deals in this market are structured.
2+ years in business development / sales with self-sourced pipeline: cold outreach, first contact, qualification, discovery calls.
Proven ability to move a prospect from first call to a committed, warm opportunity: discovery, objection handling, next-step discipline, follow-up until a decision.
Closing experience on mid-size tickets – candidate must be able to name deal sizes, cycle length and their own role in each. Closing is not the daily core of the role, but the hire must be able to take a deal to signature.
Fluent spoken English (C1+), verified in a live call.
Ukrainian – native (preferred).
Hands-on work in any CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Salesforce or equivalent): pipeline hygiene, stage discipline, logging every touch.
Cold outreach at volume: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram, email sequencing.
Ability to work across multiple projects/products in parallel and enter unfamiliar verticals quickly – research a new field, build a message that holds up, start contacting.
High-volume orientation: comfortable spending most of the day in conversation, calls and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Source own pipeline through cold outreach across LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, email and niche industry platforms.
Build and maintain target lists and segmentation for assigned directions.
Run first contact, qualification and discovery calls.
Convert cold contacts into warm, qualified opportunities and hand them over with full context.
Keep warm opportunities moving: follow-ups, next steps, objection handling – the deal does not stall in this role's hands.
Close mid-size deals independently as the scope expands into the full cycle.
Maintain the CRM: every contact, stage, next step and outcome logged.
Test and iterate messaging and channels per segment; report what converts.
Ramp into new products, networks and verticals as assigned, including unfamiliar fields.
Weekly reporting on outreach volume, calls held, warm opportunities and pipeline movement.
