adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Processing 2+ million daily interactions between adjoe's reward engine and its global publisher network
The Supply Integrations team builds and operates the services that ensure every user reward is calculated, verified, and delivered, whether that means firing a cryptographically signed HTTP callback in milliseconds or transferring loyalty points through a partner's OAuth-secured payment API. Every callback that lands on time is a reward delivered, a publisher retained, and revenue protected.
The team's production surface spans a set of services connecting adjoe to a global publisher network. S2S Payout Callbacks deliver real-time reward notifications with 40+ configurable parameters, secured by per-publisher cryptographic signatures. The Payout Adapter integrates directly with enterprise partner payment systems, handling OAuth2 flows, mTLS, HMAC signatures, and retry logic to guarantee delivery. Our External Statistics API aggregates data from Druid, Athena, and DynamoDB into self-serve publisher dashboards and daily reports. All of this is backed by Go microservices communicating over Kafka and SQS, with state managed in DynamoDB and MySQL, processing over 2 million interactions every day without missing a beat.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Production Golang Systems Expertise: You bring 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years writing Go in production distributed environments. You will build and maintain our +99% Go microservice architecture—interfacing with our TypeScript/React frontend—to reliably handle 2+ million daily publisher interactions and scale beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
- High-Throughput Event Streaming: You have hands-on experience designing asynchronous microservice communication using event buses like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis. You will build pipelines to collect billions of daily API events and aggregate them into our data lake for sub-second querying.
- High-Scale Data & API Optimization: You understand database internals and low-level web standards (HTTP protocol, Encoding, Regular Expressions). You will optimize queries across hundreds of terabytes of data across DynamoDB, MySQL, Druid, and Athena to reduce API response times and expose transparent, well-documented open APIs to enterprise partners.
- Data Science & Algorithmic Integration: You quickly grasp complex technical topics and applied mathematics. You will partner directly with our Data Science team to translate and integrate machine learning algorithms into adjoe’s core application, optimizing real-time ad targeting.
- Collaborative Technical Communication: You communicate fluently and precisely in spoken and written English. You will actively participate in peer code reviews and technical knowledge sharing across an international backend engineering team.
- Plus: Infrastructure & Cloud Tooling: Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Docker containerization, or serverless infrastructure.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
What you need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus if you
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $207,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
