GTM CONTENT/COPYWRITER
WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annualized revenue, 32M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Copywriter to own the written voice of Higgsfield across B2B and brand channels.
You'll write everything from sales decks and landing pages to LinkedIn posts, launch campaigns, and ad creative, turning product capabilities into sharp, persuasive messaging for enterprise buyers, agencies, and creators. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes exceptionally well, moves fast, and can take a rough brief to publish-ready copy in hours, not weeks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
FUEL LIVE DEALS
- Write copy for sales decks, one-pagers, and vertical pitch materials that enterprise and partnerships teams use in live deals.
- Prepare copy for events, partner presentations, and program materials (such as certification and partner programs).
OWN WEB AND LAUNCH COPY
- Own landing page, case study, and website copy, from headlines and value props to CTAs, working with designers and web to ship.
- Build messaging for product launches (features, API, enterprise plans) and adapt it across web, social, email, and paid.
WRITE THE PUBLIC VOICE
- Ghostwrite and edit LinkedIn content for the company and leadership: thought leadership, launch posts, and recaps in each author's voice.
- Write ad and social creative copy, plus clear briefs for designers and video creators.
BUILD THE MESSAGING SYSTEM
- Develop and maintain positioning, messaging frameworks, and a brand voice guide, including audience variants for enterprise, agencies, and creators.
- Test messaging, read performance data, and iterate on what converts.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally B2B SaaS, tech, or a creative or marketing agency.
- Exceptional written English: concise, confident, and persuasive, with a strong command of business communication.
- A portfolio that shows range: sales or enterprise materials, web copy, and social or thought leadership content.
- Ability to understand a technical product (AI video and image generation) and explain it in terms of business outcomes.
- Comfort switching voices: enterprise buyer, creative professional, founder or executive.
- Fast execution: you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and don't wait for perfect.
- Strong self-editing and attention to detail. Nothing goes out with a typo or a vague claim.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in AI, generative media, or creative tools.
- Russian language skills.
- Experience with localization or writing for international markets (e.g., Japan, MENA, Central Asia).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, or Notion.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion copywriting.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.

Our Client Advisors turn inbound interest from small- and medium-sized businesses into Toptal clients. You will be the first conversation a prospective client has with Toptal. You will respond to immediate-assistance requests within five minutes, quickly understand the business problem behind the request, connect necessary Toptal specialists, and help guide the client forward through the sales process. You will need to do a great deal in a short conversation: establish trust, diagnose the need, recognize relevant opportunities, explain Toptal’s value proposition, address concerns, and convert the business to sale. This is a high energy, consultative sales role at inbound velocity where excellence will mean running a high volume of first conversations, asking better questions than the client expected, and constantly building momentum along the right Toptal offering path. You will need to bring clarity and articulate value across Toptal’s full portfolio: specialized talent, global hiring and payroll through HireGlobal, and our AI-driven, platform-powered, outcome-focused services offerings. Your ownership continues after the first call. You will represent the client through technical stages, keep them engaged between conversations, and resolve issues that slow a decision. You will manage those active opportunities alongside new incoming inquiries, knowing when to bring in specialists for deeper expertise.
Responsibilities:
— Run high energy, open-ended discovery on every inbound conversation, quickly establish rapport, understand what prompted the client to reach out, and uncover the business objective behind the stated request.
— Build the necessary sales momentum to keep clients engaged, earning the right to recommend before you recommend.
— Quickly identify what is driving the need, whether there is a real opportunity, identify the metrics that matter most to the client, and who is involved in the decision.
— Explain why the relevant Toptal offering fits, address the client’s concerns, and ask for commitment.
— Manage deal cycles from discovery through close and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM.
— Give necessary specialists a clear account of the client’s needs and prepare them for subsequent conversations.
— Stay close as technical questions are resolved and keep the client engaged through the next decision.
— Maintain clear next steps, timing, and blockers for each active opportunity while responding to new inbound requests.
— Understand the client’s broader growth plans including global hiring, EOR and payroll needs, marketing and sales growth, financial, and technology challenges.
— Position Toptal as a strategic partner rather than a single-transaction vendor.
— Execute a client-centric approach across every interaction during pre-defined working hours, run rapid research on clients before outreach, ask focused questions to fill the gaps, and stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
— Work with team and cross-functional partners including matching, delivery, HireGlobal, and Toptal’s service offerings experts to respond promptly to high-volume inbound inquiries and bring the right expertise into a deal at the right moment.
— Communicate clearly over Zoom and Slack.
— Review own calls, seek and act on feedback, and contribute learnings back to the team.
Onboarding and development expectations include learning Toptal’s model, sales training, mock calls, running inbound conversations independently, managing leads and opportunities, meeting sales and quality targets, mentoring new team members, and contributing to team efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
— 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (Account Executive, Inside Sales, Sales Development, Account Representative, or related role).
— Demonstrated experience converting inbound opportunities into paying customers at scale, owning the sale from first call to close.
— Experience coordinating parallel sales opportunities and maintaining sales momentum while other teams complete necessary work.
— Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
— Full availability during working hours to take client calls.
— Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company managing a high volume of clients alongside competing deadlines.
— Exceptional time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Software, tech, or professional-services sales experience.
— Exposure to named sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, or similar.
— Experience selling more than one product or service line into the same account.
— Familiarity with global hiring, EOR, or payroll concepts.
— Fluency with modern sales tooling including AI-assisted research, call review, and CRM workflows.
Core Competencies:
— Consultative discovery with open-ended questions and diagnosis before prescription.
— Qualification discipline to distinguish interest from intent.
— Business acumen to hold credible conversations about growth, hiring, cost, and risk.
— Point of view to bring insight and respectfully reframe client thinking.
— Client-centricity to uncover and resolve client issues through value-based selling and directness about fit.
— Will to win, naturally competitive and aiming to exceed quota.
— Learn-it-all mindset seeking feedback and sharing learnings.
— Ownership as a self-directed individual contributor accountable for pipeline and results while collaborating effectively.
This is a remote position. Visa sponsorship or assistance is not offered. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own how our Almaty recruiting team runs day to day.
Our Almaty recruiting team hires across Engineering, ML & Research, Product, Growth, Creative, GTM, Finance, and Operations, at a pace few companies have ever had to match. This role makes sure that pace doesn't turn into chaos.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process & Standarts
- Define and roll out one consistent way of working across the team: intake, pipeline stages, scorecards, interview loops, offer approvals, and handoff to onboarding.
- Make sure every open role has a clear recruiter owner, a named final decision-maker, and an agreed interview panel.
- Keep the Hiring Matrix, recruiting playbooks, and Ashby guides current so recruiters and hiring managers can self-serve.
- Catch overlapping roles and duplicated outreach before the same candidate is contacted twice.
Ashby & Recruiting Data
- Own Ashby as the single source of truth. That means no side spreadsheets and no pipelines living in messengers.
- Run weekly pipeline hygiene checks for stale candidates, missing scorecards, untracked sources, and applications that were never closed.
- Make sure every source is tagged and measurable, including referrals, events, university partnerships, paid channels, and agencies.
- Partner with recruiting automation owners on stage automations, integrations, and dashboards.
Reporting & Insights
- Own recruiting reporting to leadership: pipeline by role, where candidates are stuck, offers out, and which decisions are needed.
- Replace manual status reports with live dashboards built on Ashby data.
- Track funnel conversion, time-to-hire, channel performance, and recruiter load, and turn them into clear recommendations.
- Run the weekly recruiting sync and make sure decisions and action items are captured and followed through.
- Onboard new recruiters and coordinators into tools, process, and team standards.
- Manage recruiting tools and licenses (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools) so every seat is actually used.
- Escalate blockers early, such as salary band approvals, onboarding capacity, and stalled final rounds.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent program management, including at least 2 years owning process or operations for a team of recruiters.
- Hands-on Ashby experience, or deep expertise in a comparable ATS plus the ability to become an Ashby power user quickly.
- Experience building recruiting reports and dashboards that leadership actually used to make decisions.
- Experience in a high-growth company hiring at volume across multiple functions.
- Ability to hold recruiters and hiring managers accountable without direct authority over all of them.
- Highly structured, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
How we build software is changing. Designers are building tools and agents, prototyping in code, and shipping directly into the product. More people can create software than ever before. That makes design judgment more important, not less.
We’re looking for a Design Systems Lead to build that judgment into the foundations of Ramp.
This is not just about maintaining a component library. It’s about making it possible for designers, engineers, and agents to build experiences that look, feel, and work like Ramp—without a designer driving every decision or the design systems team reviewing every change.
You’re a designer first, with the technical depth to guide architecture and get into the code. You have exceptional taste and strong opinions about typography, hierarchy, interaction, and motion. Just as importantly, you know how to turn that judgment into patterns, tools, and guidance that make everyone else’s work better.
You’re deeply curious about AI and already using it to change how you work. You build, experiment, inspect the results, and push past the demo. You can imagine a different way of building software—and lead a team toward it.
This role is for you if you’re excited by:
- Making great design reproducible. Raise the quality of Ramp’s product and encode what makes it good, so people and agents can produce coherent, usable experiences by default. The system should make excellent work easier, not make every experience look the same.
- Reimagining what a design system can be. Build beyond components and tokens into composition, interaction patterns, agent guidance, and evaluations. Connect exploration and production so the fastest way to build is also a path to great quality.
- Leading a team that multiplies everyone else’s impact. Create clear direction, ambitious goals, and a caring yet demanding environment. Inspire curiosity, develop people, and stay close enough to the work to help make it exceptional.
The opportunity is to raise the floor for everyone building at Ramp, while giving designers more room to make the most important experiences extraordinary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and develop the design systems team. Set clear priorities, ownership, and goals. Give direct, timely feedback, hold people accountable, and help them do the best work of their careers.
- Own the system’s vision and direction. Decide what to preserve, evolve, simplify, or replace based on what builders and customers need. Turn that direction into focused work the team can deliver.
- Elevate Ramp’s visual and interaction design. Raise the bar for typography, hierarchy, density, motion, responsive behavior, accessibility, and the states beyond the happy path.
- Make design judgment usable by people and agents. Translate principles into reusable patterns, reference experiences, composition rules, and guidance that produce better work without you in the room.
- Guide technical architecture with engineering. Shape everything from components and tokens to how agents discover guidance, compose interfaces, and check their work. Make sound tradeoffs between flexibility, coherence, performance, and ease of use.
- Stay hands-on. Build prototypes, work in code, and get into implementation details to test ideas, unblock the team, and understand where the system breaks down.
- Define and measure quality. Build repeatable evaluations grounded in real tasks. Measure whether builders can ship better work faster, with less rework—not just whether they use the tools.
- Improve the path from idea to shipped experience. Partner with engineering and AI teams on workflows that support fast exploration, useful iteration, and appropriate production safeguards.
- Earn adoption. Work alongside product teams, listen closely, teach through examples, and turn recurring questions and exceptions into improvements to the system.
- Keep the team moving forward. Experiment as models and tools evolve, share what you learn, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience leading and developing strong design or design engineering teams, with a track record of setting direction and delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Your work shows a clear point of view, attention to detail, and an ability to make complex experiences feel simple.
- Deep systems thinking and experience building systems that other teams actually adopt. You can show how your work improved both their speed and the quality of what shipped.
- Strong technical fluency. You can prototype and build in code, understand front-end architecture, and work through implementation tradeoffs with engineers—not just hand off specifications.
- Active, hands-on use of AI in your design and building workflow. You understand where it helps, where it fails, and how to improve its output rather than accept it.
- Experience turning design principles into practical guidance, reusable patterns, and quality checks that work at scale.
- Strong product judgment and a habit of staying close to the people using what you build. You connect system decisions to real workflows and customer outcomes.
- The ability to create clarity in ambiguity, make decisions, give difficult feedback, and maintain momentum without losing the quality bar.
- Curiosity that borders on obsession about how AI changes software and how we build it—and the ability to ignite that curiosity in others.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building agent-usable design guidance, generation workflows, or evaluations for design quality.
- Experience building developer or designer tools that became part of other teams’ daily workflow.
- Experience leading a major design-system migration or company-wide change in how teams build.
- Experience evolving a system across platforms or connecting product and brand experiences.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO

- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Sr. Developer Relations Manager
Backblaze — Remote, US
Compensation: $172,000–$215,000 base + equity
About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage layer for AI and data-intensive workloads, fueling customer success with cloud storage purpose-built for scalable performance and economics. We make customers unstoppable by solving their toughest storage challenges.
Today we manage nearly 6 billion gigabytes of data for 500K+ customers across 175+ countries with fast growth among Neoclouds, GenAI companies, and companies reliant on data–heavy workloads. Developers are at the center of our next chapter, and we're serious about earning their trust.
About the Role
Developer relations is evolving quickly. Coding agents, informed by reference architectures and machine-readable documentation, are increasingly making integration decisions on behalf of developers. And trust, transparency, and human interaction are more important than ever as open source ideals and corporate agendas are weirdly attacked, limited, or promoted by unexpected sources and trends.
Backblaze B2 Cloud storage was launched as a result of developer demand and has been committed to the developer ecosystem since day one. Today, we are seeking a leader who can help us become more present and trusted than ever before in this space, both as the storage default for agent-led projects and as a leading source of support, inspiration, and enablement for developers who need storage for whatever they’re building.
As Sr. Developer Relations Manager, you'll work across a strong set of existing assets — a mature docs team, an engineering team focused on AI ecosystem integrations, our Flamethrower Startup Program, a content org, and an outward-facing SE team — and coordinate their outputs into a coherent, credible developer presence that earns mindshare where it matters most.
This is a program-defining role for someone who thinks in systems, works backwards from adoption goals, knows how to make a company technically credible with developers who haven't heard of it yet, and is comfortable both channeling and being the face of developer relationships at Backblaze.
What You'll Own
Developer Presence in the Agentic Stack
The primary goal of this role is to ensure Backblaze B2 is the best storage layer for developers and for their agents. That means understanding how AI coders discover and evaluate infrastructure tools today: through MCP servers, coding agent contexts, reference architectures, SDKs, and machine-readable documentation. You'll work with the internal AI team to define what "agent-ready" means for Backblaze and drive execution against it across engineering, docs, and content.
Cross-Functional Coordination
This role starts as an individual contributor, but you'll have real influence over a strong set of resources: an engineering team building integrations into AI tooling (MLFlow, ComfyUI, Hugging Face, popular agent frameworks), a docs team that can be directed toward structured, agent-consumable formats, a content org that can amplify what you build, and an SE team that can extend your enablement work, among a number of others at the company. Your job is to coordinate these teams around a unified developer strategy, keep that strategy moving, and share its outputs with the broader world.
Community and Ecosystem
Developers trust other developers. You'll underscore Backblaze's credibility in the communities where AI builders live: GitHub, Discord, open source projects, developer events, and the growing ecosystem of AI infrastructure tooling. You'll elevate internal technical voices, use their expertise to build your own thought leadership in the space, and partner with ecosystem players, and show up in a way that is earned, not marketed. Critically, you should have a presence in this community before coming to the role.
Developer Feedback Loop
You'll maintain a tight feedback loop from the developer community back to product and engineering — surfacing adoption friction, unmet integration needs, and emerging patterns worth prioritizing. The Flamethrower Startup Program gives you direct access to early-stage builders who can serve as signal-rich canaries for what's working and what isn't.
Metrics and Program Accountability
You'll define what success looks like — developer signups, activation rates, B2 adoption in AI frameworks, community engagement, content reach — and own progress against it. We're building this program to drive real revenue, and you'll be expected to connect the dots between awareness and conversion. Success in this role opens the door to bringing on, or from elsewhere in the company, developer resources to grow the program.
What We're Looking For
Meaningful DevRel, developer marketing, or developer experience leadership at a cloud infrastructure, open source, or AI tooling company. You've built or significantly grown a developer program, not just contributed to one.
Understand how agentic workflows are reshaping how developers discover and integrate infrastructure tools — and you have opinions about what that means for DevRel strategy.
Technically credible. You can read a codebase, evaluate an SDK, write a working integration, and have a real conversation with an engineer about tradeoffs. You don't need to be a full-time SWE, but you need to have been one, or close to it.
Worked, or started, without a large team. You know how to amplify yourself through cross-functional relationships, external partners, and community rather than headcount.
Strong communicator — to developers externally and to leadership internally. You can write a crisp technical tutorial and a clear exec summary with equal ease.
Existing presence in developer communities. A following, conference talks, open source contributions, a technical blog — some signal that developers pay attention when you show up.
Strong plus:
Direct experience with model training, data processing or generative media
Familiarity with how coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) surface and recommend infrastructure tools
Experience working with or building on top of open source frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem (MLflow, DVC, Ray Data, WebDataset, and MosaicML Streaming)
Prior experience running or contributing to a startup/developer program (accelerator, cohort model, or similar)
What You'll Have to Work With
You won't be starting from scratch. You'll work closely with:
A mature, capable
docs team
that can be directed toward agent-consumable documentation formats and structured reference content
A strong
engineering team
dedicated to integrating Backblaze into the AI tooling ecosystem — building connectors, working on external integrations, and driving internal product improvements for developer use cases
Flamethrower
, our startup program, which is already generating community energy and early-adopter signal among AI builders
An outward-facing
solutions engineering team
that can extend your enablement work with hands-on technical support
A
content org
that can help produce and amplify developer-facing assets
Active strategic work from
Rawkode Academy
laying the DevRel foundation: audit, persona validation, content models, and engagement strategy
Why This Matters Now
Developers are making storage decisions earlier in the stack than ever before — often before they've spoken to a salesperson, often through a coding agent recommending a reference architecture. Backblaze has the right product, the right price point, and a growing engineering investment behind this motion. What we need is the person who can translate that into developer conviction at scale.
The window to establish Backblaze as the default AI storage layer is open now. This role exists to make sure we don't miss it.
Backblaze Perks
Healthcare for family, including dental and vision
Competitive compensation and 401K
RSU grants for full-time employees
ESPP program
Flexible vacation policy
Maternity & paternity leave
MacBook Pro plus a generous workstation stipend
Childcare bonus
Fertility treatment and support
Learning & development program
Commuter benefits
Culture that supports a healthy work-life balance
Pay Transparency
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
The expected salary range for this role is $172,000 - $215,000 plus 20% target annual bonus and RSUs.
At Backblaze, we value being fair and good to our customers, partners, and employees. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values. We are committed to fostering a workforce where all employees feel a sense of belonging regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socio-economic status, ability, veteran status, and education. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix, Steuerbot and TaxScouts, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
AI is shifting how the best products get built. The handoffs between product, design, and engineering are slowing us down. The companies moving fastest are doing it with people who own the full loop, from the user problem to the shipped feature, without losing the thread.
At Taxfix, we’re rebuilding our R&D organization around this idea. We call these people builders.
A Builder has a primary craft, one they’re genuinely excellent at, but they don’t stop there. They stretch across product, design, and engineering as the situation demands, using AI to cover the gaps. They’re accountable to outcomes, not job descriptions.
Taxfix has put €5 billion back into our customers’ pockets and we aren’t stopping there. We operate in Germany, Spain, and the UK, and we’re in the middle of a genuine AI transformation in how we build and how we’re organized.
Assume there’s no designer to give you a Figma file. No engineer to hand the spec to. The magic is knowing what to build, why, and in what order, then making it happen. If building the thing sounds more natural to you than describing it, this role is for you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS:
- Take a user problem from rough idea to shipped product. Write the brief, design the flow, prototype it, and get it in front of users, with as few handoffs as possible. Own the full loop.
- Compress research, synthesis, and spec-writing from weeks into hours. You reach for AI tools not because you’ve been asked to, but because they faster make you faster in delivering high quality outcome. You know when to trust the output, when to edit it, and when to reject it. Use AI as a force multiplier.
- You structure fuzzy problems, identify what should and shouldn’t be built, and move forward when there are dozens of possible directions. The magic is in the trade-offs, not the feature list. Turn ambiguous ideas into things users can trust.
- You collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI-related product work, translating AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and outputs into clear product decisions. You work effectively in hybrid human-AI teams. Work in small, focused teams.
- You know the metric your team is trying to move. You measure your week by what changed in user behaviour, not by how many tickets moved to Done. Be accountable to outcomes, not roadmaps.
- You give feedback directly, to anyone, regardless of level. You raise blockers early and in the open. Push back when something’s wrong. Team player who raises the bar.
YOUR PROFILE:
YOUR CRAFT
- 5+ years experience in Product Management (ideally in fintech or B2B). You’ve shipped things that real people use, and you can point to the metric that moved when you did.
- Understand implicitly the product development process - from discovery, to user research to experimentation. You are able to build and defend a compelling strategy that solves user needs.
- You have a builder track record: you’ve made things with AI, not just written specs about them. Shipped products, agent workflows, or tools real users have touched. Any of these count whether at work or in your personal life.
- You’re AI-native by default. You use tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or similar regularly. You follow the AI product space closely and you know the difference between a demo and something production-ready.
- You’ve built personal AI workflows that make you meaningfully faster. You know when to trust AI output, when to edit it, and when to reject it.
- You’ve gone from user problem to testable prototype without waiting for a brief to be written for you. The output was good enough that a team shipped from it.
- Low PM baggage: you’re not attached to how product management "should" be done. You care about outcomes, not territory.
- When designing and shipping AI-enabled products, you consider privacy, safety, fairness, transparency, bias, and accountability. You assess when AI-generated outputs are appropriate for use and raise concerns when risks or limitations are identified.
YOUR RANGE
- Across all three disciplines, you can hold your own: in Product you can identify opportunities, assess impact, and prioritize ruthlessly. In Design, you have taste: you know when something looks right but feels wrong. In Engineering, you’ve used AI coding tools to build something real, and you’re not dependent on an engineer to tell you why it’s broken.
HOW YOU WORK
- Data fluency: you know the metric you were trying to move, and you can say whether you moved it, with healthy skepticism about what metrics do and don’t tell you.
- You believe in experimentation and ship with velocity to learn quickly. You know your way around AB tests and are excited to try new data science models to learn faster.
- You’ve worked on products where getting it wrong has real consequences for real people, and that raised your bar, not lowered it.
- You’ve found a way through blockers rather than waiting to be unblocked. When something was genuinely impossible, you documented why and moved on.
- You bring an entrepreneurial and independent mindset. You are excited about spotting opportunities and then acting on them.
- Fluency in English is required (German is a plus).
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
- You’re not genuinely excited about being able to stretch across design and engineering functions.
- You’ve never built an AI prototype and/or shipped code, side projects count.
- You pride yourself in what you delivered rather than its impact
- You need certainty, a full brief, or someone else’s research to get started.
- You don’t believe in fast learning and getting things into customers hands early and use
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal tech meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

Senior Software Engineer
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day.
From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s growth at scale.
In November 2023 we launched our non-food retail offering, Deliveroo ‘Shopping’, where we work with large and small merchants. We oversee all operations within the grocery and retail ecosystem, ensuring stores are equipped to receive and efficiently process orders. Our solutions empower stores to manage orders seamlessly through multiple channels, including our in-house app, API integration, and devices pre-installed with our software. Additionally, we provide tools to maintain and update product catalogs, ensuring accurate inventory for consumers. The technology we’ve developed enables our partners to pick the correct items swiftly while keeping inventory data current, optimizing both efficiency and accuracy.
We’re looking for a
Senior Software Engineer

London (Hybrid - 3 days from the office)
team. In this role, you’ll help us improve code structure and architecture while leading team project planning to maximise efficiency and reliability across our production systems.

Build relationships across global engineering teams to identify collaboration opportunities and influence the wider technical roadmap.
Mentor & Hire:
Support the personal growth of your colleagues through technical guidance and take an active role in conducting engineering interviews to scale our team.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Proficiency in using AI coding tools
(e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software
Strong Engineering Principles:
Deep pride in writing readable, well-designed, and well-tested software.
Backend Expertise:
Significant experience building web-based applications (we use Go, Ruby/Rails, Python, Scala, and Rust).
Data Proficiency:
Practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and "NoSQL" backends like Redis, DynamoDB, or ElasticSearch.
Systems at Scale:
Proven ability to manage web architecture at scale (handling 20krpm and above).
Technical Leadership:
Experience breaking down large pieces of work and guiding implementation choices for a team of engineers.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events.
