ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
We're building a brand-new Integration team to power automation at the heart of Xero. You'll design and build workflows and integrations that solve real business problems, removing genuine friction from how we operate. This is modern engineering work: applying software discipline through low/no-code and AI-native platforms, shipping fast, and seeing measurable impact within weeks, not quarters.
Your focus will span the full spectrum: collaborating with stakeholders to understand their pain, translating manual processes into robust automated designs, shipping end-to-end solutions to production, and owning them through monitoring and support. You'll Go Bold by taking problems from conception through delivery, and Go Further by helping shape a team and technology practice that's still forming.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
This is a brand-new team within our Enterprise Technology function, who support Xero’s internal and customer-facing systems. We prioritise open, transparent conversations where everyone gets heard. We rotate leadership and responsibility to keep learning distributed and ownership shared. And because the team is new, there's real room to influence how we work and potentially the tools we use.
INITIALLY, YOU WILL FOCUS ON
- Ramping up our existing platforms (SnapLogic, Tray) and our engineering standards including source control, observability, error handling, retries and change control
- Shipping your first automations end-to-end, from requirement through to a monitored, documented workflow running in production
- Building working relationships with business stakeholders and learning to elicit requirements and translate them into robust automated designs
- Contributing to quality reviews and participating in our incident response and on-call practices
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role can be based in Australia (East Coast) or New Zealand, we work a hybrid model with the flexibility to work from home combined with in-office collaboration.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, or automations (whether that's through software engineering, integration platforms or middleware tools)
- Comfort using AI tools to solve logic problems and automate tasks, paired with a clear-eyed sense of when a deterministic design is the right choice instead.
- Your skill at eliciting requirements and bridging technical execution with business needs means you translate what people need into what they should build.
- You own work through to a monitored, documented, supportable state. Shipping quality solutions rather than cutting corners to go faster.
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity: you'll help shape the team's standards and patterns as they form, and you're motivated to take on increasingly complex work over time.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
PlayStation Studios has created some of the most loved worlds, characters, and stories in entertainment. Our opportunity now is to build those IP with greater intention — growing audiences, deepening fandom, and creating more ways for people to engage with PlayStation franchises beyond the release of a game.
We are looking for a Lead Franchise Strategist to help shape that work.
This is not an integrated marketing role, a licensing or consumer products role, or a role focused on extending a launch campaign. We are looking for someone who understands how entertainment franchises are built over time — across audiences, stories, formats, products, experiences, and partners.
Gaming experience is valuable but not required. Experience in film, television, animation, publishing, consumer products, licensing, live experiences, or location-based entertainment may be just as relevant.
What matters most is that this person has helped build something. They can look at an IP, understand what makes it special, identify where the strongest audience and commercial opportunities exist, and turn that into a clear and credible plan for growth.
This role will work across PlayStation Studios, Portfolio Strategy, PlayStation Productions, brand, marketing, insights, finance, consumer products, licensing, legal, and Sony Group partners — connecting creative ambition, audience demand, and commercial opportunity while protecting what fans already love.
Key Responsibilities
Lead franchise strategy work for assigned priority PlayStation IP, from initial opportunity assessment through long-term planning and cross-functional alignment
Develop franchise strategies that define audience opportunity, positioning, expansion potential, commercial rationale, and priorities for growth
Proactively identify new ways priority IP could grow, including opportunities that may sit outside PlayStation’s existing franchise playbook
Identify where each franchise has the strongest potential across film, television, animation, publishing, consumer products, music, live and location-based experiences, partnerships, and digital/community engagement
Help define what each franchise should become over time — and just as importantly, where it should not go
Use audience research, fandom insights, market trends, competitive benchmarks, and commercial data to make clear recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners
Translate franchise ambition into practical roadmaps, sequencing, decision frameworks, and execution priorities
Support the development of franchise bibles, IP briefs, creative guardrails, and other tools that enable partners to build from a shared understanding of the IP
Partner with finance and business teams to understand and articulate the value of franchise activity across games and adjacent businesses
Help evolve PlayStation’s approach to long-term franchise planning, bringing greater consistency and rigor to how opportunities are identified, evaluated, and prioritized
Champion the fan perspective — understanding what audiences love, where they want more, what will feel authentic, and where expansion could damage trust
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in franchise strategy, IP development, entertainment strategy, brand expansion, audience growth, or a related field, with a track record of independently leading complex strategic work
A track record of helping build, shape, expand, or revitalize entertainment IP, ideally across multiple formats or business areas
Strong understanding of fandom — how audiences discover, engage with, spend around, advocate for, and stay connected to IP over time
Experience working across creative and commercial disciplines, including areas such as production, research, finance, marketing, licensing, consumer products, and external partnerships
Ability to synthesize complex creative, audience, and commercial information into clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and build alignment around a direction
Strong creative taste and commercial judgment — someone who can see both the magic of an IP and the business around it
Experience with areas such as franchise architecture, audience segmentation, IP positioning, content roadmaps, commercial planning, or long-range portfolio strategy
Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure around IP that may not yet have a fully formed franchise ecosystem
Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and make thoughtful calls about what is worth doing, what should wait, and what should not happen at all
A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to influence across teams without always owning final execution
Experience with global entertainment brands or IP with multi-market potential is a plus
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a builder, not a caretaker. They may have worked on established IP or helped build something from an earlier stage, but they are most energized by the question of what comes next.
They can look at a game world, character, story, or fanbase and see the broader franchise potential — not as a list of extensions, but as a connected system of creative expansion, audience growth, and long-term value.
They are equally comfortable talking about story, fandom, audience behavior, commercial models, and execution realities. They know that not every IP should become everything. They have the discipline to prioritize, the taste to protect what matters, and the strategic instincts to spot where PlayStation can create something fans will genuinely care about.
Success in This Role Looks Like
The priority PlayStation IP they support have clear, actionable long-term franchise strategies
Teams across PlayStation and Sony have a shared understanding of where those franchises can grow, where they should not, and why
New opportunities are identified proactively and evaluated earlier and more consistently, with strong audience, creative, and commercial rationale
Fans have meaningful ways to stay connected with PlayStation worlds between major game releases
The role contributes to a more coordinated and repeatable approach to building PlayStation franchises for the long term

About Onedome
We're a UK fintech building high-throughput digital infrastructure for the mortgage and property space. Recently acquired Trussle. We're taking our platform to the next level: fully automated, self-healing, observable, and built to handle real traffic spikes (we have a TV launch coming up).
The role
You'll be our senior platform engineer. Not a traditional ops role. You'll treat infrastructure as a product, build the internal developer platform our engineers deploy through, and bring SRE discipline into the application tier when it's needed.
You won't have a platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability. We know exactly what we need.
What you'll do
Own 5 AWS accounts across the organisation (QA, Prod, Infra, plus two others)
Architect and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform. Replace the click-ops that's still around
Stand up CI/CD pipelines engineers actually want to use. Blue/green and canary where it makes sense
Run releases reliably and reduce key-person risk on the deploy process
Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response so we catch issues before customers do. Define SLIs and SLOs that map to real user journeys
Lead incident response as the primary infra responder. Run blameless post-mortems
Patch and harden the platform. We're a fintech, this matters. IAM least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Lead infrastructure work for the TV launch: traffic spikes, autoscaling, capacity planning, runbooks
Partner with backend engineers when production issues cross into the app tier. JVM tuning, connection pools, async patterns, memory leaks
Architect multi-region DR. Drive the platform toward self-healing
Optimise cost across DynamoDB, Lambda, and the wider AWS footprint
Set architectural guardrails with tech leads and SWEs. Mentor engineers as the platform capability grows
You must have
6+ years hands-on AWS in production (VPC, IAM, EC2/ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS)
Production Terraform (Terragrunt a plus). Multi-environment state management
Production Kubernetes and Docker. EKS specifically
Strong CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. GitOps practices
Strong infrastructure security: IAM least privilege, secrets, patching, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Observability from scratch: CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK
Solid backend competency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Node. Understanding of JVM, concurrency, async systems
Comfort being the senior infrastructure person. Self-directed, opinionated, disciplined about documentation
B2/C1 Level English
Nice to have
Fintech or other regulated industry experience
DynamoDB at scale (we run many tables with PITR and S3 exports, Lambda-driven daily incrementals)
AWS cost optimisation track record
Past experience as a first infrastructure hire at a small team
Building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
AWS DevOps Pro, Solutions Architect Pro, or CKA
Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd) and DevSecOps practices
Firebase or GCP exposure (we have a small footprint there)
What you won't get from us
A platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability
Click-ops everywhere. You'll be replacing what exists with IaC
Ambiguity about the work. We know exactly what we need
Working setup
UK working hours.
Fully remote across the EU
Tooling: Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Nuclino, GitHub
aws-vault with MFA enforcement on all accounts
Sustainable on-call rotation
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 / month
Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By your 90th day, kick off a global physical security parity project that creates shared visibility into regional practices, gaps, and priorities.
- By your 90th day, use AI to accelerate clear, effective communications, reduce busywork, and keep detail-heavy work accurate and reviewable.
- By the end of your first year, take ownership of Notion’s physical security technology program, improving how systems, data, and operating practices support safe and resilient workplaces.
- By the end of your first year, demonstrate program ownership in one major physical security or safety pillar, such as business continuity and disaster recovery, event security, travel risk management, monitoring operations, crisis management, guard force operations, or governance.
- By the end of your first year, deliver multiple international projects with clear plans, sound judgment, and effective coordination across regions, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated ability to own physical security or safety programs across multiple sites or regions, including security technology, access control, incident response, or vendor operations.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to move multiple international projects from ambiguity to clear plans, decisions, and delivery.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with internal partners, vendors, building management, and local stakeholders—especially when translating security requirements into practical action.
- A service-oriented approach and eagerness to help create secure, welcoming workplace experiences; you bring curiosity, ownership, and sound judgment to how you work with others.
- Novice AI proficiency and a willingness to use AI as a practical collaborator for communication, accuracy checks, documentation, and reducing repetitive work.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're hiring a Senior Developer Advocate to be the face and voice of 1Password's developer story — especially our push into identity and access control for AI agents. You'll build hands-on demos and videos that show developers exactly how to use 1Password, carry that content into a genuine presence on Reddit and X, grow the community around it, and represent 1Password on stage at major developer conferences.
You'll report to the Director of Developer Relations as an individual contributor.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What You'll Do
- Build demos and videos. Hands-on, code-first demos and short-form videos showing developers how to use 1Password — particularly for securing AI agents, service accounts, and machine identities.
- Build a social presence. Own and grow 1Password's developer voice on Reddit, Youtube and X — daily posting, engaging in threads, answering questions, participating authentically in developer communities.
- Represent us at conferences. Speak at and represent 1Password at major developer conferences (AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, and others), turning in-person moments into demos, clips, and content that keep working after the talk ends.
- Shape open source strategy. Prioritize and guide what 1Password open sources — SDKs, integrations, MCP servers/tools — and how that drives developer trust and adoption.
- Create supporting content. Blog posts, tutorials, and reference code that give developers something to copy, fork, and ship.
- Build community. Turn one-off engagement into an ongoing developer community — repeat contributors, recurring conversations, people who show up because they trust the voice, not just the content.
What We're Looking For
- Technical fluency: 5+ years in technical roles (software/platform engineering, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or similar). Comfortable writing real code for demos, not just narrating slides.
- Existing X, Youtube or Reddit presence as a technical voice, with a track record and an audience.
- Agent-building experience: Hands-on experience building AI agents and working with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Content production skills: Can conceive, script, build, and edit demo videos and short-form content.
- Community-building experience: Has grown a developer community from scratch or materially expanded one — not just posted into an existing audience.
- Open source judgment: Experience contributing to or maintaining open source projects.
- Public speaking: Experience speaking at major developer conferences (re:Invent, KubeCon, or similar).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Bonus points:
- Experience with security-conscious developer communities or products (identity, auth, DevSecOps).
- Contributions to or maintenance of MCP servers, agent frameworks, or related open source tooling.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 USD and $186,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
