We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This role is available for candidates located in Australia or Singapore.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy
,
Mimir proxies
, and OpenTelemetry.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our tech stack is mostly made up of services written in Go, running on multiple Kubernetes clusters that leverage Cloud object storage.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience writing low level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Been a user of Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools in hobby/homelab projects).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Australia, the Base compensation range for this role is AUD 190,000 to AUD 238,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
here
.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage their procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will improve both the requester and approver experience while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.
Beyond your product vertical, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows our Product and Engineering teams to scale. You will use AI tools to improve release management, collect customer feedback, and enable internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot issues.
Our main goal is to reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
- Own launch operations for new Procurement features as they move from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences that require strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog
- Use AI to automate processes and build products that enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
- Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements
ABOUT OUR TEAMS
- Spend Management owns our core spend product, including card issuance, reimbursements, and travel & entertainment to control spend
- Procurement owns streamlining new purchase requests, approvals, vendors, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions
- Intelligence owns the reporting, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About The Role
As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran+dbt Labs stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.

Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.

Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.

We’re looking for a
Program Manager
to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy in addition to supporting strategic initiatives, as needed. Sitting within Product Program Management and partnering closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, you'll own the cross-functional execution that turns pricing strategy into well-governed, shipped programs. You'll coordinate launches end to end, track commitments, resolve escalations, and expand the playbook that makes growth at Fivetran repeatable and scalable. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of program management, GTM, and product strategy. You will be driving some of the most impactful business outcomes.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Google Workspace(sheets)/Excel, Jira, Looker/Sigma/Hex, Notion, Salesforce and Slack.
What You’ll Do
• Define and own the operating model and standards for pricing program management — the governance frameworks, templates, and decision rights adopted across Growth & Monetization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, influencing roadmap and go-to-market decisions and representing pricing in executive forums.
• Lead the most complex, high-stakes, cross-org pricing initiatives end to end — navigating ambiguity, aligning competing stakeholders, and setting precedent for how future pricing programs are run
• Track executive pricing deliverables and commitments end to end, including commitments made to the CEO.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
• Manage pricing-related sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
• Lead pricing analyses and business requests, turning data into recommendations that inform pricing decisions.
• Report on pricing outcomes — such as closed-lost-due-to-pricing and overall pricing impact — and translate results into forward-looking recommendations.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing.
• A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
-Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based platforms
-PMP Certified

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within the AWS partnership team and drives Supabase's and AWS's joint co-marketing and GTM motion in support of segments like gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI.
As Supabase drives investment into gaming, enterprise, and startup segments, each motion needs co-marketing execution and enablement content to land with AWS field teams and partners. This role owns that work directly: producing the content, case studies, and campaign support tied to AWS co-owned initiatives.
You'll work closely with the segment leads driving each motion and with the Alliances Lead, translating segment strategy into the campaigns and content that actually reach AWS field teams and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce co-marketing content and enablement assets (case studies, campaign materials, partner-facing documentation) for our gaming, enterprise, startup, and AI segments
- Plan and execute joint campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams, from initial concept through launch
- Support AWS-funded marketing engagements and executive-facing events with content and coordination
- Build and maintain enablement materials that keep our partner-facing teams and AWS contacts current on Supabase's story
- Identify the right audiences and contacts for campaigns, partnering with RevOps and marketing tooling as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partner marketing or co-marketing, ideally with experience working alongside a major cloud provider like AWS or similar strategic partner
- Strong writer and communicator, able to turn technical products and partnerships into clear, compelling narratives
- Execution-oriented. This role is about shipping campaigns and content, not managing a mature, fully-staffed program
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility. You lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanisms is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

At Figma we believe design doesn’t end in a file or with your designer - it includes everything that goes into the product you ship: the production code that ties it all together, the systems and developer tools that make that code reliable, the context you provide to our AI agents, and the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page.
The Roundtripping Area at Figma is redefining how Designers, PMs and Engineers collaborate. At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, identify growth opportunities, and arrive to every client interaction more prepared than anyone else in the room.
Campaign Excellence:
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back.
Industry Presence:
Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market.
The profile we're building
🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity:
When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it
📊 Analytical Thinking:
You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling.
🤝 Orchestration Ability:
AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship.
⚡ Real Adaptability:
The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first.
Who you are
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market.
Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community.
Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets).
Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it.
Why this role
Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America.
At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region. You will have the tools, the backing, and the mandate to build something meaningful.
And if you are someone who is excited about where AI is taking sales — you are going to like it here.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is part of DoorDash, and together we run one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe. We’re looking for a VAT Manager to join us as an in-house advisor on VAT matters across the business. You’ll work closely with Finance, Legal, Business and Product teams, translating VAT rules into clear, practical guidance for the wider organisation.
What you’ll be doing
This role is primarily advisory: you’ll be the go-to person for VAT questions across the business, working on several projects in parallel rather than owning a single recurring process. You’ll partner with teams across multiple functions to make sure VAT is considered early and handled correctly.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Provide VAT advisory support to multiple teams and projects across the business
Review new products and features for their VAT treatment and implications
Review contracts from a VAT perspective, flagging risks and suggesting language
Identify, assess and manage VAT risks
Support in VAT audits, coordinating with tax authorities and internal stakeholders
Support specific reporting obligations, such as CESOP, as an SME
Our humble expectations
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, can manage several projects at once, and are comfortable explaining VAT concepts to non-tax colleagues. You are willing to take ownership and work well in an autonomous environment.
Solid experience in VAT, including advisory work
Experience with tax audits
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate VAT rules into practical, non-technical guidance
A background in financial services VAT and experience with CESOP reporting is a nice-to-have, but not essential
What’s in it for you
You’ll join a small, senior tax team with real ownership over VAT matters across Wolt’s markets. Expect varied, hands-on work as the business expands into new products and geographies, plus the chance to shape how VAT advisory is done at Wolt.
