About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Role Overview
This is a leadership role spearheading Nebius’s communications across Europe and the Middle East: you will develop strong regional narratives, provide senior counsel, manage and develop the team, and lead consequential communications and stakeholder situations.
Reporting to the global Head of Communications, you will translate business priorities into compelling stories and a practical regional strategy. You will connect local developments to the company narrative and adapt them to the audiences and circumstances of each market.
We need an outstanding storyteller with the gravitas, experience and judgment to personally lead high-stakes situations involving multiple stakeholders. You will know when to shape the narrative, handle a difficult relationship or lead a response yourself, and when to give colleagues the authority and support to deliver.
What success looks like
The region has clear priorities, strong narratives, credible stories and trusted stakeholder relationships. Important situations receive the right senior attention. Colleagues understand their responsibilities, exercise sound judgment and develop under your leadership. Global colleagues have early visibility of consequential regional developments.
Key Responsibilities
Shape regional narratives and strategy
Develop communications strategy and strong narratives for priority European and Middle Eastern markets, linked to business priorities and the wider company story.
Identify compelling stories and the evidence behind them. Make clear choices about audiences, markets and investment; adapt narratives locally while keeping core facts consistent.
Advise senior leaders on positioning, communications opportunities and reputation risks. Define measurable objectives and use evidence to improve the programme.
Lead communications and consequential stakeholder situations
Build trusted relationships with regional business leaders, partners and relevant business, technology, infrastructure and local media. Create a sustained pipeline of credible stories.
Shape and deliver the narratives, writing, executive counsel and stakeholder engagement that need your senior experience. Delegate other work with clear briefs, authority and quality standards.
Lead regional communications for customer, partner, product and infrastructure developments.
Partner with country managers and public affairs colleagues on communications and local engagement around physical infrastructure builds.
Manage people and regional resources
Set team priorities and responsibilities, coach colleagues, manage performance and support their development. Build the capability and confidence to make sound decisions.
Balance workloads and recommend where additional skills or capacity are needed. Recruit and onboard approved hires.
Direct agencies and partners through clear briefs, budgets and performance reviews. Judge what to own personally, what to delegate and when to intervene; retain accountability for quality and outcomes.
Coordinate across the business
Work closely with stakeholders across Nebius – GTM country leads, Marketing, Business Diplomacy, Product, Research, Technology, subject experts and other colleagues – to coordinate on issues including regional priorities, policy, local engagement and reputation management.
Coordinate with US, APAC and global communications leaders on announcements, issues and executive visibility. Maintain early visibility of consequential developments within appropriate confidentiality controls.
Key Qualifications and Experience
What we need
A strong record of senior communications leadership in Europe and the Middle East, with substantial in-house technology-company experience and the ability to operate credibly across the region.
Outstanding storytelling and narrative-development skills: translating complex business and technology priorities into compelling, credible stories for different audiences and markets.
Demonstrated people-management experience: setting goals, coaching, managing performance and developing capable colleagues.
Gravitas and senior experience to personally lead high-stakes, multi-stakeholder situations, advise business leaders and navigate competing interests with sound judgment.
Evidence of judging when personal involvement is essential and when to delegate, alongside strong media relationships and experience directing agencies and regional resources.
Outstanding English writing, editing and spoken communication, with the curiosity and rigor to understand complex technology and build accurate narratives.
Helpful experience
AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology or another complex B2B sector; regional expansion, infrastructure investment or a publicly listed company.
Substantial Middle East communications work, relevant media relationships and additional regional language skills.
Agency experience is valuable alongside substantial in-house experience; an agency-only background does not meet the role’s requirements. Journalism experience can be beneficial.
Competencies and Behavioural Traits
Strong narrative judgment, senior presence, clear prioritisation and calm leadership. A capable people manager who develops others, gives direct feedback and delegates with purpose. Takes personal ownership where the stakes or complexity require senior experience, while keeping regional and global colleagues aligned. Comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, course-correction, experimentation and (occasionally) failure.
What We Offer
A senior communications leadership role shaping narratives and stakeholder relationships across Europe and the Middle East, working closely with business and global communications leaders and developing the regional team.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a People Tech & Analytics Engineer on the People team, you will build the systems, data pipelines, and automations behind how Mistral runs People Operations. Reporting to the People Tech & Analytics Lead, you will turn the roadmap into reality: wiring our HR tech stack together, making data flow reliably between systems, and automating people processes with third-party tools as well as Mistral's own models, agents, and APIs.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves building. You will spend most of your time in the systems and the data, deep-diving into problems: connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance tools, standing up the data layer behind our people metrics, and shipping automations that remove manual work from the People team.
If you are a data engineer or people technology specialist who wants to deliver meaningful automation outcomes at Europe's largest AI company, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data pipelines across our HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance), run data quality checks, and fix inconsistencies at the source.
- Implement and evolve the Metabase visualisation layer of our people data lake, build the dashboards and self-serve reporting managers and People partners rely on, as well as the context layer on HR data, supporting the move to conversational insights in collaboration with the Data team.
- Design, build, test and document automated workflows, mainly with Mistral's own models, agents and APIs, with human review wherever decisions affect people, monitor live automations with alerting, error handling, logging and runbooks, and prototype AI use cases on people processes, productionising the ones that prove their worth.
- Implement configuration changes across the HR tech stack (workflows, fields, roles and permissions, new countries and entities), support testing and rollout of system changes and integrations, and act as first-line troubleshooter for the People team, leading issue resolution through to production with a clear audit trail.
- Architect end-to-end HR workflows with key stakeholders in HR Operations, Business Partnering and Reward, and implement data governance in practice: quality standards, access controls, retention rules and audit trails for employee data.
- Provide clear enablement materials in Notion so the People team and managers can use our systems confidently, with strong tier-1 support via a bot.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in analytics engineering or HR technology, ideally within an HR or People function or working closely with one as a stakeholder.
- Strong practical SQL: you are comfortable building pipelines and transformations yourself.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Ashby, and integrating them with ATS, payroll, identity and finance tools via APIs, middleware and data pipelines.
- Real automation experience: you have built and maintained workflows in n8n or similar tools such as Make, Zapier, Workato or Langdock, and you are excited to do the same with Mistral's own models and tooling.
- Working experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery) and the modern data stack (dbt or similar), and with visualisation tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
- You are low-ego and team-spirited, and you take a prioritised problem and run with it in ambiguity: you would rather build a first version and iterate than wait for a perfect spec. You start from the HR need, not the technology, stay hands-on, and have a track record of building foundations in growing organisations without creating legacy.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. THE ROLE
As a People Tech & Analytics Lead on the People team, you will turn people data into better decisions at Mistral. You will own the roadmap for our HR technology stack, from the HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture, and build the analytics, dashboards and models that help our leaders understand how we hire, grow, retain and reward our people, and act on what they learn.
You will do it the Mistral way: automating people processes with our own models, workflows and agents, and partnering with HR Operations, Business Partnering, Legal, Finance and IT to turn business needs into well-designed systems.
You will lead a small team, starting with a People Tech & Analytics Engineer, alongside a large team of agents running our back-end HR processes, giving a fast-growing global company the clarity to make great people decisions at speed, with a seamless employee experience from hire to retire.
What You Will Do
- Own the people-tech roadmap and the HR tech stack end to end: what we build, buy, integrate or retire, the configuration standards, workflows, roles and permissions that govern it, vendor relationships, and the data pipelines across HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance so data flows reliably between systems.
- Define the people metrics that matter and lead analysis on workforce trends, retention and organisational health, turning insight into clear recommendations and workforce planning.
- Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting and conversational insights, so managers get answers without waiting on a spreadsheet.
- Drive people-data governance, partnering with Legal and Privacy to keep people data compliant and AI use on it lawful, transparent and proportionate.
- Own the automation and AI roadmap for people processes: build agents and workflows with Mistral's own models and APIs, set the standards for how they're designed, tested and monitored, and lead cross-functional projects from scoping to rollout.
- Manage and mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer, set priorities, and grow the team as needs evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company: expert in at least one, broad in both, and comfortable building from scratch.
- A strong product mindset: you turn complex business and employee needs into intuitive, practical solutions, starting from the HR need, not the technology.
- Experience with global HR tech platforms such as HiBob, Deel or Rippling, and the integrations, data architecture and governance connecting them to ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
- Strong workflow-automation experience (n8n or similar) and a real appetite to build with our own LLMs, agents and APIs, with the judgement to know where AI helps and where it doesn't.
- Solid analytics foundations (forecasting, visualisation, modern data stack such as Snowflake or BigQuery), experience building people analytics and data governance on workforce data, and working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee data.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders, turning data into clear, decision-ready recommendations, and managing or mentoring technical or analytical team members, with the hands-on pragmatism to prototype and review technical work yourself.

About the Role
The Site Reliability Engineering team at iCapital is fundamental to ensuring our platform delivers consistent, reliable service to our client base. Our services run on Kubernetes in AWS, and this role focuses on keeping them healthy in production.
We're looking for the hands-on engineer others turn to when production is broken and the cause isn't obvious. You'll troubleshoot across the full stack (the application, its containers, Kubernetes, and the underlying cloud infrastructure) and turn what you learn into lasting improvements: stronger reliability standards, safer rollouts, sharper alerts, and automation that prevents repeat failures. You'll rely on metrics, logs, and traces every day, but the heart of this role is diagnosing and fixing what they reveal.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues in Kubernetes-based services, leading hands-on investigation across application, container, Kubernetes, and AWS layers through to root cause.
Partner with the teams that own our cluster infrastructure to resolve platform-level issues, and feed what you learn back into reliability standards and improvements.
Define and implement reliability and operability standards for Kubernetes-based services, including resource sizing, health checks, scaling patterns, rollout safety, and baseline monitoring, as part of service onboarding.
Serve as Incident Commander or senior technical lead for high-severity incidents, lead postmortems, and drive systemic improvements through action items and measurable follow-through.
Turn recurring investigations into runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and automated remediation that shorten time to resolution and eliminate toil.
Coach engineers in systematic troubleshooting and Kubernetes best practices through reviews, game days, and knowledge sharing.
Define, implement, and iterate service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) that reflect customer and business expectations.
Standardize monitoring and alerting through “monitors as code” (Terraform preferred), including quality gates such as severity, ownership, and runbook links.
Operate and tune OpenTelemetry pipelines, including sanitizing data, managing cardinality, and enriching telemetry with consistent fields.
Maintain the infrastructure behind our monitoring stack, including Helm charts, ArgoCD ApplicationSets, Kinesis streams, Lambda functions, and Prometheus.
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on improving reliability, reducing alert noise, and increasing signal quality over time.
What You'll Need (Must-Haves)
5+ years in SRE or related roles, with evidence of technical seniority across multiple services and teams.
3+ years of hands-on experience running and troubleshooting production workloads on Kubernetes, with a deep understanding of how Kubernetes schedules, connects, scales, and rolls out workloads.
Proven ability to independently diagnose complex failures in distributed systems running on Kubernetes, spanning application, configuration, resource, networking, and scaling issues, including cases where the root cause wasn't obvious.
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot below the container layer.
Strong production experience with AWS, including how cloud networking and access controls affect workloads running in Kubernetes.
Strong incident response skills, including leading retrospectives/postmortems and following through on systemic fixes.
Strong IaC skills (Terraform preferred), with examples of reusable modules, monitors-as-code patterns, or similar standardization work, and the coding ability to build automation and diagnostic tooling.
Track record of defining SLOs/SLIs and using an observability stack (such as Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or similar) to drive decisions and find root causes quickly.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence engineering teams through standards, tooling, and practical guidance.
Nice to Have
Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKS) or equivalent depth.
Experience improving rollout safety and autoscaling behavior for Kubernetes workloads.
Familiarity with common data stores (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and how they fail in distributed systems.
OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience at scale.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).
Benefits
iCapital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a total compensation program consisting of competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity for all full-time employees; healthcare with 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance; and generous paid time off (PTO).

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- AI Solutions Engineer
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Business Applications
- Reports to: AI Platform Lead / Head of Business Applications
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid / Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Business Applications team focuses on high-impact internal use cases to help the company grow, building internal solutions and facilitating new processes as we scale our data infrastructure, tooling, and operations. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you bridge the gap between rapid AI-assisted product delivery and scalable, governed platform engineering. You will spend roughly 50% of your time taking high-value internal use cases from business needs to reliable, production-grade applications, and 50% of your time collaborating with the AI Platform Lead on our shared internal applications platform, DevOps workflows, and governance guardrails. You think ahead: instead of solving problems with brittle one-off fixes, you turn recurring needs into clean, reusable platform capabilities and help guide our Junior AI Solutions Engineers to do the same.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
BUILD AND SHIP INTERNAL APPLICATIONS & AI-ENABLED SOLUTIONS (~50%)
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the business to translate operational bottlenecks into clear technical designs and working, scalable applications.
- Build, iterate on, and productionize full-stack internal applications and automations (primarily Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/React, and PostgreSQL) using modern AI-first coding workflows (Cursor, Claude Code) and LLM APIs where they add real value.
- Design and maintain reliable, governed integrations with core enterprise systems and data sources (e.g., HiBob/HRIS, Salesforce, Databricks, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, Okta).
- Own the full lifecycle of the solutions you build. All the way from rapid prototyping and stakeholder validation to production rollout, documentation, and long-term maintainability.
COLLABORATE ON THE INTERNAL TOOLS PLATFORM, DEVOPS & GOVERNANCE (~50%)
- Collaborate with the AI Platform Lead to develop, operate, and scale our AWS-based internal applications platform (ECS/Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, ALB/CloudFront, ECR, Secrets Manager, EventBridge) managed via Terraform.
- Build for scale rather than one-offs: when an application needs a new integration pattern, infrastructure capability, or deployment workflow, design it as a reusable, self-service platform pattern that benefits the entire fleet of internal apps.
- Maintain and improve GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines (OIDC, automated security and IaC scanning, plan/apply workflows) and shared platform libraries (authentication, IAM database access, service-to-service communication).
- Uphold strong governance, security-by-default, and auditability across the platform by ensuring strict access controls, clear audit trails for sensitive data access and write-backs, least-privilege IAM, and traceable change management.
- Help triage and resolve platform-level operational issues, including deployment pipelines, container health, database migrations, network/egress rules, and observability/log forwarding (Splunk, CloudWatch).
ELEVATE TEAM ENGINEERING QUALITY & UNBLOCK DELIVERY
- Act as a day-to-day technical sounding board and mentor for the Junior AI Solutions Engineers on the team by reviewing PRs, guiding data modeling and API design, and helping troubleshoot tricky deployment or integration issues.
- Contribute to shared templates, runbooks, and architecture decision records (ADRs) so the team moves fast without accumulating technical or security debt.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or platform/DevOps engineering, with a track record of shipping and operating production web applications end to end.
- Systems and platform mindset: you naturally look past the immediate ticket to see how a solution will behave across 30+ apps in a year's time, and you strongly prefer reusable patterns, clean abstractions, and automation over ad-hoc, one-off workarounds.
- Strong appreciation for governance, security, and auditability: comfortable working in an environment where data isolation, least-privilege access, approval gates, and verifiable audit trails are non-negotiable.
- Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., FastAPI) and/or TypeScript/React, plus solid relational database skills (PostgreSQL, schema isolation, migrations).
- Practical Cloud & DevOps experience on AWS (e.g., ECS/Fargate or containers, IAM, networking/ALB, RDS/Aurora) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, automated testing and security checks) and AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code) plus practical LLM API integration.
- Pragmatic communicator: comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to scope ambiguous problems, while holding a high bar for engineering quality under the hood.
Nice to haves:
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems and APIs such as HRIS/ATS (HiBob, Ashby), CRM (Salesforce), data platforms (Databricks), or Slack/GitHub Apps.
- Hands-on familiarity with security and compliance controls in cloud environments (OIDC/OAuth2, IAM database authentication, KMS encryption, Checkov/IaC scanning, Splunk/audit logging).
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers and reviewing code/architecture on a fast-moving team.

THE ROLE
The Field CTO role is one of Mistral's senior external technical voices; a role for someone who has earned genuine credibility in the AI field and can engage enterprise boards, CIOs, and CTOs as a peer. You will shape how strategic accounts think about their AI strategy, represent Mistral at major industry events, and publish thought leadership that reflects a real point of view on where AI is going.
