Why this role matters:
As a Senior Accountant, you'll sit at the heart of a fast-moving, international finance organization and help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of ICEYE's financial operations as the company scales. You'll be a key contributor to the monthly group closing and consolidation process, with real ownership over journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and subsidiary oversight, and the chance to help shape our financial processes as ICEYE's global footprint grows.

- Oversight of subsidiaries, acting as a point of contact to ensure adherence to group policies, reporting timelines, and quality requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reporting deliverables, including IFRS footnotes for consolidated statements and FAS reporting for the parent.
- Collaborate closely with Business Finance, Engineering, Global Manufacturing, and other teams to ensure accurate financial data, alignment on business activities, and timely information flow.
- Drive standardisation and scalability of general ledger processes in a rapidly expanding multinational environment, promoting consistency, efficiency, and quality across entities.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate risks before they materialise.
- Support the development and optimisation of NetSuite by contributing to design requirements, configuration improvements, workflow enhancements, and testing activities.
- Assist with year-end audit activities, providing accurate documentation and timely explanations
What we're looking for
- At least 4-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, ideally in a high-growth, multinational environment.

JTX is our trading app, and it runs on the fastest market infrastructure on Solana, which we also built. What nobody has done yet is make that speed something a trader can feel. That is this job.
JTX is live. Two frontend engineers built it to this point and you would be the third. The work now is one to a hundred: harden what exists, make it hold up under real volume, expand onto mobile, and raise the ceiling on every screen a trader touches.
We're a small team with product-market fit. That means:
High ownership: every team member drives significant technical decisions and shapes our product roadmap.
Fast execution: we ship rapidly and iterate based on real-world feedback. Progress, not motion.
High quality bar: the details are the product. We don't trade them for speed.
About the Position
You'll own the surface of JTX across web and mobile: order entry, market data, charts, positions, execution quality, onboarding, and the wallet flows underneath all of it.
The role suits a generalist with strong taste. You'll partner with design, product, and the infrastructure team, and you'll make architectural calls that stick for years. If you've spent time thinking about how markets actually work on Solana and want to build the product layer on top of that, this is the role.
Stack: React 19 + TypeScript on Next.js. Jotai + TanStack Query. Tailwind with a token-based design system. TradingView Advanced Charts on our own datafeed. Privy wallets. WebSockets to our engine. Web ships as a PWA; native mobile apps are in development.
What's Hard Right Now
Data freshness: several live WebSocket streams (order book, trades, candles, stats) feed many panels at once; keeping them fast, consistent with each other, and honest through async gaps (stale quotes, pending fills)
Performance: a data-dense terminal that stays smooth under constant streaming updates, including on mid-range hardware
Security: wallet signing, session auth, strict CSP, hardened supply chain
Shipping volume: three engineers own the entire surface of a live exchange; the backlog is bigger than the team, so throughput and prioritization are part of the job
Keeping product behavior and design language consistent between web and mobile while being very attentive to nuances of each mobile platform
Making execution quality something a trader can see in a glance instead of something they take on faith
What You'll Do
Build and own the JTX client across web and mobile
Ship real-time trading interfaces: order books, charts, order entry, positions, fill and execution visibility
Hit tight latency and render budgets against streaming market data, and decide what belongs on the client versus the server
Build wallet and signing flows, including self-custodial and embedded wallet onboarding
Own the shared component, state, and data layers the rest of the product team builds on
Make architectural decisions that hold as the codebase, the team, and the user base grow by an order of magnitude
Ship fast, watch real users, iterate
What We're Looking For
Attention to detail bordering on obsessive. You can look at a screen and say what is wrong with it, and it bothers you until it's fixed.
5+ years building production frontend, including something real-time, data dense, or financial
Deep React and TypeScript. You can explain why a component re-rendered and then fix it.
Mobile experience: React Native, Expo, or native iOS and Android
Strong fundamentals: browser performance, memory, websockets, network behavior under load
Security-first instincts around signing flows, key handling, and what should never touch a log
Comfortable in a codebase that is already live. You can refactor and clean up without stopping shipping.
Able to weigh business and engineering tradeoffs, and to explain complicated things simply
Relevant Background
If you have experience in any of the following, you may be a good fit:
Trading terminals, exchange or brokerage frontends
Consumer fintech apps at scale
Charting, time series, or high-frequency data visualization (canvas, WebGL)
Solana or EVM app development, wallet integrations, transaction signing
Maintaining a public TypeScript library or design system

ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a highly technical, systems-minded Senior Product Manager to lead two critical search intelligence teams: Machine Learning & Recall and Query. Search at Constructor is fundamentally an ML challenge, and this role sits at the absolute entry point of our discovery pipeline, right where shopper intent meets candidate retrieval.
In this role, you will bridge the Query team (understanding what a shopper means across intent, entities, and language) with the Machine Learning & Recall team (retrieving the exact right set of candidate products across massive catalogs). You will define strategy across both domains, balancing state-of-the-art techniques, such as vector search, semantic parsing, dense embeddings, and LLM-assisted query interpretation, with low-latency production execution. You won’t be measured on shipping features for the sake of it; you’ll be measured on candidate quality, query accuracy, and driving business outcomes like conversion rate, search-attributed revenue, and revenue per visit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set a unified roadmap: Define the multi-quarter vision and strategy across both the Machine Learning & Recall and Query teams, ensuring query understanding and candidate generation evolve hand-in-hand.
- Drive Query intelligence: Lead the Query team to push boundaries in tokenization, spell correction, entity extraction, intent classification, and LLM-assisted query parsing across multiple languages.
- Advance Recall systems: Lead the Machine Learning & Recall team in evolving candidate generation architecture, seamlessly combining traditional keyword search with modern dense embeddings, vector retrieval, and hybrid recall models.
- Move core business metrics: Own measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV across all retail customer verticals.
- Turn research into production wins: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ML researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to take SOTA models from research to low-latency, cost-effective production systems.
- Balance ML performance trade-offs: Make data-backed decisions balancing model complexity, accuracy, inference latency, compute costs, and real-time execution constraints.
- Build evaluation frameworks: Establish robust offline and online measurement systems to evaluate retrieval precision and query understanding accuracy against customer revenue outcomes.
- Orchestrate pipeline handoffs: Ensure candidate product sets and query context flow cleanly into downstream ranking and search quality models without signal loss.
- Solve systemic issues: Lead technical triage when query interpretation or retrieval anomalies occur, building durable, automated fixes rather than one-off patches.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Evolved our hybrid recall framework to measurably improve candidate generation precision for long-tail queries and complex catalog structures.
- Driven quantifiable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit across major customer verticals.
- Stood up an integrated evaluation framework connecting query parsing and candidate recall directly to business outcomes.
- Optimized inference latency and compute infrastructure to ensure high-capacity ML models run fast and cost-effectively in production.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team - choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.

Build and drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain accountability for deadlines, and flag timeline risks early.
Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information in the earnings release and script.
Own the disclosure checklist and eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) review process, and identify ways to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Improve the SEC reporting process by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual steps, then driving automation and standardization.

Experience in owning SEC reporting deliverables, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, in a public company or a public accounting environment serving public company clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and interpret complex accounting guidance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and business partners.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
We are on a mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is foundational to this process. Machines (or Large Language Models, to be exact) learn in similar ways to humans, by way of feedback. By labelling, ranking, auditing, and correcting model output, you will improve Large Language Models' performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere's technology. We are hiring Generalist professionals with broad backgrounds that span multiple consumer-facing or personal domains.
This is a judgment-driven role, not passive data entry. You will review, assess, and provide structured feedback across a broad and evolving range of tasks, evaluating, stress-testing, and improving our models on English-language data spanning multiple modalities (text, image, and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, and Markdown). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact annotation projects.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada only. We seek candidates who can commit to 16 hours per week at a CAD $30/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 (Bring Your Own Device, laptop). This position is remote.
As an Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate and rank model outputs: Complete preference and comparison tasks, assessing which responses best conform to project guidelines for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and safety, and writing clear justifications for your judgments.
- Stress-test and break models: Probe models adversarially to surface failure modes, unsafe behavior, and capability gaps, and document reproducible cases that engineering and research teams can act on.
- Create datasets: Author high-quality prompts, responses, and exemplars to build training and evaluation datasets, following detailed specifications and editing machine-written or human-written outputs to standard.
- Build and apply rubrics and taxonomies: Contribute to the design of grading criteria and rubrics, then apply them consistently to produce structured, high-quality annotations across task types.
- Annotate and correct multimodal data: Label, audit, and rectify inaccuracies across text, image, and structured data, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain consistency: Participate in calibration exercises and inter-annotator agreement checks to align on standards, and flag ambiguous or uncovered edge cases rather than guessing, since a single misjudgment replicated at scale degrades a model.
- Adapt to experimental work: Take on new and evolving task types as project needs shift, applying sound judgment in areas where guidelines are still being developed.
- Report on model performance: Surface and communicate quality and performance trends in model and agent behavior, giving cross-functional partners clear, well-evidenced feedback on where models succeed, fail, and degrade.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, content moderation, research, or a related analytical role, with exposure to quality assurance, and/or preference ranking.
- Experience applying detailed guidelines to complex and often ambiguous content, with strong contextual and sociocultural judgment, sensitivity to nuance, tone, and register, and the ability to reason well in cases where there is no single correct answer.
- Comfort with ambiguity: a willingness to flag unclear or uncovered edge cases rather than guess, and to work productively on novel, experimental tasks whose definitions are still evolving.
- A sharp, curious eye for inconsistencies, subtle errors, and model failure modes, including the instinct to probe models adversarially and surface where they break. Familiarity with how large language models behave, such as hallucination, sycophancy, and instruction-following gaps, is a plus.
- Excellent command of written English and strong reading comprehension, with the ability to clearly justify your evaluations, including why an output is correct or incorrect, high-quality or low-quality, and to write clear prompts and exemplars that explain your reasoning. Bonus points if you are fluent in another language!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume and monotonous tasks.
- Comfort working with annotation platforms and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, Markdown, XML, and YAML.
- Strong execution in a remote environment, including good time management, comfort using new tools, and the ability to work independently in a global, asynchronous team.
Candidate Journey
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application.
- First Assessment: If selected to move forward, you’ll receive a multiple-choice assessment by email.
- Second Assessment: Candidates who achieve a passing score will be contacted by a member of our team to complete a more comprehensive assessment focused on their area of expertise.
- Video Screen: If selected to move forward, you’ll have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team.
- Final: Selected candidates will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and, therefore, compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human-generated and model-generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

- Insight & hypothesis generation
YOU MAKE SURE:
- The growth team always knows what's working, what's not, and why
- Every channel, cohort, and funnel step is measured accurately

- Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.

- Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase our reach and revenue.
- Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.
Enabling the Growth Team
- Answer the team's data questions fast, so growth managers can move without waiting.
- Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.
- Automate repetitive workflows:
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Dashboard refreshes

Backgrounds that often do well:

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Duo Chat team, focused on Chat Engine, you'll build the core AI capabilities behind GitLab Duo Chat, the natural-language and agentic interface to the GitLab DevSecOps platform. Much of your work will involve building flow components and agentic flows in the Flow Registry, the Python framework built on LangGraph within our Duo Workflow Service that powers agentic chat, and integrating them with the GitLab Rails monolith.
You'll own complex backend features from start to finish across both services. You'll integrate large language models and orchestrate multi-agent flows so customers can work faster and more securely across the software development lifecycle. This work sits where GitLab's core platform meets its AI strategy, and reliability, performance, and answer quality directly shape the customer experience.
What you’ll do
Design and build flow components and agentic flows in the Flow Registry using Python and LangGraph within the Duo Workflow Service. These reusable building blocks power agentic Duo Chat and, increasingly, other AI features across GitLab.
Develop, ship, and maintain backend features for GitLab Duo Chat across the Python Duo Workflow Service and the GitLab Rails monolith in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
Integrate new generative AI models, providers, tools, and multi-agent orchestration patterns into Duo Chat to expand its capabilities and improve answer quality.
Design, implement, and review GraphQL and Representational State Transfer (REST) application programming interfaces (APIs) and related monolith logic, including chat entry points, permissions, and foundational-flow registration. Keep contracts with frontend clients and host systems reliable and clear.
Improve debugging, observability, and test coverage using pytest, RSpec, and related frameworks; track and improve latency, error rates, and test coverage so AI-powered chat workflows stay reliable at scale.
Collaborate with Product, User Experience (UX), frontend, and AI specialists to refine requirements and deliver high-quality improvements through iteration.
Document standards, patterns, and learnings with other engineers, raising the bar for safe AI integration and evidence-driven engineering.
Participate in Tier 2 on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and strengthen resiliency.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience building and maintaining production Python backends, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous or long-running workloads.
Practical experience designing and shipping AI-powered, agentic backend features, including large language model integration, tool or function calling, and multi-agent orchestration. You use sound judgment about large language model limitations and safe use in production.
Working proficiency in Ruby on Rails, or a strong willingness to learn it. Duo Chat integrates deeply with the GitLab monolith for chat entry points, GraphQL, permissions, and flow registration, and most of GitLab's codebase is written in Ruby.
Proficiency designing or extending REST or GraphQL APIs with attention to scalability, maintainability, and backward compatibility.
Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) skills and familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including efficient queries and data modeling.
Ability to find, diagnose, and prevent performance and reliability problems at scale.
Experience solving technical problems of high scope and complexity and advocating for quality, security, and performance improvements across your team.
Openness to learning and collaborating in an async-first, distributed team, applying transferable skills from related technologies or domains. Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain is a strong plus.
About the team
We're part of GitLab's AI Engineering organization and own the AI-powered chat experience embedded across the GitLab platform. Chat Engine is the backend-focused team within the Duo Chat group.
We're backend, frontend, and AI specialists working asynchronously across time zones, using issues, merge requests, and documentation as our main collaboration tools. Our focus is to expand generative and agentic AI capabilities, improve the performance and reliability of chat workflows, and strengthen the debugging and testing foundations that let us run AI features safely at scale.
