About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role:
The Safeguards ML Infra team designs, builds, and operates the production infrastructure that powers Claude's safety systems. We own the critical backend services that ensure safety on the token generation path, and we own the operational work of getting those systems safely into production: standing up safeguards for every new model launch, and deploying new safety classifiers as they ship. Every frontier model release runs through this team – we configure, verify, and roll out safeguards across every platform Claude runs on (1P, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, etc.), and we lead incident response when issues arise.
This role sits at the center of that operational work. You'll ensure safeguards are properly configured and deployed for model launches and own the off-cycle deployment of new safety classifiers — canarying changes, verifying that the right safeguards are provably live on the right models, and holding rollback authority when something looks wrong. Every launch should also shrink the checklist, and the manual verifications should evolve into a system that runs itself. You'll turn launch runbooks into tooling, hand-built checks into continuous validation, and one-off deploys into a repeatable pipeline.
We're looking for engineers with deep experience in production change management at scale — people who have owned deploy pipelines, config management systems, rollout safety, or launch readiness for systems under real production pressure. Familiarity with ML research or transformer architectures is not required — you will learn that on the job. What we prioritize is production judgment: a track record of shipping changes to critical systems safely, and of automating yourself out of the work you did last quarter.
What you'll do:
Launch captain model releases: stand up, configure, and verify safeguards for every new model, and serve as the safeguards point of contact in the launch room during release windows.
Own the off-cycle deployment of new safety classifiers as they ship from research — canarying rollouts, running post-deploy validations, and investigating discrepancies when something looks wrong.
Verify that the right safeguards are provably live on the right models across every deployment platform (1P, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, etc.), and detect and eliminate configuration drift between them.
Automate yourself out of last quarter's work: turn launch runbooks into tooling, hand-built checks into continuous validation, and one-off deploys into a repeatable pipeline.
Plan to use Claude aggressively to do this! And be a trailblazer that paves the path for safe agentic operations of safety-critical systems.
Build and maintain a safeguards registry with full provenance — what is running in production, on which model, on which platform, and when and by whom it was deployed.
Participate in on-call and operational-duty rotations covering service incidents, model provisioning, and time-sensitive research and safety launches.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have owned production change management at scale — deploy pipelines, config management systems, canary analysis — and have strong opinions about what "verified" means.
Have run high-stakes releases: served as a launch captain, incident commander, or release owner for systems where a bad deploy has real consequences, and are energized rather than drained by being in the critical path.
Have meaningful on-call experience for production systems, including incident response and postmortem-driven improvements — and a track record of turning (and fixing!) postmortem action items into process and tooling changes.
Have a desire to close the gap where nobody has yet raised their hand, even if it requires manually hand-holding processes until automation and tooling can be built.
Have hands-on experience deploying and operating on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) at scale.
Are proficient in Python; experience with Rust is a plus but not required.
Strong candidates may also have:
8+ years of industry software engineering or site reliability engineering experience.
A demonstrated history of reducing operational toil through automation, including transitioning teams from manual deployment processes to self-serve pipelines.
Experience running launch or production-readiness review processes across multiple teams.
Familiarity with LLM inference systems and the operational characteristics of transformer-based models.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The Role
Mistral is looking for AI Scientists with deep ML expertise and hands-on engineering experience to expand what our agentic tools can do across the engineering lifecycle — CAE (CFD, FEA, etc.) and EDA/Semi.
Working within the AI4Engineering Science team, your core work is building the pre and post-training data for Mistral's LLMs to reason about and execute real engineering tasks. Because Mistral trains its own frontier LLMs, the data and verifiers you design ship directly into models you can hold, a rare position, and the core of the job.
Alongside this, you'll help shape the agent architectures and harness that let these models operate reliably inside multi-step engineering workflows, not just answer isolated questions.
You'll work closely with domain experts across CAE and EDA or other domains to ground this work in how engineers actually work, and with the broader research team to translate that domain grounding into training signal and evaluation benchmarks that measure genuine task competence.
This is early-stage work, and that's the point: you'd be joining at the foundation, shaping the data, verifiers, and agent scaffolding that decide whether these systems become reliable or stay demo-grade. There's no inherited playbook, you'll help define what good looks like, and your work will set the direction the team builds on rather than extend an existing one.
What you will do
- Design pretraining, SFT, and RL data for engineering tasks across CAD, CAE, and semiconductor/EDA
- Define verifiers and evaluation criteria that capture what "correct" and "high-quality" actually mean for each engineering task, beyond surface-level plausibility
- Design and improve agent architectures and harnesses: how models plan, call tools, recover from errors, and chain steps together across long-horizon engineering workflows
- Build evaluation benchmarks and diagnostic tooling to identify where models fail on engineering tasks, and trace those failures back to gaps in data, reward design, or agent scaffolding
- Collaborate with domain experts across CAE and EDA or other domains (and the science and solutions teams more broadly) to identify which engineering workflows are highest-value to target next
- Contribute to Mistral's broader pre and post-training research, sharing findings and methodology across the science organization
What we're looking for
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills, able to explain technical ML and engineering concepts to both engineering and non-technical audiences
- Deep, hands-on machine learning expertise, particularly LLM development
- Demonstrated experience running, debugging, and validating real engineering workflows in at least one of CAD, CAE, semiconductor simulation, or EDA
- You write clean, readable Python code and are comfortable in Linux/HPC environments
- Self-directed, you don't need detailed roadmaps to make progress
- Low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn at the intersection of engineering and ML
It would be great if you
- Have experience building or fine-tuning agentic systems (tool use, multi-step planning, agent orchestration frameworks)
- Have experience with reward modeling, RLHF/RLAIF/RLVR, or preference-based training
- Have industrial or academic experience with CAE or EDA tools (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Fluent, Abaqus, LS-DYNA, STAR-CCM+, Cadence/Synopsys/Siemens EDA tools)
- Have contributed to a large open-source or industry codebase
- Have publications in engineering and ML venues (NeurIPS, ICLR, JFM, AIAA, etc.)
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Federal/Public Sector to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with civilian, defense, and intelligence community agencies, guiding them through demos, architecture discussions, and proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value for both human developers and the AI coding agents working alongside them, often inside classified or air-gapped networks.
This is not a scripted-demo-only role. You are equally comfortable running a deep technical proof-of-concept inside a disconnected or classified environment and stepping back to translate a technical win into a business case a federal decision-maker will act on. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by winning deals the right way, and capable of bringing the voice of the agency back into how Coder builds and sells.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the technical relationship with agency prospects through pre-sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win
- Lead or support post-sales relationships and renewals when needed
- Demo the Coder platform from the developer, administrator, and AI agent workflow perspectives, including in classified and air-gapped settings
- Install Coder on cloud (including GovCloud) and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, up to and including air-gapped and disconnected networks
- Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value, including for agentic and LLM-powered development workflows, and accelerate deals
- Evolve into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, agentic AI development, and their impact on mission delivery
- Serve as the agency’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product
- Log feature requests and issues in our public/private Git repositories
- Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components during evaluation, including within classified networks
- Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required at time of hire; U.S. citizenship required
- Physically based in the DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area, with ability to travel to customer sites as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tooling, ideally into federal, defense, or intelligence community customers
- Experience with AI tooling at both the user level and infrastructure level, including coding agents and assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as LLM infrastructure such as model proxies and LLM routing layers (e.g. LiteLLM), and the ability to speak credibly to how agencies evaluate and adopt them, including in classified environments
- Strong customer-facing skills that win trust with technical stakeholders and program offices
- Ability to translate technical hurdles into mission value in real time
- Understand agentic AI software development use cases and advocate passionately where appropriate
- Comfortable leading architecture demos and deep-dive troubleshooting sessions in secure, restricted-access environments
- Deep Linux fundamentals and comfort at the command line
- 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or on-prem/air-gapped Kubernetes deployments
- 3+ years with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Solid grasp of networking: ingress controllers, proxies, load balancers, and operating within DoD/IC network boundaries
- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You can walk into an ambiguous agency conversation, diagnose the real technical, security, and mission blockers, and design a proof-of-concept that proves value fast, even inside a classified network.
- You translate deep technical fluency, including on agentic and LLM-based development workflows, into a business case that resonates with program managers, security officers, and mission owners alike.
- Agencies leave your demos and PoCs with a clear, credible picture of how Coder fits their environment, their developers, and their AI agents, without compromising their security posture.
- You are as invested in winning the account the right way as you are in closing the current deal; you spot risks early, whether technical, security, or procedural, and loop in the right people.
- Your field experience feeds back into product and marketing, sharpening how Coder demos and sells into the public sector.
BONUS TACOS
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Prior military, intelligence community, or federal civilian service background
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, or ATO processes
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of Agentic Codebases.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity
As a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, you'll:
- Design and build the Nest.js service scaffolding that lets product teams stand up new backend services in our next-generation monorepo
- Implement paved paths, generators, and the platform primitives that make a new service work on day one rather than after a week of wiring.
- Build the seams that let new services run independently of our existing monolith.
- Own the deployment story for services and web applications on Cloudflare, and the interoperability with our existing AWS and Kubernetes estate managed through Pulumi and Argo CD.
- Lead migrations of substantial codebases into the monorepo and turn each one into a repeatable recipe rather than a bespoke effort.
- Partner directly with product teams as platform customers, treating their adoption as the measure of success and their friction as your backlog.
- Raise the leverage of the whole team by encoding what you learn into tooling, generators and agent-assisted workflows, so the next migration costs less than the last.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.
ABOUT YOU
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building and operating backend services in production
- Demonstrated experience in backend service design defining service boundaries, contracts and data ownership, not only implementing within them
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You'll thrive as a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, if you:
- Have worked inside a large, heavily-coupled codebase and found the seams: extracting or bypassing functionality incrementally, behind behaviour-preserving contracts
- Are fluent in TypeScript and Node, and comfortable with edge runtimes.
- Have hands-on experience with monorepo tooling at scale (Nx, Turborepo or similar) and understand why build-graph correctness is a product concern rather than a config detail.
- Treat migration work as engineering rather than chores: you budget for the parts that fail silently, verify generated output rather than trusting a green build, and know that bug-for-bug translation beats improvement when the goal is proving nothing changed.
- Enjoy being a platform engineer with real customers — partnering with product teams, adapting the platform to how they actually work rather than requiring them to change, and measuring yourself on their adoption.
- Are comfortable working across cloud boundaries, with a considered view on where a workload belongs and what crossing between clouds costs in latency and spend.
- Communicate decisions in writing well enough that someone can pick up your work from the ticket — and are willing to say plainly when the fast answer and the right answer diverge.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Research Engineer on Forge, you will turn real customer requirements into reliable training and deployment workflows. You’ll work end‑to‑end across model adaptation and post‑training (CPT/SFT/RL/distillation), evaluation, data, and infrastructure. The role bridges research experimentation and production constraints.
This role sits in Applied Science, with direct impact on client outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, product, and customer‑facing teams to ensure Forge projects ship, are maintainable, and can be trusted by others.
Interview focus can vary (algorithms, infrastructure, evals, or data). You don’t need to match every bullet below to apply.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and improve post‑training and evaluation workflows (CPT/SFT/RL/distillation), turning prototypes into repeatable Forge “recipes”.
- Develop tools and pipelines for synthetic data generation, data curation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Debug and harden large‑scale ML systems: distributed training, scheduling/execution, checkpointing, observability, and reproducibility.
- Improve the Forge codebase via clear APIs, tests, documentation, and maintainable abstractions.
- Push the frontier of our RL training stack (e.g., high-throughput async rollout and scalable post‑training systems at frontier-model scale)
- Make sure Forge deployment is seamless and adaptable to a diversity of clients (hardware access, software stack, cloud and on-premises, …)
- Partner with researchers and infrastructure engineers to translate bottlenecks into concrete system improvements.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong Python engineering skills and experience working in large codebases (testing, code review, CI, operational ownership).
- Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, JAX, or similar.
- Strong systems and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Experience with LLM training or post‑training: fine‑tuning, RL, distillation, evaluation, and/or data pipelines.
- Excellent debugging skills in ambiguous systems (distributed jobs, data issues, quality regressions, infra failures).
- Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- High agency, low ego, and comfort in fast‑moving, under‑specified environments.
NICE TO HAVE
- Distributed training experience (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron, etc.).
- Cluster/orchestration experience (SLURM, Ray, Kubernetes, Kueue, Karpenter, Skypilot, etc.).
- Experience building reliable ML infrastructure, evaluation systems, or large‑scale data processing pipelines.
- Research experience in LLMs, agents, multimodal models, reasoning, code, or domain adaptation.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that.
