Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

THE TEAM

We are looking for a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer to own ICT security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities at different stages of maturity, from established licensed operations to new markets launching under frameworks. This is not a support function. You will be the named security officer for your entities, accountable to their boards and their regulators.
This is a high visibility, high trust role for a security governance professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services, and who is energised by applying established group frameworks to the local needs of a growing regulated entity.
Payward is one of the world's most trusted and secure digital asset platforms, operating across a growing network of regulated entities spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As we expand into new markets and deepen our regulatory footprint, the demand for embedded, senior-level ICT security leadership at the entity level has never been higher.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Prepare, contribute and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings, highlighting control status, risk exposure, and readiness
- Execute risk assessments and control testing across UAE operations in line with VARA cybersecurity guidelines and security best practices
- Maintain and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA), integrating findings into global resilience planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, testing, and updates, including entity-specific scenarios
- Collaborate with Group Security and IT to:
- Align UAE-specific regulatory controls with global policies and control frameworks
- Contribute to the development of security policies to meet international and UAE compliance requirements
- Conduct security control validation and document evidence for internal/external audits
- Participate in remediation planning for audit findings and track progress to closure
- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators
- Prepare and present security and resilience reports for internal governance committees and local entity management
- Assist in responses to regulatory examinations, including due diligence and compliance queries
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory changes and propose control adaptations
- Participate in the regional incident response process, assist with post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

Role Purpose
The AI Product Stream Lead defines and delivers AI-powered supply chain solutions that solve real customer and operations problems on the Cargoo platform. You own a product stream end to end, from framing where AI creates value (automation, decision support, agents) to shipping it and proving it works in production.
You lead a cross-functional team, balancing customer value, technical and data feasibility, AI quality and cost, business priorities and delivery timelines. You also help set how Cargoo builds product in an AI-native way.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Vision & Strategy
Shape the stream’s product vision and strategy with stakeholders, in line with Cargoo’s AI strategy and customer needs.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across freight operations (e.g. exception handling, quoting, document processing, planning and execution support) by value, feasibility and risk.
Decide where AI should automate, where it should assist, and where a human must stay in control.
Own product decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, AI quality, cost, business priorities and delivery timelines.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead the development team through the whole product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout and adoption.
Decide scope, schedule and quality, including when an AI feature is good enough to ship and when it needs another iteration.
Run fast discovery loops: prototype with AI tools, validate with real users and data, then commit.
Make sure the team meets internal policies, data protection rules and responsible-AI standards (incl. EU AI Act awareness).
Product Management & Requirements
Create clear Use Cases, Requirements and Business Rules. For AI features, add expected behaviour, edge cases, failure modes and escalation paths.
Define success and evaluation criteria for AI features with engineering: accuracy, latency, cost per task and acceptable error rates, backed by representative test sets.
Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that cover both deterministic logic and probabilistic AI behaviour.
Work with engineering and data owners on data readiness: which data we need, its quality, and who owns it.
Own and continuously refine the Product Backlog so the team always works on the highest-value opportunities.
Track adoption and impact after release (time saved, automation rate, user trust) and feed the learning back into the roadmap.
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use AI tools every day for research, specs, prototyping, data analysis and feedback synthesis.
Help the team and wider product org adopt AI-assisted delivery practices.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
5+ years managing software development projects, strongly preferably as a Product Owner.
Proven managerial skills: team leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Informatics or a related field.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Deep understanding of Agile values, principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to apply them well.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to make product decisions.
Solid working understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, what they are good at, and where they fail (hallucinations, non-determinism, cost, latency).
Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong Plus
Having shipped at least one AI/ML or LLM-based feature to production.
Experience defining evaluation criteria or test sets for AI features.
Logistics background or experience with logistics solutions.
Experience with data products, workflow automation or decision-support systems.
Behavioral Traits
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers and subject matter experts. Able to explain AI trade-offs in plain language.
Strong leadership and decision-making, able to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
Analytical, structured and value-driven in prioritization. Evidence over hype.
Curious and fast-learning, comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools.
This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0.
- Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves.
- Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready.
- Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering.
- Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples.
- Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic.
- Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring.
- Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening.
- Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems.
- The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement.
- A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works.
- Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates.
- The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators.
- Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic.
- Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design.

- Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling.
- Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US).
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to 2-3 days a month on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 5+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not necessarily as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
Our mission is to drive user growth and engagement across global markets by building a scalable growth platform — the shared campaign engine, task and incentive systems, loyalty programs, and ToB operational tooling that power growth for every business line at OKX — and by unlocking acquisition through diversified channels including SEO, ASO, affiliate, referral, and paid.
As the Growth Platform Product Lead, you will own the product vision and roadmap for our growth middle-platform, lead a team of product managers, and act as the central partner to business, channel, and regional stakeholders who rely on the platform to hit their growth targets. This is a leadership role for someone who has built growth infrastructure at scale and knows how to turn a fragmented set of campaign tools into a unified, self-serve growth system.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Growth Platform Strategy
Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth middle-platform: campaign engine, task/mission system, rewards and incentive infrastructure, loyalty and tiering, user segmentation and targeting, and the ToB configuration and analytics layer that operators use daily.
Set platform standards for reusability, configurability, and time-to-launch so that new growth activities can be shipped by business teams without bespoke engineering.
Balance platform investment against business-line requests, and make clear, well-communicated prioritization calls.
Build the Platform
Lead the design and delivery of ToC growth products (campaigns, tasks, mega sales, loyalty) and the ToB capabilities behind them (campaign configuration, rules engine, budget and risk controls, reporting).
Drive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics so that every campaign is measurable, comparable, and optimizable.
Leverage AI tools and automation to shorten experimentation cycles, surface insights faster, and scale growth operations with fewer manual touchpoints.
Enable Channel Growth
Partner with channel owners across SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid to translate channel-specific funnel needs into platform capabilities.
Identify high-leverage channel opportunities and build the platform features that amplify channel performance across markets.
Manage Stakeholders Across the Organization
Serve as the single point of accountability for the growth platform with Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, regional growth teams, and risk/compliance.
Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes that keep dozens of concurrent stakeholders aligned and informed.
Influence senior leadership on platform investment, trade-offs, and sequencing; resolve conflicts between business urgency and platform integrity.
Lead and Grow the Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; set clear goals, review work quality, and build a high-performance culture.
Raise the bar on PM craft across the team: problem framing, data literacy, spec quality, and cross-functional execution.

About the Team
The
Fraud
Investigations Team (FIT)
is a First Line of Defense function within OKX’s
Risk organization
responsible for identifying, assessing, investigating, and helping manage significant internal and external fraud risks affecting the company, its customers, personnel, and operations.
FIT conducts and supports complex investigations involving digital assets, internal and external fraud, employee misconduct, insider threats, unauthorized access or misuse of information, vendor and third-party misconduct, account compromise, social engineering, collusion, conflicts of interest, and other significant fraud-related matters.
The team works closely with Legal, HR, Information Security,Engineering, Physical Security, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other functions across OKX.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Analyst, Blockchain Investigations &
Fraud
Intelligence
to join FIT.
This is first and foremost a
blockchain investigations role
requiring significant hands-on expertise tracing digital assets across complex blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate must be capable of independently conducting sophisticated on-chain investigations, developing and testing attribution hypotheses, identifying relationships among wallets and entities, following assets through multiple chains and protocols, and translating highly technical blockchain activity into clear investigative findings.
Blockchain analysis is a specialized investigative discipline. Accordingly, we are seeking someone who understands not only how to operate commercial tracing platforms, but also the
underlying blockchain architecture, transactional mechanics,
attribution
methodologies, clustering techniques, tracing limitations, and evidentiary considerations
necessary to reach reliable conclusions.
The role extends beyond on-chain analysis. The Senior Analyst will combine blockchain intelligence with enterprise data, system logs, transactional records, open-source information, and other evidence to support complex fraud and insider-risk investigations.
The position will also provide analytical support to the Global Physical Security Team (PST) on selected protective-intelligence and threat-assessment matters.
The Senior Analyst will directly manage
one Analyst
and will be expected to serve as a subject-matter resource for blockchain investigations and analytical methodology across FIT.

.
Avoid presenting blockchain proximity, exposure, clustering, or a commercial risk score alone as proof of ownership, control, intent, or misconduct.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging
blockchain technologies, protocols, tracing methodologies, obfuscation techniques,
fraud
typologies, and developments affecting blockchain
attribution
or investigations
.
Fraud
Investigations & Investigative Intelligence
Conduct and support investigations involving

fraud
, employee misconduct, insider threats, vendor and third-party misconduct, collusion, conflicts of interest, asset misappropriation, unauthorized access, credential misuse, and other significant fraud risks
.
Combine blockchain findings with off-chain evidence to develop a
comprehensive investigative picture rather than treating blockchain activity in isolation
.
Develop investigative hypotheses and objectively test those hypotheses against available evidence, including information that supports, contradicts, or fails to establish the hypothesis.
Conduct
timeline reconstruction, link analysis, relationship mapping, pattern analysis, clustering, and comparative analysis
across individuals, accounts, wallets, devices, systems, transactions, and entities.
Support investigations involving
account takeover, impersonation, social engineering, business-email compromise, payment diversion, affiliate misconduct, and trusted-party abuse
, particularly where a digital-asset, employee, vendor, or enterprise nexus exists.
Analyze vendor, affiliate, partner, and other third-party activity for indicators of billing irregularities, undisclosed relationships, conflicts of interest, unusual payments, control circumvention, or other potential misconduct.
Support investigative interviews by developing transaction timelines, identifying inconsistencies or information gaps, organizing evidence, and identifying appropriate areas for follow-up.

.
Support investigations involving suspected unauthorized access, information misuse or exfiltration, credential compromise, control circumvention, unauthorized disclosure, or abuse of privileged access.
Identify anomalous behavior or access patterns that may warrant additional investigation.
Develop repeatable analytical methodologies capable of processing and correlating information from disparate systems.
Use appropriate scripting, database querying, data visualization, and analytical technologies to efficiently analyze large or complex datasets.
Investigative Reporting & Evidence
Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported
blockchain investigation reports, investigative memoranda, executive summaries, transaction-flow diagrams, link charts, timelines, and other analytical products
.
Explain complex blockchain concepts and transaction activity in plain language suitable for
investigators, senior management, Legal, regulators, or
law enforcement
, as appropriate.
Clearly distinguish among
allegations, investigative leads, known facts, third-party
attribution
, analytical judgments, assumptions, information gaps, and substantiated conclusions
.
Ensure analytical conclusions are proportionate to the evidence and do not imply greater certainty than the underlying blockchain or other data supports.
Maintain sufficient documentation to allow significant blockchain findings to be
reviewed, reproduced, and understood by another qualified analyst
.
Preserve and handle investigative records in accordance with applicable
evidence-preservation, chain-of-custody, confidentiality, privacy, access-control, and need-to-know requirements
.
Support appropriately authorized law-enforcement, regulatory, litigation, or legal matters in coordination with the appropriate company functions.
Protective Intelligence & Physical Security Support
Provide analytical support to PST on selected matters involving threats or concerning activity directed toward employees, executives, offices, events, or other company interests.
Conduct authorized open-source, link, timeline, blockchain, financial, or other analytical research where relevant to understanding the identity, relationships, capabilities, or activity associated with a potential threat.
Assist in evaluating available information relating to
credibility, corroboration, intent, capability, access or opportunity, targeting, escalation, timing, and other relevant indicators
.
Prepare objective analytical products identifying known facts, analytical judgments, material information gaps, uncertainties, and appropriate confidence levels.
Support PST’s assessment while preserving
PST’s responsibility for protective-security decisions and operational response
.

Relevant blockchain-specific training or certifications, including certifications associated with
Chainalysis
, TRM Labs, or comparable blockchain-analysis platforms
.
Professional certifications such as
CFE, CFCS, CAMS, GIAC, or comparable investigative,
fraud
, financial-crime, cybersecurity, or intelligence credentials
.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role requires significantly more than knowing how to enter an address into a blockchain analytics platform.
The successful candidate should be able to receive a complex transaction, wallet, allegation, or investigative question and independently determine
how to trace the activity, which chains and protocols are involved, what the available data establishes, what additional information is needed, what
attribution
can reasonably be made, and where the technical or evidentiary limitations prevent a definitive conclusion
.
The individual should be able to move seamlessly between
on-chain and off-chain evidence
, recognizing that a blockchain transaction may establish movement of assets without necessarily establishing the identity, knowledge, intent, or conduct of the person behind a wallet.
They should also be capable of converting a highly technical blockchain investigation into a concise and defensible explanation that an investigator, attorney, executive, regulator, or law-enforcement partner can understand and act upon.
At the same time, this person must be sufficiently versatile to apply the same investigative discipline to
internal
fraud
, insider risk, enterprise data, third-party misconduct, and protective-intelligence matters
when required.
The hierarchy is much clearer this way:
blockchain investigations are the specialized core competency;
fraud
/investigative intelligence is the broader mission; enterprise analytics and PST support are complementary capabilities.
That should materially improve the candidate pool versus a title that makes blockchain expertise appear interchangeable with general data analytics.
