From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

The Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition plays a pivotal role at Wolt. As Central scales at an unprecedented pace, your mission is to keep courier supply ahead of demand - both in the moment and over the medium term. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 3, ensuring that intraday activation (weather-driven boosts, DxGy and ARC / radius adjustments) and courier acquisition (job boards, application attainment, reactivations and sign-ups) are tightly coordinated across all Central markets.
In this role, you will own two of Central’s most closely tracked supply KPIs - undersupplied hours and GOV loss - reported weekly to senior leadership, alongside a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget. Your leadership extends beyond day-to-day activation calls; you will be the primary bridge to higher management on supply health, escalating risks early and proposing structural fixes such as mobilizer strategies and special events planning ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather events, local events). Your ability to translate data into fast, defensible calls will be key to keeping Central’s ADT, UH% and GOV loss on plan.
What you’ll be doing
Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows, etc.) - to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local events) ahead of demand spikes.
Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.
Our humble expectations
Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets, ideally in courier / gig supply, logistics or marketplace operations.
Comfortable owning hard KPIs (UH%, GOV loss) and being accountable for the numbers, not just reporting them.
Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
Strong budget ownership experience - able to allocate and defend a multi-million euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.
Excellent ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Comfortable working under time pressure during weather events, special events and demand spikes.
Fluent English skills in both spoken and writing.

As the Engineering Manager for Design Systems Adherence, you'll lead the team building the workflows, tools, and quality feedback loops that help customers create design and code that correctly adheres to their design system when working with Figma’s Agents. This work spans context engineering i.e making guidelines, examples, and documentation useful to AI, agent architecture improvements as well as creating datasets, evaluators, and benchmarks that show how well outputs follow a customer's design system. You'll set strategy across these areas, raise the bar on adherence measurement, and turn evaluation results and customer feedback into feedback loops that make design quality better.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Figma's Agent and improve overall design quality. An organization’s Design System is one of the key differentiators of design quality as we can use it to make agent output adhere to their specific brand, products and design language. We are also aiming to solve Design <> Code parity and minimize drift away from the defined design system in both code and designs.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a 6-8 engineer team responsible for Design Systems Adherence across our workflows
Coach and develop engineers through career growth, feedback, and technical leadership, building a culture of ownership and high-quality execution
Own and evolve design system context: make guidelines, examples, documentation, and other guidance available to AI as useful, actionable context that improves how it applies a customer's system
Set the technical strategy for adherence measurement - including high-fidelity evaluation datasets, quality rubrics, evaluators, and deterministic regression checks that catch issues as Figma's Agent evolves
Build benchmarking, tools, and dashboards that help Figma and customers understand design system adherence and act on the results, while tracking visual quality, latency, and cost
Partner closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams at Figma to achieve business impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience leading and growing high-impact engineering teams with a track record of strong impact
Hands-on depth in building AI assistants, evaluation systems, and using the latest large language models and harnesses
Fluency with modern AI development and evaluation workflows, such as context management, dataset curation, automated evaluators, benchmarking, and regression testing
A strong foundation in software engineering and a platform mindset: you build tools and systems other teams adopt and rely on, alongside workflows that solve real customer problems
A high quality bar for customer experience, data quality, and reliable measurement, and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Strong understanding of design systems, including components, tokens, usage guidelines, and their integration across design and code
Proven ability to establish evaluation and customer feedback loops to continuously improve AI products
Skilled in benchmarking AI products across output quality, latency, and cost, translating findings into actionable product priorities
Track record of developing shared evaluation tools, curated datasets, or dashboards to measure quality and prevent regressions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Administer and optimise the SaaS and MDM tooling stack that supports a globally distributed workforce
Lead incident response for critical systems, including root cause analysis and post-incident review
Build and maintain automation to reduce manual overhead and improve system observability

Partner with the Security teams to support compliance requirements
Contribute to technical documentation and runbooks that raise team-wide operational standards

About Fivetran
Fivetran is the global leader in automated data movement, helping organizations centralize data from hundreds of sources into the destinations that power their analytics and AI. Our Databases product area is core to that mission: we build the connectors and underlying engine that reliably, securely, and efficiently move data out of the systems enterprises run their business on, and into the modern destinations they analyze it in.
About the Role
Fivetran's Databases portfolio spans source connectors for the OLTP and legacy systems enterprises depend on — Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, SAP, and more — as well as the destination connectors (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others) that land that data for analytics and AI use cases. Underneath both sides sits a shared core data processing engine that captures, transforms, and loads data reliably at scale across Fivetran’s 700+ connectors.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help define what's next for the portfolio. This is a technically-oriented, high-leverage role for someone who wants to own roadmap decisions that sit close to the metal — replication mechanics, schema handling, CDC — while still being fluent in the business case (ARR, customer focus, competitive dynamics) that justifies the investment.
You'll partner closely with the engineering teams building and improving connectors, work with the sales and marketing teams to launch new features and drive adoption, and with company leadership to influence product strategy.
What You'll Do
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for new Fivetran database source connectors and destination connectors, grounded in customer demand, competitive gaps, and revenue potential.
Partner with engineering leadership on platform features to shape the roadmap for how data is captured, transformed, and loaded reliably at scale across every connector that depends on it.
Write and evangelize clear PRDs that translate customer and market signals into specs engineering can build against with minimal back-and-forth.
Own roadmaps end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec, build partnership, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Deeply analyze market and customer behavioral data to drive evidence-based product investments.
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and field teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support) to validate problems and de-risk investments before committing engineering resources.
Represent the Databases product area in cross-functional planning.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to data infrastructure, databases, ETL/ELT systems
Comfort operating at technical depth (schema design, replication mechanics, CDC, data types) and business altitude (ARR, TAM, competitive positioning) in the same day.
A track record of owning outcomes for complex, engineering-heavy roadmaps
Strong written and verbal communication skills: PRDs, feature briefs, and roadmap narratives that engineering and executives can act on without additional translation.
Bonus: direct experience with database internals, log-based CDC, or building/operating a data replication or processing engine.
The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business need, market demands. The compensation range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your location during the hiring process.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. At DoorDash, there are three audiences that are at the core of every decision we make - our Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. The Research team has a direct link to uncover the unmet needs and pain points of each of these audiences. We bring their voices into the business in order to help set the strategic vision for all of DoorDash’s current and future products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Principal Researcher
to be a strategic research leader for EMEA, shaping what DoorDash builds next. You’ll combine deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods to find the unmet needs, behavioral shifts, and market openings that point to new products and new growth. You’ll work as a peer to senior product, design, engineering, data science, and business leaders, and your work will directly inform roadmaps, investment decisions, and company-level strategy.
This role is built for a seasoned researcher who is equally comfortable in a living room interview, a survey dataset, and a leadership review, and who uses AI as a daily tool to move faster and see further, without giving up the judgment that makes research trustworthy. You’ll also raise the bar for the wider research practice by mentoring researchers, sharing methods, and helping the team define what great looks like in an AI-enabled era.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape Product Strategy:
Translate deep understanding of Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers into a clear point of view on where DoorDash should play and win. You’ll frame the highest-stakes questions, bring evidence to roadmap and investment debates, and influence decisions at the director and executive level.
Detect New Opportunities:
Proactively identify emerging needs, behavior changes, and white space that point to new products, new verticals, and new growth levers. You’ll size and validate opportunities with a mix of foundational discovery, market and competitive context, and behavioral data, and turn them into concepts teams can act on.
Lead Mixed-Methods Research:
Design and run rigorous research end to end, choosing the right method for the question: ethnography, in-depth interviews, diary studies, and usability testing alongside surveys, conjoint and MaxDiff, segmentation, experiment design, and behavioral and log analysis. You’ll triangulate across sources so the “what,” the “how much,” and the “why” tell one coherent story.
Partner with Data Science and Experimentation:
Work closely with data science and analytics to connect qualitative insight to A/B test design, metrics, and product outcomes, and to explain the “why” behind results. You’ll help teams learn from what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next.
Apply AI to the Research Craft:
Use AI tools and LLMs in your daily workflow for synthesis, analysis, survey and discussion guide design, and scaling qualitative depth, and design human-in-the-loop checks that catch confident but wrong outputs. You’ll help the team identify where AI accelerates research and where it should not be trusted, and contribute to shared prompts, workflows, and standards. You’ll also study how people experience AI-powered features across DoorDash’s products.
Influence and Communicate:
Tell compelling, decision-ready stories that move partners from insight to action. You’ll adapt depth and format to the moment, from a fast directional read that unblocks a team this week to a foundational body of work that anchors a multi-year strategy, and you’ll follow through to see that findings change what gets built.
Lead Through Others:
Serve as a thought partner and mentor to researchers across levels, review and elevate research quality, and help partners run good research on their own where that makes sense. You’ll help set the team’s research agenda, methods, and standards, and contribute to hiring and growing the team.
Operate Across Brands and Regions:
Bring a global lens to your work, partnering across brands, markets, and cultures and adapting approaches to local context so that insights scale beyond a single market.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in user, market, or product research at a technology company (or equivalent depth), with a track record of leading ambiguous, high-visibility work at staff level or above
Demonstrated impact on product strategy: examples where your research changed a roadmap, unlocked a new product or line of business, or redirected significant investment
Proven ability to detect and shape new product or growth opportunities, from early signal through validated concept
Expert command of both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, ethnography, and usability testing as well as survey design, statistical analysis, and experimentation. Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for pulling and analyzing your own data is a plus
Hands-on experience using AI and LLMs in research (for example, synthesis, analysis, prototyping, or scaling qualitative work), with sound instincts about where they help and where they mislead. Experience researching AI-powered products is a plus
Experience in consumer, two-sided or multi-sided marketplace, logistics, commerce, or local services contexts is a plus
Exceptional storytelling and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority and build trust across product, design, engineering, data science, and business teams
A bias for speed and pragmatism: comfortable delivering directional insight quickly while knowing when a decision calls for deeper rigor
Experience mentoring or coaching researchers and raising the quality of a research practice
Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Statistics, Survey Methodology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience

These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and deliver enablement programs that drive productivity across our fast-growing European sales and sales engineering teams, including supporting new hire onboarding cohorts as they ramp in seat, in region.

- Own training on the tools EMEA sellers and SEs use daily for account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, and drafting outreach and proposals.
- Teach sellers when to trust AI output, how to verify it, and how to handle customer data under EU privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act), so every seller can explain, demo, and stand behind how Sierra uses AI with customers.
- Create playbooks and programs, track adoption and impact (tool usage, time saved, ramp speed, deal velocity), and report results to EMEA and global sales leadership. Turn the best field practices into shared prompts, playbooks, and workflows for the global enablement team.
- Localize and launch global sales plays in EMEA (flagging any that don’t translate), collect field feedback for the global Programs Lead, and support regional launches with Sales Leadership and Marketing.

- Comfortable working independently with a team several hours behind you
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience in AI or enterprise software
- Additional European languages
- Experience as the first enablement hire in a region
- Experience hiring or building a team
- Experience running an AI fluency or AI tooling program for a sales team
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act or GDPR as they apply to how sales teams use AI

Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry helps over 4 million developers understand and resolve issues in their applications. Behind every error, performance trace, replay, and log is a large-scale data platform responsible for storing, querying, and analyzing massive volumes of telemetry data.
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Events Analytics Platform (EAP) team, which builds and operates the distributed data systems powering Sentry's products. The team manages petabytes of data and develops high-performance analytical infrastructure using technologies like ClickHouse, enabling fast, complex queries across billions of records.

You'll bring strong technical judgment, guide engineering decisions, and work closely with product engineering teams to build capabilities that directly impact the developer experience.
This is an opportunity to lead a critical part of Sentry's infrastructure, solve challenging problems at scale, and shape how developers and AI-powered tools interact with application data.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and develop a team of engineers working on large-scale distributed data systems, fostering technical excellence, ownership, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Drive technical execution and architectural decisions across EAP's storage and query infrastructure, balancing scalability, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Build and evolve analytical data systems supporting complex queries, high-throughput workloads, and efficient access to petabytes of event data.
- Guide the evolution of EAP's architecture, including query optimization, storage and compute separation, and the unification of different event types into a common analytical platform.
- Own the operational health of the platform, leading efforts to improve reliability, troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and address scaling challenges.
- Partner with product engineering teams to understand their technical requirements, make informed tradeoffs, and deliver platform capabilities that support new product experiences.
- Support Sentry's AI-powered capabilities by ensuring the platform efficiently serves the analytical workloads and production context required by Seer and other AI-driven experiences.
- Set clear priorities and drive projects from design through production, helping the team execute effectively while managing competing technical and product needs.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy leading engineers while staying closely involved in technical discussions, architecture, and complex problem-solving.
- Get excited about building and operating large-scale distributed systems where performance, reliability, and efficiency matter.
- Have a strong interest in analytical databases, storage engines, query systems, and the engineering challenges behind processing massive volumes of data.
- Like working through difficult technical tradeoffs and turning ambiguous requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Take pride in building reliable production systems, understanding how they behave under load, and continuously improving their performance.
- Enjoy collaborating with product engineering teams and understanding how infrastructure decisions influence the end-user experience.
- Want to lead a team whose work directly supports Sentry's core products and growing AI-powered capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant professional software engineering experience, including experience managing and developing engineers, leading technical projects, and driving engineering execution.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, analytical databases, or large-scale backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, or operating complex data-intensive systems, with depth in at least one of the following:
- Analytical database infrastructure: Operating, scaling, optimizing, or maintaining OLAP systems such as ClickHouse, Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, or similar technologies in production.
- Complex distributed data platforms: Designing and building sophisticated systems using analytical databases or distributed storage technologies as foundational components, with meaningful ownership of the underlying architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Experience making architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs involving system scalability, performance, reliability, or operational complexity.
- Demonstrated ownership of production systems, including troubleshooting, incident response, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
- Experience leading engineering projects from technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical requirements into actionable engineering priorities.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with ClickHouse, Pinot, Druid, or other column-oriented analytical databases.
- Experience with query optimization, analytical storage architecture, or high-throughput data processing.
- Experience building infrastructure for observability, telemetry, developer tools, or event-driven applications.
- Experience working closely with product engineering teams to develop infrastructure supporting customer-facing features.
- Proficiency with Python, Rust, or similar backend programming languages.
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
